The doctor and the nurse are courteous, polite. but!!! According to the rapid test of HB +++, and this helicobacter is missing from the biopsy results! Now the question is: which of the results to believe and whether something needs to be treated? Why pay money if there are no real results?! It's not the most pleasant and cheap procedure to go and redo it again!
The only thing worse than this clinic is probably our free medicine! Doctors just don't give a shit about patients. I didn't understand what they were taking money for either. Since my wife and I are citizens of the Russian Federation, I decided to make an appointment with my wife by phone. I called the reception and after 10 seconds of waiting on the line, a girl answered me (name is Natalia). She listened to my requests and wishes regarding the procedures that we would like to undergo (it was about FGDS + an express test for helicobacter, ultrasound and an appointment with a gastroenterologist). She said that it is possible to undergo these procedures in a week and that it is better to call a few days later when a new schedule appears at the reception. On the appointed day, in the morning, I called the clinic again, and I also waited on the line for no more than a minute. The girl turned out to be not Natalia)), but she listened to me completely and made an appointment for the procedures we needed and a doctor's appointment, all in one day, for which I thank her very much.
Now about the impressions of visiting the clinic itself. In the morning at about 08:30, my wife and I were at the place. The FGDS recording was scheduled for 09:00. We were accepted at the reception without any problems, and all the necessary papers were issued. After payment, we went up to the right office and waited for 9 hours. Unfortunately, the doctor came only half an hour later, maybe he just stayed late, but this is one of the disadvantages that came out, although it is insignificant)) The procedure went quite well, the doctor turned out to be a very good specialist, conducted a detailed examination of the condition of internal organs, explained everything to his wife and even gave recommendations for treatment. In general, the man turned out to be very attentive.
The next procedure, an ultrasound, was scheduled for 14:40. We arrived in advance, probably around 14:10. They took us in about ten minutes later. Here, unlike FGDS, the time record was apparently observed more strictly.))
Well, the last thing is a doctor's consultation. The appointment is for 15:30. This is certainly something. The doctor turned out to be Comrade. Nemtsov L.M. Professor, dkm. In my life, I have never seen a person spend so much time seeing a patient. According to his wife, he told her everything, explained in detail, looked at every line in the analyses. He prescribed treatment and gave recommendations on diet and diet. In general, her emotions remained positive.
As a result, we have the following:
