I was in the clinic for permanent makeup removal. I tried to call the reception for three weeks, then they gave me the number of the department of plastic surgery and cosmetology. I got through there in 4 rings. They recorded it right away, offered a convenient time and day. The department is clean and comfortable. A comfortable sofa for waiting. A friendly girl at the reception, which cannot be said about the specialist. Let's lower the mood, we are all human, but... After the procedure, I did not receive any recommendations for care, except "wipe with Chlorhexidine and smear with panthenol." Is it possible to wet, baths, saunas, solarium?? When is it possible to do a replay? When will the pigment be finally removed and what should the final result look like? If you are too lazy to talk about it, then at the end of the procedure you can at least give out memos along with a check for 58p!
For the speed of recording, clean office and quality of work - five stars, but for the inability to get through and for the attitude towards customers, I take off two stars!

The impression remained twofold. In 2018, Y. S. Nebylitsin performed an excellent operation on his leg (phlebectomy). Without complications, the aesthetic appearance is excellent. This year I applied for insurance (I came from another city), there were a lot of people to the doctor, the consultation lasted 5 minutes, for some reason the doctor did not even do a visual examination, although he prescribed a procedure (additional examination).

I also wanted to remove stretch marks with a laser. This is the department of plastic surgery. By calling, they said that they needed a consultation before, at a cost of 17 rubles. Okay, I signed up. The doctor arrived, the most arrogant woman, the whole dialogue consisted of the fact that I called my full name, refund, pulled down my jeans, she looked at the stretch marks for 1 second without getting up from the table, and said that yes, you can do the procedure. The reception lasted 1.5-2 minutes maximum. When I left the office, I was 100% sure that I would not be charged for this. An- no! Attach the card as they say! 20 rubles in addition! I'd rather just lose them than give them away just like that.
