We visited this institution and would like to share our impressions.
What we see first is the interior that sets the mood. The atmosphere in the establishment is pleasant, very cozy, we managed to retire, despite the small size of the cafe and the proximity of neighboring tables. The mood is also set by the music that is played from vinyl records, which is atypical and great! Lighting also plays an important role: it is moderately light, but at the same time there is a feeling of some kind of intimacy.
Next, of course, the food. We went with friends, ordered different things, well, like true girls, we tried each other. The dishes are decent, beautifully decorated and, most importantly, delicious! Desserts also did not disappoint, for which special thanks.
Well, I would like to note the work of the staff: they perform conscientiously, politely, it does not seem that the smiles are strained, in general, they are attractive)
And we were treated to limoncello for free as a bonus - a trifle, but it's nice!
So in the sum of all these indicators, I recommend visiting)
We were on the summer veranda of the cafe in the backyard. According to the menu, the selection is not very large. We took a Carpaccio pizza, which is quite tasty. Also red homemade wine and the author's Fiji cocktail (very tasty, just fine for a hot summer). All this was recommended by the waiter guy, thanks a lot to him! Then we ordered a tuna salad. the order was accepted by a girl, it seemed to us that she was the administrator at all. She also clarified whether it was possible to start cooking. As a result, it turned out that they had forgotten about us. It turned out when we asked for the bill in advance in order to pay quickly, finish the dishes, because it was going to rain. As a result, there was no salad in the receipt and we reminded another waiter about it. As an apology, they brought a compliment from the institution - homemade limoncella, which is also very tasty. Let's go back again to try the desserts.
The food and service are generally good, and it's good to sit on the summer terrace on a warm summer evening. Among the disadvantages: the high density of planting, and what made me laugh and caused some ambiguous feelings - the serving of risotto, the plate was obviously chosen unsuccessfully and the dish does not look appetizing. In confirmation of this, the family at the next table also ordered this dish and also laughed.
Convenient location, pleasant atmosphere and a fairly large menu. The food is delicious (I tried all the menus). Only tiramisu is knocked out: the serve is good, but the taste needs to be worked on.

The food is delicious and very satisfying (pizza is definitely better to take for two, so as not to overeat), the prices are average for the restaurant level. On Fridays, it's very Italian, family-like. Comfortably. It's warm and delicious. I think they cook the best pizza in the city here (try the one on the chef's menu). Last night left a disgusting feeling. The receptionist girl, who used to be a waiter, communicated with the guests as if the most unloved relatives had come to her and she needed to get rid of them as soon as possible. She forgot to put parmesan for the guests both when she was a waiter and now. The dishes got worse. The pizza was so baked that it took off part of the palate in the mouth with its base. The coffee is disgusting. Unfortunately, I can't recommend this place anymore. Prices have increased-the quality has decreased. Very sorry.

The room is very small, there were a lot of people, ro ch did not understand for what reason. The price of lemonade is 12 rubles per 2/3 glass filled with ice. One coat hanger for everyone, and the staff is waiting for you. But then you have to get dressed. And it was very tight there in February. With girlfriends, it was impossible to get such high prices at all except for drinks. They left upset.

Two stars exclusively for good service and cocktails (this is what still somehow saves the place). The food is absolutely mediocre. The bruschettas are just terrible: the baguette is poorly toasted, the tomatoes are not ripe and tasteless, cut into huge chunks, no dressing. It's the same with beef bruschettas. There is nothing in them. As for the risotto, it's tasteless. Chopping up the ingredients and serving them to the visitor is not cooking. One gets the feeling that the "repeats" just don't care what they give away. Salt, pepper and oil that will be brought to you will help you somehow revive all this tasteless food. In fact, the work of the "chefs" will have to be done by themselves. We have given this a chance several times. This is the case when there is an obvious tendency for deterioration in quality in recent years. The prices don't match what you see on the plate. I do not recommend this place if you want to eat delicious food. This is not Italian cuisine, but a pathetic parody. To serve such dishes is not respect for the customer.
The place is very small, but the guys cook great pizzas and snacks. I highly recommend homemade tiramisu - this is probably the best variation of it in Minsk. And also very friendly staff)

There was an attempt to visit this institution on the terrace with armor on 07/15.23.
Doubts crept in from the moment of booking the table: when asked to organize a ‘Happy Birthday’ greeting on behalf of the institution for the second guest as part of the dinner, the receptionist at the other end of the line answered in the affirmative, but, quote: “At the right moment, give us a sign with your muzzle (!) when we take out dessert.” The receptionist, apparently, as usual, confused the client's call with a conversation with the parents at home.
But this is a small lyrical digression.
By coincidence, about an hour before the booked time, we drove up to Klaus. Turning to the receptionist who met us, we were temporarily seated at any available table so that we did not have to waste time and wait another hour, followed by transferring to our reserved table - we were refused and answered that all the tables on the terrace were occupied, that they were waiting for guests. By the way, the terrace was free by a third.
Returning an hour later at our booked time, the waiter walked around the terrace with a confused look, not knowing where to put us, given that the reservation was made a week in advance. Some of the empty tables still had the same notes with the names of the armor (that is, the tables were just idle for an hour).
After a while, we are still seated at one of those tables that were vacant during our visit an hour earlier.
The table at which we were seated was, to put it mildly, not cleaned — dirty, greasy, wet — and this is taking into account the fact that we arrived on time, which implies that the table is ready in advance.
We waited 10 minutes for the grease and spilled water to be removed from the table. After that, the same female administrator came up to us and we started asking her questions about the above-mentioned points. To which she tried to squeeze something unintelligible out of herself in the language of interjections.
For obvious reasons, the institution had to leave and choose another institution for an evening pastime.
A touch to the portrait for the “restaurant of Italian cuisine” Klaus:
- I couldn't help feeling that the Klaus terrace was like being at a city party — tents and Chinese umbrellas with cheap tables and chairs. Apparently, the owner of Klaus did not come up with anything better for an institution with a price tag at the level of “Darling” and “Fabriq”, how to put street furniture by barter with a cheap print and beer advertising.
