I've never eaten a more disgusting salad than at the Klaus Cafe. By the way, the salad was with pickled salmon for 26 rubles, not the cheapest. A terrible chopped salad mix with an axe, the bitterest overgrown arugula with ten-centimeter stalks and stalks already, and almost complete absence in comparison with the photo on the menu on the website of the pickled salmon itself. I sincerely feel sorry for the waiters who listen to the negative that is poured out on them for the work of unskilled chefs. By the way, the waiters themselves are quite gallant and helpful!

We wandered into Klaus on a snowy Saturday evening, we found an empty table in the center of the hall. The rigatoni of Amatriciana were wonderful, take a little sharpness, it's just in moderation. Tiramisu with limoncello has a non-classical taste (no coffee notes), but it refreshes perfectly after a spicy paste. Attentive staff, cozy.
