I visited the salon yesterday, it's very atmospheric inside. Waiting customers are offered coffee/tea! I went to sugaring with Master Umida, a very nice girl. It was my first time, I expected it to be much more painful, but thanks to the conversation with the master, everything went pretty well. I really liked that everything in KimmyLab is sterile, a new client-new tools.

I came for a manicure on May 31. I was choosing a place on the maps. I read the reviews, looked at the pictures that are attached - I liked everything. I signed up. The manicure was disgusting. So much so that after 4 hours the nail fell off. My nails, it was a pity that it happened like that.
What didn't you like:
1. The coating is not applied under the cuticle
2. Gel polish, which was applied initially with some kind of stains.
3. After choosing another gel polish, the coating lay down with some pits near the cuticle.
4. After applying the final coating, it was sticky, even after removing the sticky layer
5. A few hours after wearing, this finishing coating peeled off.
6. Initially, the time was 2.5 hours. I sat for 3.5 hours and still didn't see a positive result.

The most terrible manicure in my life.
After reading positive reviews about the Moscow service and quality, I decided to sign up for this salon.
The receptionist met a girl at the entrance and offered tea/coffee
I came a little earlier, at this time my manicure master was doing someone's eyebrows.. this has already confused me a bit
with oceania, I think, well, just a multidisciplinary specialist.
Initially, there was an appointment for a manicure with a gel polish coating, but after the master began to give me a manicure, I was very confused by her professionalism, she asked me to do a Japanese manicure out of harm's way, in response she heard that the master did not know how to do it.. Ok
We agreed on a regular uncoated manicure
The master did not remove all my coating, somehow cut and filed my nails
And then I took out the FOIL, dada, the same foil with which the coating was removed 10-15 years ago, this is when a part of the nail plate is removed along with the coating
Having refused the foil, I offered to remove the coating with the device, to which I heard that I had sensitive nails and only foil would suit me, I refused the foil once again
Then there was another unsuccessful attempt to remove the coating, and then another one. The result of which can be seen in the 1st and 2nd photos
In general, from the third time we got what can be seen in 3 photos. The coating is still removed to the end, the appearance and quality of the nails are spoiled
In general, it is very sad
I told the administrator, they gave me a 20% discount%
I do not exclude that I was unlucky with the master, a Russian girl was doing a manicure next to the girl, judging by her nails, everything was OK
My manicure was done by a master: Sevara
In general, I decided for myself that this would be my first and last visit to this place
I am very sorry for the time and nerves spent

I was there 2 times. I also "fell for" Moscow standards at first. Yeah, what about it?! In fact, everything is terrible. The first time I did a manicure was Crazy. It's disgusting. The nails are all of different lengths and shapes. I applied so much gel polish that my nails were covered with a bump. It was the first time I hid my nails from others, it was so terrible. The second time, I came to fix the work of the same Madhouse. I grew my nails (because it was painful to look at these stumps). They have increased, but also in a different form. But what should I do now, I'm 2 weeks away and I'll be looking for a new salon. Not a foot in there👎
