Yesterday I visited the Kimmy Lab salon, I was pleasantly surprised by the cleanliness, service, and courtesy of the staff. Lily's manicure is meticulous and mega neat. The quality of the work is terrible, the first time I came for a manicure, so after a few days he looked like he had been walking with him for a month. The second time I came to take it off because there were bonuses left there and they took 100 thousand for the removal because they would have filed everything else if the master had taken it off and not just sawed off and ruined my nails. The quality of the work is not worth the money. The receptionist was sweet and obsessive.

I visit the Kimmilab salon for the fifth time.
On May 1 of this year, I came for a haircut and hair coloring and got to Master Dilnose. Dilnoza is pleasant to talk to and a professional in her field, she was struck by the delicate attitude towards clients.
The main thing is that I professionally advised which hair color to choose , and I want to note the quality of the material being worked , the paint is branded , the hair after painting became soft and shiny , I really liked the hair color .She did a masterful job with my hair and did a good haircut and styling . During the conversation, I learned that Dilnoza worked in Moscow and in Alma - Ata for the last 6 years.I recently arrived in Tashkent.She started working in the Kimmilab salon. A true professional in his field.I recommend. In between , I paid attention to the manicure masters .
Today I decided to come with my daughter and entrusted Dilnose with hair coloring and a complete change in my daughter's image.And, of course, she did it!!!
My daughter is pleased and pleasantly surprised!
Well, in the meantime, I decided to get a manicure and pedicure at the same time.Thanks to the administrator Irina, I found a window at the master Albina.Very attentive, friendly girl!)) She worked in a mask and gloves. Although this is not the first time I do a hardware manicure, but this time everything was so neat and gentle that I never felt discomfort and even more pain! I would especially like to mention the equipment and materials with which the masters work! To be honest, I didn't expect it! Even better than the salons I visited in Tashkent! Everything is clean, sterile, all tools are disposable and in sterile bags, everything is in its place, the LED lamp and the cutters are new!

It does not look like the Moscow level of service. There are too many manicure tables, very close to each other. They have never offered water or tea, although this service is available. I was there 2 times and both times I had to wait for my master, the delay was from 15 to 30 minutes. It didn't go well for me.

I wanted to enroll in this branch, they throw money on top of the usual price list, they clarified in another branch that they do not have. Don't come here, they're cheating here. The administrator is also incompetent, she can't write down a manicure properly, she has to beg for everything from her, when asked how much it will cost exactly, she says they will tell you only after the manicure, when she still clarified the price from her, named it higher according to the price list. But when I arrived, for some reason it turned out that my account had been deleted. I am very pleased with the work of the masters in this salon, the quality level is not inferior to that of Moscow.
I always go to different masters, I've been to almost everyone and always do as I ask. Very rarely do I make a coating, I ask for a length at the root and a therapeutic varnish (but with my experience, not everyone was able to do even at the root before, they always left the length wrong), but here it always turns out like in the photo.
I really like the atmosphere:the friendly receptionist always offers tea/coffee/water, music or a movie is playing.
