We really like this budget hotel. We had our first vacation in December 2022. and hooray for December 2024. I was lucky enough to buy a tour again. The location of the hotel is very good, as many in the reviews note, shops, market, supermarkets, money exchange kiosks are all nearby. The sea is just around the corner, where you can watch the tides every day. The "garden" of rocks scattered along the shore and boats on the sand at low tide is impressive. And so you bought up, got drunk, and went to relax at the hotel, but the "garden" of stones was gone, and the emerald sea was lapping in front of you. There is a public transport bus stop in front of the supermarket, where you can get to other beaches.
This year's breakfasts have really become portioned, unlike in 2022 - they were just great. But the hotel price is also the cheapest for Kamala. There is always a titanium with boiling water during the day. You can make tea, coffee, noodles and eat sparingly. There is a wonderful, cheapest cafe with national cuisine within a five-minute walk. Here, after ordering one dish, you will be full and satisfied. Spices and a jug of clean drinking water are on the tables (without charge). I advise you to visit at least once.
About the bathroom: the floor is really wet after taking a shower, it wasn't a problem for us, since we had slates in which we walked around the room.
The pool is nice. It is cleaned every morning. You can use the pool at any time.
The hotel staff is good-natured and always responds to requests. Cleaning and linen change only if you ask, they do not enter the rooms without your request (I consider this a plus - I do not worry about missing my things). The bed linen is washed and it's not their fault that it gets stained that they can't wash. If you don't like the linen, ask them to replace it.
You've come to rest. Relax and enjoy the sea, the sun and the environment.

We chose a hotel on a budget. We lived on the 3rd floor, the door to the street. The first night, the sounds from the street got in the way, then they got used to it and didn't pay attention. It is quite quiet from 23.00 to 6.30. The bathroom is small, the toilet is always wet from the shower, and there is also shower water on the floor. We didn't have hot water, they say there was on the 1st floor. Cleaning was done on request, towels and linen were changed, everything was old in holes and stains. For breakfast, rice, boiled cabbage with carrots, water soup with potatoes and carrots. An omelet is served in portions (2 tablespoons of mash)1 piece of bread, 2 small pieces of watermelon and 2 small pieces of pineapple. Instant coffee, tea. Take sausage, cheese and bread with you. It's all expensive here. Or what you eat for breakfast. Although, if you really save money, then you can have such a breakfast. Kupable beach is 15 minutes away, and the end of the beach is 30 minutes from the hotel.
When we were there, people were taken out of the hotel who had already lived there for 7-8 days and settled in other hotels. They say it's because there are a lot of complaints. The pool is normal and deep. You can have dinner there with what you bought at the market.We swam in the evening before going to bed. Shops are nearby, the market is nearby, the sea is nearby- the location of the hotel is great, everything else is not very good.

We chose this hotel based on the rating of 9 (!!!) points on the site level.travel . A two-week tour for two cost 242 thousand. Given the relatively low price and three stars, we didn't expect much, but the hotel managed to surprise us.
We checked in late in the evening, first we were given a room on the ground floor with a view of the road. As soon as we entered it, we almost suffocated from the smell of mold and dampness. We went to the reception to change the room, the hotel employee resisted for a long time, then finally gave us the key to the room on the second floor with a view of a dirty river and thickets of trees. But at least it didn't smell musty. Both rooms have antique furniture with chipped corners, scuffs and knocked handles. The doors (entrance, bathroom, and balcony) look like they were picked up by a bear and then urinated on. The ceilings are low and the lighting is poor, so the room feels like a cave. But all this is nothing compared to the "cleanliness" in the room. All the surfaces were stained and sticky, and it was disgusting to touch furniture and plumbing until they had wiped everything themselves.
From the contents of the room, which they call "superior":
- two beds, two curbstones, a table, a mirror, 2 armchairs, 1 table lamp, air conditioning, a mini fridge, a TV (never turned on), 2 glasses, a cabinet frame (without doors), 6 (!!!) hangers for two, 1 mini bottle of gel and soap per bathroom, one towel per guest, and those are either dirty or torn. That's it! There is no hair dryer, kettle, some basic things like a toothbrush cup, not even a toilet brush. There is no phone in the room either. And the safe is only at the reception for 100 baht. Their advantages are: a more or less comfortable bed, the availability of cold and hot water without interruptions, and a working air conditioner, although dirty (it obviously hasn't been cleaned for at least 10 years).
The hotel itself consists of one 2-storey building and one 3-storey building, with a courtyard with flowering bushes and palm trees between them. A swimming pool with sun beds, a reception area with the same old and greasy chairs as all the other furniture in this hotel and tables with chairs - this is what is apparently called a "restaurant" in the description of this hotel. That's all. The hotel is designed in such a way that all the doors overlook the courtyard with very good acoustics and all the slamming of the door, cheerful alcoholic gatherings in the courtyard and by the pool are perfectly audible in the room. The staff does not monitor the observance of silence at night, so be prepared to resolve conflict situations with neighbors on your own.
Those with a view of the road also complained about the noise from the transport.
About room cleaning: they only clean if you put a sign on the door, the whole cleaning consists of making the bed and mopping the floors, and not always. The bed linen has not been changed in 14 days. The towel was voluntarily changed once, and a couple more times only after insisting to the staff at the reception.
It's the same with toilet paper and shower gel - I had to go to the reception myself to get them. The staff at the reception are indifferent and barely know a few words in English, they don't give a damn about all the complaints about dirty rooms, towels and lack of a change of linen.
Breakfast - they bring you a plate with an omelet, one piece of bread for toast and three slices of watermelon/pineapple. The buffet consists of rice, fried cucumbers and some kind of cloudy broth. Tea/coffee from a thermos, there was dry cream with the coffee. For two weeks, there were no variations in the breakfast, except that sometimes instead of three pieces of fruit, they gave two. We bought more bread, cheese and cold cuts at the supermarket, and this somehow made our breakfast acceptable.
Now about Level Travel and the tour operator Fun&Sun: the next day after arrival, at a meeting with the guide, we asked to be moved to another hotel, the guide sent us to where we bought the tour. Accordingly, I contacted Level Travel with this request, communication takes place via a chatbot, operators are constantly changing, each time I had to tell the whole story anew, given that the Wi-fi in the hotel was only at the reception and in some cafes, this correspondence dragged on for several days and eventually it became obvious that Level Travel itself was nothing They can't do this, but they only broadcast my messages to the tour operator. The only thing they could offer me was a refund of 21,362 rubles for the remaining 10 nights, in case we leave the hotel and find another place on our own. Then I contacted Fun & Sun directly, they accepted my request, wrote that the answer would be within 3 days, and three days later they said that according to the laws of the Kingdom of Thailand, it is impossible to change a hotel or cancel a reservation. When I objected that I had an agreement not with the Kingdom, but with them as a Russian company, she repeated the same thing like parrots.
All the other tourists we met at this hotel got there by Fortune and were very surprised that we voluntarily chose this hotel.
It is not at all clear where he got such a high rating, perhaps once he was better, but now he leaves a very unpleasant impression.

This is not a hotel, but a flophouse! In principle, if you leave at 7-8 a.m. and arrive at 9-10 p.m. under the shafe, then everything is fine! When checking in, you need to have mounting foam (if you are accommodated from the side of the road), the sound is as if there are "mopeds riding" in the room, and if from the side of the river, then from mosquitoes. There are no hygiene items. The breakfast is passable, omelette, toast, tea, coffee. In general, the air conditioner is working, the refrigerator is working too, the cold water is hot) there is a necessary minimum. People from Kazakhstan and the Urals buy vouchers to this hotel for 150rubles, which is great for such a price. But it takes 15-20 minutes to walk to the sea, and a large supermarket and market are also not far away. The room stock is old. Summary, if you're not staying at a hotel, but just spending the night, then it's like at a Soviet campsite.

We are currently staying at this hotel, and they asked us to move to another hotel through the Travel agent and fansun support, but we are only being served breakfast. The attitude of the staff looks like bullying, they asked us to move into a quiet room after 3 sleepless nights, when we heard a party by the pool half the night and a wild rumble on the roof the next day, after 2 days of waiting, we were moved to another room, but immediately settled next door to 3 young guys who did not let us sleep And the next night, and we have a guided tour at 6. The girl at the reception seemed to have specially moved us to a room with party people nearby. Although there were other empty rooms around. In addition to the noise from parties by the pool and in the lobby, which no one disperses even at one in the morning, there are rattling locks on all the doors, and even if you manage to fall asleep, you wake up and jump up from the wild blows of the old doors and these locks. We were also bitten by bed bugs, all our legs are bitten, we also wake up from these bites, there is complete unsanitary conditions. We had a situation where we almost called the police, because the staff did not disperse the crowd at night by the pool, that is, the evening, night silence is not observed at all, no guest safety standards are observed here. When the roof rattled at night, we explained to the staff that something was wrong with the roof, perhaps the trees were knocking on it or the roof was coming off, they laughed and said it was the wind, but they did not solve the problem. We didn't get much sleep during most of our vacation. There are also a lot of household problems, lack of hot water, dirty towels, only 1 of the 3 outlets works. You live like in a dorm. if there were at least some kind of noise insulation or rules of living and silent locks, it would still be possible to spend the night here, but what is here now does not meet any standards of sanitation or safety.

The hotel itself is purely Asian, I even liked it, because Phuket is becoming more and more Moscow, and here authenticity. If you are ascetics and pedestrians, then more than that, because you can only spend the night in the room (the beds are very good), but if you dream of relaxing with beautiful photos from the beach and from the room, then this is definitely not your option.
Well, another of the advantages is a beautiful view, a lot of greenery, a river (with garbage on the banks), and in the morning at breakfast you can look at local monitor lizards and feed them with chicken or sausages. Breakfast is full of slag, I had breakfast there only to save time.

We flew to Thailand via Fortuna 3* and got to this hotel. And I think we're lucky! Its location is excellent, 10 minutes to the beach, tu and 7/11 are nearby, the rooms and the hotel are tired, of course, but there are air conditioners, there is a pool, there is breakfast (edible), Wi-Fi at the reception and the pool is working.

From Omsk, we are still in this hotel, the choice fell only on the price and distance from the airport. Our experience is 11 countries, 16 hotels. In Thailand for the 3rd time, 1st Pattaya, 2nd time in Phuket, previously we were at Corona Beach.
I've read/watched enough videos about him from various sources. But the wallet said "it's either that or nothing." We arrived at one o'clock in the afternoon. Customs 2.5 hours🙈. We did not expect that we would drive from the airport to the hotel for another 2 hours by mini car with delivery to only 2 other hotels. We arrived at the hotel at 17:30.
The reception is very modest, the room is as described in the reviews and video of blogger Lara Chaika. The first day we were in a panic, but then we looked around and it seemed like "nothing."
What I want to note is that the comfort of the room (not the contents) depends on its location. The hotel consists of 2 buildings: the 1st on 3 floors and the longest (27 rooms per floor), the entrance to the rooms on 2.3 floors are located along a noisy road and a balcony opens into the courtyard, the entrance to the rooms on the 1st floor from the courtyard with a small terrace; the 2nd building on 2 floors, The entrance to the room is from the patio, and the window/balcony overlook the local stinky river. There are 122 rooms in the hotel. Therefore, before taking the keys, I advise you to go around the buildings and find out where you will be more comfortable, your rest depends on it. The power of noise / silence is different (pool, road, smell from the river, etc.).
Breakfast is from 8-10, well, very modest and portioned in one hand, and also according to the principle "whoever gets up first, boots for that", you will arrive at 9 and already.
Beach: the sea is nearby, 150 m, but you can not swim there, solid sharp stones, go through the heat 500-700 m before normal entry into the sea. It's about 15 minutes. It's hard for us at the age of 60+. Who is on the bike / car is easier (international rights are needed).
The sea/sand is good, the water is clear, I can't say how clean it is (chemical analysis was not done). There is one toilet on the beach in the center of the beach (the length of the beach is 2 km). The ebb/flow chart can be downloaded.
We liked Surin Beach more, but we have to go there, and the prices for taxis / tuk-tuks are "horse-like" by the standards of Russians, you can't roll a lot. 300 watts, that's 1₽:3.3 watts.
Rooms: the room is clean (fresh whitewashing of the walls), there are no stains and insects smeared on the walls, room cleaning is only on demand, you hang a sign - they will clean it, if you assemble it, they will change the bedding, if you do not assemble it, it will be carefully refilled. Change the towels at least every day, but yourself (I looked into the laundress in the afternoon and changed them). So is toilet paper.
What is missing from the word "absolutely" in the room : towels for the beach, small towels (only 2 large ones), soap and soap sockets in the bathroom, toilet brush, shower curtains, hair dryer, kettle and cups, mosquito repellent adapter (a little but they fly, they bought it themselves).
Their sockets are different, our plugs are hanging out in them, we took the adapter ourselves.
The lights in the room are dimmed, the refrigerator and air conditioning are working, the TV in the entire hotel has not worked for many years (they do not want to pay), Wi-Fi is only at the reception.
I bought a local SIM card, they changed it in the store, leaving my old number, and I paid for 10 days of Internet using the number of the new SIM card and everything is OK, it cost 300 baht, and I did not sit at the reception for hours, I also shared the Internet with my husband (so you can).
I will not write about the guide, everyone has different tour operators, and therefore guides.
The hotel has 2 swimming pools, the children's pool is not working, and the big one is working. I even saw how the bottom of the pool is cleaned (with a special vacuum cleaner), I do not know how often the water is changed. It was quite large and transparent for a whole week, then it became cloudy, children splash there all day, and adults too, but more in the evening. Everything is tidy and there are sun beds.
What pleases: retail outlets are nearby, a 7/12 minimarket is two minutes away, a Big C supermarket is a 5-minute walk away, household goods are not far from it (everything is there), a large indoor and outdoor market is also there.
Overall impression: if the beach were nearby (after all, the hotel opposes itself as a 1-line, it seems to be so), then "there would be no price" for this hotel.

There is everything for a comfortable stay, but you can't live in it. I saw a lot of people who don't go anywhere further than the hotel, a maximum of 7/11 nearby and the beach, most of them sit near the rooms, get beer and swim in the pool. There are more expensive hotels for this, where it is really almost not necessary to go out. The same hotel is needed for relaxation when you return to sleep after a stormy day or night.

They left one morning, came and our tile floor rose like an accordion. And as it turned out, several more rooms. The lock on the front door does not work well and jams. In principle, these little things are easy to eliminate, but apparently the owner is only pumping out money without investing in replacing the outdated one in the hotel.

There is also the first cafe from the bridge : pancakes with mango bomb. There are all fruits on the market. Halal is not an expensive dining room (hot from 50 baht to 125 baht) - 300 meters from the hotel- away from the beach / in the same direction 450 meters from the hotel, a good market. Live music in the evenings at the Mama Point cafe. A warm, quiet place compared to Patong . The beach is normal. In the northern part of the beach - 30 min walk Club : cafe Delmar - modern DJs often come. Open-air show- I recommend the club. The rooms are dead, the rats. Omelet breakfasts: the cleaners prepare the fable, the cleaner. The room was cleaned twice in 11 days. After complaining to the guide, Anex began to go out to cook an omelet every other time, a peasant in an expensive shirt. The location is excellent - walking distance to the beach in 10 minutes. The market is nearby, not expensive, a local Thai canteen - everything is high-quality and delicious. From 60 baht to 125 the cost of food. The market is 400 m away. They have never been poisoned - this is a plus. The round-the-clock 7-n Illevan is small, but there are all exchangers with a normal price and there is a large seven further away.

Breakfasts are a separate topic, for the first 3 days there was an omelet made from one egg, a handful of cabbage, 1 piece of bread and a plate with 2 thin slices of watermelon and pineapple that's it!. The next day there was 1 piece of fruit, and the next day the fruit ran out.
The rooms are dead, the hose is leaking, it smells damp, there is no fence in the toilet, the entire toilet and the floor are wet, the bed and towel are all stained.the toilet didn't really flush, they changed the number on 3 attempts, well, at least the toilet began to flush.
My feet were cut on a chipped tile in the pool.
There is a stinky river nearby, it smells like sewage.
I do not recommend it to anyone!
Cleaning is only on request if you catch a cleaner. Somehow they will give you 2 rolls of toilet paper.
At the reception and the dining room, everything is old, dirty, glasses on top are covered in dust, abandoned.

In the rooms, the walls are painted with paint that is peeling off. The furniture is ancient, the sockets are not damaged, as the contacts are all faulty. You can't turn on the TV, because it only works from the remote control, and there are no batteries in the remote control. The air conditioner is antediluvian and noisy. The refrigerator is dirty, covered in yellow stains, from old products, no one washes it. The blankets have not been washed since the moment of purchase, they are all rolled up in kittens, it all causes disgust. The door is shaking from the draft, and peeling off the old paint. There is no Wi-Fi in the room, as it is only available on the prescription. There are no foreigners here. This is an advertised hotel from Anex Tour. Only Russian tourists are brought here. There is a hole in the toilet for sewage from the shower. The breakfasts are meager, it is not possible to eat, it is not tasty. The choice of dishes is small, mainly rice with boiled cucumbers. Insects and lizards are running around the rooms. Next to the dining room there is a sewage river that flows into the sea. Two sewage rivers flow into the sea. There is a beach near the confluence of sewage waters, where tourists swim. The beach is not comfortable and crowded. I do not recommend visiting this hotel, as it stinks of sewage everywhere, garbage everywhere, there is a garbage dump nearby. I am personally suing the tour operator Anex Tour, this hotel, because I returned from there not rested, with a headache, high blood pressure, and also with dermatitis, from the fact that I was bitten by insects in the hotel room. The hotel with several buildings has 3 floors and the rooms are very different in cleanliness and equipment. There are insects (mosquitoes and cockroaches) in the rooms on the top floor, it is dirty and air conditioners do not work everywhere. TVs don't work anywhere. We had a rest in January 2023, the hotel is simple, the sea is nearby, supermarkets Big C and 7-11 are nearby. As soon as the sign was hung, the room was always cleaned, even every day. But it is quite comfortable to spend the night. There is everything you need. The fact that the shower is directed directly to the floor in the bathroom unit does not cause any inconvenience. But there is a lot of space, there is a place to turn around). The water runs quite comfortably, even more often it was necessary to open only cold water. Cleaning on request (you need to put a sign on the door from the outside. We took out the garbage ourselves every day. There is a garbage bag at the bottom, it's not difficult. The air conditioner is working, maybe a little noisy, but it does its job. The breakfasts are quite monotonous, but you can have a very budget meal at lunch or dinner. There is borscht, Russian salad a la Olivier and salad with crab sticks. The rest of the menu is also great. Very tasty. Beer in the hotel and other alcohol are sold at store prices.
