The hotel is small. Very green area. Good location. Of course, there are no breakfasts. But you can order food at the hotel for well...very little money, huge portions. Everything worked in the room. Cleaning is optional. For those who only spend the night at the hotel..instead of spending the whole vacation..It fits perfectly.

We spent the night twice - on the way to Koh Samui and back. There are no words, just letters. It's a pity for people who come here purposefully to relax. They didn't check in before two, brought them to the reception at 8 a.m., hung out until lunch. Breakfasts are not given to people like us - something in tanks like tea and coffee, one toaster per crowd and butter / jam. All this is on the dubious cleanliness of the tables and the same dubious dishes. We didn't take the risk. However, if you stupidly drop things there and come to sleep (and then not every night), then maybe it will suit someone. It's not very far to the beach, although you can walk along some kind of garbage dump, near a large supermarket.

There is a swimming pool, but there is a good beach five minutes away, so we did not swim in the pool. If you do not plan to spend the whole vacation at the hotel, then this is an excellent option.

We tried to stay at this hotel one night on the way to Koh Samui and one night on the way back. The hotel was recommended by the agency through which the tour was taken. I regret that I did not read the reviews first, I did not have time.
The hotel "there are no words", I have never met such a hotel.
On the plus side: they check in immediately, even at 5 a.m., quickly and with smiles.
Cons: rooms in the building, where the door to the road is a terrible noise from the road, it only subsides in the dead of night for several hours. There is no sound insulation, there is a gap in the arm under the door and the window is actually open in the bathroom. It feels like you're sleeping right on the edge of the road.
It is almost impossible to fall asleep even after a 10-hour flight. It is a pity for those who came to this hotel on vacation for a week or more.
We never saw the breakfasts, especially the lunch box. Early in the morning, we were offered breakfast, at 6.50. Tea from the tank, bread for toast, toaster, butter and something was fried there. But we left earlier, we didn't wait for what was frying.
The toilet, which stands in the corner and after taking a shower, the water stands around the toilet bowl, someone has already described it. And she does not go into the designated hole because the slope is towards the toilet and she will never leave. But slipping and breaking something is easy. The tile is slippery!

I bought a Fortune 3* tour from Anex, but they put me in this hotel, which passes as 2* on many Internet resources. There are only Russians, Ukrainians, Kazakhs, Belarusians in the hotel, I haven't seen any others, the contingent is decent. For the price of 2* is a good option, for the price of 3* it is too expensive for this hotel, you can find it better. Good location, responsive staff (all inconveniences are solved), cleaning is average and only on request, the condition of the rooms, appliances - almost everything is old or slightly updated, but performs the function. If it is important for you to live in the new and modern, this is not your option. Two residential buildings: a 3-storey building by the road is noisy from passing people, a 2-storey building by the river is quiet, but you can feel a slight aroma from the stagnant local city river if you sniff. There may be no hot water on the 2nd and especially on the 3rd floors, it appears after going to the reception. The breakfasts are delicious, but monotonous: omelette, chopped vegetables, soup, rice, tea, coffee, toast, jam, butter, several slices of pineapple and watermelon. Not a hotel, but a dump. We were settled here by the "Anex tour" of fortune 3*, they apparently determine the stardom. There is dirt, cobwebs, hair in the rooms, no noise insulation, it seems that you are lying on the side of the road and there is a transport driving near you. The air conditioner works only as a fan and makes noise so that you can't talk normally, you have to shout. There is no hot water, something similar to shampoo (we did not use it) is poured into used plastic bottles without lids. Breakfast is just grass and some kind of tea from a pot, they can't even fry an omelet properly.
There is dirt in the pool, tiles are chipped off, and it stinks of chlorine.
