Location is perfect. Right next to expo center, thus if you are participating in some exhibition, this is the perfect place to stay.
Service is simply horrible.
No one welcoming at the door.
No cheerful security.

A wonderful and comfortable hotel. All the staff are Russian speaking, which adds comfort! The breakfasts are extraordinary - a super varied menu. The hotel is located in a good location near the exhibition complex (we visited a specialized exhibition) and next to the park area. Plus, the most famous pilaf center is within walking distance!! I highly recommend it. But keep in mind - this is a Muslim country, there is practically no alcohol in restaurants anywhere.

Overall, a good hotel. The rooms themselves are very decent and clean. There are all the necessary accessories, from toothbrushes to slippers. Ironing facilities are available in the rooms. Delicious and quite plentiful breakfasts. The problems are in the little things. We had a problem with ironing. The three of us went for work, in all three rooms either the irons did not work or the irons did not work well. Requests to the concierge did not help.

A gorgeous hotel. Excellent service, very polite and attentive staff. The sauna, spa area, gym and swimming pool are a real oasis in the desert. Add to this great breakfasts - and the puzzle of the perfect holiday has developed. Plus, there are attractions within walking distance: memorial Park, Tashkent Land, exhibition complex, pilaf center... Yes, the metro station is nearby! In general, I definitely recommend it. It is suitable for both leisure and work. There is a 67 bus to the airport. Taxi - 300 rubles (350 t.sum). An exchanger with a good exchange rate right at the hotel. In general, that's all you need.

The hotel is located in the center of Tashkent, within walking distance of more than 10 places of interest. The hotel is located on the lake with a Japanese garden and a view of the TV tower. The hotel is not new, in good condition. The rooms are clean and well maintained. The room has a safe, iron, ironing board, air conditioning, TV, refrigerator, hairdryer, bathrobes.
On the ground floor there is a bank exchanger, a 24-hour bar. Breakfast is included in the room rate, delicious and a wide selection of dishes.
The gym and spa (steam room, hammam, swimming pool) is open from 8.00-10.00. We were in April 2024, we liked everything.

Great room and hotel. Large bed, comfortable mattress. The bathroom is spacious, dental cleaning kits, shaving kit, cosmetic are available. Slippers, bathrobe are available. There is a mini-bar, but in my case it was empty. Upon check-in, they asked to pay a tourist fee, something in the region of 50,000 soums. There is a 1.5 meter deep swimming pool, gym, sauna. Breakfast was included. The breakfast is generally not bad. The sound permeability was at a comfortable level, the neighboring rooms were not audible. From the comments: I said in advance that I would check out at 6 a.m. The girl at the reception offered to give out a lunch box. But in fact, no food was given on the day of the eviction.

It's a great hotel, it's not the first time I've stayed there. The rooms are spacious, both single and double. Full set of toilet sets, bathrobes are available. Comfortable beds. Breakfast is quite varied, although if you want scrambled eggs you will have to wait. Attentive staff. The pool with clean water is small, but enough to swim. Good location, the very center, near the metro station.

The hotel is wonderful. Price/quality. The location is very good, the metro is 2 steps away, and a taxi to any place in the city takes no more than 15 minutes. The rooms are excellent, kettle, ironer, refrigerator, full bathroom set, including toothbrush. They give you as much water as you need. The pool is open from 8 to 22, sauna, steam room—everything is free. The breakfast is more than decent. The staff is beyond praise, everyone is friendly without pretense, they really hold on to the client. I advise everyone, the hotel is gorgeous

We were in Tashkent for the first time, we captured the May holidays, we chose a hotel with maximum comfort for reasonable money. Exceeded all expectations: the hotel has an excellent location, there is a TV tower nearby (open to the public with an observation deck), in the evening it is beautifully illuminated no worse than the Eiffel Tower. Also near the hotel is the entrance to a large green park and a Japanese garden (still closed for reconstruction in early May), as well as a metro station.
The hotel is large, clean, bright, the rooms are spacious, the plumbing is excellent, branded shower products.
There is also a nice indoor swimming pool with access to a summer terrace, saunas, a gym.
The breakfasts are varied, everything is delicious, fresh fruits and berries according to the season.
A big plus is that the exchanger in the hotel itself is round the clock.
Special thanks to the friendly staff. We enjoyed spending 3 days in Tashkent and are very satisfied with the hotel

Well, there are many such similar little things. They seem to be trying, but it doesn't work out very well))), maybe they don't know how to do it, so we don't get mad at the staff, we just need middle managers to conduct training or they themselves first need to be trained. A good hotel, convenient for those who work or come to exhibitions (near the exhibition center). The breakfasts are good, the rooms are quiet, the staff is friendly and always comes to the rescue. 4.4 because the key did not always work when checking in, there is something incomprehensible with elevators (not everyone goes to all floors and does not quickly get out) and when cleaning they do not always put a set of all accessories (I had to call the reception to ask for sticks and soap)
