The British Council IELTS center is located in this building, where the written part of the exam (listening, reading, and writing) takes place. Attention! The conversational part of the exam is held at a different address - please specify the venue before the exam day (in my case, there was an error in the letter confirming registration for the exam and I came here - I was almost late for it, getting to another exam site).
The entrance to the written part of the IELTS exam is located to the left of the main entrance to the building from the side of the inner park with a fountain.

A wonderful hotel.I am very pleased with the work of the reception.The Uktam manager works especially well and solves all problems.The food and service in the restaurant are top-notch.The rooms are cramped, there are no dryers in the bathroom.The pool is wonderful, but the massage is not worth the money that was paid.The location is very convenient.But overall, I'm happy.I'm going to stay at this hotel next time.

If it were possible to give a rating higher than 5 stars, then I would do so. Very convenient location on one of the main streets, 10 km from the airport. A world-class hotel where service starts from the moment you haven't crossed the threshold yet. The doors are already open and the concierge literally grabs your suitcase, and smiling Aziza starts greeting you in English. It's nice to feel like a foreigner. The standard room is very spacious. Everything you need is available, from branded cosmetics to a comfortable double bed with several pillows. The room is clean, stylish and cozy. Important detail: the iron and ironing board are located right in the room! I would like to note that the hotel has its own exchange office - you do not need to go anywhere to exchange any popular currency. Breakfast. It's hard to surprise me, but I want to mention the quality and variety of products! Even if you stay for a week, you can find something special every day! Local fruits, as they say, are one love! The hotel has several restaurants and bars, conference rooms, a swimming pool, a health club and much more. It is ideal for business trips, but it will also be interesting for couples. The old hotel is located in the very center of the city. The rooms themselves have already been renovated and made modern, but the pool needs to be repaired. The pool is not very large and it is cold due to ventilation. I liked the view from the window of the lake and the tower. The restaurant serves delicious food👍🏻
