There is no hot water, it is barely warm. It is very dark in the rooms - it is impossible to work. And at this time of the year, the rooms are already very cold - I had to ask for a heater (They brought it, but it was askew - without half the wheels). The windows cannot be ventilated, they are sealed...(
But! Very friendly staff! Just super everything! Beautiful lobby, great location in general. Excellent restaurant and breakfasts. View of the TV tower;)

We were there last weekend in a restaurant, asked the waiter what kind of white wine there was, he couldn't explain properly, and asked them to just bring a bottle to look at. As a result: he opened a new bottle there in the bar, brought it to us and immediately had to drink the bill. But guys, we need to improve the service, you can't do that.

in general, it is not a bad option for accommodation. Excellent staff, they meet very kindly and are ready to help. The rooms are also for four. The bed is comfortable and there are enough pillows. I had a room on the 5th floor with a view of the pond and the tower. It was a little chilly. The breakfasts are good, but it was possible to add something national. A large selection of cheeses and pastries.
