A very good hotel, adequate staff, they try very hard. The food is quite decent, better than in other hotels of the same price category. The grocery market is across the street. Two disadvantages: sooo many people, it seems that people do not fit on the territory and a small beach with huge boulders in the sea. You need to swim carefully, you can damage your legs. We had a family vacation at the end of April 2024. Among the advantages - well-groomed territory, staff speaks Russian well, a convenient swimming pool for children and adults, quite edible food, fish and vegetables in various forms all the time, beef and lamb are practically absent, there were no problems with stomachs, bars offer 3 types of local wine: white, red and pink (the most popular), good gin, raki, vodka, medium-level whiskey and brandy, beer, liqueurs. Among the disadvantages are constant loud music until 3 a.m. in rooms with sea views and highway noise in family rooms, access to the pool through the smoking area, bed linen in the rooms is changed regularly, but the floors have not been washed once in 10 days of stay, cats are constantly climbing all over the territory, in the lobby All the sofas stink of cat urine. The beach at the hotel is bad, it's not even pebbles, but a mixture of construction dust and rubble, there are large stones in the form of slabs in the sea, many people fight with their knees and elbows. The main contingent of tourists in our arrival are Lithuanians, Belarusians, Ukrainians, Romanians, Bulgarians, Russians and Poles. The animation in Turkish, Russian, English and German is very primitive. There is simply no children's program.
I would not choose this hotel for the high season, the sea and the beach leave much to be desired, for spring, when the sea is still cold, it is suitable. Nearby, across the street from the hotel, there is a bazaar with vegetables, fruits and clothes on Wednesdays. The main chain stores and shopping centers are within walking distance. But there is no point in Turkish shopping for Russians now, our marketplaces offer even more choice at lower prices

We rested from 26.04-05.05.2024. The atmosphere is relaxing! Friendly staff, no frills food (no intestinal disorders!), the territory is well maintained, the pool was cleaned daily. There is enough on the beach. Ice cream from 15-16.00. Drinks and cocktails all day! The rooms are ordinary, clean, and the safe is free of charge. Our Windows looked out to the pool, music (disco) until 01.00. The attitude of Elena gastroleishen, who is called to help, overshadowed our rest! She refused to enroll us in the Ala-maps, motivating the workload. When I tried to "communicate with the administration on this issue," they offered to write an appeal.
The entrance to the sea is inconvenient, pebbles and a cliff-it is difficult to get out of the sea, especially if there are waves! The minibus to Alanya is 30 liras! There is a place to walk!

Hello there! We stayed at this hotel with friends from 08/14/2024 to 08/21/2024
Let's start in order.
Check-in. We arrived at the hotel closer at 12 at night, only 3 companies arrived: a young couple, a couple with a child and us (3 friends). Upon arrival at the hotel, we were told at the reception that an error had occurred and there was only 1 available room for 3 people. It was the first time I faced such a situation, because in fact our room should have been free from 15:00 that day, after a hard road I did not want to hear that we would not be settled. The only available room was given to a family with a child, we and another couple waited until 1:30 a.m. to be checked in, the employees did not make contact and did not try to solve our problem. As an apology, we all had a free Wi-Fi connection for the entire rest period. When we checked into the room, we were horrified, it was terribly dirty, the bed linen was stained, the pillowcase was torn, there was a piece of paper on the toilet, saying everything was clean, and the entire rim of the toilet was dirty and streaked. Our bed linen was changed at night. As you can imagine, the impression was spoiled from the very first moments of rest
The room itself. Initially, we were given room 1631, it is located on the roof, as if in an attic, we had a view of the sea, but the balcony itself looked like a hole in the wall, sitting there was nothing to see. Due to the fact that the room was on the roof, the room was very hot, coming to the room there was nothing to breathe, of course I had to save, but more on that later.
The next day we met with the guide, everyone expressed their problems with the check-in, to which the guide very coldly said that your problem was unlikely to be solved, but you can send me your complaints in writing via whatsapp and began to tell me about the excursions and offer to buy them right now, because this is the last meeting with the guide, although we saw him at the hotel every day.
We wrote to the travel agency in Belarus about the current problem, to which we were provided with a late check-out, wine and fruit in the room. The fruits are disgusting, all shriveled, as if they had been lying and waiting for us for about six months. Maybe it's a trifle, but I can't help but note that the three of us had a rest, and two wine glasses were brought, yes, it seems a trifle, but this is also taking care of the guests.
On the second day, water leaks started in our room in the bathroom, vacationers under us came to us to swear that we were drowning them. As a result, the "master" came and tucked a towel into the slot, and the miracle repair was over. In the evening we found out that the next day we would be moved to another room.
On the same day, our air conditioner stopped working, it just drove hot air, it was impossible to stay in the room, they came to fix the air conditioner twice, the first time they just set turbo mode, that is, hot air was chasing around the room with double force. The second master said that the air conditioner was not working, so they brought a small fan to our room. Honestly, it looked like a mockery, a mini fan wouldn't have saved us in this heat. I had to go and swear at the reception again, unfortunately, if you are polite, then your problems will not be solved, the hotel administration seems to understand only the conversation in raised tones. As a result, we were allowed to spend the night in another room, but our adventures did not end there either. At night, my friends were poisoned, they were sick all night, and it is important to note that we did not eat outside the hotel, they felt bad at one point, as if this shipment had been picked up at the hotel. They had to go to the medical center, but all the help that was provided was a prescription for medicines, for which we ourselves went to the pharmacy. The condition of the girlfriends did not improve, many even the nurse at the hotel assumed that it was because of the pool, the animator said that two of their team were also lying with the departure. As a result, we had to contact the guide so that they would still help us, they took us to the hospital on an IV.
The next day also brought adventures, they slipped a piece of paper into our room that they were waiting for us at the reception. The hotel administrator Elena, her own, allegedly wrote a receipt in order to save time that we have no more claims against the hotel.
Most of all, I was pleased with the point that a general cleaning was done in the room, isn't this the basic duty of the hotel?) in general, when we said that we had other complaints about the hotel, Elena listened to everything and said that we should write this paper anyway, we postponed it until the end of the holiday. On the last day, we are called again and gently hinted that if we do not sign, there will be no late eviction. The disgusting attitude towards the guests, I have not seen this anywhere else.
Beach towels are also a joke, they can be changed from 9:00 to 18:30, arriving at 12 clean towels may not be available, arriving after 18:30 the towel can no longer be handed over. The dumbest nonsense I've ever seen. We changed the beach towels 2 times during the whole time.
Beach. Normal, the pebbles at the entrance to the sea are large, it is more comfortable to enter the sea in corals. The depth starts abruptly, literally took 3 steps and the water is already up to the throat, so people are all on the same line. There are large rocks on both sides of the beach, where strong waves formed, and some kind of pipe to the left of the beach, from which stank of sewage.
Sunbeds are occupied from 6 a.m., some leave their belongings overnight. Because of the long canopy under the sun beds, you have to constantly move them, blocking the passage to other people. Moreover, if you are lying somewhere in the back in the middle, then you need to go around all the sun beds on the side to go to the sea, since the sun beds are very close to each other and, say, you cannot walk in a straight line.
At about 18:30, the beach workers start saying that the beach is the finish line, they don't kick it out, but it was also strange for me.
Meal. The choice of meat is small, there are a lot of greens, vegetables, side dishes, but I can't say that it's delicious. There may be rotten vegetables in the vegetables, the pasta was smelly a couple of times. One day, they cooked wings on a bonfire, which were with the remains of feathers. On the third day, everything got boring, you seem to eat different vegetables, but you feel the same taste, apparently it's the water in which they are washed.
Alcohol is terrible, beer is probably the only thing that tastes more or less normal. We rested on the ultra all-inclusive system and there was no imported alcohol, although one day we were hinted that we would find everything for you for money. I didn't understand at all what ultra all inclusive meant, maybe juice in the mini bar? I don't know, really.
We talked to many people at the hotel, we did not find someone who is completely satisfied with it, everyone agrees that the hotel has never been 5 stars. Many were poisoned, just like us. There was one company that did not swim in the pool and lay for 4 days after departure, I assume that it's not about the pool after all.
In general, I do not recommend this hotel to anyone, I am sure that there are those people who did not face the same problems as we did and were satisfied with the rest, but the attitude of the administration to solving the problems of guests and all that we faced suggests that the hotel leaves much to be desired.

The room is 15 sq.m., the beach is public, although they write that it is private, people from all the hotels located below, as well as local ones, clog the sea so that they can only swim in the pool, only the latter is poorly filtered, and every day there are a lot of people with "intestines". The food is mediocre, the dishes are mainly sausages, fruits, oranges, peaches, nectarines, watermelons, and melons, which even if they offer money you will not eat. Horror children's animation, an evening disco for forty minutes, and before that Tom and Jerry for forty minutes, evening animation of the same type, the same thing every day, even dancing and music! Good animation for children in the children's room, good attitude towards Russians, it was infuriating that the beach was constantly occupied by Ukrainians, from hotels on the third coastline! The territory of the hotel is small! The beach is pebbles mixed with sand, sun loungers a hundred meters from the water, water activities from the hotel are much more expensive than from private owners, near the hotel, and the quality of services provided, the latter are much higher.

They gave me the keys to the room and offered to carry my suitcases unobtrusively. Well, actually, they wished us a pleasant stay on our refusal. The territory is of medium size. Four bars. There is no strong alcohol at the extreme bar near the beach, but 50 steps away there is a central bar with snacks and strong alcohol. There are a lot of tables. There is a lot of shade in the hotel, which I really liked. I went without children, the animators are normal in appearance, but I never talked to them. The staff is friendly without any negative emotions and disapproving looks. The Internet works in the lobby, you pay 2 bucks a day and the Internet works throughout the hotel very quickly. On Wednesdays there is a fair in front of the hotel, you can buy things fruits. There are a lot of shops and cafes across the street. The tour package is diverse, but it seems that there is a small percentage of tourists from the Russian Federation. Mostly Lithuania, Latvia, Belarus. I didn't like the food in the canteen. I crossed the road, went into the yards and picked oranges, but not all of them are delicious.

A very budget five.....I had a rest from 05/10/24 to 05/24/24, standard room. Ambiguous, but not 5 stars. The food is monotonous, sometimes yesterday's food is offered the next day, sweet pastries are monotonous, not tasty, but it looks bright. The soups are incomprehensible, I took them 2 times in 2 weeks, it is unclear what they are made of. Once they offered already spoiled fish....There were no frills. Turkish Cuisine Day is once a week, everything is the same, only chefs were present outside by the pool....A la carte- I ordered lamb and trout 2 times-it was cooked delicious, but snacks from the common table... Отдыхали с дочкой с 10.08.23. Подробно. Отель понравился. Номер стандарт очень небольшой, уютный, сантехника исправна, чисто. Убирали номер ежедневно, полотенца меняли 1 раз. При оставлении чаевых убирались хуже, чем без них ( парадокс). Но! Персонал вежливый, улыбчивый. Номер был со стороны бассейна, в 23 часа уже тишина, высыпались нормально, не верьте про шум.
Бассейн большой и чистый, убирают его ежедневно. Лежаки надо занимать в 7 утра( выдача полотенец начинается с 8, но можно занять любыми личными вещами: майки, круги для плавания . да хоть чем!). Горки- огонь, взрослые могут вспомнить детство!
Советую взять в поездку пару мелких полотенечек, места много в багаже не займут, а окажутся кстати.
Питание вроде и однообразное, но всего очень много, каждый день можно есть что то новое. Есть детский стол. Сами пекут выпечку( симит покорил мое сердце!!!). Огромное количество видов оливок и маслин, сыры достаточно однообразны, хоть и видов много. Напитки нон-стоп, алкоголь не разбавленный! Много овощей и фруктов. Кадждый день мясо и рыба, курица. Мороженное выдают раз в день и ни разу очередей не было.
Анимация вообще огонь. Особенно хочу отметить Дашу ( просто зажигалка)! Марго- занимается с детьми в мини клубе, невероятная энергия! Мемо- весело кошмарит взрослых у бассейна!
Пляж- чистый, много камней. Туда только в коралках. Заход в море с камнями, будьте аккуратнее.
Территория маленькая , но очень ухоженная и красивая.
Из минусов: везде плитка, ходить нужно аккуратно, чтобы не упасть.
В общем и целом: небольшой отель на 4*, очень уютный. Честно-в такой хочется вернуться
Пометка для тех, кто едет от тез тур: через гида по имени Мусса валюту не меняйте, нагревается на туристах , недалеко есть обменник, где можно поменять лиры по курсу близкому к правде( на момент поездки лира 3.8, гид хотел 4.5). Неприятно, хотя гид в автобусе говорил, что гиды меняют по реальному курсу.

Here it is necessary to understand the mentality of the Turks, who treat cats very kindly and, by the way, it is a sure sign that there are no rats in the kitchen. Surprisingly, there was almost no animation in the hotel this year. Beach volleyball doesn't count.
Now about the four for the hotel. Around 2017, the concept of tourist recreation changed at the hotel. Now the main principle of rest in the hotel is eat-drink-sleep. Food is available from 7-00 to 01-00. Vacationers move to the snack bar after breakfast and drink unlimited alcoholic beverages along with fast food. Then lunch and then again a snack bar and alcohol. I saw how people's tower was demolished from such a freebie right on the first day.

Отель хороший, номер удобный и красивый. Море очень близко, на пляже галька и песок. Персонал вежливый и отзывчивый, на просьбы реагируют очень быстро. Несколько дней море было грязновато, но нам это не мешало. Еды много разной, но ребёнок для себя не нашёл ничего кроме картошки фри и фруктов. В один день жарили на мангале куриный шашлык и кебаб - ел с удовольствием, а в остальном даже тортики попробовал пару раз и больше не стал. Если проблемы с желудком (я чем-то отравилась), то из еды будет только чай, хлеб и яйца вкрутую на завтрак.

The hotel positions itself as a five-star hotel, but in fact it pulls at 3 stars with a stretch.
We went to the hotel for 9 nights using the ultra all inclusive system. The alcohol is mediocre and we were just shocked by the paid Wi-Fi at the hotel, this is the first time we see this, but these are not their biggest problems.
When you go to ultra all inclusive, of course, you expect to be able to eat normally. We ate on the first day, and literally on the second day we ended up in the hospital under ivs with a severe food infection, we did not swim in the pool there, drank only bottled water, ate only in an Insulin, so there is no doubt that we were poisoned by their food.
Vomiting, diarrhea and fever plagued us the whole vacation after eating at this hotel. Plus, I started having a terrible allergy, considering that I'm not allergic at all, and as the doctor said, it's an allergy to milk, which is offered at the hotel)
When we recovered a little by the middle of the vacation, we decided to eat in the Insula again and, of course, poisoned ourselves in the second round)))
When we came to the guest resort to solve our problem together with the hotel and get at least some minimal compensation or an apology for a completely ruined vacation, in response to a claim to food, we heard from a girl who writes down in the ala kart restaurant only that: "oh, and I have now the child is sick at home too, this is not a problem in the hotel", "you know, in all hot resorts in July everyone is always poisoned" and, of course, that this is not their problem))) She said in all the photos of the spoiled food that it was "for decoration", although the cook stood and cut the spoiled rotten vegetables into a salad. When we objected to the fact that it was not the first time in July that we were vacationing in Turkey and had never had such a thing, we received complete disregard in response.
Bottom line: x2 money spent to eat in restaurants (as if that's not what you expect when you go to ultra all inclusive?), ruined health and ruined holidays. Thank you so much, Insula resort&spa, now you are on the blacklist of hotels 😉

We had a rest at the hotel this fall. We arrived at the hotel at 10 o'clock, the bracelets were put on immediately, settled in at 12 o'clock. The room was family, room cleaning every day. The territory is clean. There is an indoor pool in the spa area, open outdoors, one with slides. Large beach, good access to the sea. Very strong animation, they won't let you get bored, everyone knew the hotel dance. The child was entertained in a children's club, in the evening a mini disco and an entertainment program for adults. As for food, I was fed for slaughter, you can eat from morning to evening, going from restaurant to bars, gozleme tortillas, ice cream, drinks. In general, we liked everything very much, I hope we will come back.

Отдыхали в августе 23 года семьёй. Отель с небольшой компактной территорией, на которой расположился основной бассейн, бассейн с тремя горками (весело, но горки скорее детские), амфитеатр, несколько баров и детский клуб. Море близко, вход галька, но в целом больших камней в воде нет. В ресторане питание не сказать, что разнообразное, но вкусное, много гриля и сладостей. Были тематические вечера , национальной и японской кухней, шашлык и т.п. От отеля можно за 20-30 минут доехать на автобусе до Алании, Гед можно спокойно самостоятельно погулять.

Отдыхали семьёй и друзьями в этом отели июль 2023!!!
Всё очень понравилось, отдохнули от души.
Анимация пушка что взрослая, что детская. Особенно аниматоры Настя, Стася, Даша, Текин и Ведущий ВЫ 🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥 мы участвовали каждый день в соревнованиях в команде Феррари!!! Так же дети играли в пляжный волейбол, водное поло и дартц.
Еда разнообразная , выбор большой, голодный точно никто не будет!
Номер убирали каждый день, пополняли холодильник водой, соками, чистые полотенца всегда были.
Посоветую ли я этот отель - Да посоветую!!!
Единственный минус этого отеля для меня , это маленькая территория. Хорошего Всем отдыха 🌊🌊🌊🌈🌈🌈

The hotel is family-run, I didn't notice anyone drunk. A small selection of food for children, only for this I put 4 stars. But for the money for which we rested, it compensates for everything. I will definitely come again. By the way, in no case do not go to "free" shopping from a tour company, they are cheating! Отдыхали в 2023году.Сам отель чуток староват, во всем остальном все отлично!!!! Еда, голодный не останешься, всего в достатке. Поесть можно почти круглосуточно, есть ночной суп.Бар работает до 3-х утра.Обслуживание хорошее. Территория ухоженная, везде убирают. Номера чистые,за отдельную плату, будут идеальные. Анимация в этом году, как для детей, так и для взрослых, просто супер!!!! Напитки все местные, как алкоголь так и пиво. Пляж, мелкая галька. Чистый.

Hello everyone. Rested from October 6 to October 15, 2023. We were satisfied with the hotel. The rooms are clean and beautiful. The sea is the first line, the beach is large. The bar is open until 3 am (special thanks to the night manager Mustafa). Lots of places to eat. There is a night soup. Amazing animation, because of which I want to come back again. Children's animator - Margot) She's a super girl! And also Dasha, Tekin, Memo, Stasia, Animation Chefs - Anastasia and Chori! DJ Azat! The music in the hotel is great! I also want to praise the work of the waiters, who will bring drinks and quickly clean the table. Special thanks to the waiter Beitullah. I don't seem to have forgotten anyone. We will definitely return to the hotel if there is the same animation!

We stayed at this hotel for several years in a row, we liked everything. But this year, 2024, it's just a nightmare. Intestinal infection!!! We had a rest in October, the staff shared that this problem has been in the hotel since May!!! We saw people being taken by ambulance to the hospital for ivs. Never set foot in this hotel again!!! Everything is hushed up so as not to scare off tourists.

Неплохой отель, но не 5⭐️территория чистая, ухоженная, хоть и маленькая, гулять негде. Пляж свой, вход в море песчаный, с маленькими камушки, чтобы дойти от лежаков до моря лучше использовать обувь. Питание вкусное, но изо дня в день однообразные. Персонал вежливый, хотя с проблемами я не сталкивалась, не могу сказать как они помогают в решении их. Интернет бесплатный только на ресепшене, в номере надо оплатить. Ежедневно работают аниматоры, кроме воскресенья, йога, зумба, аквааэробика, конкурсы, вечером выступления.

Еда все включено, в принципе все нравится, бывало лучше конечно, но пойдёт. Самый, конек анимационной группе в отеле, отдельный привет Даше. На протяжении всего проживании практически со всеми познакомились). Из минусов непонятная труба выходящая в море, похожая на канализацию, но я думаю это у всех отелей так. Анимация не давала скучать на всем протяжении отдыха , будьте активней и отдых пройдет не забываемого). Убирались каждый день. Номер на 4++

Vacationed with a friend and children in June 2023. Everything is very decent, clean, neat, the food is good and delicious. But special thanks to animation! They just made this vacation. Everything is for children and for parents. The children are happy and busy with Margot, and mom can go to Dasha for gymnastics or dancing. A real buzz

The hotel is 4 stars , well, not 5 .1 bar from 10 to 24 hours of alcohol - whiskey wine and beer and 3 types of cocktails .the food is poor .one of the advantages is that the first line .the animation is weak and uninteresting .The fish restaurant is a mess .

Отличное расположение отеля,рядом два больших ТЦ,детский парк, через дорогу базар.Кормят в отеле на убой, всё очень вкусно и разнообразно.Уборка в номерах каждый день.Заход в море сразу с территории отеля,пляж песок с мелкой галькой,вход в море только в коралках.На территории 4 бассейна,4 бара👍С большим удовольствием вернусь туда ещё!

The hotel is super, we liked everything.We had a rest with my husband from October 20-26.The weather was pleasant, +37 in the afternoon, +23 in the evening.The food is delicious, the choice is large (there was not enough time to try everything), alcohol is local, also normal.Rooms are cleaned every day.The staff is friendly.We came to rest, and not to look for any disadvantages.Therefore, everyone is happy.Thanks!!!!

Отель явно не пятерка.Особенно питание ,которое заявлено как UAI ,на самом деле очень скромное,еще и не свежее((((
Отель сам очень компактный,как и территория.К этому нет вопросов,вся территория убирается,все очень чисто и ухоженно.Номер с новым ремонтом ,уборка едедневно.Расходников в виде мыла и шампуня нет,их наливают в диспенсеры на стене.А у них тугие кнопки и приходилось доставать через верхнюю крышку.Так себе гигиена😡Много вопросов к ресторану.Мы сразу слегли с температурой и расстройством всей семьей,включая ребенка.Три дня просто пролежали в номере с ужасными болями и рвотой.Потом в ресторане стали пробовать еду и нюхать,салаты прокисшие,курица на вкус старая,все продукты перерабатываются и на следующий день и подаются под разными соусами.Мороженое дают один час!(с 15.00 до 16.00-когда большинство спрятались в номерах от жары).Пришли с ребенком в 16.01 и ice-cream finished.На сайте заявлено детское меню,его нет,не обольщайтесь.Полный отель с малышами до года,а детского меню нет ,как и блендера.Остаток отпуска питались одной картошкой и рыбой на гриле.Пляж холмистый неровный,песок с галькой ,ноги грязные постоянно.На пляже дико воняет канализацией!!!!!Прямо с берега непонятная труба сливает непонятную воду в море,тут же,среди купающихся людей!!!Никогда больше сюда не приедем.Заплатили немалые деньги,а впечатления ужасные((((

A super hotel. We come there many times. The owner of the hotel strives to bring something new every year. The chef is incomparable! Variety every day. The SPA is great. Especially Smart, the masseur.the reception is on top! Cleanliness is everywhere. I recommend ordering Turkish coffee!!!!
