The hotel exceeded our wishes, the hotel is compact and green. The rooms are cleaned every day. The bar is updated daily, fresh juice, ice cream. The food is excellent, the Ala map restaurant is also good. Elena, the guest relations manager, is working very well. Responds to all questions. Of the disadvantages, Wi-Fi is free only at the reception. And then it's paid.

I am currently staying at the hotel. 2.05.2023 A good hotel, that's right, everything is fine here, the only minus is the disco on the street. I really liked the hotel. They are fed perfectly 5 times a day. Alcohol is a favorite, but quite acceptable. The rooms are small and cozy. The sea view from the balcony is gorgeous. The spa is not very good, but I did not visit it..The animators are great, they are playing all day long..The beach is not big, but there is more than enough space for the hotel's customers.

To begin with, I do not understand who liked this hotel and why there are so many positive reviews and tez tour actively promotes it. Probably bad reviews are being deleted. We had a rest from August 4-12, 2023.
First, the numbers. Russians like to settle on the ground floors with a view of the roof, which happened to us and to other people with whom we communicated. But some tipped at the reception and they took them up to the floors above, where it was good, which we did not guess, but there was no extra money, so the ticket is expensive. We were told everything was packed, there were no other rooms, so we had to get through to the main manager (we were terribly upset, angry and tired from the road, wishes are not specifically taken into account in the application) and immediately 3 rooms appeared for viewing, we stopped at one of them, but not very good, but at least it has a hair dryer it was with a normal uncovered wire and no water was flowing down the wall. (Although the hair dryer has broken down in the last 2 days, and in general, if you don't want to burn your beautiful hair, then take your hair dryer). The room is poorly cleaned, hair is everywhere, dust that you don't want to breathe for that kind of money, the floor is also poorly cleaned, the pillowcases were torn, they were not changed immediately. The pillows are not soft, the beds are terribly hard, my back ached all the rest. ((I did stretching every morning so my back wouldn't hurt.
Secondly, the food. A separate kind of art, declared fresh for breakfast, diluted, not fresh at all. All the food is monotonous, the same thing every day, only the fish and chicken days change. But you can't spoil chicken and fish too much, when it's delicious, then it's delicious! Some of the food looks extremely unattractive, in short, we ate the same thing. The neighbor said that children's food gives them diarrhea. (But they may still have drunk dirty water in the sea, perhaps). There is not even bacon for scrambled eggs, the fried eggs are fried in a lot of oil. Fruits like sliced melon or watermelon are served only in the evening, well, or at lunch, I would like in the morning. And there is no variety in fruits. We are very disappointed with the diet.
The animation is good, in the evening there are contests, various show programs, in each bar you can find something to drink, water juices, hot drinks, wine (not very good, but you can live), cocktails.
By the way, one girl went to the spa, and disappeared for 3 hours, her mother was looking for her and the spa said that the girl had left, and she was forgotten in the spa with a mask on her face, for 3 fucking hours!!
Well, the beach is like a beach, this year the sea was not calm and a lot of mud washed up, it's better not to swallow water, you can get poisoned.
The hotel is clearly not 5*, but 3*..... We will not go there anymore, it is not worth the money.

Hello! We had a family vacation in the second half of July 2023. For the first time in this much-vaunted Turkey, we were already unlucky with the hotel. Just about the pros, there are few of them:(
Positive:
- the beach is sandy and pebbly, the coastline is wide, more or less clean
- the sea is not bad, but it is better to go further to the pier, there is a good entrance or you can go from the stairs to the depth, because the hotel has a smelly pipe from which something flowed into the sea 🙄
- good animation, evening shows
- the bar is open, you can have a snack baked potatoes and waffles, cocktails, tortillas baked by a woman at the beach (some national ones) are not bad
CONS:
- !!!! EVERYONE, just everyone had an intestinal infection, just families!!!! It's a horror, because we've never been sick on vacation, and then all four of us fell ill.
- food 🫣 I would never have thought that you could come home with -3kg from an all-inclusive hotel 🤦♀️ there is nothing to eat, there seems to be a lot of everything, but it's terribly tasteless, I've already started eating French fries as children these last days, this was the only thing more or less, well, Turkish sweets were not bad. Mashed potatoes and that invisible 🤦♀️
- a pipe on the beach that flows from there into the sea 🤷♀️🫣 it's scary to think
- they clean poorly, they spread dirt on the floor more. We had a room for four and only on the day of arrival I saw 4 towels (4 small and 4 large), on other days we were given only 2-3 towels, which were completely changed every three days, i.e. one of us had to wipe himself with one towel for two. A couple of times I noticed how the cleaner picked up dirty towels from the floor and just hung them on our balcony. As a result, in the end I was completely confused about where clean and dirty. The countertop with the sink is also wiped with towels from the floor. They tried to speak, but the cleaners don't even understand English.
- Internet is only in the lobby, in the rooms for a fee
- in the lobby and restaurant there are often wet sofas and chairs, because there is no control even in the restaurant so that they do not walk in wet swimsuits.

I decided to write my review, as I have read a lot of contradictory reviews about the hotel, and many of them are absolutely not true. So: we arrived at 12 p.m., but checked in at 14 as expected, for some reason we were given a four-bed room with a view of the road for three people. The room is generally okay, but audibility is some kind of nightmare, cars drive as if right under your nose, people in the hallway are talking, but as if they are standing next to you. The bathtub was constantly accumulating water on the floor and did not come off. Now about the food: it's the same, a constant chicken, then a ham, then wings, we almost clucked, there was no variety, from the side dish or pasta or mashed potatoes and then we were given it for 3 days only, everything is not very tasty. Once it was a sea day, the sushi was not edible at all, the whole hotel took them, but no one ate. There aren't even any nuggets on the grill bar. Alcohol is like everywhere else in Turkey.
And now the beach is terrible. The fact that the sun beds are 50m from the sea is half the trouble, no one cleans the beach, it is dirty, the sun beds are not monitored, the sea is also not too clean, and it was stormy all the time on our dates, but I understand this place is always stormy in itself. In general, the hotel is dirty and very tired, we went to it solely because of the cheapness, but it's better to go to a good 4 than here

We flew to rest at the Garden Beach 5 hotel for a week, 123 rooms, on the top floor, directly overlooking this hotel, so we just couldn't sleep properly at night, when it was up to one o'clock, when it was up to 2 a.m. This music, which came from this hotel, was heard by the entire coast most likely. It's just a disgusting place that doesn't give people a proper rest. I would not advise people at all, especially in old age, to visit this place, who want to relax, and not listen to all this. 1. We drove to the hotel for 3 hours. No comments.
2. The room is small, everything you need to eat, shampoo, soap in dispensers. Cleaning, replenishment of the bar (water, min. water, juice) daily. The air conditioner worked well. The sound insulation in the room is poor, we listened to the animation until 1 am. The other rooms overlook the highway, so I don't know which is better.
3. The territory is green, it is comfortable to go to the sea, it is better to take sun beds earlier. Entrance to the sea - pebbles, stones. It's better to wear slippers!! Mostly waves, calm is rare.
4. The choice of food is meager, we were not hungry, but there is nothing to choose either. Herring fish, grilled mackerel, turkey meat, chicken. Fruits - 👍, we don't eat sweets.
5. Contingent - Germans / Russians - 50/50. Everything is peaceful, calm. There are many young people over 20, young families with children. There is even a small one. aqua park.
6. The animators are great. For active people, there is always something to do, it's not boring!
7. There is a huge market 10 minutes from the hotel. When leaving the hotel, turn right, then along the road for 5 minutes, at the traffic light - across the street. And there you will be guided. Everything is visible.
8. This hotel has the All Inclusive status. But he's obviously limping. We haven't had any ice cream, alk. drinks are good only for alcoholics (sorry, but understandable). Wi-Fi is $1 per day. He also catches fish on the beach for money.
9. I give this hotel a well-deserved 4 *.

Bars and snack bars work conveniently - you can have a snack at any time.
The cuisine is quite diverse in all meals: lots of greens, sweets, melon and watermelon all the time, peaches, citrus fruits, grapes, plums, apples... To garnish: rice, spaghetti, mashed potatoes, French fries, baked potato slices; various stews (chicken, turkey, beef), stewed fish, grilled, fried... They clean the dining room quickly enough. All hot dishes are served by kitchen staff, cold snacks, salads, greens, desserts - independently. Drinks: sprite, cola, fanta, beer- from kegs, coffee of various types - a coffee machine, there is also a machine for various juices, always freshly squeezed orange juice in the morning. The bars have alcohol, cocktails, coffee - a wide range. Cold water is available everywhere - in refrigerators in 200 ml plastic containers.
Of the disadvantages, there are not enough sun loungers by the main one and the pool with slides, you need to take up space early in the morning.
There are enough sun loungers by the sea, but they stand 50 meters from the water, the sand and pebbles are hot, so walking barefoot is quite problematic. At the exit from the beach there is a shower with cold fresh water.
Internet access is free at the reception, in the rooms and throughout the hotel for $ 1 per day.
The air conditioners work well, but in some rooms they are positioned so that they blow directly into your face, which is not very comfortable.
In addition to Turkish channels, there are Russian, Ukrainian and Belarusian channels on TV in the rooms.

We stayed at the hotel in May 2018. I was just in shock. Which five stars are we talking about? Second-rate trash. Or no, four minus.
The windows of the room faced the roadway, where there was constant noise from passing vehicles, right in front of the windows of the room there was a bridge over the highway leading to other hotels and to the village market.
Wi-Fi is only downstairs in the lobby of the first floor at the reception, it is not in the rooms. The sofas in the lobby are old, the upholstery is rag, there are stains from drinks. There is no food. there is practically no meat. The only thing I liked was the animators. People earned their bread 100 percent with both adults and children. The whole hotel was based on them. But I want to say, if you are not pretentious and want to relax with children, this is for you. The children are really happy there and will like it. Everything is organized for them: entertainment places and a pool with a slide, and animators and a place where children can be left with animators for drawings and games. The territory is fenced, it's not scary to lose sight of the child.

For $ 20, you can try to change if the hotel is not very populated. 2) The food is purely canteen, tasteless, you will not be able to sprinkle the salad with parmesan. There are greens, fruits, cheap cakes, cheeses are also cheap. There are no hard varieties at all. The fish is of the same type, and tastelessly cooked. Rice porridge is just as tasteless. The sausage is just terrible, it's impossible to eat. In the morning, you can only eat scrambled eggs from proteins. The rest is simplified to the limit. There are no good bakery products. Ice cream is served at the bar for a limited time for one hour a day. It feels like there is no proper cook in the hotel. 3) The beach is sandy and rocky, the water is not completely transparent, although the color of the water is blue. 4) There is virtually no free Internet, you need to pay $ 1 per day.
What could be improved? Extend the pool operation to 20 hours instead of 19 hours. Make lighting above the shaded tables so that you can play longer. But of course it is necessary to find a good cook so that there is no disappointment from poor, cheap food. And the last wish: I would like the staff to be more smiling and friendly. Otherwise, it feels like they are all tortured by their work. The faces are sad and serious. There is no such effect on cruise ships. The staff there is more hospitable.

In the canteen, the staff is kind of dirty and cleans badly, they can just shake off the tablecloth and put it back again. The furniture is all different, old from the seventies. If you want to take a place by the pool, take it earlier before breakfast. If you went to bed earlier, then get ready to hear everyone coming and going. There are no carpet tracks on the floor in the corridors and everything is perfectly audible. There is a Ponti fur coat store on the opposite side. This is a masterpiece in general, there are 15 healthy men at the entrance who are ready not to let you out without buying even at the cost of their lives. Annoying staff. We came from another store, the seller while we were changing jeans rummaged through our bags and said that we bought junk, he would sell us the same thing but cheaper. From side dishes rice and potatoes, often undercooked. The cook obviously has problems with potatoes... Their mashed potatoes are only for pigs to feed... The rice is delicious.

Salads are also served for lunch and dinner, but they literally drown in the sauce, they did not dare to try. Also about desserts - there are a lot of them, they are beautiful, the taste is the same, and they have a lot of semolina.
2. The rooms are good, cleaned every day, towels are changed, there is a TV, air conditioning, refrigerator, everything works, new furniture, linen and mattresses are clean. One of the disadvantages is that the room is too small.
3. The territory of norms. Solid 3. Two pools, large and with races. But it is impossible to occupy a chaise longue there! Everything has been covered with towels since 7 a.m. And half of the deck chairs with towels are empty for half a day! The staff is not watching.
4. By the way, there is no beach bar on the beach, there is on the territory, not far away, but still not on the beach. And we were promised a snack bar on the beach. He's not there. There is only alcohol in this bar.

I have been staying in this terrible hotel since 10/22/21. Wi-fi is only in the lobby and very weak, messages can still be sent and received via WhatsApp and telegram, but downloads files for a very long time. The hotel is very dirty, the corridors are filled with traces of drinks, dirty feet and have not been washed during all 8 days of stay.
Restaurant, no, canteen: cockroaches walk around the distribution tables, on supposedly washed dishes, there are often stains from dirty hands and traces of cockroach body parts (paws, wings). The hotel is declared as "ultra"- poverty. Soup- 1, rarely 2 types, fish- very rarely and for dinner, freshly squeezed juice (only orange) - diluted 1:30, pastries for breakfast no more than 2 types, more often 1 (if bagels, then cut in half), fruits: orange, grape- cut into thin circles, grapes are semi-rotten, melons are the same. I will not write anything good about hot dishes either. Alcohol, honestly, I have not tried it myself, I saw that at lunch and dinner you can go to the bar and take a glass of red or white wine yourself, in ultra the waiters will not offer you anything and will not bring you anything.
Number. She lived in a double room, alone. The room is no more than 15-16m2, low ceilings, very dark lighting, bar - 2 waters, 2 juices of 200ml, 1 mineral water of 250ml. The room seemed to be cleaned every day, linen and towels were changed 1 time. Shampoo is not given out every day.
The territory of the hotel is very small. The bars are empty, in one from 15.00 to 16.00 they give out 1 ice cream (the quality could not be tasted) French fries are always plentiful in the snack bar. I won't write anything about alcohol, I haven't tried it, but I've seen no more than 6-8 necks from under the bar in bars, for those who like to walk sane, it's enough and even really like it.
From the good: the sea is 50 meters from the hotel.

A small but well-planned and green area.
The staff is friendly. The rooms are clean, cleaned and linen and towels are changed on time and on request.
The food is varied, tasty and without consequences. They are fed from 7 a.m. to 1 a.m.
Alcohol is of high quality and varied.
The animation is very good, entertaining from 10 to 22. There are a lot of great guest bands on the evening show. Evening discos, foam parties and much more.
The beach is sand, the edge is sea gravel, the bottom is a solid rock slab.
Autumn 2019. The feelings are only positive.
