Then why do you need it at all? The baristas are also unpleasant, as if they are waiting for you to leave. One employee takes long queues in the morning when you want to run in for coffee before work, but often you just turn around and leave at the entrance to the coffee shop, because the queues are huge and the employee cannot cope with taking orders and making coffee. And the fact that the external part of the air conditioner is in your dressing room in summer is a huge minus. The other day we came in, it was hot, I opened the door and almost lost consciousness from a wave of even hotter air..
They put so much ice in the lemonade that if you don't drink it in one gulp, after a couple of minutes there is only water with a slight smell...

There were only TWO lemonades available: peach-mint, lemon-mint. Of course, I understand everything, but now the hot weather season has begun, when cold drinks are very relevant, because they save you from the heat. I am very happy with this coffee shop, I have been coming here in the mornings for years. I really like Raf with coconut chips and coconut syrup, called "Raf'ello". Previously, there were interruptions in the supply of cream for the Raf, which was frustrating, but after a strong outrage from one guy, everything improved.
Over the years, many staff have changed, often working one at a time due to a shortage of workers, which increases the expectation of an order. It's not critical for me. But why the workers do not stay at this place for a long time is anyone's guess ...
