A wonderful hotel! It was the first time, according to the reviews of a friend, and we never regretted it. Convenient location, proximity to the beach, the water in the sea is cleaner than in the center, quieter than in the center.
The room is pleasant, the furniture is good, the refrigerator is small, the TV is on, the kettle was brought without any problems. The balcony is small but cozy.
The only thing is a very noisy toilet.
The breakfasts are varied, delicious, and change daily. Fruits include watermelon, melon, jackfruit, papaya, pineapple, and dragon fruit. Mashed potatoes are very tasty (especially tomato and pumpkin soups)
Sausages, pasta-what the kids usually eat, muesli, cereals, yoghurts on tap were.
There are three swimming pools on the territory - at the 12-storey building, near the chalet and on the 4th floor of the 12-storey building. The pools are wonderful, blue, beautifully decorated, and there is a pool bar. Delicious cocktails for 250 baht. Massage salon on the territory of the pool, massage from 300 baht, well done, on couches, by women.
My friend and I had a birthday, so we were given cakes as a gift, it was very nice)
I really liked the hotel, I recommend it from the bottom of my heart! The staff is pleasant, helpful, always helpful, and they communicate easily through a Google translator.

I have been vacationing at the Grand Jomtien Palas Hotel for the second year.In 2023, I rested in May.In 2024, from July 29 to August 12.I like the location of the hotel-the sea is across the street, a good pool, excellent food and daily cleaning.We lived on the 5th floor in room 511-we had a very friendly maid who did high-quality cleaning.What I don't really like about this hotel,i.e. the cons are there are no shelves in the shower-to wash, you need to lower the toilet lid, put soap accessories there and it's not very convenient,water spreads all over the floor.Secondly, there is no shampoo, conditioner, toothpaste and brush, for such a hotel-this is a fat minus.This year there were so many different delegations from the local population -if you come to the dining room, it's worth a shout, but you want to eat in a calm atmosphere.But the most important disadvantage is the cafe working until morning nearby.The music was so loud, it was impossible to sleep.We went to complain to the reception-it was useless.Although I read that the police should fine such establishments if they violate public order after 12 at night.But apparently this cafe is friendly with the police.These were the disadvantages for us.Maybe if you take the room on the other side, it will be quieter, I don't know.But, in general, I would recommend the hotel before the rest.

A very good hotel, an honest 3, the breakfasts are standard for Thai but a lot of fruits (pineapple, banana, watermelon, pitahaya). The rooms are comfortable and large. Special thanks for the pool, it's big, deep and warm. There is a massage near the pool, you do not need to go far. Near the hotel there is an exchange office with a favorable rate, a 7/11 store, food markets and cafes to the right and left.

The hotel is super! I'm comfortable there. The breakfasts are great. You can choose for every taste. The rooms are certainly not new. But also a 3* hotel. But that's often all. Cleaning every day. Towels and bed linen are also changed every day. I always come across rooms with a view of the pool. In the evening, the chic is closed and the sea and the pool are visible.

We stayed at this hotel for the first time. I liked it!!!!! Nearby there is a 7eleven store,sea,swimming pools,market. Cleaning, changing towels every day. Of the disadvantages, there are no shelves in the shower, no place to put shampoo, etc., water spreads all over the floor. Music plays loudly and for a long time next to the Sauna cafe. Breakfast for 2 weeks is normal, and of course I wanted meat and sausages with cheese.

Very decent hotel, excellent location, close to all infrastructure. Everything is great for 3 stars!!!! The breakfasts were varied, and we weren't hungry. We cleaned every day, towels were changed every day. I recommend.

I chose the hotel based on reviews. In general, I agree with many opinions. A decent buffet. Fish, meat, soups, 3 types of eggs, several types of fruits always. Very decent coffee. The rooms are cleaned every day, but they don't really try. Towels are changed every other day, bed linen every 3-4 days. The only drawback is a very dirty sea, but this is no longer relevant to the hotel. I definitely recommend the hotel.

The hotel itself has a main building, a chalet building, and there are also rooms at the pool. There are 2 swimming pools on the territory, there is a gym, there is enough greenery. There is a swimming pool on the 4th floor of the main building. Wi-Fi is available throughout, a deposit of 1000 baht is required upon check-in, which is refunded upon check-out.
There is also a massage by the pool, but the masters work so-so, we went to the 7 Cafe next to the hotel, the masters there are excellent!

I am writing after the trip, in November 2024. Perhaps the information will be useful to other tourists. We had a good rest, mostly. The Grand Jomtien Palace Hotel***. The hotel matches its stars. Rooms are cleaned every day, the bed is partially changed, towels are changed every day. There is shower gel, shampoo, soap, t/paper, shower caps, and cotton swabs :). The location is good, near the sea, 7/11, yellow exchanger (TT), markets, a good pharmacy, an excellent cafe "Crocodile" with a Russian menu, they cook and serve perfectly. The breakfasts are basically the same, but, as many write, you will not go hungry. There is a safe at the reception. Three pools. Very nice with beautiful vegetation - the main one at the hotel. The sun beds are free by 12-13 o'clock. The staff responds very quickly to requests, there are staff at the reception with mobile translators. Jomtien Street is being repaired, so tuk-tuks and taxis go only one way, which is very inconvenient. I had to go to the Second Jomtien to go to the center or to the pier. The Bolt application helped out to call a taxi, which arrived instantly.
Disadvantages of the trip. We flew with Azurair. The flight is delayed there for 12 hours (!), from there for 4 hours with waiting for the bus at the reception, already outside the room, because it is necessary to check out before 12 o'clock. The sea and the beach at the hotel are dirty - that's not the word, terribly dirty! For this 4*. Well, the room with the third "cot" is 20 cm shorter than a normal bed, which is what I was afraid of. When 3 people with a height of 170,180,184 are traveling, this is critical! Our guide promised to help us with this problem on the first day, on the second day, on the third day we solved this issue ourselves. In general, it is not clear why guides are needed now, only to sell excursions... We still remember our guide, Taika Meow, on his first trip to Tai in 2005.

I liked everything, the food is varied. The pool and the sea are clearly visible from the 10th floor. The furniture is clean, they change it every day. There is a towel, soap and everything. There are markets and restaurants nearby. There is not dirt everywhere on the walls. There are 3 types of towels, on the bed at the entrance to the room there will be a red and white towel (folded into a bunny). Red is needed for the pool, white for wiping hands and face. Also in the bathroom you can find another towel, it is available for the body.

The hotel has an amazing location. 7/11 on the corner, a point with fruits 30 meters away, the beach across the street, two night markets in different directions within walking distance (3 minutes to one, 7 to the other). They took us on excursions either last or penultimate, but they always brought us first.
The view from most of the rooms is of the sea.
The beautiful pool is very clean, cozy, surrounded by shade, surrounded by blooming plumeria.
Comfortable clean beds, excellent air conditioning.
A normal average breakfast is like everywhere else. You will not get any gastronomic pleasure, but you will have enough to get enough.
The safe at the reception seemed inconvenient, but it turned out that everything was very good - the main thing was to pick up documents from the evening before an early excursion.
One of the disadvantages is a little tired furniture, but this is just a trifle. The only real disadvantage is the non-removable shower head, which hangs below the shoulders (under my height of 180 cm) and weak water pressure.
I would also like more toilet paper in the room.
We saw water and cleaning every day. A kettle was provided upon request. Towels for the shower and beach towels are available, shampoo and other one-size-fits-all were not available.
In general, I definitely recommend the hotel. It is difficult to imagine a better location.

Choose something new every time, the variety of dishes allows. Spacious room with a gorgeous side sea view. There was an 11th floor.On the 4th floor there is one of the three pools, there is a stunning view of the sunset. And in general, the location of the hotel on 1st Jomtien is the most convenient for exploring Pattaya.

Rested with my husband 13.11-21.11. Very nice, clean hotel. The service is great. Balconies are so made that all rooms have a sea view. Near 7/11. The pool is good, but the people are cunningly made, in the morning the place will be occupied for the whole day (not being there). That's why we sometimes sat at tables. And in the evening we sat by the pool and had dinner (having bought dinner in advance at the night market) . On arrival, the deposit is 1000 baht, on departure they give it away. Towels and linen were changed every day + water. In the restaurant they asked for a knife and spoons, they gave them without problems for the entire period of stay. I recommend. I would stop there again.

We are currently staying at this hotel from December 16 to December 27.
The hotel is excellent, the breakfasts are great, fruits: watermelon , pineapples , dragon fruit, melon.
Sausages, soups, eggs, scramble, pasta, potatoes, salads and
much more, cleaning every day. It's not super cleaning, but it's okay. The pools are clean, there are several of them, very comfortable, cozy and beautiful.

This is the quietest (not the main building is a high-rise building with a drug bar nearby), but if you take a chalet or a distant 3-storey building. It has 2 swimming pools and a breakfast buffet, not French delights, but decent. This is a massage right on site. It's 10 minutes from the exit to the "eat, buy, see" market, even to the left for new ones, even to the right for the good old Night Jamtien. It's 20 minutes to the pier via walking street on Sang Teo (tuk tuk pickup) and voila ferry to the islands, it's 15 minutes by taxi to Madame's Garden or Columbia Water Park. But the most important thing is fresh towels every day, it's friendly and attentive staff, it's not expensive and affordable, and it's also very convenient right across the street from our beloved 7eleven)))) There is a point of sale for tours and excursions near 7.11 by the road, special thanks to the girls (Olga).!! It is profitable to carry $ 100 each!! The rest of the course is so-so.

Great hotel in Jomtien! Yes, not new, BUT clean! The rooms are spacious enough, the plumbing is working, the bed linen is clean. The hotel is on the first line, across the street is the beach. The top deluxe tower wing room on the 12th floor we got a direct view of the sea. There are 2 non-movable chairs and an ashtray on the balcony. It is possible to smoke for very smokers. The conder worked properly, but did not regulate the temperature if I turned on 25, he still steamed 18. The furniture is tired of course. But for a 3* hotel, I consider it normal. There are 2 Russian TV channels. We had a 2-bedroom bed and one cot as an extra place. And apparently a regular sofa made of eco-leather. The bathtub is small, the shower is embedded in the wall with my height of 165 cm, I almost had to sit down to wash my hair. The plumbing has retired with dignity, but it is working properly. Generally clean. There are accessories in the form of shampoo, shower gel, cotton swabs, shower caps. They don't really try to clean up even for tips. If the check-in is late, as we do not require a deposit, the next day you can change it at the exchanger and give it away, you can also take a free safe at the reception 2 keys, one yours, one from the administrator. It is open from 8 am to 8 pm. So you need to calculate the time and if it's early in the morning, then take the money in advance. Nothing of value was left in the room, so there were no incidents. There is a fine of 4000 Baht for the loss of the key. There was one significant disadvantage if a large family lives. They only give you one room key card. In the mini bar, water is 0.5 by the number of people staying for free every day, large bottles of 40 baht 1 piece are deducted from the deposit. You can pay with a deposit at the pool bar. Towels for the bathroom and beach were changed every day. We were always given 3, and we were 4. For me, it was not a problem to talk at the reception every day or call for more to be brought. They respond quickly to all problems and requests. They don't speak Russian and English isn't much either, but the translator fixed everything. A kettle in the room can be requested at the reception for free. We had a coffee machine and tea pairings.

Excursions were taken near the hotel from Maxim. It's cheaper, they take small buses. We didn't drive around the hotels for a long time.

We stayed at this hotel from 02/25/2013.2024 .There were three of us, we were given a room on the 7th floor with a view of the pool and the sea - this is a plus.But mostly there are many disadvantages:
1. dirt and dust in the room is centuries-old, the mirrors did not shine through, the floor is dirty, just terrible, the plumbing is antique, in san.the node in the shower did not have a single shelf, shampoo (aka gel)They put it on the floor, there's nowhere to hang a washcloth.
2. There is no kettle and tea accessories, but they are available on request.Please note that water in 1.5 l bottles is paid - they don't always say.
0.5 l is free of charge.
3. There is no clothes dryer, so take a string and clothespins.The closet is huge, but there are few hangers.
4. The light in the room is barely there.
Towels are changed every day, the cleaning is so-so, especially the bathroom is not cleaned.
I brought rags with me and washed the room)))
The hotel has 3 swimming pools, one of them on the 4th floor.The one at the bottom of the main body is MUD inside along the sides on the tiles !!! There are few chaise lounges for such a number of people, the most agile ones occupy them from 6-7 o'clock in the morning.We did not go to the beach and did not swim in the sea - it was VERY DIRTY! Just like we came from Phuket and were just horrified : the beach is dirty, bottles, glasses, coconuts are lying around, there are some food leftovers in the sea, just tin.
For recreation, the location itself is very convenient, you can get to any area of the city by tuk-tuk for 10 baht.
Shops, markets are all within walking distance.
Regarding nutrition, we did not like it, but this is our opinion, there was something to compare it with.We had two other hotels in Phuket before this one.
And another thing that I really disliked about this hotel is the flies, they are both in the restaurant and on the pool - unpleasant.
Next to the hotel there is a tourist office from Oleg, there are the most reasonable prices.If you eat with rubles, then there are no problems changing at tourist kiosks, and dollars are the best exchange rate in the yellow TT exchanger (there are other yellow ones there, do not confuse) or at your hotel guides, they had the most profitable dollar exchange rate.
Massage is very well done on the territory of the hotel near the pool, take it, you will not regret it.The price is 200 baht per hour - we recommend it!My husband did both back and legs.I will fly to my feet!!!

We assume that this is a 3-star hotel. The location is convenient, but on the right there is a night market where street musicians sing until one o'clock at night), on the left there is a nightclub where the same problem is, so you need to live in the depths of the complex)... The pool on the 4th floor is good, plus there are two more outside.. The gym is one name, one simulator that is 60% out of working condition (it feels like it was brought from scrap metal). The breakfasts are extensive, but you can only eat 3-4 dishes, the rest is of a specific taste.. I lived on the 14th floor with a great view of the sea. The room stock is old, but everything works.. I stayed at this hotel 4 times. The best price/quality/location ratio. Delicious hearty breakfasts. Nice rooms. If you live on Jomtien beach, then the Grand Jomtien Palace! I recommend. Deluxe rooms, and top deluxe rooms with direct sea views. Partial of the standards.

The first time we lived in the main building on the 4th floor (room 409), there is a swimming pool on this floor, the second time we were given a room in another building (Chalet wing) on the ground floor. Everywhere there are pros and cons, but the cons are not very significant))) in the main building there are huge cockroaches (apparently Madagascar), furniture and plumbing are a little older, pronunciation, but this is the main building, there is a reception, breakfasts and access directly to the sea (across the street), and 7/11 is around the corner, more crowded and in it and in the pool that is nearby. I really liked it! In the Chalet Wing, the rooms are one and a half times larger, the balconies are also larger, the kettle is in the room!!! (we asked for a kettle in the main building), there are no cockroaches! Furniture and plumbing are better, but there is no sea view from the balcony, but a view of the pool and houses). You have to go to the main building for breakfast, but it doesn't even bother you. The pool is not crowded, there are always free sun beds. A quieter, more cozy place. By the way, about the pools! They work from 7 to 19, but if the first pool ((which is near the main building) is blocked, although you can go sit at the tables there, then the second pool is not closed, and we swam until late! In general, everything is great! Definitely I will only come back here once more!

It was an accident, of course we returned it, but know our own! When the Thais took 1000 baht from us, they did not notice, but how we immediately looked at the cameras!Be very careful! 1000 baht per room and be sure to require a receipt! It was the only thing! A family of 4 people vacationed in March 2024. A normal hotel, the staff is helpful. The breakfast is a buffet, the choice is good, we did not leave hungry. There were no living creatures in the form of cockroaches or ants. The room is cleaned daily. There is no kettle in the room, but you can ask at the reception. There are three pools, but there are not enough sun beds, by 8 a.m. almost all were already occupied))) the sea is across the street. The night market and exchangers are not far away.

We stayed at this hotel in December 2022, the hotel is gorgeous, the location is excellent, as I wanted, Jomtien district. It was always possible to go to the center by Tuk-tuk. The beach is 50 meters from the hotel. There was a night market across the street, a shop too, and you could always go down and eat. After 800 m there is another market, there is more choice On the territory of the hotel There are 2 swimming pools, on the 1st and 4th floor. There are sun beds and umbrellas by the pool too.
Our room was on the side of the market, music was playing in the evenings, everything was glowing, I liked the only thing, sometimes music was playing loudly, but we closed the balcony, and it was not audible.
I also liked the food very much, the assortment was large, there were 10 types of hot, vegetables, always a lot of fruits, and pastries.
The room itself is very large, with a huge bed, TV, wardrobe, table and chairs. They cleaned and changed the bed every day. A hairdryer in the room and a refrigerator, a kettle on request, a safe at the reception. Water was brought every day.
The staff is sooo friendly, from the receptionist to the maids👌🏻The girls who cleaned were always left with sweets, they were very happy.
They take a deposit of 1000 baht, return it after a rest.
I recommend the hotel
