We stayed at this hotel in December 2022, the hotel is gorgeous, the location is excellent, as I wanted, Jomtien district. It was always possible to go to the center by Tuk-tuk. The beach is 50 meters from the hotel. There was a night market across the street, a shop too, and you could always go down and eat. After 800 m there is another market, there is more choice On the territory of the hotel There are 2 swimming pools, on the 1st and 4th floor. There are sun beds and umbrellas by the pool too.
Our room was on the side of the market, music was playing in the evenings, everything was glowing, I liked the only thing, sometimes music was playing loudly, but we closed the balcony, and it was not audible.
I also liked the food very much, the assortment was large, there were 10 types of hot, vegetables, always a lot of fruits, and pastries.
The room itself is very large, with a huge bed, TV, wardrobe, table and chairs. They cleaned and changed the bed every day. A hairdryer in the room and a refrigerator, a kettle on request, a safe at the reception. Water was brought every day.
The staff is sooo friendly, from the receptionist to the maids👌🏻The girls who cleaned were always left with sweets, they were very happy.
They take a deposit of 1000 baht, return it after a rest.
I recommend the hotel

I really liked the hotel, and the center is close and the beach is nearby and the breakfasts are wonderful and there are several pools (if there are 3 of them, two downstairs and one on the fourth floor) The only negative is the old number of rooms. Both tourists on vouchers and independent travelers have a rest at the hotel. The exchanger is more profitable than the one on the left (if you stand with your back to the hotel) the second exchanger in a row!

We had a rest in March 2023. Excellent location of the hotel, the sea is across the street, from the window you can immediately see the seven and the night market, the exchanger is nearby, tuk tuk goes constantly, you can go to the center, there is an excellent crocodile cafe nearby. We had a rest in early April. The location of the hotel is excellent, the sea is across the street, in the evening there is a street with a lot of food. Near the exchanger and 7&12. The hotel has 3 swimming pools, massage services are available near all pools at an affordable price. The breakfasts are decent, the dishes are replenished, you will not stay hungry, fruits (watermelon, pineapple, bananas). The rooms were tired, the plumbing was working in both rooms. They cleaned every day, but just very superficially, in general dirty taps, very dirty, dust was wiped more than once. Towels are changed every day. The deposit at check-in is not clear (there is no bar), but put 1000V at check-in. On the road, they are stupid for a very long time and give it away reluctantly. It is for this that I take off the star, not for dirt, but for nerves when leaving. I recommend the hotel.

The location is convenient - in the center of Jomtien Street. The infrastructure is within walking distance. Tuk-tuks drive along the street, so there is no problem to move anywhere. Jomtien Night Market is a 10-minute walk away. There are 7 levels and a small night market nearby. The sea is across the street from the hotel. As in all of Jomtien, it is not very clean. There are no free sun loungers on the beach from the hotel. The beach is quite wide, yellow coarse sand.
The hotel itself is not bad in general terms. There are three swimming pools, massage rooms, and a dining room terrace with sea views in the main building. The food, by the way, is not bad, but they do not suffer from a special variety. Cons - cosmetic repairs would not hurt the hotel, there are only two elevators in the main building, so you have to constantly wait and clean the rooms poorly, change towels every day, and bed linen is rarely changed. There are no bathrobes and slippers. But almost all rooms have a sea view. The rooms are equipped with a TV, refrigerator, hairdryer and air conditioning. A kettle can be taken at the reception. There are no safes in the rooms, they are downstairs at the reception. They are provided free of charge, but access to them is from 8-00 to 20-00. Safes of the type of a safe deposit box are opened with two keys, one of them is at the administrator, the second is given to you. The penalty for losing the key to the cell is 4000 baht. The staff does not understand Russian, some understand English a little, so use a translator at least from Google. Free WIFI is available throughout the hotel, including rooms and pools.
There is parking at the hotel, in case someone wants to rent a vehicle.

I was here on 02/23/24–03/9.24 and I will rate the hotel at 5/10
To begin with, the linen here is a little dirty, there are ants (there were in our room)
The breakfasts are basically normal, there are a lot of dishes.
The hotel is located across the street from the sea
The equipment in the room is weak.
There are 2 swimming pools, one on the 4th floor, the second next to the hotel. There are also massages, many shops nearby.
There is a delicious restaurant called "Crocodile" nearby, there is Thai food and even Russian! and most importantly, it is inexpensive
Sun beds are paid, 100 baht per sunbed, the shore is not cleaned, all sorts of jars and flasks are lying around.
The sea near the shore is also dirty, the water is not turquoise.
They walk along the beach and sell all sorts of things, starting with food and ending with paintings, bracelets, swimsuits (I do not advise taking shrimp and other products in batter, they are worn without bags, everything goes out under the sun, they sell with dirty hands. My opinion, because I was poisoned by them, hugged the toilet all day)
There is a night market near the hotel

The horror is that discos, concerts are often held there and it's all unbearably loud, you can hear it even on the other side of the hotel with the windows and doors closed!!!
Nearby there is a pharmacy, an Olegtur, a Stastur, exchangers.
All kinds of massages and shops again.
Overall, the rest went well, but these discos under the windows are just terrible…

All the advantages are overlaid by one huge minus - this is very loud music almost until the morning from the street, with different from all sides, it does not just play, it just bangs on the brain. Therefore, if you check in with children or like to sleep at night, and not hang out until the morning, then immediately upon check-in, announce that you need a quiet room, and not with access to the market. And it is better to book a chalet or cottage right away, away from the noisy street. We didn't match up well, so every night seemed like hell.
Of the advantages, of course, the location, everything is nearby, the beach, shops, markets, tuk tuks, polite staff, cleanliness, change towels every day, bed every other day.

A disgusting hotel, the rooms smell damp, the smoke detector falls off, the staff can afford to rummage in the bags of visitors without permission, I don't say anything about the promised gym, everything falls apart. There are ants crawling in the rooms and in the dining room, which climb into plates and suitcases. When booking the hotel, it was said about the kettle and tea accessories, upon arrival it turned out that they are issued for a fee, 270 baht each day.
As a result, I can say that the hotel saves on everything and it is better to choose another one than this one. We booked a hotel specifically near the sea, when we came to the beach we saw pipes from which the sewer was drained directly into the water, the water got an unpleasant smell and we had to drive all over the city in search of normal, clean water and the beach

Nice hotel. The breakfasts are better than in many other hotels on Jamtien. If you want an ocean view, book top de luxe rooms from the 9th to the 14th floors, and if you want silence in the morning, then the rooms are simpler, they will go out to the courtyard.
The pool is cleaned every day. Massage by the pool at reasonable prices.

This is cleaning in 10 days, the floors were not washed more than once, the bed was changed, towels too, the garbage was taken out daily, but you can't walk barefoot, your feet stick to the floor. This is despite the fact that we treated the cleaning lady ..... The next moment is the pillows, they are like asphalt, it is not possible to sleep, the smell of old furniture, it is not possible to put things in the closet, he has the smell of suffocation. The condee was working, the water was flowing perfectly, the refrigerator was working. They asked for a kettle at the reception, they brought it right away.... Breakfasts are varied and completely satisfied. The only moment of coffee and tea we brought our own. The milk was bought at Seven Eleven near the hotel, which is a local Magnet. Wi-Fi was quietly caught on our 5th floor and on the beach by the palm trees, you can also catch it.... We go to the market, which is on the right of the Mill, it is better than the lighthouse, it is on the right of the hotel. Excursions were taken to the left of the hotel from Oleg, everything went Mega cool... They took a Quai and a zoo and a military beach went to the gift of a guide at times more expensive. The guide for a 4-year-old child costs a little less than an adult, and Oleg is free if there is no place on the bus..... The hotel is very well located. Therefore, the occupancy rate there is excellent, but it did not bother us, there are not enough sun loungers by the pool. Go further there Jomtien chalet you can use the basik there are always a lot of places. I recommend from from the hotel, but if possible, settle in a chalet it is newer, the rooms are larger.... And it stands far from the road. We've been showering all night with these motorcycle mopeds. It is almost impossible to get enough sleep.... on 09.12 at 7:50 in the morning, I couldn't sleep, went to the toilet on business and from there I saw someone walking outside the door to the parishioners, I thought my wife or daughter who were sleeping in the room, while there were no steps, only shadows, then a sharp slam of the room door from outside, while I went out I realized that it wasn 't my wife or daughter who was also sleeping . I checked the valuables were in place. I went to the reception, and there, to any question about the cameras, the answer is whether everything is in place.
As a result, they said this particular camera does not work, although the camera is right above our room.
Also, for some reason, the guide from anex warned me on the morning we arrived not to leave anything in the room being stolen.
This is my favorite Pattaya.
And everything is purple for the hotel staff, no apologies, no reaction, just a reproach, they say, and what are you waiting for. Beds for dwarfs are wide, they give out a one-and-a-half-bed for a large one.

The location of the hotel is just perfect. The sea is across the street, the beach is cleaned with special machines. The sea is cloudy because of the color of the sand, but this did not bother us, it is still cleaner than in our south. On the left there is a grocery market, where everything is available, we had dinner only there. 2 swimming pools, small on the 2nd floor, large on the street. Children's playground for kids. The food was acceptable, they didn't stay sick. In a few minutes there is an exchange and a massage parlor. It takes about 15 minutes to get to the pier.
The rooms are old, but the beds are large and comfortable. The shower is built into the wall, inconvenient. Balconies half-turn towards the sea view in all rooms. The light bulbs were not on at check-in and they could not set up the TV. On the call, after 3 minutes, the master was already there and fixed everything. In general, it is normal for 3 stars.
