A decent hotel! The cleaning is excellent.Great location. The entire infrastructure is nearby.Breakfast is normal.Price-quality is excellent! It is convenient to get to any point of the city.Tuk-tuks stop right outside the hotel.
Very nice hotel, near the sea, near the market and cafes, very good service and comfortable rooms, and the plus is that a very cool pool, in general, 10/10
The hotel pulls on its stars. We had a good view from the 9th floor, when moving to the 5th (there is a swimming pool below us on the 4th), the screams of the children in the morning bring a little discomfort. The rooms are cleaned daily. The breakfasts were like everywhere else, but they were not particularly tasty. The plumbing in the rooms is certainly a bit old. With full occupancy, it takes a long time to wait for the elevator and again the queue for breakfast on the tables (but the Thais did well to add 4 tables for 5 people). The first line, but I can't say anything about the beach at the hotel since we've never been there. There are good cafes nearby, sevenleven is a minute's walk away. We ordered lunch in the room, the prices are adequate, the principle is delicious.
There is also a swimming pool on the territory, but there was no time to swim in it. The gym is located in a part of the chalet (this is one name), apparently it is purely nominal, my husband said that there are not even scales for him to work out there (I will try to attach a photo). The spa is open from 9-11. Prices are like any massage in the city, they do not do badly, the chairs are certainly not the most comfortable for foot massage, another of the disadvantages is again everyone in the pool is yelling and the Thai themselves chat a lot among themselves. In the photo, a family room from the 9th floor, very spacious and bright, but with a very small bathroom.
The hotel is very good, I take a star for cleaning, it seems that seeing that my children and I are brought to a room that has not yet been cleaned for a nap at 12-13 o'clock, the cleaners came for 2-3 hours specifically so as not to clean the room. The second star is why there are ants and a layer of dust upon arrival in the room and for 2 weeks they have never washed the floors. Overall, I liked the hotel, the location is excellent.
A good hotel by the sea, bed linen and towels are changed every day, cleanliness, excellent food!!! True, in 2 weeks I had to kill 3 cockroaches in the bathroom and a rat was seen several times on the 4th floor near the pool, but this is Asia, where without it? The main thing is that pythons and anacondas do not climb out of toilets, and that's good!!! And so there is a store nearby 7/11 and markets.
The hotel is nice, the rooms are clean, cleaning is done daily. Surprisingly!!! They even dusted it!!! The breakfasts are varied, the dishes are replaced 2 times a week.Clean pools. Its own territory.
But for me personally, there are two disadvantages.
First, there are air conditioners at the reception, you can not pass quietly. It feels like you're in Chukotka.
Secondly, it's music at night from bars!
Excellent hotel, convenient application, the sea is across the street, there is no problem to go anywhere in the city. Breakfast is without pretension, delicious and healthy. The photo shows the view from the balcony of the room.
A very good middle-class hotel. Three pools. One of them is on the third floor and two are on the street. The sea is across the street, the first line. They are cleaned every day. There is a night market nearby.
Great hotel, cleaning every day. A good breakfast. We lived on the 7th floor, 721, overlooking the sea and the temple. Charm. 3 pools, one a little further away, where the chalet is. The sea is across the street. There are towels for the sea.
Not a bad kitchen. Good location - close to the hotels located in Jomtien. Nimble waiters. In my opinion, the only drawback is that the menu is in Vietnamese only.
Everything is fine, there is no sound insulation. The bikes growling on the road do not let you sleep, a Thai man screams at the market with his songs until half the night, in general, it does not work out fully day or night.
The hotel is nice, but if you want peace, then go somewhere else. Jomtien is not for relaxing in silence and not for introversion. And so everything is nearby, tuk-tuks can be reached anywhere in Pattaya.

For this money, the most interesting option.
The hotel is located 50 meters from the beach.
Top Deluxe Main Building rooms have a balcony and sea view.
For 9 nights, it is only 5,000 rubles more expensive than a regular room.
The staff is friendly, the local cuisine of the hotel is delicious and the price is normal.
On the side of the hotel, across the street there is a 7eleven store.
2 swimming pools.
On the 4th floor there is a swimming pool and to the left of the exit there is a swimming pool on the territory of the hotel.
Breakfast is included in the price.
The buffet.
The hotel is three stars by two stars. It is clear that covid holidays have affected the hotel. Rusted plumbing. Tattered, old curtains. But I was particularly surprised- cleaning- the floors are not washed, you don't walk barefoot. The beds were separate, they began to pull back to connect, there were scraps of dust with hair. But towels are changed regularly. The breakfasts are the same all days, not the most delicious, but it will do. The ladies at the reception are tough. You have a full hotel of Russians, they don't know a word, they don't have Thai friendliness, their English is extremely incomprehensible.
Very nice hotel, cleaning every day, good breakfast menu. Two large swimming pools and walking distance to shops and cafes. The beach is across the street
We had a rest in the second half of January. A 4-star hotel in my subjective opinion. There are no excesses, everything is modest. We lived in a bungalow on the 2nd floor, lizards on the ground floor). The pools are clean, there were always enough sun beds. To the sea across the street). The breakfasts are decent, not to say that everything is there, but you will not stay hungry. We were satisfied with the rest.

The location is super, the market is nearby, the tuks go, the exchanger is nearby, the cleaning is good, the linen is a little old, the air conditioner is noisy, there is no sausage and cheese from breakfast, watermelons from fruits..
We had a rest in early December 2022. Everything is fine and corresponds to the reviews already written, but... The air conditioning is terrible, it does not decrease or increase, at night the flow of cold air just blows off the bed, and if you turn it off, you will suffocate from the heat. We moved three times from room to room, in two on the upper floors on 7 and 6 there was a terrible smell of mold, asthma worsened, only the sea saved us. This slightly spoiled the impression of the hotel.
