The room is quite cozy, the beds are soft and clean. Delicious breakfasts, meat and dairy dishes, vegetables, fruits, pastries.
The staff is polite and friendly.
On the downside: The bathroom is equipped with a bathtub, but that's okay, even if it's not very convenient. The problem is with the plastic shower hose. When the water was turned on, the elastic hose prevented the shower from being installed in the desired position, so I had to hold it in my hand. The bathroom smells of sewage.
There is a kettle, cups, and supplies in the room, but there are no teaspoons, instead there are plastic chopsticks, I suspect that they are not disposable.
Overall, it's a good hotel, but there's a lot to work on.
The photo shows the same sticks.

Highly recommended: excellent value for money. The location is comfortable, there is a large shop and restaurants nearby. You can also walk to the park and the museum. The rooms are large, there is a minibar, tea corner, washbasins, bathrobe and slippers. Bottles of water are brought every day. The staff is polite, always trying to help or meet people halfway. The breakfasts are good, light continental. Exotic products include koumiss and horse meat.

We've stayed here twice. Nice hotel, great location (it was very convenient to get to the office, there are many places nearby where you can have dinner + near the shopping center with a food court).
The room is clean, towels were changed every day and 2 bottles of water were brought, good breakfasts.

I highly recommend this hotel! Wonderful, comfortable rooms, attentive staff, delicious breakfasts, cleanliness, good location (near the hotel there are many places where you can have lunch, a large shopping center, an exhibition hall, gift shops). I'm glad I'm staying at the Garden park inn.

I stayed at this hotel in March 2025. I really liked the hotel. Clean, cozy, good breakfasts, friendly staff, especially Muhammedjon at the reception. Good location and not far from the mountain resort of Shimbulak. I'll be happy to go back there.

On the plus side, the breakfast is good and full , there is something to eat , and the prices are very pleasant . Of the cons, the price of 13,000rubles per night is not justified at all, the service is 2, the door opening card constantly stopped working, every day I had to go back and forth to get it started, it's terribly inconvenient! They don 't give ice in the room , they don 't give a knife in the room . Personal care products , it 's just overfilled , the cheapest soap . When the toilet paper ran out , they brought just paper towels for wiping their hands . There was no cleaning , they just made up the bed and that was it , and they took out the trash . I don't know if the towels were changed or not, it wasn't clear, for me they were just folded and that's it, we were always somewhere in the wrong room. There is no exercise mat in the gym. By the way, I liked the spa area, the steam room, the font, the table, the sofas, there was no one there when we were there, so it was good to relax there alone with friends, because there are places for 4-5 people in total and that's it)

I stayed at this hotel in the fall of 2024. Since I stayed in another hotel during the trip, there is something to compare it with.
What I liked was the service (really better than in a five-star chain hotel in this city), good breakfasts.
My room was big enough, just with some kind of giant bed. Room cleaning every day.
The location is fine (since I chose to live as close to my friends as possible, it was OK for me). But in general, you can walk to all the main places.
Therefore, in terms of price / quality, it is one of the best options in the city for staying for a few days.

The room is great. The location is convenient, not far from the metro.
We didn't like the organization of the breakfast. 2 out of 5.
There were problems with the coffee machine for 2/3 days. It took a long time to update those positions that had already ended. Very little choice. I do not recommend it, or take it without breakfast. There are places nearby where you can have a delicious breakfast.

-breakfast does not correspond to the level of a 4* hotel. At 8.30, there were no more dishes and no one was in a hurry to replenish them (neither pancakes nor scrambled eggs were added in 39 minutes₽
- the bathroom drain worked disgustingly
- there was no hot water all day yesterday, the staff could not provide any information, the hotel manager did not get in touch.
I understand that the problem with water could not be on the side of the hotel, but the task of the hotel management is a comfortable stay for guests, isn't it?

There were pancakes on one day, but not on the second, I asked them to make them for me separately. At first they said they could do it for money, then they refused altogether. I called the receptionist and she said there was no test. But when I said that I was ready to pay for them, the dough appeared from somewhere. But they can't break through the pancakes separately, only for the price of a full breakfast - what nonsense that is. This hotel operates on incomprehensible scripts and has no idea what customer loyalty is. I'm very upset and I won't be coming back here.

The hotel is good, but there are a few points: they didn't check in early because there were no rooms, but they didn't let me in for breakfast either. Instead of breakfast on the day of early departure, they promised a lunch box (we warned about early departure 2 days in advance) — as a result, we were not given lunch box.

The font is very cold, there is only one steam room, where the spa and services could not be oriented at the reception.
Wi-Fi lives a separate life.
