A good city hotel. Forum shopping center is within walking distance. The equipment of the room, in general, is without complaints. They cleaned every day. The network at the hotel worked smoothly and quite smartly. It is better to choose a room on the even side (mountain view). The breakfasts are not too varied, but hearty. The desserts pleased me. I would like at least something from cottage cheese - cheesecakes or casserole, for example.

It was a good hotel, but there were also drawbacks: the mini-bar had food from previous residents, there was no light in the bathroom and other small things. The staff is very friendly and quickly responded to my comments by replacing the room. The breakfasts were very varied and delicious. The room was cleaned daily. However, it still seemed to me that the price for the entire range of services was a little too high - everything was very "tired".
I stayed at the hotel during a business trip for one day, without a night. The reservation was for a day, according to the rules, although I went to the hotel at 8 a.m. and left at 19:00. There was an improved room, the view from the windows was so-so, although the hotel did not seem to be overcrowded. The room has everything you need. Thanks to the girls at the reception for rescheduling my breakfast from the day of departure to the day of arrival, but they did not check in earlier.. The breakfast was delicious and varied, but the tables were set up thoughtlessly. For residents, very luxurious huge dining groups with heavy chairs take up a lot of space.. on the contrary, the food is very densely arranged, on 4 tables, although the breakfast was very varied, everyone is huddled in incomprehensible queues. I would like to have more distance between the dishes and on different tables.
The administrators in the hall with walkie-talkies, as special agents, are very responsible, well done, of course, maybe you don't need so many staff in the hall)) I really liked the hotel, I am writing a review in order to draw the management to an outside view and maybe (suddenly) it will help you become even better.
Problems have arisen since the moment of settlement. Check-in time is 14:00. My colleagues and I arrived at the hotel at 11:00-11:30. We had 3 separate rooms booked. The administration allowed us to leave our suitcases in the staff room. Thank them for that. The administration was warned that we would return to the hotel for check-in by 14-15:00. After a series of business meetings, the tired arrived at the hotel at 17:00. Unfortunately, the rooms were not ready even 3 hours after the official check-in time. We were asked to wait for the cleaning to finish in two of the three rooms. Being non-confrontational people, we waited another 10-15 minutes. The colleagues went to the rooms. My third room required another 30 minutes of cleaning. That is, in fact, the hotel prepared the rooms for check-in almost 3.5 hours after the official service agreement.
Unfortunately, the problem was not solved at this stage. Taking the card, I went up to room 702 and to my surprise found a dirty room with overturned blankets, towels, garbage in bins. I took photos and went down to the reception. He showed me the photos. After a discussion on the radio with the cleaners, the administrator apologized and said that they had mixed up the numbers. They gave me a new key to room 802. Again, there is a long wait for the elevator, it works slowly, sometimes the doors do not close. I go up – the room is tidy, but there is some strange story with the lock. He stubbornly beeps if the door is not closed the first time. Reopening and closing the door solved the situation. I can't tell you exactly what the problem is.
There is a slight smell of cigarettes and tobacco in the room. To confirm the hypothesis that there was smoking in the room, I found a clean ashtray. Why is she there if smoking is usually prohibited in the rooms? But my strength left me, I went to rest.
A colleague's walkie-talkie was found forgotten by the cleaners in another room. And on the other day, after cleaning, her room remained open for the whole day, because the cleaners forgot the key card in it.
The next morning I woke up to the fact that someone had closed the door to the room. Apparently, someone mistakenly entered and exited. Nonsense, but after the first day of such a service, I was no longer surprised.
The room was cleaned well in the afternoon. Everything was cleaned up, towels were replaced. By the way, they can be updated. They are quite thin, it feels like they are lost. But it's understandable, sometimes nothing critical. The main thing is that they are clean.
The breakfast is good. Various. The administration monitors the updating of dishes. It's good. The staff at the hotel is friendly and helpful.
Basically, I had no more problems during my stay, because I only came to sleep at night.
The problem was with the departure. We asked for a late check-out service due to a late departure.
They did not refuse us, and they could not help us, because the receptionist at the reception was engaged in processing official closing documents for a group of guests. As a result, the administrator drowned in the question – he simply did not have a minute to answer our short question. There was a queue of people waiting because the official documents with the closure of the residence were the first in the queue.
We waited for 15 minutes, really wanted to have breakfast, because it was already 10:30-11:00, they didn't give us an answer, and then a queue formed at the reception with tourist groups. One employee at the reception slows down the pace of service delivery when the rush hour with departures begins. In general, the reception and cleaning at the hotel are the weakest link. We also work in the service sector and cooperate with various hotels and, unfortunately, are extremely upset with the service and will not recommend your hotel to our customers for fear of losing our reputation, which your staff is quite successful in coping with.

One of the best hotels. There are many different rooms, clean, cozy. There is a spa area and a gym. The breakfasts are very tasty. The only thing I didn't like was that I lost my earphone in the room, noticed it on the plane in the evening, called the reception, asked to look for and contact me. Alas, there is no feedback.
Unfortunately, the service at the hotel leaves much to be desired. Firstly, there is no pool, I don't understand why lie about its availability. They don 't give ice at the bar . Although in all the hotels I've been to, they give ice and water everywhere on request and everything that a hotel guest wants. The liquid that is poured into shampoo and shower gel is a different color every day. Today it is acid green, which smells like the cheapest soap that does not wash, and I was even afraid to wash my hair with it. There is no hair balm. The room cards work every other time. In general, the hotel is at the level of three in terms of service, unfortunately. I won't come back for this money anymore.
The hotel staff is trying very hard to be helpful, but personally I was upset by my choice. I lived there for a little more than a week, there is little choice for breakfast, and personally, many dishes did not inspire confidence in me. There was no hot water on the day of arrival and the next one. Then there were strange smells from the bathroom. In the middle of the stay, they decided to paint the sink in the next room (Saturday evening!!), and I had a terrible smell of paint in the room all evening, of course there were no other "available rooms. If we talk about the advantages, cleaning was done every day, while things are scattered or rearranged differently than they were. Then they will forget to wash the toilet. To sum it up, next time you definitely won't set foot there.
Overall, the hotel is good: the room is spacious, the huge bed is comfortable. European breakfasts: eggs, 2 types of porridge, cottage cheese, juices, tea, coffee, hot, soup, fruits, pies, etc. Own parking. Towels were changed every day. But the linen for 8 days is 1 time, and then at our request. The staff is helpful and smiling.
We had 1 incident with skis (they cannot be transported to the room), but 1 administrator balked, and a compromise was found with the other.
The hotel is well located: Medeo is 30 minutes by car, the center is nearby, the Forum is 5 minutes on foot.
We stayed in this hotel chain in many cities of Russia and Kazakhstan, but here we were unpleasantly surprised by the quality of service. They do not respond to requests at the reception. Since there were three of us, the third set was brought only in the morning, after the fifth request. There are young people working in the restaurant, it feels like students are on vacation. Not knowing the menu, long serving. Disappointed.
The attitude of the staff is disgusting. At the entrance, the administrator does not even meet or greet, the guards walk around looking as if they came to steal. It was 6 days, the only white spot was the maids, everything was cleaned clean and well. And for the rest, the attitude of the staff killed me, I warned in advance on the last day (a day in advance) that I would need an AVR, the accountant ran out and started shouting, after my words that I would not come to them anymore, she also shouted "yes please", in order to compete with good hotels, you need to completely change the staff or send it for the exchange of experience.. I have been to hotels in Pavlodar, Astana, Aksu has never met such an attitude, they left a very very bad impression.
It's a beautiful place. Wonderful location, service and convenience in the rooms. We will definitely come again. We liked the hotel very much and deserve our high appreciation.

After 10 minutes, call again, they didn't wait, wiped themselves off with one, a disgruntled madam came and said she would give a new towel in exchange for a dirty one! a suite was booked. After checking in tired from the road, I found that the room was smoky. It was not just smoking there, but budio ended up in the smoking room of the airport. All the windows are closed and the smell is already nauseating. At the reception, they spread their hands, saying it happens. We can't change it. They did not warn me.

Уборку производят каждый день. Персонал отлично справляется со своими обязанностями. Есть некоторые недочеты, но незначительные. В целом, от отеля у меня осталось приятное впечатление.

Обратите внимание на туристический сбор, не всегда сотрудники отеля корректно информируют по этому вопросу. Рядом очень интересный ресторан (по-моему, Гусь) - очень вкусно, цены выше среднего

Отель неплохо расположен, новый практически с 2017 года. Но мебелировка какая-то не современная у него в номерах. Зона для завтраков маленькая. Столов в час пик не хватит. Матрасы супер! Риспект. Персонал старается, но не дотягивает. Там не заметят, тут косо посмотрят или не поторопятся… еще воспитывать и воспитывать.
При всем при этом снова там заселюсь при оказии. Народ ее еще не успел заюзать.
Начну с хорошего: расположение удобное, завтрак хороший, номера большие, кровати удобные, шторы блэкаут, материалы в номере качественные.
А теперь минусы - меня спросили мне курящий номер или нет, я ответил исключительно не курящий, заселился и ушел, пришел ночь, а в номере мощный запах сигарет. Пошел разбираться на ресепшен, они сразу поняли что проблема в вентиляции и поменяли номер. Зачем селить в такой номер некурящего человека? В итоге номер поменяли, но вещи частично пропахли. Следующий косяк это ванная, в ней затхлый запах и очень неряшливый ремонт, создается неприятное ощущение.
