This is not the first 5* hotel in the UAE that we have visited. I can say that in terms of hospitality and security, he is on top. Lifeguards both by the pool and at sea keep a very vigilant eye on the guests and are always on alert! Yes, there is a rescue boat. At night, there is a guard on the beach, the same thing is being watched for safety. The food is good, varied, and delicious. Rooms are of the highest standard. About children, here the hotel is generally 2 points ... if you and the baby ... do not expect any indulgences , no chips were sold ... at the expense of the room , or somehow they were not allowed into the restaurant , in the bar ... they will never fit ... you wait for juice, skipping everyone out of turn. The kid means nothing to Rotana . We went shopping, the child was caught by the bus door ... right on the porch of the hotel ... the baby was flying upside down. Great place. There are a couple of not the most polite bartenders, but God is their judge, I didn't pay attention. In the mosaic, which the restaurant waiters and chefs are super smart, rustle at unreal speeds, trying to please everyone as much as possible. There are all kinds of food in the restiks, and not that much of a show-off, but everything is mega-tasty cooked. Cleaning in a guest house is a separate kind of art, they clean everything to a shine very coolly, especially the bathroom. The beds are too hard, my back is sore, the mattress is more comfortable at home. The ocean-bay - is beautiful both in calm and with waves, although the waves before the storm are very dangerous: even I am under two meters tall and almost 100 kg of weight put my head on the sand once. Rescuers are not just present at the pool and on the beach - they are like bees protecting the hive, making sure that no one gets hurt. They whistle, shout and wave their hands at violators until they stop violating. There are different entertainments, at the reception you can find a booklet where they will offer all sorts of different things. In general, both my son and I liked everything very much, except perhaps the excursion to turtle island, but the weather is probably to blame there - almost no fish were seen and not a single turtle at all, when snorkeling, because the weather was too windy that day.

Only once on Friday there was a DJ by the pool after 16 and finally music, that's it.. when searching for a hotel, I indicated the animation, but upon arrival they said that they canceled it after Ramadan. But if we had dinner at 7,8,9, then it's just boredom, there's nowhere to go and it's impossible to just walk in the heat, it's very stuffy, you can't swim, you just sit in the room, catch the sighs of the same families who are bored and go to sleep in the room. Maybe someone would have liked it, but we were bored, got to know the family well and already brightened up the evenings with conversations.

We stayed at this hotel from February 12 to 21, with a large company of 12 people (5 adults and 7 children) . To say that I am unhappy is to say nothing. Upon arrival, they settled in a room not for 4 people, but for 3! We paid for a room with a double bed and a double sofa, and provided an armchair bed! Where should I put my second child?!?! With you? For 450 thousand, I don't really want to sleep in the same bed with a child! And this is the story of friends, they provided the same number! The mattress was painted with a scandal (I will attach a photo of the mattress)! The floors are icy, and the child was sleeping practically on the floor ! The only plus is the cleaning of the rooms, they were cleaned very well. As for the ultra all inclusive, it's generally a hoax! They promised snacks, free billiards and a lot of buns. And in the end, everything is paid. The bartenders are all harmful, they pour alcohol with a scandal! We were sitting with the children where tennis and husbands went to get alcohol for us and themselves , they were given it, they came over for drinks for us, and they say no!You just took it! And you will achieve nothing ! Nobody cares! She begged for alcohol for her own money!!!!!If it weren't for so many children, I would have left this hotel! Just because of such a disgusting attitude !Apparently they use that people are in another country and can 't do anything ! The guide Valeria sold us an individual tour and promised us a personal transfer by Mercedes Sprinter car, as a result, an old and dirty bus arrived, which was traveling 40 km per hour! In general, there is deception all around! I definitely did not expect this from the Arab Emirates! It is not clear who should compensate for this "wonderful" vacation!

A wonderful hotel, the sea with waves is wonderful!!! Adult pools with cooling, children's and for very young. We were with children from June 17 to June 30, 23. The buffet is excellent. Weather 33 (when cloudy) - 42°C (sunny). Humidity 60%. The sea did not fall below 27, there was always a yellow flag. There are enough deck chairs for everyone, rescuers are vigilant!

The only negative is that it is too cold in the corridors of the hotel and the dining room:caught a cold.According to alcohol (we were on all inclusive), beer is normal, canned. Strong alcohol is so-so, you can drink it, but not drink it (if you understand what it is about). Conditionally, if you want to drink Jack Daniels, it's better to pay extra to ultra all inclusive.

We had a rest at our favorite Fujairah Rotana Hotel in October 2022 .This is the third stay at this hotel. As always , we were very satisfied ! I liked everything-transfer, room,meals, staff work, gorgeous sea and beach! The atmosphere in the hotel is very friendly, everything is done to ensure that guests are satisfied. I want to note the work of the reception, cleaning-the maid Phasiat just decorated our vacation! We had a package of FB-there was enough of everything-water, drinks, just enough. Vacation in Rotana Fujairah
In this hotel we rest for the second time from 15.11.23 to 25.11.23 with a family (2 adults 2 children 11 and 16 years old) previously were in 2018. For me, almost nothing has changed, the same polite staff, the same varied food.We arrived at the hotel at 11 and checked in at 13.For the first time, the children were younger and we almost didn't go anywhere. This time we decided to go on excursions.We listened to the guide and went out to look for cheaper excursions.In front of the hotel, next to the Museum of Retro Cars, an office with excursions has opened.The prices were pleasantly surprised, we took three excursions at very low prices compared to the tour operator.We were very satisfied.In general, I liked the rest.Will we return to this hotel again, definitely yes.I recommend.

We were in the UAE for the first time, and the acquaintance began in the Emirate of Fujairah, at the Rotana Hotel.
In general, I liked everything, the hotel, of course, needs a slight cosmetic update-although I am not much spoiled by chic repairs, but maybe it will be important to someone: in some places the tiles are cracked, somewhere the corners on the walls are slightly scuffed. In general, these are the usual operational details.
The staff is friendly, literally 1-3 people speak Russian. Everyone understands English, even in broken colloquial it is quite possible to explain.
We took a meal plan: breakfasts and dinners. The food is delicious, but not varied at all. There are not many positions, and almost the same dishes were served every day. Maybe these are the features of the low season-we went from July 14 to July 19, 24. We had lunch across the street-in an Iranian kebab shop (very tasty kebabs).
The pool is small, but there are enough sun beds, the sea in July is very violent-there are no breakwaters, there also seem to be plenty of sun beds.
The room was cleaned every day, they put water in 2 bottles per person.
There is emptiness in the surroundings, there is nowhere to go.
A vacation in Fujairah is probably suitable for people who are not in a hurry, and just want to relax by the sea - without any animations (which, by the way, is not).
We were without a child, but it seemed to us that the children would be bored there-although it largely depends on the temperament of the child.

That is, at a high cost - an extremely mediocre service and the food could be tastier. For example, pizza Margarita is prepared on purchased cakes and at the same time it costs 75 dirhams (~2000₽)
The hotel itself is new, spacious rooms and a good bed. Breakfast is acceptable with delicious coffee. For lunch and dinner, you could always find something for children (pasta, rice, vegetables, potatoes, salad, fish) and for adults. My children are fastidious in food, but they were always full.
I liked the presence of rescuers and their work, they follow very well. The sea and the beach are also wonderful

Keeping so much greenery in such a climate is expensive and few hotels bother with it so much, but there is a place to walk and enjoy the local fauna. 2) Excellent cuisine. There are a lot of different dishes and constantly replenished stocks, therefore, returning from an excursion or from the city, you will not have to finish the leftovers. 3) Clean rooms. Maybe we were so lucky, or maybe not, but everything around the hotel is clean and tidy. 4) There are employees who know English both at the reception and in the restaurant.
