Great hotel. Clean, fresh rooms - cleaning for 100 points. The first line, a large but shallow pool, slide. There are plenty of sun beds, both at sea and by the pool.
The food is delicious. We took breakfast, and for dinner we went to a fish restaurant across the street from the hotel - it turns out much cheaper than buying dinners in a restaurant. We were in June. It's very hot outside. We went swimming from 5 am to 8.30 am, then went for breakfast. By the way, you can have breakfast twice, no one makes comments for this - you can at 6.30 and then at 10, for example - you will get two meals a day. This is a small life hack for you, how to save on lunch. After 9.00 and before 17.00 it was hot outside, the UV radiation index is very high. The temperature is 40 in the shade. Many are fried in the sun. And they walk like red crayfish.
We sat in the room, slept, went to the gym and sauna, went to eat.
After 17.00 to 20.00 it is also very comfortable to swim and walk.
There's not much to do at the hotel after 22. There is an alcohol bar with billiards, but we didn't go there, so I don't know how long it works. It is better to go to bed early and get up early to go to the sea.
In general, the hotel is cool - just right for a family holiday. Many are vacationing with two or more children. There are only a few vacationers without children.

We had a good rest. But!
This is some kind of non-Emirati hotel. It's more like an average Turkish. Full occupancy, family, lots of children.
We got hooked on Indian cuisine, ate only it.
We took the alk format, a wino for wines and spirits is not bad. Cocktails are made weak..
We will go to this place again, but probably to another hotel, more appropriate to the Emirates!
But, we recommend a family hotel!

We recently vacationed at this hotel. None of the previously visited hotels evoked more contradictory emotions.
Of the advantages:
1) A large green area, there is a place to walk.
2) Several low-rise buildings, there is no long waiting for elevators and, in general, it is very comfortable.
3) Nice beach.
4) There is a kids club. A very good kids club!
5) There is a team of animators with a decent program and children's discos.
6) Very decent rooms.
7) Responsive staff, which is also important.
8) Across the street is the retro car Museum
9) Across the street there is a chic eatery with kebabs and a roadside seafood restaurant. Both establishments are great.
10) There is a pharmacy across the street.
11) Excellent gym, tennis court, mini golf course.
12. Even a huge chessboard is available
13) There is a water slide.
14) There is a bouncy castle slide/ trampoline.
15) A lot of animals. (Birds, cats, crabs, fish)
And, it seemed, what else is needed for a good rest? The hotel is very comfortable and friendly. And then a series of small and, frankly, spoiling the whole picture of the rest of the little things:
1) Food. We haven't written about it in the reviews before. You will not stay hungry, but I have not achieved gastronomic pleasure. For this, apparently, there are establishments described above (those that are across the street). For children, the choice, to put it mildly, is not great. And here the staff is ready to show a flexible approach, we must give them their due.
It's sad for the fruits. Green or overripe. What is sad is that it seems that a lot of food goes into the trash.
2) Crows. Proud birds, very arrogant and loud (cawing from morning to night), which at some point begins to annoy. Also, they very quickly teach you to remove any things from the sun beds and the balcony
3) Ice cream for children. Available 1 hour a day and, yes, only for children (exactly All in?). (Although, to be fair, there are more questions for the agent who forgot to warn about the rules than for the hotel.)
4) The condition of the dishes in the bars. Well, the dishes are completely ruined. He regularly asked me to pour it into a disposable glass. (Poor ecology). I admit that replacing the dishes costs some big money, but it's worth it!
5) Children's Club (a dead house that just couldn't stand the constant exposure to the sun and a nail sticking out of the wall). Is this possible in a 5-star hotel? It is immediately clear that special attention is paid to the safety of children here.
6) Alcohol in bars is released on zero checks, and this is the time.
As a result, you stand behind a bottle of water and wait for the receipt for alcohol to be knocked out to the person standing in front of you. Why not split the queues or change the system. They don't check the room number anyway.
7) Room cleaning. Externally, everything is fine, as long as the child's toy does not roll under the bed... pushing the bed aside, the remnants of the previous tenants' vital activity appeared to the eye ... he asked to be removed.. they removed one, left it under the other... well, how is it?
8) The shower drain does not always work stably. Sometimes the water doesn't go away. On request, cleaned. (But, on request)
9) There was no gel in the shower for a couple of days. A strange saving, the consumption of shampoo has increased..
10) Employees in bars. They poured the juice into a glass for the child. They poured it out of the box and in an incomprehensible way, foil turned out to be in the glass, which is designed to preserve the condition of the product before opening the lid... it's good that I noticed, and not just gave the juice to the child ... maybe the employees will look at what they give, and not knock out zero checks?... I thought it was a one-time promotion, no, the next day I found a similar foil in the juice storage at breakfast. Well, how is it?
11. Low tide. It is a natural phenomenon, but you need to be prepared that at low tide the bathing area decreases in size to a small patch and there will be water there, even at buoys, up to your waist ... if you are lucky and there will be a wave. This story is also puzzling.. Why can't you expand the bathing area? The neighboring hotel has more depth. Verified.
12) Restaurant service. The service is the bottom. The coffee machine does not work (the grains are out), you turn to an employee, you get an answer, now we'll fix everything, you leave breakfast, standing in line for the only working machine, and you realize that no one poured the grains either. The replenishment rate of empty food storage is sooo low. Every morning there was a kind of "ritual", to spend ten minutes waiting for the replenishment of the dish with watermelons (with regular requests to all passing employees). Hot milk for cereal. For three days I told the staff that there is almost no milk pressure, (It flows in a thin trickle) promises that they will fix it and again a thin trickle of milk…
13) Cleanliness of dishes. The presence of divorces is present in principle, dishes with leftovers from previous guests came across several times.
14) Children's disco 3 times a week. Why not every day?
15) and it is very unpleasant. About a third of the beach is given over to "water sports", which certainly reduces the bathing area, there are regular people who want to go for a ride, that is, the sound of the engine and exhaust gases are provided to swimmers and vacationers.
16) next to a deserted beach, which is occupied by fishermen, dead fish and the sound of pickup truck engines will also accompany your vacation.
In general, it's a shame. The hotel is not cheap. Excellent infrastructure, adequate (for the most part) staff, normal customer orientation and such absolutely ridiculous things. And I would understand if it was a conditional "Soviet boarding house Berezka", but it says 5*. And, in fact, except for the birds, the rest of the little things are fixed with very modest money for the hotel.
If the nuances of service are removed, you can safely recommend to visit and enjoy your vacation.

The four of us had a rest (my wife and I and two children aged 6 and 8)I liked everything except the initial stage of check-in, I had to wait about 5 hours, while paying about 250 dirhams for breakfast for four, a child up to and including 6 for free. Otherwise, the rooms are excellent, the staff is responsive, the beach is sand sometimes waves, there are plenty of places on the sun beds, the kitchen is good, the alcohol is decent. The ecology is excellent, there was psoriasis, it was all gone. Putinki were taken across the street, everything is far from budget-friendly, but this is due to the remoteness.

The worst hotel of all the five I've been to. It corresponds to the level of a good European three-piece or a very average Turkish four. The all-inclusive package is just three meals a day and plus alcohol at the beach bar from 10 to 22. When ordering a drink, you need to call the room number every time, which is very annoying. Moreover, upon check-in, while the room was being prepared, we were refused drinks, and another time the bartender wrote three portions into the receipt at once, not one, which indicates that they are stealing. The check is free, but it needs to be signed.
A restaurant with very mediocre food. For 10 days there was nothing tasty, interesting or that was cooked better than me. If you have not come to the beginning of the meal, then eat leftovers that are not replenished in the system. There is almost always a queue for half the hall at the entrance to the restaurant. There are tourists with babies and strollers, no competent organization. Disturbances do not bring results. And the cherry on the cake is all rooms with sea views, this is half of a family room, i.e. with an adjacent door to strangers. Neither the hotel nor the tour operator, in our case, the Russian Express, warn about this. We also got into Ramadan with a bunch of restrictions, which no one warned about either. In general, I do not recommend staying at this hotel.

Great hotel, great time of stay! We are here from 7.22 to 12/14/2023! I like everything: the sandy beach, the purest water in the sea, whiskey in unlimited quantities! The food is excellent! The only disadvantage is that the fruits are not ripe: Apples, pears, kiwis, plums! And this is in hot countries! Great animation for kids! There are many advantages!!

A wonderful hotel that you want to return to! I must say right away it is more for couples, a relaxing holiday. If you are looking for a noisy party or planning excursions, then it is better to choose something else. We were looking for just such a hotel, calm, beautiful, first line and delicious food.The staff is especially trying to please.

The rooms are new, the bed is comfortable, soft pillows. The body lotion in the bathroom smells delicious. Excellent cleaning, we didn't have time to have breakfast, but the room is already clean. We rested in a chalet close to the ocean.
The Gulf of Oman is wonderful, there are waves, but it's more like entertainment) It's a pity I drowned my glasses and cap) one day after strong waves, lumps of fuel oil were thrown ashore, carefully it is poorly washed.

You won't see any delights in the form of seafood delicacies, but mostly the food is delicious. There is a sea cocktail, grilled fish is also served. On the weekend there were delicious grilled squid. Children are given ice cream every other day. From fruits watermelon, bananas, apples, oranges, pears, plums, kiwi, grapefruit, salad for breakfast from watermelon, pineapple, melon and fruit. The child really liked the pancakes.
There is always beef, chicken, a very tasty children's menu - fish fingers, chicken lasagna, cauliflower in cheese.
I didn't have enough more classic salad dressing, a lot of them are quite bright, for an amateur. You can add caesar sauce, or something similar. I liked the blue cheese social network, it was a pity it wasn't always there.

I stayed at the hotel in February 2024 in a two-storey building.
The hotel as a whole is 4*, a lot of joints, but it's fine for your money (neighboring hotels are more expensive).
Minuses:
-it is located on the outskirts, there is no city nearby, only a few nearby hotels,
- there are a lot of children, if you want to take a break from them, you are not here,
- there are no Russian-speaking staff,
-uncomfortable, unfenced terraces of rooms on the ground floor, you sit in plain sight and someone can come to you, confusing the room (many go through the terrace), ask for the second floor better. But if you are with children, then the first floor may even be convenient,
- there are a lot of noisy crows, they chatter even at night and fill up the whole beach,
- everything is tasteless at the beach bar,
-a lot of unnecessary smells- it's time to clean the air conditioner (it smells musty periodically), there was a strong smell of chemical fragrance from the corridor, in some places the smell of sewage could be heard,

Positive:

2. Very nice and comfortable rooms. We visited two buildings, the main one and the chalet, everything is beautiful, everything is new and clean
3. The air conditioning system works well /, does not make noise, does not interfere with sleep
4. Cool pool bar, you can drink cocktails right in the pool. The pool is cooled, you can swim until 12 at night, which is a huge plus
5. The territory is green, clean

7. We forgot that there are other outlets here, they gave us an adapter for free at the reception
8. A lot of Russian-speaking staff at the reception
Minuses:
1. There is no path to the sun beds on the beach, I had to walk on hot sand, it would be possible to provide something

3. The room was not cleaned for two days. One day we asked to come back later, on the second day just no one came in. Not very nice, the towels are damp, the trash is full

5. At first they were settled in a room with two separate beds, only the next day after 15 they were able to move, they lived for two days with unassembled suitcases

1. There are several disadvantages. The bar at the MUDA hotel is open from 18 o'clock, which is very bad. It's hot outside 37. And in a cool place, they won't even give you a beer.

In general, the very attentive staff of the hotel makes the whole stay excellent and positive. No complaints. Thanks to the administration for such a selection of personnel.

We stopped by on 07/14/2024. Rotana Fujairah....rest....Hooray arrived at 11.15 p.m. local time ... and the wait began, first 30 minutes, then an hour, again 30 minutes, they offered to pay an additional 20 thousand of our native rubles...in terms of dirhams...with a sea view???? And after 45 minutes they were given ...Number...The sea is great..It's warm..soft...But big waves...going into the sea is a big problem for children and the elderly, there is no pier.... the pool is small...and a very small one...in the canteen...This is not a restaurant, but a canteen... monotony...alcohol in dirty glasses...shamanize with water, sweet juices, vodka...You have to beg for everything...with all inclusive ... ice cream is one ball a day and then it's not ice cream, the water is frozen, the raven is immeasurable...they croak, they shit, they are not afraid of anything and no one...where is the old hall , the perforator works day and night

The food is not particularly diverse, but everyone will find something to taste. There was fish every day. I counted 10 different types of fruits in 7 days. The territory is well maintained and green. The rest is calm, there are no parties. The food is good, everything is fresh. If you're sooo picky, it's a bit monotonous. Nice beach. Clean, with a gentle approach to the sea. I recommend the hotel for a relaxing stay.

I recommend it! We lived in a chalet, the room is good! Food, service, everything is on the level! The beach and the sea are also fire! Early check-in was not purchased, and upon arrival there were no available rooms in our class. I had to pay extra and wait for the cleaning to be done in the vacant one. It was better to immediately purchase one day more upon check-in.

The food in the dining room (I can't think of another way to call it) is normal, but very monotonous for 4-5 days everything is already boring and nothing new appears. In the only Alaskan restaurant, the menu is very small. The portions are the same. There are beef steaks, they are delicious. The rest is so-so. An incomprehensible food system in bars by the pool, on the beach. Pizzas, burgers can be ordered, but for a family there is 1 pizza, for example. There were 5 of us. 1 burger, 1 potato. One at a time. And if you've eaten there, then you can't go to lunch anymore. We really ordered and went anyway. Ice cream is given only to children. If an adult comes up and asks for 2 ice creams, they may not be given. The 50/50 staff is someone who is rude or does everything as if for a favor. The rooms are nice, spacious, freshly renovated. on the 5th day of your stay at sea, a sign appeared "beware of fuel oil on the beach"! sometimes you could step on a drop of fuel oil with your foot. Or if you get dirty by the shore, get your swimming trunks/swimsuits dirty. but in general it is not so critical

Food without frills, for 4, but you will not stay hungry. The rooms are new, clean, the cleaning is excellent. Animation has just appeared, but it needs to be worked on.Evenings are especially boring, only live music on the beach at the bar (two girls sing the same repertoire, more like amateur performance than professional singing), a hotel for a quiet family holiday. There is nowhere to go outside the hotel (pharmacy, museum of old cars for 6-8 cars, a couple of cafes). Lovers of outdoor activities will be bored. For relaxation and beach holidays - a great hotel! Beautiful sea (ocean). I recommend the hotel.
