Excellent hotel in the very center. Convenient location: 2 steps from the Olymp supermarket, 5 minutes from the market, 7 from the bus station. The rooms are cozy, there is a mini-fridge, a kettle, a hairdryer and a smart TV. The bed is changed every 2-3 days, there are breakfasts (until October 1) with tea and coffee, a pool with warm water and a sauna. A cozy courtyard where you can sit in the shade with a cup of drink or have dinner with a company. I recommend. We have been resting ourselves for several years and only positive emotions. Rooms for every taste: from economy to luxury.

We needed a room for two days, the only available option was this hotel. (room 5, ground floor, triple) According to the photos, everything is quite acceptable, especially since the room rate was around 7 thousand per day.
When I opened the door to the room, I immediately felt damp (most likely the air conditioner bloomed), the corners of the wallpaper were peeled off everywhere, the bathroom was all in mold. (I'm attaching a photo)
The only advantage of this room is that you don't want to go back there, so you spend more time in nature)
In general, in order to survive two days, the room is suitable, but no more.

I really liked the hotel, it's not pretentious, simple and tasteful, clean, tidy, daily cleaning. Excellent breakfast, 4 types to choose from, Abkhaz, Russian, Greek and Turkish, balanced and delicious! It's nice to sit at breakfast and admire the mountains, breakfast on the outdoor veranda. There is a swimming pool, also with access to the veranda and a pleasant view)
I also want to mention the friendly administrators and directors, and it's nice to talk and if you have any questions, they immediately find an answer and a solution! ☺️
In general, we were for the first time and were satisfied! The sea is azure, the food is delicious, the people are responsive!

We had a good rest as a family, lived on the 3rd floor with a large balcony, where we enjoyed drinks of Abkhazia in the evening. The room was cleaned every 3 days, everything is clean and tidy.There was a small swimming pool on the 2nd floor, and the children spent time there in the evenings before going to bed. Close to the market, Olymp store and the city center of Pitsunda. The sea is a 10-15 minute walk to 2 beaches... We went constantly to the beach of the Pitsunda Resort for a nominal fee of 50 rubles. In the morning, there are 4 different types of breakfasts to choose from, everything is delicious and satisfying... In general, the family had a great rest... Everyone really liked it!!!

Cozy atmosphere, thoughtful architecture of the building. Convenient location. Although the roadway is nearby, and sometimes cars can be heard, but it is familiar to a city dweller. But there is no fuss of vacationers and the smoke from cooking on the coals of food. Unobtrusive service, friendly staff. It's a pity you can't order lunch and dinner in your dining room) there are a lot of people in city canteens and cafes.
The rooms are not without minor flaws that require repair, but for Abkhazia, the guest house, I think, is above average. Well done, thank you for a pleasant stay!

We rested at the Freedom Hotel from 07.06 to 11.06.23. We liked everything very much. The hotel is modern, everything is new and clean. The mattress on the bed is like at home, the bed linen is snow-white. There is a large TV with Internet in the room. The breakfasts are customized to choose from: Turkish, Abkhaz, Russian and American. Everything is delicious. Beautiful breakfast serving. The water in the pool is warm, it is located on the outdoor terrace, which is also very cool, you swim and admire the trees. They also provide a laundry service, for a nominal fee, which is also very convenient. The location of the hotel is ideal, near the market, 10 minutes walk to the sea along the shops. Good evening
We stayed in hotels during the off-season. From April 1 to April 6 .
The payment was 3000 rubles per room.
During the entire stay, we saw the man who settled us 2 times, well, of course, he said loudly, showed our room and clarified how much we had left to pay extra.
The room is clean and comfortable upon check-in.
We chose this hotel only because of the pool. As a result, we managed to visit it 1 time. The visit schedule from 9-20:00 was very inconvenient for us, since in the morning excursions, and in the evening walks by the sea and dinner, and again we did not have time. Another point is that all hotels with a swimming pool offer an additional bathrobe service, there's not even anyone to ask.
For all the time, the room has never been cleaned and the garbage in the bathroom has not been taken out. As for the dirt on the floor , which was carried around the room from shoes from walking on the sand by the sea - if there is no cleaning, then you can put a broom, although for 3000 rubles it would be possible to clean it out of season . Towels that were washed badly on the 2nd day of use already smelled bad, even after drying outside.
Conclusion: we tried it, we didn't like it, we won't eat anymore. Price-quality , does not match .

I arrived and did not lose! Friendly and caring staff, always respond quickly to any requests! I was completely delighted with the attitude of the staff to cooking and cleaning, there are no questions at all! The hotel is always clean, the kitchen was personally) we had breakfast included, it's on the 3rd floor of the building, 3 types to choose from: Abkhaz, Russian, Greek. We tried everything, and everything is very tasty) We ate on the open veranda with the most beautiful view!
The bed linen in the rooms is changed on the 4th day, the linen is neat, white) it's nice to sleep) 😴😏
The rooms have a TV, refrigerator, serviceable air conditioners everywhere! (it's rare now)😄 All plumbing is as good as new! Everything is really clean! And you know that))it is very important because I am 7 months pregnant and I wanted comfort) I got it 100%%
On the 2nd floor there is a nice pool on the outdoor veranda with views of the trees and mountains in the distance... The view is indescribable! The price / quality does not match.
We had a rest in July 2024, a room on the third floor for 7500rub.
1) The air conditioner Had a stink in the room, they tried to independently determine what the problem was, because the administration advised to ventilate (it did not help).
It turned out that the air conditioner stank, it bloomed, the staff said they had cleaned it, the smell became weaker, but did not go away at all. They asked to relocate us, but we were not relocated.
2) Stains on the bed linen and on the armchair. I am attaching a photo. The bed linen was replaced at the request, they said it was from the iron.
3) The breakfasts are not bad, it is not very convenient that they start at 8:30-11
4) We changed the linen on the 3rd day, but we had to wait 2 hours in the room without linen, without the opportunity to relax. We were waiting for the laundry 😱
5) there is dust under the furniture, apparently only the middle is removed
6) An additional seat is an armchair, if you spread it out, then there is a hole pressed in, the child slept in the pit ((

The water in it is very warm, it is normal for children, although the size is not very large. Depth in the region of 1.2-1.4 m
Breakfast is included, there are 3 options to choose from - all are quite tasty (purely for my taste)

We had a rest in May 2023. Overall, the impression is positive. Of the advantages: the location is convenient - not far from the market, the center, 15 minutes to the sea, which is to the central beach, which is to the other through the Cypress Alley; clean rooms; there is a swimming pool in the hotel; the room has underfloor heating; lived on the third floor - view from the balcony to the mountains; the balcony is large; the room is spacious the patio is not large, but well maintained.
Of the cons: the underfloor heating in the bathroom did not work; the mattress on the bed (for us) turned out to be very hard; the hotel was partially renovated, which of course was "tactfully" kept silent; there is no parking - the car was parked along the fence of the hotel under their video camera.

The area of the room indicated in the description does not correspond to the actual one. Incredibly small bathroom, we were vacationing in the last week of May, dirty and not cleaned beach. There was a complete lack of service, we arrived at night and I announced that I would like to understand in the morning whether we would stay at the hotel or not, to which they replied that the money would not be refunded. The eating area is partly outdoors and partly indoors, where there is also a cat tray. The view from the window is definitely not worth the money and time spent.

In September we had a rest in Pitsunda. We chose the freedom hotel. I liked everything very much. Good location (center). There is a beautiful temple, market, shops nearby. It takes 10 minutes to walk to the sea. But the road is absolutely not annoying. Green, clean. The rooms are small but cozy (they were taken with a balcony). The rooms were cleaned regularly. We contacted the staff about the laundry, everything was done very quickly and well.(Thanks a lot) A pool with warm water is a super thing, especially for those who do not come in the summer. The breakfasts are very tasty, on the beautiful veranda on the 3rd floor. The staff is wonderful! they are very good-natured and attentive. Definitely, if we go to Pitsunda again, we will stay here.

I didn't like this guest. It does not correspond to the title of "hotel". There is no sound insulation, the doors/walls are made of cardboard. Pay attention to the crack in the door from below! You will hear the cleaning lady cleaning at 6 a.m.!
The room smells musty and damp. The breakfasts are disgusting, I don't recommend it! It's better to have breakfast in a cafe.
There is a lot of hair in the pool and it is very cold.

Garbage was picked up every day, cleaning and changing of bed linen - once every three days. The breakfasts are also good. There were three to choose from -Greek, Abkhaz and Russian - they took everything!) There is a responsive receptionist at the reception. The only thing is that it's too far to go to the sea.

We had a rest in August.
Unfortunately, this hotel did not meet our expectations at all. So, in order:
1) There is high humidity in the rooms on the ground floor. If you come out of the shower, condensation forms on the walls and drips in a puddle on the floor. There is no ventilation. The room was drained only by air conditioning. One day we came late in the evening after the tour, it was 18 degrees in the room (the cleaner turned on the air conditioner so that the room dried out). My throat ached after such a night. I think the situation is better on the second floor. There are balconies there.
2) mold, we had mold in our room. It makes sense, because the water does not dry out. It's a pity, I forgot to take a picture of the shower curtain and tile. But there is a wall. I'll attach a photo.
3) You are not expected there. Of course, they don't seem to be bad either. But not with joy either. The receptionist is a girl with character. There were problems with the reservation. In the dining room at breakfast, they were kicked out if they came by 7:56, and not by 8 in the morning. At the same time, breakfast did not start at 8. At around 8:06, they were just launching. But God forbid, you will come earlier. They will say that they are not working yet. It was funny. We came, it was 7:59 a.m. and listened to the cook's complaints. But the waitress girl is the most smiling and good. She was just positive.
The breakfasts taste normal. I won't say anything bad.
4) one of the advantages is stable cleaning and change of bed linen. But the mold... I don't even know which is better.
5) the pool is also a plus, but on our dates the water was cold, we did not swim. Maybe they got in such a way that the heating was not turned on.

I liked the hotel. We took a two-room suite with a Jacuzzi. It was clean, the cleaning was done, the breakfasts were delicious and very satisfying. The bed is snow-white. The bed is only very soft, I had to get used to it. By the way, it's a big size. And it broke down once. They fixed it for us right away. The service is on the level. The pool was not used. But it was in good condition by the look of it. There were almost no interruptions in water and electricity. The audibility is only from the corridor and not much. At first it seemed like a good hotel, but after checking in, many problems were discovered: a broken handle on the window, curtains that did not cover from prying eyes and from the sun (because of the bracket in the middle, which did not allow the curtains to be completely closed) and torn off from above (apparently, in someone's attempt to blind them anyway), a pencil case, strong in appearance, but ready to fall apart when opened, therefore propped against the wall).Cleaning was not carried out once, towels were not changed, the trash bucket in the toilet was dirty and had an appropriate smell (how did they prepare the room for check-in is not clear!?), the ironing board in the common space looked unusable (the case is long outdated, with holes and a hornet's nest on the body).
All these shortcomings were told to the administrator personally, but no action was taken, although it was said that everything would be resolved!
Otherwise, everything is not bad: the room is spacious, there is air conditioning, there is a water heater, a kettle, an iron (but which can be taken to the room, and the administrator will promise to solve this issue, but for some reason they will have to decide for themselves, watch for the return of neighbors and explain that it is for common use and should be in a common space) TV, wifi.

Do not visit this hotel. We had a bitter experience of living, there is no service from the word at all and it's almost 5t for the simplest room on the 1st floor. The breakfasts are monotonous and cold (the exception is the porridge that is brewed for you), cleaning and changing of linen only after a remark, the pool requires cosmetic repairs and especially the shower room, TV cannot hold wi-fi, they will communicate with you from high, dishes, etc. in the room at least. I don't recommend it

The highlight of the hotel is the pool, or rather not the pool itself, but the water temperature in it, which is approximately equal to body temperature, which does not cause a negative feeling of adaptation at the first entry, as well as the desire to leave it after a while. And this makes it a direct part of spending time at the resort, because it goes in such a way that you can hang out in it for a long time. Coupled with decent rooms, the hotel breaks into the top. Minus: it's a little far from the sea and the service is not fully debugged, but it does not spoil the mood.

Even one star is a lot. We bought a tour through an agency to the hotel. And they settled in another building even further from the sea. The staff is disgusting, there is no one at the reception when there is no one. To the question Why we are being settled in another building about which there is nothing in the ticket, we did not hear an answer, no one even wanted to talk about this topic. The refund was not even considered and sent to the tour operator.

A great guest house with a voracious maid. The room is clean, TV, Internet, but the plumbing needs to be changed (overgrown with plaque due to water and the faucet opens hard). The breakfasts are very tasty, you can order different ones every day. On the second floor there is a heated swimming pool, the child pulled there every day (the sea is nearby). There is still not enough parking, they put it along the road, but it will not be because of the location.

Not a bad hotel with a good location. There is a Temple with a unique history nearby, where classical music concerts (including organ concerts) take place 5 days a week. There is a market and a supermarket in the immediate vicinity.
The distance to the beaches (in the bay and the one behind the cape) is about the same, we walked in 10-15 minutes.
The hotel offers well-prepared breakfasts - a choice upon reservation: Russian, Abkhaz and Greek. We did not take the latter (we joked among ourselves that it came from the word "buckwheat"), but we alternated Russian and Abkhazian with pleasure. Satisfying and high-quality.
The room has air conditioning, refrigerator, kettle, cups and teaspoons.
Wifi flies well.
But the TV lives its own incomprehensible life.
For almost a week of staying at the hotel, electricity was cut off 3 times all over the street. Naturally, the hotel also lost this benefit of civilization and dragged the consequences - a leaking defrosted refrigerator (check / look so that the products do not end up in a puddle), a non-working air conditioner and the inability to pour tea from an electric unit at breakfast. Coffee, by the way, is only instant.
Wish: just in case, keep an ordinary kettle with boiling water on the stove.
And it would be nice to consider the possibility of lunches and dinners at the hotel. Also by registered order. You have a great cook and a wonderful girl serving dishes! And in the city, the real problem is to eat fast. Everywhere you have to wait a long time for a table, then wait for the menu, followed by an order, and again it is unbearably long to wait for often frankly poorly cooked food. Think about it and you will have even more good reviews from grateful vacationers).
Towels and linen were changed on about the third day of the stay.
Cleaning is so-so, about nothing.They understood that there was a person only by the garbage taken out of the bathroom.
Problems with the door handles. Both are two, by the way.
The staff is pleasant, polite and friendly.
The pool has been used several times - special thanks for this opportunity!
The territory of the hotel is well maintained, public places are clean.
Despite the flaws I have described, I give a good rating. I liked the hotel, the people are good and diligent. I hope it will catch up.

She responded by booking at another hotel. Dear head of this hotel, there is such a feeling of bitterness and sediment in the soul, one thing is placed, another is required. It is not typical for an administrator to write in such a tone. Post other information for customers so that there are no such conflicts and if you are interested in the profit of the hotel, then the administrator should be fired (or she should work with objects, not with people.

A great hotel with a good location! Upholstered furniture is a little tired and initially budget-friendly (on the sofa a couple of slats of the base are broken, and on the bed the mattress is super soft-you sit down and fall to the ground). Well, from cleaning the room, you should not expect that it will be clean like at home. But these are small things. We rested from 07/27 to 08/04/2022 in a two-room suite. A good breakfast is included in the room rate. We were satisfied with the hotel.

We read the reviews and lit up. There is a reservation on the website without prepayment. We booked it in advance. 2 months before arrival, they write to WhatsApp, asking for an advance payment. They wrote that they were ready to pay two weeks before arrival, which they received - cancellation of the reservation. Write immediately - the reservation is prepaid. But then there will be much fewer people willing to book, hence this hotel policy...

One of the best hotels in Pitsunda. Heated swimming pool, sauna, clean rooms. There are breakfasts to choose from, everything is delicious, but the portions are small in my opinion. There is a market nearby.
