We needed a room for two days, the only available option was this hotel. (room 5, ground floor, triple) According to the photos, everything is quite acceptable, especially since the room rate was around 7 thousand per day.

The payment was 3000 rubles per room.
During the entire stay, we saw the man who settled us 2 times, well, of course, he said loudly, showed our room and clarified how much we had left to pay extra.
The room is clean and comfortable upon check-in.
We chose this hotel only because of the pool. As a result, we managed to visit it 1 time. The visit schedule from 9-20:00 was very inconvenient for us, since in the morning excursions, and in the evening walks by the sea and dinner, and again we did not have time. Another point is that all hotels with a swimming pool offer an additional bathrobe service, there's not even anyone to ask.
For all the time, the room has never been cleaned and the garbage in the bathroom has not been taken out. As for the dirt on the floor , which was carried around the room from shoes from walking on the sand by the sea - if there is no cleaning, then you can put a broom, although for 3000 rubles it would be possible to clean it out of season . Towels that were washed badly on the 2nd day of use already smelled bad, even after drying outside.
Conclusion: we tried it, we didn't like it, we won't eat anymore. Price-quality , does not match .

We had a rest in July 2024, a room on the third floor for 7500rub.
1) The air conditioner Had a stink in the room, they tried to independently determine what the problem was, because the administration advised to ventilate (it did not help).
It turned out that the air conditioner stank, it bloomed, the staff said they had cleaned it, the smell became weaker, but did not go away at all. They asked to relocate us, but we were not relocated.
2) Stains on the bed linen and on the armchair. I am attaching a photo. The bed linen was replaced at the request, they said it was from the iron.
3) The breakfasts are not bad, it is not very convenient that they start at 8:30-11

Of the advantages: the location is convenient - not far from the market, the center, 15 minutes to the sea, which is to the central beach, which is to the other through the Cypress Alley; clean rooms; there is a swimming pool in the hotel; the room has underfloor heating; lived on the third floor - view from the balcony to the mountains; the balcony is large; the room is spacious the patio is not large, but well maintained.
Of the cons: the underfloor heating in the bathroom did not work; the mattress on the bed (for us) turned out to be very hard; the hotel was partially renovated, which of course was "tactfully" kept silent; there is no parking - the car was parked along the fence of the hotel under their video camera.

I didn't like this guest. It does not correspond to the title of "hotel". There is no sound insulation, the doors/walls are made of cardboard. Pay attention to the crack in the door from below! You will hear the cleaning lady cleaning at 6 a.m.!

Unfortunately, this hotel did not meet our expectations at all. So, in order:
1) There is high humidity in the rooms on the ground floor. If you come out of the shower, condensation forms on the walls and drips in a puddle on the floor. There is no ventilation. The room was drained only by air conditioning. One day we came late in the evening after the tour, it was 18 degrees in the room (the cleaner turned on the air conditioner so that the room dried out). My throat ached after such a night. I think the situation is better on the second floor. There are balconies there.
2) mold, we had mold in our room. It makes sense, because the water does not dry out. It's a pity, I forgot to take a picture of the shower curtain and tile. But there is a wall. I'll attach a photo.
3) You are not expected there. Of course, they don't seem to be bad either. But not with joy either. The receptionist is a girl with character. There were problems with the reservation. In the dining room at breakfast, they were kicked out if they came by 7:56, and not by 8 in the morning. At the same time, breakfast did not start at 8. At around 8:06, they were just launching. But God forbid, you will come earlier. They will say that they are not working yet. It was funny. We came, it was 7:59 a.m. and listened to the cook's complaints. I liked the hotel. We took a two-room suite with a Jacuzzi. It was clean, the cleaning was done, the breakfasts were delicious and very satisfying. The bed is snow-white. The bed is only very soft, I had to get used to it. By the way, it's a big size. And it broke down once. They fixed it for us right away. The service is on the level. The pool was not used. But it was in good condition by the look of it. There were almost no interruptions in water and electricity. The audibility is only from the corridor and not much. The location is good, 15 minutes to the beach along a shady alley. Next to the dining room of the Amza. Tasty, inexpensive and safe (stomachs did not hurt).

At first it seemed like a good hotel, but after checking in, many problems were discovered: a broken handle on the window, curtains that did not cover from prying eyes and from the sun (because of the bracket in the middle, which did not allow the curtains to be completely closed) and torn off from above (apparently, in someone's attempt to blind them anyway), a pencil case, strong in appearance, but ready to fall apart when opened, therefore propped against the wall).Cleaning was not carried out once, towels were not changed, the trash bucket in the toilet was dirty and had an appropriate smell (how did they prepare the room for check-in is not clear!?), the ironing board in the common space looked unusable (the case is long outdated, with holes and a hornet's nest on the body).
All these shortcomings were told to the administrator personally, but no action was taken, although it was said that everything would be resolved!
Otherwise, everything is not bad: the room is spacious, there is air conditioning, there is a water heater, a kettle, an iron (but which can be taken to the room, and the administrator will promise to solve this issue, but for some reason they will have to decide for themselves, watch for the return of neighbors and explain that it is for common use and should be in a common space) TV, wifi.
For a standard room for 5600 you will receive:
1. You will be checked into a room, and after 2 hours they will inform you that the administrator made a mistake and settled you in the wrong room, while pulling you out of the shower with his hysterical knock and waking your husband with a temperature of 38.9 (without even apologizing)

And this makes it a direct part of spending time at the resort, because it goes in such a way that you can hang out in it for a long time. Coupled with decent rooms, the hotel breaks into the top. Minus: it's a little far from the sea and the service is not fully debugged, but it does not spoil the mood.
Even one star is a lot. We bought a tour through an agency to the hotel. And they settled in another building even further from the sea. The staff is disgusting, there is no one at the reception when there is no one. To the question Why we are being settled in another building about which there is nothing in the ticket, we did not hear an answer, no one even wanted to talk about this topic. The refund was not even considered and sent to the tour operator.

Not a bad hotel with a good location. There is a Temple with a unique history nearby, where classical music concerts (including organ concerts) take place 5 days a week. There is a market and a supermarket in the immediate vicinity.
The distance to the beaches (in the bay and the one behind the cape) is about the same, we walked in 10-15 minutes.
The hotel offers well-prepared breakfasts - a choice upon reservation: Russian, Abkhaz and Greek. We did not take the latter (we joked among ourselves that it came from the word "buckwheat"), but we alternated Russian and Abkhazian with pleasure. Satisfying and high-quality.
The room has air conditioning, refrigerator, kettle, cups and teaspoons.
Wifi flies well.
But the TV lives its own incomprehensible life.
For almost a week of staying at the hotel, electricity was cut off 3 times all over the street. Naturally, the hotel also lost this benefit of civilization and dragged the consequences - a leaking defrosted refrigerator (check / look so that the products do not end up in a puddle), a non-working air conditioner and the inability to pour tea from an electric unit at breakfast. Coffee, by the way, is only instant.
Wish: just in case, keep an ordinary kettle with boiling water on the stove.
And it would be nice to consider the possibility of lunches and dinners at the hotel. Also by registered order. You have a great cook and a wonderful girl serving dishes! And in the city, the real problem is to eat fast. Everywhere you have to wait a long time for a table, then wait for the menu, followed by an order, and again it is unbearably long to wait for often frankly poorly cooked food. Think about it and you will have even more good reviews from grateful vacationers).
