Rooms are cleaned every day, linen and towels are changed every 3 days. There is air conditioning, TV, kettle, refrigerator, hair dryer. We had a room with a beautiful view of the mountains. The hotel also has a hot water pool. It is disinfected every day. There is also a sauna, but unfortunately it did not work. The staff is friendly.
We had a rest in October from October 6 to October 15, the weather gave us a lift, we managed to swim in the sea, and the hotel had a heated pool, What a pleasure it is when you can go to sleep and swim in the morning! Thanks to the owner of this mini-hotel for a wonderful stay!Everything is great: the location, the hotel itself, and the rooms, everything is in the center: there is a place to walk and at the same time all the shops are nearby, and a cafe and a dining room. But still there is one disadvantage: they could put at least one microwave oven for the whole hotel somewhere in the corridor, sometimes before going to bed or in the morning to warm up something, but everything is fine!

We rested at the Freedom Hotel in September 2022. The linen was snow-white, changed every three days, the garbage was cleaned every day. The sauna and pool are wonderful. About breakfast, let's just say that there is no dispute about tastes. The place is just wonderful, the center, everything is within walking distance. I took off the star because the bed was too soft and the stools were at table level, it was very uncomfortable...
We had a rest from April 28 to May 2. Everything is fine! It's just a pity that breakfast is not being prepared yet.

But then there will be much fewer people willing to book, hence this hotel policy...
A new hotel! The pool is on the 2nd floor, a beautiful view from the balcony, it is impossible not to drink tea there in the morning! The reception helps, there is a shop nearby, restiki and the sea are close. I am satisfied!
It was very cozy, but after quarantine, not everything worked and there was a little mess, spiders in the corners, the TV was not set up, weak ventilation in the bathroom.
But I still give 5 stars, very friendly staff, reasonable prices

We had a vacation in September with our family.The room is good, but then the surprises started!At first, my expensive ring disappeared after cleaning, I thought I would find it, but it's useless!Lights and hot water are constantly turned off!!!!When asked to warm baby food, they said there is no microwave!!!!In general, we are not happy with this hotel!!!
The administration is very humane. I booked a room, but I couldn't go. According to the rules, they should have taken a fine for cancellation, but they went to a meeting and did not take a fine - well done, I am sure that such hosts and the hotel are in perfect order. When it's possible to go, I'll go with him.
We lived for 2 weeks, got a complete delight from everything. By all accounts, a great place. Please choose other places to stay, leave this place to us!
We lived nearby, we often heard happy screams from the 2nd floor, where there is a swimming pool. We want to visit next year, the place is good.

Pleasant environment. This is where the advantages end - the prices are probably the most expensive in Pitsunda: a glass of compote 80 rubles + 10% service = 88 rubles, Karl!
There is a problem with the sewerage in the showers. Every other time the toilet works, you have to fix it yourself. There is a complete lack of ventilation because of this, the rooms are stuffy and damp, and you can live normally like this.
There are COCKROACHES in the room. Mosquitoes also fly out of the bathtub all the time. Cleaning is minimal. During the week of stay, bed linen and towels were not changed once.
