I bought a MacBook Pro 14 at the beginning of the year (respectively, it is still under warranty).
And for unknown reasons, wifi stopped working at the moment, a reboot saved, but only for 2-3 minutes. As a result, I reset the mac to factory settings, and stuck on the activation window. Mac refused to go through it with might and main, throwing a mistake. (The error is Googled, I'm not the only one with this problem)
I immediately dialed into the store, saying that something was going on with the poppy, it needed to be repaired. They told me to send a warranty card on the handset (it's not clear why). After that, the answer was: "Well, this is the first time we have encountered this, and it does not pass under warranty."
We'll send it somewhere there, and we'll call you back.
After a whole working day, I didn't get a call. It was saved by the fact that I was able to restore the mac myself via DFU (the first time I got into this) and did the work of the service myself.
What is the result: buying a poppy here, and if a situation not different from mine happens to it, they will simply refuse you and say "this is the first time we have encountered this."
Terrible service, even without trying to do something at the start to overturn with a valid warranty.

The website says "a case as a gift" when buying a MacBook. The store said that it was necessary to buy some more accessories for the laptop, and then the case would be a gift)
Then why make a COVER plate on the product card AS A GIFT.
The accessory was sold at almost double the average market price, the price for a MacBook is 150 rubles. It turned out to be more than indicated on the site, no one reported about it when they made the order, they just put it in front of the fact when they arrived...

To convey the thrill and excitement that I had when choosing a store to buy such equipment. A negative response was received to my request for a replacement product with a hint that the product was broken due to the buyer's fault, please respond to this comment.
I do not understand how a contact with the ear turned down could be broken, if you do not climb in there and pull it, if you do not even physically get through there, based on logic, it looks like a factory defect, as suggested in another service center.

I bought a Macbook air 2023 in this institution, when communicating with the manager, I said important information that it was for a gift and a big request not to let down and spoil the holiday... To all these requests, an employee-a business manager or just a random person who picked up the phone (about this a little later) said we will do everything. The delivery day came, the courier brought it at the agreed time (there are no questions for him), the computer was sealed, the warranty card was filled out, I paid off but did not open it on the spot because I was at home with a small child and physically could not open the box at that moment, especially since it was addressed as a gift to my wife for the anniversary, who returned in an hour and a half home. An hour and a half later, after handing over the gift, they opened the box together, turned it on, and here's a surprise, the screen matrix burst and the whole screen in stripes of different colors shone. I immediately dialed the manager, explained the situation, said let's go to the store myself, exchange it for another one or return the money, I'll go to another store and buy it there, since the computer was needed on that day. The manager began to explain that he was alone, we can change it in a couple of days after you return it to us, I say it won't work, let me bring it back, you will return the money under warranty, and I will go to another place, in response I hear it won't work either. You have to bring it to us in any case and we will continue to figure it out, but in return you do not give anything to you, that is, I remain without money and without a gadget...Then the most interesting thing began, the manager guy or whoever he was just walking around in a circle in his grunts and did not give any information. When asked to contact me with the store director, it was said HE is NOT IN the Republic of Belarus. When asked to come pick up money in the store for my purchase, it was said THERE was NO MONEY IN the CASH REGISTER. Arriving at their store that evening, the money that I handed over to the courier, he also turned out to be the seller at the point, lay on the table, to my questions, so here they are, he hurriedly put them under the table and said it was other money... My request was that if you can't change and return the money now, then write me a paper that you accepted a macbook from me and undertake to return the money in case of marriage confirmation the next day, as you say. Just translate the words into written form! I was refused, we will not write this, and you just wait sitting without money and without a macbook... At that moment, the store employee said that the director-owner was coming to close the store for money, I clarified that he was not in the RB ... and I heard the answer that he was in the RB and would come now. There was no limit to my surprise at that moment. After 25 minutes, this person arrives, are you Alexander for my questions? Are you the Director? he says, WELL, LET'S SAY..well, let's say-the level of communication with customers. Then he says, what do you want from me? There can be no questions for me, I'm just the founder, although the sole proprietor is registered to this person and he sits in the site's chat rooms, and answers calls and deals with all issues related to the work of this store, but at that moment he just threw up his hands and said questions not to me, but a poor guy at the checkout I asked for help from him and said so how should I be in the situation!? To which the director said the working day is over, close the store, come back tomorrow!!! When I was there for an hour and a half and didn't get any specifics. I said that I would not go anywhere until I received a paper in which the deadline for the refund of funds announced by them in words would be indicated, to which the director said then I would leave and ran away from the store in the literal sense of the word. The solution to the problem!? Let everyone decide for himself whether it is worth contacting this store, when lies are lies if the situation does not go according to their scenario, and with all this, the customer is always right, and the owner just runs away from the store! The money was eventually returned, but this attitude towards customers is simply unacceptable.

Покусаб в этом магазине не первый раз.... При первой покупке фотоаппарата дали дисконтную карту. Понадобился ещё один обьектив. На сайте цена была выше рынка, но учитывая предыдущие покупки, администрация магазина пошла на встречу и в итоге я остался очень доволен!!!
Консультанты вежливые и хорошо знают свою работу. После покупки перезвонили и спросили, ксть ли какие то проблемы с обьективом. Отзыв правда тоже попросили написать. Но отзыв

Несколько раз совершал покупки в данном магазине. Фотоаппарат, объективы. Недавно покупал подарок для жены. Всеми покупками остался доволен. Сервис очень хороший, ребята-вежливые, могут подсказать что-нибудь по товарам. Единственное, что расстроило, это то, что в самом магазине не так много всего и почти все позиции находятся на складе. Но они и позиционируют себя больше как интернет магазин, поэтому не беда. Цены приятные.

Нет слов, как выразить мое восхищение и благодарность магазину FOTOMIX и всему коллективу этого магазина. Особенно, кто решал мой вопрос.
В январе 2022 года купил в этом магазине MacBook Pro m1.
Который через пару месяцев просто перестал включаться. Я отвес его в СЦ что бы они протестировали его но НЕ ремонтировали. Сервис повёл себя не очень красиво и на мои просьбы не трогать ноутбук отремонтировал его (заменил материнскую плату и кнопку включения) при том мне по Телефону постоянно отвечал, что мы не ремонтировали ваш ноутбук и вообще вот вам заключение езжайте к продавцу за заменой. Поломка была существенной. Я привёз ноутбук к продавцу и только после повторного отправления моего ноутбука в тот же СЦ я узнал, что оказывается его отремонтировали. Но ребята из фотомикса пошли мне на встречу и заменили мне мой ноутбук на новый!!! Вот так и нужно работать! Вы красавчики! Продолжайте работать том же духе! С огромным уважением и благодарностью!

Здравствуйте! Ни в коем случае не покупайте в магазине "Fotomix" электронную технику. Продают один брак. В феврале 2022 года приобретал наушники apple airpods 3, год гарантийного обслуживания. В июле 2022 обратился по гарантии, так как правый наушник стал тише играть, выявили брак, заменили на новые наушники. Так, в январе 2023 года, ещё когда гарантия действовала, снова обратился, так как уже в новых наушниках, которые заменил магазин, левый наушник стал играть тише. В итоге, развернули и сказали, якобы загрязнение левого наушника, хотя он чистый. Замечу, подходил срок гарантийного обслуживания!Магазину не выгодно было менять наушники на новые. Также отмечу, что в вышеуказанный магазин массово обращаются люди за заменой по гарантии apple airpods 3. Совпадение? Не думаю.
