We were at the restaurant yesterday, we booked a table in advance for three, we came together initially and were put at a table for two, the administrator repeatedly asked to transfer us to a table for three, as a result we were refused and basically ignored when the tables were vacated and no one came for them in the next 2-3 hours (we just this time could have been spent at that table) if it was booked later. The food was not all delicious, the pizza with chanterelles had a taste. Drinks and cocktails are normal.

I booked a table by phone to celebrate my anniversary in a small circle on Saturday at 11:00-this is the opening time. Upon arrival at the restaurant and seating us at the table, we were informed that only the brunch menu would be valid until 14:00. I was upset, I didn't really want to eat "oatmeal porridge and a poached egg" for my anniversary, but once they came, I had to stay. I didn't understand why they didn't warn me when booking a table that they also had Brunches on weekends and that people would immediately understand this. I would have booked a different place or for a different time.

1) at the entrance to the institution, they handed over their outerwear to the wardrobe and began to wait for the hostess to board, no one took us on the 1st floor, immediately went upstairs, as a result, the hostess walked past us down, took the people who were standing in line behind us and on the way back asked "should I put you down?"
2) they accepted the food order, after a while they come and say that there is no pesto for risotto, they offer either to order a dish without pesto, or another, they left this dish without sauce
3) after some time they come and say that there is no side dish to the dish (the side dish is already included in the dish), the waiter offers to make another side dish in return, we agree to an alternative option
4) the waiting time for food was 1h-1:10h
5) the risotto was brought completely wrong, I had to point out this mistake to the waiter for replacement
6) the side dish was brought separately with a difference of 5 minutes, although this is a complete dish
7) the side dish, which did not turn out to be a sweet potato gratin, eventually brought sweet potato fries (taking into account the cooking time of about an hour, I wonder why it did not work out to make a gratin from the same sweet potato)
8) at the end of the evening, another unpleasant incident awaited - the receipt indicated both a dish with an unsold side dish and sweet potato fries, that is, they tried to sell a half-finished dish and hang an "alternative" side dish on top
In general, an institution with such an attitude and service is not worth due attention, there are advantages, but I no longer want to return to it

The first time in Minsk - on the recommendation of friends, we wanted to visit this place, BUT after reading the latest reviews that there are problems with service, we decided to choose another one. We just came back here for brunch today. And we realized that choosing other places was our mistake 🤦🏼♂️ it was just wonderful here! The dishes from the brunch menu are great! Buckwheat with mushrooms, oatmeal with berries, crispy mozzarella are masterpieces! Cheesecakes and pancakes are above all praise. The waiter Evgeny is a nice, fast professional. He was not in sight, but as soon as he was needed, he was there. Thank you, Evgeny! Strongly recommended! 👍🏻

In fact, there was nothing until the end of the evening and until one of the guests reminded me.It is not very pleasant, even in restaurants and cafes below the class, when booking, they record this fact and do not need to be reminded.
