Reviews in 4+ are given only because of the location and some advertised pathos. It feels like they're going to show off. If this place were not in the center of Minsk, it would be closed instantly. Desserts that were highly praised turned out to be second-rate, not balanced taste, cream mixed poorly, in some places there were unmixed pieces of a little starch, a little something, but it's creepy. Okay, if only my dessert, but a few more desserts that I tried were generally Olivier in taste in the worst sense. There is no ordinary sugar, who needs this cane sugar is not clear.. On the plus side: the latte was not bad, the prices did not seem high.

In general, Fabrik left a negative impression and added several small stories for companionship gatherings, in the format - as an example of an unsuccessful trip to a restaurant.

A delightful place!!! Arriving from Moscow to Minsk for the first time, we decided to visit this restaurant on the recommendation of friends. We booked a table in advance, back in Moscow. The menu is very diverse, unusual, and delicious. We ordered gherkin chicken, a fantastic roll with eel and truffle oil, and pizza. Everything was amazing and extremely delicious. Very tasty lemonade. The chefs are skilled, the waiters are professional. Everything is very exquisite!!! We went to different places afterwards, but we couldn't find a better one. Bravo!!👍👍👍👏💐

I come to Minsk periodically. And this time I decided to find a normal place where you can eat a high-quality, good-quality, sincere steak.
And before that, wherever I tried to taste meat, grass-fed meat was brought to me everywhere. Not fragrant, well, the very meat that is taken on the market for borscht. Which, so that it becomes somehow edible, they bring pepper sauce or tomato sauce.
Well, they recommended going to the Factory. They said that the prices here are fire. Came. Indeed, prices by Belarusian standards are space for the majority. But for Russia, the norm is. 3000₽ RF in Russia, the normal price for a good rib eye steak, or minion. And here they also keep the meat in refrigerators for 30, 60, 90 days or longer.
The taste is certainly right here for steaks. As they say, "they are worth it."
By the way, the cook is sincere and sociable. Very literate.
I recommend factories!
And also, their wine is amazing. Even the inexpensive turned out to be very balanced and tasty.

The attitude towards the guests is over very strange. I booked a table for March 8 on about February 10, I asked for a table by the window, it was a crucial moment. On the specified day, we arrive and are offered tables on the aisle. I'm asking a question, so it's free at the window, I asked at the window. The answer surprised me, in order to avoid conflict situations, we cannot offer you this table by the window. Well, OK, I didn't want to spoil my holiday, we sat down where they put us. As a result, we sat for 2 hours, the tables by the window remained empty. We still don't understand why this attitude is. There were free tables for 4 people, and a table for 4 people was also placed at the table in the aisle. It's strange... the waiters' service is good, the girls are very attentive. However, the girl eventually forgot about one dish, well, okay. The food is ordinary, I didn't see anything like that, wow, I ate rolls and tastier, the octopus is delicious. Nice cocktails, but in general, you can find them in many places now. It's better to visit the Swan restaurant, it's more interesting there

It's a terrible place, we came on a food tour, they advertised this place to us very much.
It turned out to be some kind of horror, with an empty hall, they tried to put us in for a hundred years, then only giving us the menu, immediately that you would wake up, without even giving you a chance to get acquainted, there was no product from almost all the ordered dishes, they asked what they could replace, choose, well, in my understanding if there is no side dish, then offer a replacement when It was well chosen that we were warned that we would need to pay separately for choosing a replacement.this is the first time we've encountered this)))))
We laughed for a long time, but when they said that the pizza would have raw, not melted cheese, well, I do not know from what cockroaches the chef and the owner have in their heads.but it's just a shame!!!
I don't recommend this place at all, we left without even trying these masterpieces!

An institution with an emphasis on pathos. Everything is fashionable, stylish and shiny. BUT, unfortunately, this is where all the "beauty" of this institution ends.
I am a guest in Minsk, and I wanted to enjoy beautiful, cozy places - with good, high-quality service, with delicious, interesting dishes, but unfortunately, in this place I enjoyed only the indifferent attitude towards me as a guest.
One of the dishes I ordered, namely beef tenderloin with cartel puree, was brought on a wooden board, which had a DISGUSTING smell, and accordingly the meat that was placed hot on it acquired this "amazing" smell. The meat was impossible to chew, it was absolutely rubbery.
All the remarks were made to the waiter, but he ignored them.
I sincerely do not recommend this place and will never come here again.

Moreover, in some seemingly simple dishes, the chef's attention to detail is clearly noticeable.
A simple example is chicken ramen. Adding not just fried chicken to the ramen, but thigh fillet fried on coals in a hosper is like fire!
In the avocado and tomato salad, both were at their best. Nothing immature, perfectly selected vegetables. And if people have learned to choose avocados, then you risk getting so-so tomatoes even in the most expensive restaurant.
Tom Yam is very good.
Gazpacho is an author's version, with an edge. It is also beautiful.
I already wrote about ramen - the children ground it.
Pizza Margarita - Neapolitan, excellent pizza from the right oven)
Squid with tartar sauce is good, just good) nothing supernatural, but there is nothing to complain about. Perhaps it makes sense to experiment with breading, try to make it in tempura. But this is a taste.
A spicy tuna roll is very worthy.
In short, a solid five for the kitchen and respect to the chef for attention to detail.
Service - we were served by a beautiful girl who did everything very quickly and carefully. And friendly!
We came here just to eat, with two small children and in absolutely casual clothes (and judging by the audience, they come here not only to eat, but also to show themselves ;) ) and we never felt that we were "not a format". The attitude was very positive from start to finish.
The price tag is like in a good St. Petersburg gastrobar. The WORLD accepts cards.
