We celebrated our birthday on Friday in the company of friends. There was a pleasant atmosphere and a cool DJ. All the dishes that the waiter advised were insanely delicious, especially we want to highlight cod and duck (desserts) . I was pleased with the choice of alcohol and affordable prices for wines. It was especially nice to receive congratulations and dessert from the restaurant. Thanks to our waiter guy for a pleasant evening and excellent service 🩷

We were visiting Minsk, looking for a cozy place to celebrate a birthday. We stopped there. Positive:Delicious food, large portions, I think in Minsk in many establishments so) I left a minus star for my job as a waiter. Unfortunately, an institution of this level should pay attention to the work of its staff. I didn't even want to leave a tip for such a service, but upbringing and good mood did not allow this to be done, of course, the sediment remained. I definitely wouldn't have come here a second time, There is something to compare with, in less pretentious places in Minsk, the waiters are more friendly than here. Unfortunately, I didn't remember the name of the girl serving to mark here.

The most tasteless cuisine in Minsk! Minus on the 10th. The institution was given a chance 3 times, but each time it turned out to be worse than the previous one.
The cuisine is disgusting, you also need to have talent to spoil the dishes so much. The dishes are absolutely not tasty, and the freshness of the products is a big question. Absolutely everything is tasteless!
It is very strange that people leave positive reviews: either the kitchen is not important to them, in a place where the main goal is to eat, or they come for cheap Minsk pathos, which has shaped marketing. (it would be better to invest in a chef)

Fabriq is cool. In fact, a good level and elegant design. Perhaps the format of the establishment is a little different from mine, they are rather closer to a bar-restaurant-club. I just stopped by for lunch. On the plus side: perhaps the best service from those establishments that I tried in Minsk.
When there are no places nearby in many fashionable establishments, they will always put you in and feed you)
Of the cons, it's a little expensive and you can't say anything special about the kitchen. Yeah well. But no matter how memorable it is.
It's not difficult to find how to get there, but it's not trivial either, yes, the stairs have a clue, but obviously let's say so.

It's a great place. It's very atmospheric. The food is top notch. I especially recommend salmon with rice and beef is very tasty. I really liked the work of the waiters: they are polite, take into account the wishes and are always very attentive to details. We will come again.

The place is beautiful, the staff is 10. We ordered bruschetta (10 out of 10), risotto (8 out of 10), beef salad (8 out of 10), but carpaccio was very disappointing (4 out of 10) - dirty and tasteless.

A good restaurant in the center of Minsk. We managed to visit on a day off, the waiters kindly provided a table with almost full load. There is a wine shop in the restaurant, it was very convenient to take a bottle of Burgundy wine home after dinner. I liked the eggplant salad and cod with scallop from the kitchen. I recommend the restaurant. Good cuisine and wine.

Minus the point for the waitress and the lack of a bonus for the client for his Birthday (when booking a table, we clarified this point). It is extremely strange for an institution of this price category not to feel comfortable in the role of a client.

Visitors. In particular, some companies are stupid... girls in the company of the same girls or extremely young people. Which, even exclusively by their presence and appearance, already irritate peripheral vision. And it's okay if you're dressed appropriately. The companions of these individuals have sneakers and jeans. Or a bike with a hood. Mm. You tune in to a restaurant, and you see a contingent of a pub.

This picture is definitely frustrating.
I definitely recommend the establishments for lovers of cuisine and bar. But for particularly irritable people, described what you can see when visiting)
