As a result, I refused, which I do not regret, because: when making a purchase and sale transaction, the specialist who works for them made it up with an error, and since the registration of the contract had to be certified in Dzerzhinsk, I had to go 2 times, but then at the final settlement with the seller, and when the agency issued a transfer certificate the act, it was also drawn up with an error and again 2 trips to Dzerzhinsk. This is not the work of professionals, as you want to seem....
I wanted to see the apartment. I dialed the number indicated in the ad-the subscriber is unavailable. I went to their website and contacted a consultant, to which they replied that they would call me back in half an hour.
