Our first deal is the sale of an apartment. Svetlana Sivchak became our agent, we met her quite by chance when we were trying to find an option for a new apartment ourselves, and immediately realized this was our agent. Sooooooo competent, very understanding, legally aware, pleasant and easy to communicate, we sold our apartment with her in 2 weeks. She really sells, and not just attends the show, because during the time that we were looking for a new apartment ourselves, we saw a lot of agents, and believe me, many do not even know how to talk beautifully and do not even understand what is in the apartment and what is not, and how to present it.
Regarding the agency "Floors " itself, it is simply huge, it is a huge apartment sales platform, with a large number of agents and buyers. All transactions take place confidentially, in separate rooms, no one interferes, distracts, or sees. There is a brti office, right in the building at the place where registration immediately takes place, there is no need to go anywhere, waste time and nerves, it is very convenient, straight "all inclusive", this is a big plus for the agency. Tatiana Rapinchuk, a lawyer, worked in a team with Svetlana, an excellent specialist, everything went perfectly. We also received a free consultation there on a completely different housing issue, unfortunately, I do not know the notary's name, but it was also very pleasant and thank you very much for that.
Our second deal was the purchase of an apartment and everything was not so sweet there, since we liked the apartment at another agency. Another agency, I won't name them, is not interested in completing the transaction at all, the agent is somehow not at all in favor of the buyer, which was very painful and incomprehensible for us, and the most unpleasant thing for a long time. Thank God, everything was over, and that the deal itself was again held on the Floors, under the guidance of Svetlana, she was in touch with us 24/7 for all 2 months of our expectations. Legal support was provided by Kristina Zhukovskaya, who conveyed to us in clear language everything about the new apartment from the legal side, thank you.
