You're sleeping, they're walking on your shared balcony!! It is almost never possible to open the window , in principle ... neither day nor night ! The carpet is so dirty that even a representative of the administration said about it, "should I take off my shoes or not"?!pillows are something... a single sponge torn apart for the entire pillow! The shower room broken from the previous owners of the Laguna Hotel is at an insane price....
