A pretty decent hotel by the standards of Abkhazia. Private pool, sun beds near it. The rooms are equipped as standard, everything is quite decent, cleaning is organized daily, 4 days after check-in, bed linen was changed for us. The assortment of dishes in the dining room leaves much to be desired, the lack of tea mugs, cutlery, even plates from me for the day, which had to be dragged from table to table.

We had a rest in the middle of June. There are no questions about the service. It's close to the sea. Now about the cons - the room does not catch Wi-Fi from the word at all, there was no declared animator at the time of rest, although there were many children, ants in the room, there is not enough Playground, the choice in the bar is scarce, barbecue began to cook when more or less there were people in the hotel, the pool water is very warm (good for children, but not refreshing for adults).
In general, if you are just going to lie on the beach, sometimes coming to eat at the hotel and spend the night, then this is the hotel for you. There is nowhere to go, there is a village idyll around, with cows, chickens and dogs. Yes, you can grab sun loungers and an umbrella from another hotel on the beach if you come early)

Nice hotel, we've been there twice. The optimal price-quality ratio. 3 meals a day, decent. Heated swimming pool. The rooms are normal, but the staff needs to pay attention to the little things (broken watering can holders, uncompleted holes in the ceiling).

To be honest, I drove with prejudice, some of the reviews here knocked me down a little, but everything worked out, I didn't see any darkness and horror. Yes, there were disadvantages, but I am quite happy with the rest.
According to the hotel: clean, cozy, calm, homely, the staff is excellent. The hotel is not big, so all the guests got used to it, got to know many of them. The food is not a buffet, but it is not meager either. Quite normal portions and menu choices. The food is ordinary homemade and quite tasty. I wish there were more fruits.
The hotel had an animator who entertained not only children but also adults (water volleyball, mafia, etc.).
The far playground is still under construction, I hope they will allocate some kind of corner / playground for children there. There were a lot of children, and besides the children's compartment in the pool, they basically had nothing else to do.
The hotel is located in the village with all the consequences. There is not much nightlife and entertainment here, but the whole local life is focused on tourists, almost every house is rented and everywhere you can arrange transfers and excursions.
The beach is ordinary, but not well maintained at all. There you can take sun beds and there are canopies, but driftwood and scattered branches every 100 meters do not please at all + there is garbage. The sea, by the way, is quite clean. There are bananas/buns/jet skis/saps for rent.

a very decent hotel for your money!
* The pool is their great advantage
(there is a zone for both children and adults to swim when the weather is not very good or the laziness attacked to go to the sea))
there are some minor flaws - I told the admins about them for information IMHO
* my own well with drinking water is fine (in September I rested there next to the Apsny 3* hotel on Kistritskaya street - everyone was sick with rotovirus there, in many ways because of this, the same as me) - and here, fortunately, no one was sick at all
* the children will be very happy there, because besides the pool there is also an excellent animator Zarina who works with them (by the way, in my opinion, Zarina has already outgrown this place and next year I think she will go somewhere to Turkey)
* due to a flaw, I will probably allocate only the dining room - there is a great lack of tables, and most importantly Waiters - the girls are trying, but 3 people are certainly not enough, the Owners, take at least a couple more, because so many tourists are coming to you.
....oh yes - also - please change the torn pink banner to some green new one - do not spare a little money and your solidity will immediately increase) ...or better yet, order a banner with your contacts not in it, and it will work for you

I had a rest in June 22, I liked everything.
Wi-Fi is available throughout, the room has air conditioning and a small refrigerator.
The pool is of normal size, there is a gazebo and sun beds. It is a 5-minute walk to the sea, there is a shop nearby (until 22:00) and if you walk 100 meters to the left there is a good cafe "Kistrik", it is delicious there, it works until midnight.
The room is cleaned every day, and the hotel grounds are also pleasant.
The hotel has a good staff, I would like to thank the administrator Galina separately.
It is better to take excursions not from a tour operator, but directly at the hotel reception. It's cheaper this way and the tour company itself is good there.
The beach is pebbly, it is better to take aquasocks.
The highway is 2 km from the hotel, you can take local minibuses from it towards the border, to New Athos or Sukhum.

We stopped at this terrible hotel on 06/24/2023.Initially, animation was announced when booking, but in fact it is not . We asked about animation every day, but they fed us breakfast and lied. Animation was important to us and we chose a hotel with animation. Everything in the rooms is done as budget-friendly as possible , there is no noise insulation and at night you can hear everything , absolutely everything . We were given a room by the stairs and the stomping of feet kept us awake from 6 a.m. There was a hole in the toilet that could see the street. After the first night, we persistently asked to change our room and move us away from the stairs. The receptionist went to a meeting and relocated . The territory of the hotel is covered in construction debris , building materials , screws , fittings , etc. are sticking out somewhere . In general, keep an eye on the children. The enemy would not wish to rest in this hotel.

There is a bar, a modest one. Shish kebab (pork, chicken, trout) is cooked from 19.00 if it does not rain, because there is no canopy. The pool is good, deep, there is a section for kids. It's not far from the sea, in the village. On the beach (pebbles), you can take sun beds for money (200 rubles) for the whole day. There is a shop with air mattresses and circles nearby. There are points where different buns and kebabs are cooked. But it is necessary to go to the mountains, it is wonderful there....

To begin with, we lived in this beautiful place for 7 full days, four adults, in September. The hotel staff is helpful and friendly. The territory is surrounded by greenery, a variety of southern trees are planted, a warm pool beckons to swim. The location of the hotel: close to the sea about -200 meters. At the same time, the seashore does not have amenities, the beach is dirty, cows walk and shit everywhere. The sea is dirty. The rooms are decent. However, the boards creak when you walk along them in the corridors. There are not enough tables with chairs in the bar, there is no ashtray. From the pleasant heated pool in the center of the hotel. In the dining room, the waiters can not cope with the guests, they had to wait 30-45 minutes for the food to be brought, the food itself is more or less tolerable. WiFi is claimed in the rooms, but it does not work only near the reception. The people are hospitable and friendly. The situation is saved by nature and excursions around Abkhazia. Well, in general, the hotel is 3 stars and it fully corresponds to them. The price of the hotel per day with a flight per person was about 36 rubles per flight. Conclusion: the rest turns out to be quite justified for this money, but there is not much to look at next to the village and the sea. I wouldn't go a second time, it's better than Gagra or Athos.

We had a rest with a family of three, we really liked it. Although the hot hotel was almost completely filled, there was no impression of a crowd. There are always free sun beds by the pool, there are not many people in the pool, the sea is also quite free. Three meals a day. Without frills, but tasty and healthy, it reminded me of a good Soviet sanatorium. The staff is friendly, an excellent animator organizes leisure activities for children. 4 adults and a grandson of seven years old vacationed with their family from the fifth to the twelfth of July 2022 at the ecopapa hotel. I really liked it, the food is three times a day, the girls Gunda, Maiza, Inessa and Saya served in the dining room. Always smiling, polite. The food is varied, even for my stomach it is very good. I stayed at this hotel from 5.07-11.07. I want to note the hospitality, friendliness, responsiveness, absolutely all the hotel staff!
The administrator, Galina, kindly answered all the questions that arose, smiling and kind.
The waiter girls did their job conscientiously. Gunda quickly won over my child, he enjoyed going to the dining room.

We rested in late September and early October 2022. Me, my husband and my child are 2.5 years old. I do not write bad reviews, but here I would like to protect future vacationers with children.
The first location. It's just a village, one way to the sea
The beach is naturally dirty, very unpleasant pebbles (there were before in Gagra where it is not so hard and big) there is nothing to do there from the word AT ALL! Well, there's not even a playground.
Food. It was bearable for me. It is impossible for an adult man to eat enough, especially if you have some food preferences, and you do not eat some foods. There are no fruits or vegetables in particular (except cucumbers and tomatoes, which are served to you on a platter)On the third day, it began to seem to us that we were in a boarding house for gastrointestinal patients.
All the other days we ate in a cafe by the sea (by the way, this was the only thing that saved us from buying tickets and flying home)
Heated swimming pool!!! Fuck you!
The compartment for children is getting cold.
It is strange that the hotel positions itself as a family hotel, but there is nothing for shadows 🤦🏻♀️
Animation is nonsense, of course. Draw and play jenga. You can take it all with you.
It is forbidden to make noise from 22 pm
If you are young and want to have fun, this place is not for you.
And in general, a strong disappointment from this vacation.
About the numbers . We had a standard. But as it turned out, there are no 2 double beds anywhere. The child slept with us in a hole between the beds, which we tried to cover with a towel.

It's a strange hotel. Wasps live in the walls. They killed 20 pieces in 12 days. There is no buffet. We were pleased with the porridge in the morning, very tasty. In general, the food is similar to the food in the dining room, it is delicious, but it is not necessary once in a while. Dinner is very meager, apparently to take a barbecue and extra food at the bar in the evening. Linen and towels are changed regularly, garbage is taken out every day. Separately, the staff is very good, very attentive and friendly. Moreover, both at the reception and in the dining room. Special thanks to the girls (women) who cleaned the room, everything was very polite and helpful. The bar is not open all day, with breaks that are not indicated anywhere, roulette - you can come to the bar with the intention of drinking, but it is closed there. The animation is very good, both for adults and for children.

We were at the hotel from 07/21/2022 to 07/31/2022. Of the advantages of the hotel, only the staff. The hotel is very uncomfortable and understaffed, and visitors' complaints are not taken into account for more than one season. There is no table and high chairs in the rooms, there is only one high chair in the room, an extra bed is some kind of dilapidated ottoman, and if you are traveling with two adults and two children, then there is no sleeping place, but you will pay for a full extra bed, there is no hair dryer in the room (there are only 2 hair dryers for the whole reception the hotel and it is necessary to catch them), the carpet is very tired and smelly and the hotel does not even have a concept over the years of using it to wash at least with a cleaning vacuum cleaner, there are no mosquito nets in some rooms, the cleaning is really good that the cleaners can do. Pillows are some kind of horror, a piece of sintepon knocked down over the years is not possible to sleep on them at all. The pool is not well maintained, very rare cleaning, I have not seen any treatment and it looks like even the filter is not functioning, many suffer from intestinal it is possible that this may be from the pool, but the truth is very good in size but dirty. There are not enough comfortable areas just to sit on the territory itself. There are no umbrellas near the pool to hide from the sun, sun beds without mattresses and no separate towels for the pool and the beach.
In the dining room it is a quiet horror, there are no coffee machines, no slicing, no baking, two dishes to choose from and then there is often only one option, portions for children. You will not find such terrible food anywhere except in this hotel.
There is a bar on the street, a very small assortment, few tables and some broken ones, prices are normal. In the evening, barbecue is fried to order meat, wings, fish.
I don't even want to go back to the hotel. The positive reviews seem to be self-written from the hotel. Wasted time and money.

Rested July 2022. The hotel is terrible , the sea is a 10-15 minute walk , although they wrote 5 minutes , there are a lot of cakes from cows . The hotel rooms are terrible! Our toilet drain did not work, it was fixed only for 3 days, the sash from the shower cabin is broken, there is a hole in the door, they give out only toilet paper, there is a wardrobe with one shelf and 2 hangers, one bedside table for three, an old horror table , towels for three 3 large and 2 small for three .....
according to the nutrition of the USSR canteen , the dishes are broken , the waiters bring , you have to wait , there is no coffee , there is no milk . Give dinner to the enemy , the men will be hungry . The food is so - so mediocre , there is no fruit . You can sit in the bar , but it 's very dirty , there are no ashtrays , the pool is dirty with sand .
In general, a two - star hotel with a stretch !
The cleaning staff is trying their best , the animator is well done - this is one of the advantages . The administrator is a plump girl who does not like to work at all , the second is responsive ! The manager was rude on the last day , he took care of the hotel better !!! The laundry is dirty , but it was changed 1 time after 4 days ! It's just a campsite of the USSR. The lights were turned off ! Deck chairs are paid! Don't take the hotel!

I liked everything there, simple rooms, but everything has a refrigerator, a refrigerator, the food in the dining room is also no frills, but the food is delicious (a choice of 2 dishes) the pool is clean, the prices in the on-site bar are the same as in the shops nearby there is no point running outside, 10 minutes walk to the sea is not in a hurry.
