We had a rest at the end of September, 2 adults + 2 children (2 and 4 years old). We checked in quickly, arrived on an individual transfer at 08/20 p.m. dinner was refused, referring to the fact that dinner was over for 10 minutes, although she asked us to leave dinner in advance, at least for the children! We ordered food at the cafe, shish kebab (delicious), ate! There is also a la children's evening animation, every evening at 20 o'clock a cartoon is included, although when choosing a hotel, we expected evening mini disco precisely because of the animation! Children are sitting in the bar watching cartoons, adults are sitting there smoking, drinking! There is a barbecue 2 meters away, smoke , ashes, sparks all for children(((
The standards are not bad, the bed is clean, changed, cleaned! The audibility of the neighbors from above is very good! There are not enough shelves for clothes, hooks in the room! In the dressing room, there is one shelf and one barbell with hangers, this is not enough for families, especially with children! Of course, a night light or a lamp wouldn't hurt in the room, we slept with the light in the bathroom.
The food is normal, something is more or less, something is not very good, once the pasta was given boiled, bland! Delicious pastries in the morning! Wish- leave tea / coffee for lunch too, or else at lunch either water or compote (like colored water)!
It is problematic to get boiling water, only during breakfast or dinner in the dining room, the rest of the time there is nowhere! Fruits for dinner, in portions (4 pieces of watermelon, for example. The cooler in the bar is very dirty, the water does not flow, but drips, and the water goes directly there!!!
The pool is nice, clean, warm! There are enough sun beds!
To walk to the beach at a calm pace for 7-10 minutes, slightly turning off the asphalt road, walk 200-300 meters, after the rain it is very dirty, huge puddles, the stroller gets stuck (The beach itself is equipped with cabins, there is a toilet, a bar and there is a trampoline for children. The entrance to the sea is a large pebble, shoes are especially necessary for children!!!
Everything would be nice, but absolutely all children suffer from rotavirus!!! And many adults, we are no exception either... because of this, only we will not return here ourselves, and I hardly recommend it to anyone!

We stayed at this hotel from August 26 to September 3, 2024. I don't understand why this hotel gets five stars. We had a family vacation from June 19-25, 2024.We've been to another hotel (Dad's) before.There is a difference between them.First of all, rotavirus was immediately caught here!!!which was not the case in other places.Well....minus two days out of six))It's cruel..Secondly, upon our arrival, there was a green pool, dirty.It was cleaned afterwards.Food: the adults are well-fed, the child could not find food for himself (there was no variety).String beans and cauliflower are usually not eaten by children.I want to cancel-the guards, administrators and cleaners are friendly!!!Cool!you can't say that about the kitchen staff-you won't ask too much..As they say…In general, everything is fine, but there is no desire to go back there again.

The dishes are poorly processed, the food is terrible and does not match the description when ordering at all. 2 days fell out of rest because it was very bad. The temperature is 39 and above. With young children, they have to go to the hospital for ivs, and adults suffered in these small rooms. When it rains, the 1st floor is flooded with water from the ceiling. What a horror there is!!! Please do not visit this place to preserve your health and the health of your loved ones. We will never come again and will not recommend this hotel to our family and friends. When planning a vacation, our tour agent offered options and the eco-papa hotel was the cheapest option at that time. I'll start with the pros - The hotel territory is well maintained, everything is clean, lots of greenery, plums grow, a clean and large pool with two zones - a children's and an adult. There is a bar.
We had a room for 2 adults and 1 child. The linen is clean, it is clear that it is not straight new, there are spots, but everything is OK. The room has air conditioning, TV with local channels, hairdryer, refrigerator, wardrobe with hangers. Towels are white for use in the room, brown for the pool and beach (they do not change during the stay). The food is FB, very tasty, we have never gone hungry, although I do not eat many dishes. The beach is 5-7 minutes away on a straight road, chickens and cows are running, whose brown "tracks" are everywhere. For those who are shocked by this, you are in the village, this is normal here. On the way to the beach there is a magnet "by the sea", local cafes. In general, you can buy absolutely everything. There are local pastries, cafes, ski rentals, jet skis, a ship and a banana on the beach. There is a place to go (but we took a taxi) - a large local market, a park on the outskirts. And the plus is a good tour. the agency at the hotel, we took 1 tour, but the "gallop through Europe" format did not suit us, we went further ourselves. Taxi has an application, like Yandex.
Now to the cons - the mattresses in the room are very tired, the bulging springs did not please my back. The sound insulation is at zero. If someone is walking in the room from above, then vibration and strong stomping are felt in your room. If they go to the toilet, then you can also hear the process and the flush. If drunk guests decide to sing karaoke in a bar on the street, then count it in your room. We tried to sleep before the flight, but failed.
About music. That at the pool, that in the dining room - the same songs all day long, especially here they love Anna Asti, they could include 2 especially favorite tracks through the song. There are about 10 songs in total every single day. Or the guests, especially gifted, brought their own column the size of a closet and turned on their playlist so that everyone could understand their musical taste.
With early dawn, I would like to have the curtains blackout, otherwise the bright sun would wake me up at 5-6 o'clock. I didn't find a sleep mask here.
In general, Gudauta is a great place to relax, but we are unlikely to return to this hotel again. I love comfort for body and soul.

We stayed at this hotel from August 26 to September 3. The food is disgusting, but if you are not fastidious, you can eat. Beach towels have never been changed during this period.Each room has an intestinal infection, after which nothing in the rooms is treated or disinfected. We arrived with a friend and grandfather on vacation at the end of the season. The buildings smell like wood in the village, the rooms are clean, we lived in a new building on the 1st floor.
I was very pleased with the delicious and varied food, we ate 5 kg each :)

The sea and shops are close.
From the shortcomings:

But this is a village. I wish they were watching the beach, not shitting. It is annoying to turn off the light (for 11 of our days it was turned off 4 times).

We had a rest in the middle of June. There are no questions about the service. It's close to the sea. Now about the cons - the room does not catch Wi-Fi from the word at all, there was no declared animator at the time of rest, although there were many children, ants in the room, there is not enough Playground, the choice in the bar is scarce, barbecue began to cook when more or less there were people in the hotel, the pool water is very warm (good for children, but not refreshing for adults).
In general, if you are just going to lie on the beach, sometimes coming to eat at the hotel and spend the night, then this is the hotel for you. There is nowhere to go, there is a village idyll around, with cows, chickens and dogs. Yes, you can grab sun loungers and an umbrella from another hotel on the beach if you come early)

*rested on 21.06-1.07.2022
a very decent hotel for your money!
* The pool is their great advantage
(there is a zone for both children and adults to swim when the weather is not very good or the laziness attacked to go to the sea))
there are some minor flaws - I told the admins about them for information IMHO
* my own well with drinking water is fine (in September I rested there next to the Apsny 3* hotel on Kistritskaya street - everyone was sick with rotovirus there, in many ways because of this, the same as me) - and here, fortunately, no one was sick at all
* the children will be very happy there, because besides the pool there is also an excellent animator Zarina who works with them (by the way, in my opinion, Zarina has already outgrown this place and next year I think she will go somewhere to Turkey)
* due to a flaw, I will probably allocate only the dining room - there is a great lack of tables, and most importantly Waiters - the girls are trying, but 3 people are certainly not enough, the Owners, take at least a couple more, because so many tourists are coming to you.
....oh yes - also - please change the torn pink banner to some green new one - do not spare a little money and your solidity will immediately increase) ...or better yet, order a banner with your contacts not in it, and it will work for you

I rested with my mother from 01.06 to 07.06.23 The hotel is just wonderful. If you want to take a break from the hustle and bustle of the city, then come here. Great staff, comfortable rooms, delicious food, warm pool....the sea is 5 minutes away.

A pretty decent hotel by the standards of Abkhazia. Private pool, sun beds near it. The rooms are equipped as standard, everything is quite decent, cleaning is organized daily, 4 days after check-in, bed linen was changed for us. The assortment of dishes in the dining room leaves much to be desired, the lack of tea mugs, cutlery, even plates from me for the day, which had to be dragged from table to table.

I had a rest in June 22, I liked everything.
Wi-Fi is available throughout, the room has air conditioning and a small refrigerator.
The pool is of normal size, there is a gazebo and sun beds. It is a 5-minute walk to the sea, there is a shop nearby (until 22:00) and if you walk 100 meters to the left there is a good cafe "Kistrik", it is delicious there, it works until midnight.
The room is cleaned every day, and the hotel grounds are also pleasant.
The hotel has a good staff, I would like to thank the administrator Galina separately.
It is better to take excursions not from a tour operator, but directly at the hotel reception. It's cheaper this way and the tour company itself is good there.
The beach is pebbly, it is better to take aquasocks.
The highway is 2 km from the hotel, you can take local minibuses from it towards the border, to New Athos or Sukhum.
