I decided to somehow install a radiator on the second ssd in my laptop, I did not calculate the size of the radiator a little, and as a result, after assembling the laptop, the radiator sold out and something shortened on the board, after which the slot for the second ssd stopped working, otherwise the laptop remained in working condition. I brought the laptop to one of the points of this service located at Prytytsky 156, there is no acceptance there, we looked only at the external condition of the case (scratches, scuffs), while only the fact of their presence, although it is necessary to photograph everything in a good way, so that later there would be no questions about which scratches were before delivery, and which they could have appeared later, but that's still okay, they didn't even bother to minimally check the technical condition of the laptop, whether it turns on at all or not, not to mention the fact that the laptop was not delivered as standard with an additional 2 TB ssd and 64 GB of RAM, this would also like to be fixed at acceptance, these components are nowhere they did not disappear after the repair, but still I would like this to be recorded in the acceptance certificate for peace of mind. I will return to the moment of maintenance, at the time of delivery the laptop had no problems with temperatures, after repair it godlessly overheated and dropped power, and this is a fairly natural result, I understood that this would happen, it could not be disassembled once and probably was stored these 2 weeks in disassembled form, the question is why I did not we tried to explain or even why maintenance is not included in the repair cost in such cases, when the specifics of the repair itself and its timing do not allow us to preserve the properties of thermal interfaces, fortunately I understood this myself so I bought thermal paste with a phase transition in advance, I had everything else and immediately serviced the laptop myself.

After 3 months, the laptop started making noise again and I needed to replace the cooler again. Because I had a 6-month warranty, I decided to contact them again to replace it. The breakfast story has repeated itself again. It took 2 days to diagnose the obvious problem again + 2 more days to replace it, holidays, etc.
Total: diagnosis and replacement of the cooler - 4 working days, the cooler flew again after 3 months and it took 4 working days again (they did it under warranty for free, but I lost my working hours), they fed me breakfast in a polite way, no specifics and deadlines. If the laptop is working, you value your nerves and your own time, then I do not advise you to contact this service.

I turned to this service at the very end of the summer. The problem was with the laptop, namely: the charger did not work and therefore the laptop did not work. I gave it to the reception point at the Momo shopping center. I was told that he would be transferred to the central office and they would sort it out.
A day later, they call me, they say they found a problem and charged a price tag of 300 rubles. I asked for time to think, and they agreed. After a few hours, I call back and refuse services. They're asking me: "Why?". I replied that I had decided to contact another service. We tried to convince them with a discount of 30 rubles (including a discount of 270 rubles) As a result, they told me to wait for an SMS message about readiness for issuance in the same place where I gave it.
Several days pass (about 3 days) The SMS never arrives. I also decided to read the public offer on their website. It is worth noting that when I received the device, I was told that, if I refused their services, a fee for "diagnostics" would be charged.
And so, after reading the public offer, I found an item that there is no charge for diagnostics. I decided to try to press this point when calling, there is little chance, but it was worth a try.
I call the service with the question "Where is my laptop?" I name the manufacturer and model, but instead of a specific answer, I get persuasions for a discount of 100 rubles. I refuse. There is no point in soldering anything while everything is working, and, apparently, they just wanted to make easy money from me. And they named another interesting feature, but I will deliberately omit it and tell you about it a little later.
It takes about a month. The problem returns, only now the device does not work at all without a battery, and with a battery it turns off under load. And it also does not charge. I am sending it to the service where I last applied.
As a result, the problem with disconnecting under load with a connected battery is resolved by replacement. But it still can't work without a spare part and the problem is not in the battery. And it also turned out that the very detail that was omitted above, namely, that some services, before calling the client and, accordingly, receiving acceptance, and subsequent transfer of money, can already fix the problem, and if they refuse to pay, they "cheat" and solder some schemes out of the board. This is the situation that happened to me. It turned out that some circuits on the board are missing. I still haven't picked up my laptop. There are minimal chances that a conscientious service engineer will find all the tricks of these masters and the device will be able to work normally, as it should. But I think it's obvious that the chances are extremely slim.
Therefore, I am extremely angry at this service and, accordingly, I highly recommend that you do not contact them.
What also upsets me extremely is that I will not be able to compensate for the damage in any way, since it is absolutely impossible to prove that the damage was caused by this particular service. The only thing left for me is to sit, stamping my feet in anger, and write angry reviews wherever possible. Thank you for your attention, don't make my mistakes.

I gave the laptop to the service, as it hung up and turned off periodically.
I sent it by courier in the evening. As a result, I was not contacted the next day... I found out for myself. They said that the laptop was on a diagnostic and they would contact me. I got a call almost two days later and was told that I needed to be cleaned and that nothing else had been revealed.
The result: cleaning the laptop is 70 rubles, time spent on diagnostics and cleaning: 2 days. The laptop is working properly.
Positive:
- availability of a courier
- reasonable prices
- they work on weekends
Minuses:
- The laptop reception is very formal. They just give you a receipt that says that the laptop is used with scratches and scuffs. And indicate its minimum possible cost in rubles (it is not photographed before, and therefore it is impossible to prove damage or scratches were received before or already in the service).
- It is not known at all what happens to the laptop: no one took off the photo before and after cleaning. Just a black box
- There is no feedback for a long time. In my case, I did not know for almost 1.5 days whether he was diagnosed or not. You can check the order status on the website, but all these 1.5 days my order was hanging in the "New" status. Not very informative. When I found out in the messages what was wrong with the laptop and how long the diagnosis took, I received a response only 50 minutes later that the laptop was under diagnosis and I would be contacted as soon as something was known. No specific deadlines.
Ps: I understand that I am not the only customer and that it takes time to process the order. But apparently the guys really have a lot of orders, which is why the response speed and attention to each client are lost. Сдавала ноутбук в ремонт на точке П. Мстислава, оставляю отзыв на центральный офис. Проблема - при использовании ноутбук громко гудел. После ремонта при выдачи ноутбука он был включен и гудение отсутствовало. Придя домой, я обнаружила, что не работает часть кнопок клавиатуры. А через время гудение (уже не такое громкое) вновь возобновилось. Созвонившись с менеджером по работе с клиентами, он сказал, что к клавиатуре они не имеют доступа и ее они не трогали, следовательно не могли сломать. На мой вопрос “Как тогда можно это объяснить, что клавиатура работала до сдачи в ремонт и не работает после, он предположил, что я сама же могла ее и испортить после того, как забрала. И вообще, я сама подписала документы, что все ок и нужно было проверять все на месте, да и по закону я ничего не смогу доказать. Насчет основной проблемы - гудения, сказал что воспроизвести они не смогли, а полагаться лишь на мои слова нельзя, поэтому они свою работу выполнили - исправили неисправность. Хотя во время разговора по телефону я говорила, что гудение появляется время от времени спустя некоторое время работы. Как итог - ноутбук был в ремонте, включая диагностики и тд, в сумме более 2 недель, а я осталась без денег с неустраненной проблемой да еще и со сломанной клавиатурой.
Хочется отдельно отметить менеджера по работе с клиентами. Человек явно находится не на своем месте. Вместо того, чтобы смягчать и так накаленную обстановку и как-то попытаться мирно решить проблему, пытался меня убедить, что я “не могу следовать логике”, что я сама виновата в проблеме, которая появилась после ремонта, что «по закону я ничего не смогу сделать» и куча др.некорректных высказываний. После нашего разговора остались самые неприятнейшие ощущения. В общем, не рекомендую!
Сдавал телефон на срочную диагностику и ремонт. Из срочного не получил ничего, только счет. По итогу забрал телефон без ремонта, диагостику сделали коряво (срочная диагностика заняла неделю времени и по итогу заключение не дали как и чек!, на словах сказали и то не угадали). За неделю методом тыка перебирали варианты, каждый день была новая версия. Крайне не рекомендую обращаться в данный сервис!!!
