Polite, non-conflicting staff can help with the selection of goods (but remember, the seller is different from the seller). In the morning and late at night, the queues at the ticket offices are large, since only two out of ten cashiers work, and during the day the traffic is normal. This problem could be solved by installing four self-service terminals. Regular customer cards are valid only for certain socially significant goods, therefore they practically do not affect savings in the wallet. Fruits and vegetables are quite fresh, the assortment is good, but the prices are high compared to other chain stores. The bread/ loaf is always fresh, and there are questions about baking (I would like a variety). Very good in-house production, affordable prices, excellent meat department.

UPD:I am updating the review based on the results of my visit to the store on 02/22/2025. The service in the pastry department was disgusting. Firstly, there was no employee there at the time of purchase, and the "neighbors" are not interested in you, and customers should realize that they need to queue up at the next department of finished meat products.
Secondly, there is no way to find out the composition of the cakes without resorting to the help of an employee from the same neighboring department. And then it started: "this is not my department," "I do not know."..
They still gave me the composition papers to read, written in a poorly readable font; they were located on the back of each price tag.
Thirdly, you cook not delicious, but at the same time expensive (almost 40 rubles per kg) potato cakes. It's interesting that for some reason you don't write anything about them on your website.

I bought a cake on 3.20.24. Forest clearing. The cake is of very poor quality. Dry, there is not enough cream. They poured so many sour berries that they weighed more than a cake, probably. If the goal was to increase the weight due to inedible berries, then this is at least a deception of the consumer, for whom the weight of the product is indicated - 1kg (and in fact there is 750 grams of cake). What is the problem with specifying the real weight and decorating with a couple of berries. But if only the cake was delicious... So he's not doing anything. Keep an eye on your production!
