Today, while shopping at the Dionysus store on Mogilevskaya Street in Minsk, I was unpleasantly stunned. The cashier punched the purchase twice, embarrassment was evident from the expression on his face, but the man continued to work on. After waiting for the receipt, we double-checked and found this error. At the same time, when she was presented with a claim, she made a cancellation, returned the money, but not to the card with which the purchase was paid, but in cash. Moreover, when they started telling the employee to be more attentive, the response was "Get out of here already."
I understand that at the moment it is very difficult to find professional workers, and even more so to work at the checkout as the face of the store. But I can't stop wondering where they find them, one more beautiful than the other, one more boorish than the other.
They allow themselves to swear at each other in front of customers, and at the same time manage to be rude to customers. In this store, rare cashiers smile at customers and you want to go to them.
The situation occurred on 02/24/2024 at about 19.30.
It is a pity that this network enters the place of the Crown on the same Mogilevskaya Street. Buyers living in the area were left with no choice. Dionysus on the left and Dionysus on the right. What should people who do not have the opportunity to go further to normal shops do?....

Once, right on the counter, I opened a package with the seller and a putrid smell came from there - this was noted by the customers standing next to me. The seller, shyly hiding her eyes, took the bag of chicken without question.
A fly covered in fish oil crawled over the expensive trout meat. To my remark and request to remove the fly, the man who deals with the layout and cutting of these products shrugged his shoulders, saying that it was not in his competence. Deciding that this was probably not enough, he wanted to arrange a mini-performance for me - joking about this topic with a saleswoman, the man, putting his arm around her waist, retired to the cutting shop with a smile, saying, "the fly belongs there, I felt delicious, I flew to the fish" (direct quote). Boorish behavior and disrespect for the customer, there is no other way to say it.
Moreover, they glue the price tags on some vacant meat products, which are clearly already spoiled. Look carefully, several price stickers are visible on such packages, the meat itself has a gangrenous green hue and is covered with mucus; the glued price tag is sometimes more expensive than the original one.
Carnival of plague miasma and bacterial extravaganza. It's a pity that this is the only store within walking distance. I'm afraid that a simple "beating up" will not help, fundamental permutations are needed here, according to the type of sanitary and epidemiological station, which I will apply to.
