I really liked the hotel. We were in other 5*, well, it's not at all comparable. There were 9 days. There is a huge amount of meat on the menu: goulash, stewed, and fried on fire. You can't list everything. Beef, turkey, chicken. There was no pork at all. I don't know, it was never on the hotel menu, or because it was Ramadan and there were a huge number of Turks in the hotel. Unusual for me: mussels, shrimps and crayfish were given several times. The variety of fruits is great. Sweets do not count how many names. There are queues for food, but these are rather the costs of the pandemic. All the dishes are behind glass, the waiters serve whatever you ask. And if you don't come at the peak, there are no queues at all. We went to an Italian restaurant in Alaska. Well, so-so. It's not surprising. Ice cream from 12.00 to 22.00. In the evening, an excellent program in the amphitheater: acrobats, dancers. The water park is great. Roller coasters from the simplest and most boring to the most breathtaking. The passage to the sea is through an underground passage, but it does not bother at all. There is sand on the beach, but there are pebbles in the sea. You can come in. In our south, the sunset is much worse. The water is clean, especially if you go around 7-8 in the morning. The water is transparent, like glass. I couldn't swim to a place where you can't see the bottom. Take masks with you. Beauty! The rooms are small, but there is everything you need. Towels for the beach are given not for a deposit, but by cards. Well, in general, as a result: I advise you to relax there!

We had a family vacation in September at this hotel! I hadn't been to Turkey for ten years before and nothing has changed since then!

1) Monotonous food, yes there is a lot of it, but it's the same every day! The children didn't eat anything except pasta! Sometimes a dry breakfast. Fruits - a lot of rotten ones, it's a shame to put them up for sale - not like in hotels!
2) Alcohol, as it was 10 years ago, has remained! He's no good! Beer (more correctly, a beer drink) that can be drunk endlessly, I still can't imagine what it is made of or very much diluted with water!Wine - well, it's hard to call it wine!
3) The animation is monotonous! It's the same thing every day, you don't know which day you saw it anymore.
4) The beach! The beach is terrible, with rocks! You need to wear special shoes! The entrance to the sea is also made of small stones, when you enter, your feet sink into these stones! There is a "Parachute, banana" on the beach all the time, every morning! Once I ran through the "Corn"
5) The number. We lived in a two-storey room, in principle, the room itself is not bad, but the renovation is old, in places it was killed. The overhead shower did not work, the front door broke three times (then the lock, then the card), I had to call the service that disassembled the door frame! Three days in a row, every morning, and no one apologized for it, let alone any bonus!
6) Infrastructure. There is no nearby ! There are a couple of shops with questionable products, where prices vary greatly ( in general, they differ throughout the country, there is no regulation) In general, how do you bargain!
7) The way to the hotel and back! When it takes 15 minutes to get to the hotel or to the airport, the bus makes a technical stop, it is unclear why! Well, in principle, from the point of view of the tour operator, it is clear! On the way there, they stop at some incomprehensible store with consumer goods , and back at a store with the same breadcrumb , only with cosmic price tags !
Bottom line: The hotel is not worth the money spent on the tour! There is no smell of a five here, it's time to evaluate Turkish hotels adequately - there is a solid three here!
For this money, you can consider other countries where you can have a very good rest with your family!

We stayed at this hotel in July 2021. The hotel is not bad, but the room was slightly "tired". There was a small chip on the sink, the paint on the walls had not been updated in the recent past, there were small cracks in the corners on the walls. But in general, it is quite tolerable. Everything worked in the room: air conditioning, hair dryer, refrigerator. The view from the balcony is a side view of the sea and a field with some cultivated plants. It was good that we took it to the pool area and bars, it was quiet and peaceful. The trouble with the gym: the air conditioner didn't work there all the time and every time I had to go to the administrator and ask that the air conditioner be checked and turned on! Almost all simulators are faulty and in a very poor condition. And at 18:00 the guard came and kicked out of the hall. The food was not bad, although it did not differ in great variety: turkey, chicken, lamb, river fish. Sometimes there was grilled tuna (great) and shrimp was served 1 time. From fruits: watermelon and melon are not particularly sweet, apples, sometimes small pears and peaches (very tough, not always tasty). There are a lot of sweets, but the cakes are monotonous in taste, although they differ in appearance. The juice is absolutely chemical. But you won't stay hungry for sure, you can always choose something! There are a lot of sun beds, but everyone is busy in the morning. Moreover, they are busy with things that lie all day without the presence of the owners. It feels like they are occupying a sunbed "just in case." Very ugly in my opinion in relation to other guests, but this is a question for vacationers, not for the hotel. After lunch, you could always find a couple of free sun beds by the pools. The situation on the beach is different: there were free sunbeds at any time. The beach is quite clean, sandy and pebbly. It is located across the street, but you need to go through an underpass, which is quite fast and safe. In the evenings, it was impossible to find an empty table in the main restaurant, you had to search for a long time or wait for other people to finish dinner and then wait for this table to be cleaned and served. Sometimes I had to run around the hall and look for a person with devices. The room was cleaned daily, imperfectly, but the middle was washed honestly. Towels were changed daily, bed linen for 2-3 days. The minibar was replenished regularly. However, they had to ask for plain water, and soda was replenished even in excess. The area is quite well maintained and clean. In general, there were more positive moments, but we would not return to this hotel anymore.

The rooms are outdated and in need of repair.
There is a lot of food, but you can't find anything to eat, you eat monotonously. Very bad breakfasts, we couldn't find anything for ourselves. (from the unusual: there were rolls 2 times, crabs 1 time, shrimp 1 time, otherwise different meat: chicken, goose, veal, lamb). Dirty dishes are often necessary to check.
We lived in a two-storey room on the 1st floor (a room with a lower floor going into the basement: there are 2 single beds and on the upper floor there is 1 double bed, a folding armchair bed and a bathroom). The room was overlooking the pool, it was very noisy, there was a disco every day until 23:30, the music was loud.
The rooms are poorly cleaned despite tips (towels are changed, but for some reason not all and bed linen (not every day)), floors are not wiped, dust is probably never wiped (I will attach a photo of the phone in the room, bedside tables, headboard, lamps - everything is in a good layer of dust). There are a lot of people in the hotel and they frankly shit everywhere, the staff does not have time to clean up, so there is a lot of garbage around (a clump of hair in the common corridor, they scatter stones from the installation in the lobby, throw garbage, put dirty dishes outside the door on the floor, disposable cups sometimes float in the pool).
They give 1 key for the whole room.
There is nowhere to go near the hotel (shops, bazaars, etc.), you can go to novamall (20 min), but there is little choice, it is better to go to the Mall of Antalya or TerraCity (1:40)
Wi-Fi does not work well (it takes a long time to ship, it does not catch everywhere).
Slides are interesting in the hotel, there are 2 types of children's and adults, but a 5-year-old child can ride at all, adults are responsible for safety on their own.
In the evening or early in the morning, people occupy the sun beds by the pool with their towels, by 8 a.m. you will no longer find them, only the farthest ones, so it's easier to do it yourself, and most of the time these sun beds are empty, just towels.
The bathroom is peeling, with mold, with a torn handle and dirty.
The beach is small pebbles + pebbles, it's better to have aquashouses, it's a little painful without them.

1. There are no mattresses on the sun beds, my back hurts terribly.
2. The food is monotonous and delicious in general, but there is a lot of it.
3. Coffee generally tastes like water. It's already ruined every morning.
4. The beach is small pebbles, I don't like it in principle, you can't even walk along the coast.
5. Autumn is a good breeding season for children, you can't argue here, the girls are doing well, they work well.
6. The water in the pools is cold, I would say very. Maybe it has to do with Cavid, of course.
7. And The "coolest"- these are SPA procedures. If you don't want to be beaten up, don't go to the SPA at the hotel. You tell them that you can't, it's contraindicated for health reasons, but they do it anyway. Masks are not applied by a cosmetologist, who then cannot remove them, there are no funds at all. Guys, take care of your health. They also do not return money for damage, but try to finish you off with even more procedures🤣🤣🤣🤦♂️🤦♂️🤣 like a present🤣🤣🤦♂️ This is generally.
8. There is an amphitheater stage where a show and a children's disco take place in the evening, because there is a constant unpleasant smell.
9. The rooms were cleaned well, it was always clean.
In my opinion, this hotel is not worth the money that is paid for it, and even more so it does not pull for a 5-night check-in.

The hotel is almost perfect in its price segment. I had a rest in September 2018. One of the few hotels where safe+minibar+wifi+air conditioning+beach towels+beach bar are free! By food: there is little seafood, more meat. Fruits can be rotten. The late dinner is quite meager. From the sweet: there are also few delicious cakes and they are disassembled before everyone else, so go to the very beginning of dinner and then you will have time to take something delicious.
The rooms are good, there are no complaints about cleaning. The bathroom has already seen the sights, but it will do for the unassuming.
The pool is quite warm.
The beach is clean, there may not be enough sun loungers for everyone in the morning. There are large stones in vodka, you can injure your legs, be careful.
The reception staff is Russian-speaking.

We arrived at the hotel late at night on 09/25/2021. check out on 10/3/2021. we are still at the hotel. We have read a lot of reviews, I will not comment on negative reviews, I will only write that everyone from young to old will find entertainment here. The water park for children is just a delight, for adults it is super. There are plenty of bars where you can eat and enjoy a large selection of cocktails. The alcohol is good for my taste, I especially liked the beer, champagne and tequilla. Food, you can lick your fingers, for every taste. There is a lot of meat on the grill, boiled and fried - stewed. Fish are weak, fruits are plentiful. The beach is across the street, you don't even notice how you get there. The noise of cars is a little annoying. I especially want to note the attitude of the bartenders, I haven't seen this for a long time. You are their guest and the service is excellent. Polite and hardworking. Awesome The room is not particularly different, everything you need is there. Looks sideways at the sea and into the field (3025). The cleaning is good and the bar is replenished daily with fanta, Cola and sprite. The area is green and just pleasant.

We had a rest from July 20 to August 1, 2021. In general, the hotel, from our point of view, is a weak 4 stars. There were no toothbrushes, pastes, shampoos, or bathrobes when checking into the room. When contacting the reception, they said that it was not allowed. The room is not cozy, the curtains are torn. Climate control is present in the room, but it is simply not in the corridors, you go out like in a sauna steam room. We lived on the 6th floor, which was additionally heated from the roof. Cleaning was carried out every day, but very formally. For 12 days there has never been a change of bed linen, although they asked for it, towels were changed every day, but in recent days there have been systematically no towels for feet. The bar was replenished at the rate of 2 guests, although 3 lived. The most unfortunate thing is that there is no iron. In summer, I want to wear clothes made of natural fabrics that are wrinkled, the lack of an iron has finished off, since there is an ironing service at the hotel for decent money in euros. On average, from 4 to 8 euros per item. They gave white jeans to the laundry, they brought them, but the quality of the washing was unsatisfactory, there were stains that I washed at home. In general, household trifles created a bad impression. At first glance, there was a lot of food in the restaurant, but when viewed, rice, pasta, French fries prevailed, which, for example, I can not. There are few vegetable dishes, slicing is present. Meat dishes: soy meatballs, cutlets. There was very little natural meat, mainly turkey. From fish: mackerel, tuna, cod. Cod can still be eaten, everything else is not edible. A large assortment of sweets, fruits of not very good quality, and there were good ones. There are enough bread products. Sausages, soy sausages. Pickled cheeses, for an amateur. Yogurt of the 1st type, was periodically sour. There was practically no seafood. Crayfish were cooked only 2 times. There were no ready-made salads of good quality. Alcohol is a disgusting substitute, beer is not bad. Therefore, the guests mostly ate rice, pasta and potatoes 3 times a day. There were no free games. Games are only available for an additional fee. The territory of the hotel is clean, well-groomed, but the sun beds and tables were not washed, and they were dirty, dried up with spilled cocktails. The bars are mostly fast food. We were in a Turkish restaurant, so they just forgot about us. It was a holiday for the Turks, so they were too well served, no one came up to us like that. They brought a dish that we had not ordered and proved that porridge with stew was a Turkish kebab. We did not argue, it was useless, and we were not scandalous, apparently it was bad, we left. The animation is good, the sea is clean, warm, the beach is sandy, but the entrance to the sea is rocky, but we had special sneakers. Otherwise, it's probably good. Therefore, for the kind of money we paid, it's not worth it. 2 years ago we were in Greece in a 4 and not all inclusive hotel, paid 2 times less, and rested for all 200%. The management of the hotel needs to think about the service, since we have not set foot in Turkey at all now.

We rested for 2 weeks (in July 2021) — 3 adults, 1 child (almost 2 years old). The food is not bad, we have never been hungry. Cleaning every 3 days, there are no complaints about it. The pool is clean, warm, and large. Sea /beach: clean warm sea, entry into the sea is so-so, it's better to buy rubber sneakers. The Internet is terrible, all three of them did not work properly. I had to buy a SIM card for work in the city for $ 25 — 20 GB, in the hotel the exact same SIM card is $ 50. Among the vacationers are mainly Turks and Russians (with all that follows). We tried to enjoy our vacation and not find fault with the little things. But nevertheless, the general opinion is: never to this hotel again. The most terrible drawback is the attitude of the staff. It's the season, there are a lot of people, queues everywhere: at the bar, in the main restaurant, etc. At the same time, in 90% of cases, when you stand in line, you can observe how Turks approach the bartender / waiter, say something in their own language and they are served without waiting in line. Not the hotel staff, but vacationers. Moreover, it came to the point of absurdity: the bartender interferes with the cocktail, at this moment his compatriots approach him, he removes the shaker with the almost ready cocktail to the side and begins to make cocktails for them. After that, he just finishes it for you. It's the same with food. I asked for a specific soup, the waiter had already taken up the ladle, fellow citizens came up to him, he immediately put the ladle aside and first poured them another soup, and then served us. With this attitude, of course, we will not return.

We have seen a lot in Turkey, and we can honestly say - feel free to come here for this service for this money!!!! Russians are respected here (which cannot be said about many hotels in Turkey), it is clear that they are trying for vacationers! Friendly staff, well-groomed huge territory, honest work of waiters.
