We are resting right now.August 2021. The hotel is great. There is enough of everything. Clean, clean, sanitizers , everything is ok. Children's programs are constantly different, the animators are 5 years old. The water park is super. The rooms are approx. There is an indoor pool with cold water!Free in-room safe and minibar.(replenished in the morning) A sea of norms, only deep at once. The beach is sandy and pebbly. In general, we recommend it!

There is a lot of food, you can't try everything, they cook delicious, although it's not surprising they know how to do it, that is, the service is at the highest level. The booze is very diverse, probably everything that your soul wants can be found.Music, performances, slides. A barber shop where you can get a haircut and freshen up your manicure. Spas and hamams. We are very satisfied!!! We arrived from Moscow, there is little information about this hotel on the Internet, but believe me you will not be disappointed. This is our first family vacation, we are very happy!!! I wish the hotel prosperity and success 💯

We had a rest from September 29 to October 9, 2021, together with my sister. We are just delighted with this hotel! A huge, clean and beautiful territory, a large swimming pool and a water park, groovy animation. The rooms are cleaned every day, the minibar is replenished daily. The food is varied, lots of fruits and very tasty ice cream. The staff is friendly and friendly. I would like to express my special sympathy to the Hamdullah bartender, who is always positive and will definitely cheer you up. And what kind of cocktails he creates, it's just 🔥🔥🔥

I would not recommend it. Safety on the roller coaster is not controlled . The room stock is tired like the whole hotel. The beach is covered in cigarette butts and no one cleans it.We ordered the Olya card restaurant . Upon arrival at the right time, they were not found in the lists. They made fools of us . They say you didn't sign up. The main manager of the restaurant realized that it was better to give a table.(
We rode a roller coaster with a child for 4 days . The movement on the slides is not controlled by the guard sleeping in the chair below . As a result, a child flew into my back as an adult. If my child had been hit, there would have been no way to avoid injury. On the fifth day of rest , the guard woke up . He said that adults are not allowed with children. "Let him ride alone. Kill yourself, we'll figure it out * .
At the reception, the girl promised apologetically promised a present to the room .
She forgot about us an hour later.
My wife caught a piece of glass in her heel at the first entrance to the room. (not critical)
There is only a buffet at the 5-star hotel. Nobody else cares about you. A TERRIBLE ATTITUDE.I WILL NOT RECOMMEND THIS HOTEL TO ANYONE. YOU WILL BE FORGOTTEN AT THE ENTRANCE.

We are currently on vacation! (09/14/22-09/27/2022). One of the best hotels in our memory. We are happy with everything! Initially, we drove until 22.09, but decided to extend it to 27.09, and this speaks volumes))) it seems to me that there is everything for a good holiday, both with children and together. We are vacationing as a family with a child of 7 years old. The slides are steering))) The sea is very warm! Entrance is pebbles + stones + sand...but in the carals it is quite to itself. We like everything. And animation, and shows, food, room. high.

I went in late September - early October 2023. The hotel is positioned as a 5*. What can I say in fact - upon arrival in the room, it turned out that the "balcony" is 25 cm wide. That is, you are standing in reality in the doorway (they originally asked for a smoking room). The shower is completely clogged with a ladder, the water goes to the floor when washing. Plumbing is killed tightly , it's impossible to wash in the shower - the mixer is flowing, the shower stall is covered with silicone, so that it does not flow along the walls . The hair dryer is prehistoric, low-power. They asked for a replacement room, the administration went to a meeting and the next day they gave another room - with a balcony of 1.5 * 1.5, more or less working plumbing. Apparently, there is not enough staff, the room may not be cleaned. The hotel itself is also quite dirty.
If someone is used to drinking coffee on the balcony or in bed in the morning, there is also no kettle in the room.
There is a safe in the room. The mini-bar is replenished daily - cola, sprite, tea and water. The cuisine is excellent, the chefs are trying very hard, there are several restaurants on site and on the beach. Nightly animation, a good water park. The beach is sandy and pebbly, the sand is not sifted, it is very dirty on the beach - full of cigarette butts, traffic jams and other garbage. Deckchairs, apparently, are the same age as my grandmother (as well as towels) about mattresses for deckchairs - we have not heard, we do not know.There is a pier with a ladder, uncomfortable and obviously not intended for jumping, the ladder itself is wrapped in pieces of carpet fabric, which is held on ordinary plastic ties, yes.
The lifeguard is always present during the daytime.
There are also several bars, there are enough drinks to choose from, you can get hot drinks at the bar strictly from 10.00 to 00.00
In general, I have been to different hotels, abroad only in 5 *, in Russia from 2 * , so there is something to compare with - the hotel is clearly not 5 *, maximum 3. And yes - if someone is fundamentally - disposable hygiene supplies except cotton swabs and disks - no, as well as bathrobes.

The child vomited after eating a watermelon. The waiter's fork fell to the floor, so he put it in the dock with a clean fork. Children touch cakes with their fingers in the dining room and lick them with their tongue, but they do not eat, that is, they are taken by other people. We went to the toilet with the child in the cabin, so for some reason an employee came to us. I don't advise anyone to come here. Wasted money. About giving so much money and eating rice and pasta every day. When we checked into the room, it wasn't even cleaned after the previous guests.
