To leave the hotel for shopping, we called a taxi, according to our money about 3,000 rubles in both directions, and it took 20 minutes to drive. Prices are high in stores. The child vomited after eating a watermelon. The waiter's fork fell to the floor, so he put it in the dock with a clean fork. Children touch cakes with their fingers in the dining room and lick them with their tongue, but they do not eat, that is, they are taken by other people. We went to the toilet with the child in the cabin, so for some reason an employee came to us. I don't advise anyone to come here. Wasted money. About giving so much money and eating rice and pasta every day. When we checked into the room, it wasn't even cleaned after the previous guests. We just returned from vacation. We were satisfied with the hotel. The food is excellent, there is a lot of meat: beef, lamb, turkey. Fish every day. From fruits : watermelon, melon, plums, pears, oranges, apples. Sooo beautiful territory, and a great beach. Pools with nice slides. The room is really quite small, but it is clean and cozy. The staff keeps it clean. Great bars with drinks. I would give this hotel 5 stars.

I really liked the hotel. We had a rest with friends from 05.10.2019-14.10.2019. Families with children. The weather was 28/35 in the afternoon, 20/23 at night. The sea is warm))) The hotel has excellent slides, a children's room, children's animation is super. Adult animation, live music, disco. The food tastes and colors grilled, fried, stewed... always fish, chicken, turkey, lamb. There were cancers every 2 days. There are a lot of different types of alcohol. Have you tried: White, red, pink wine, gin, rum, vodka, martini, belis...it is possible in cocktails))) In the room: slippers, hair dryer, telephone, brushes, paste, shampoo, balm, shower gel, machine, foam, body lotion, soap, washcloths, safe, ear sticks, napkins, towels, non-alcoholic cola bar, Fanta, water, soda, replenished every two days. Bed linen was changed every three days, cleaning every other day))) towels as you throw them on the floor))). The territory is small, but there are a lot of things. Slides for children, teenagers, and adults. There are toilets and showers at every step. There are a lot of cafes. Water gymnastics and ball games are held in the pools every day. You can play tennis racket 5 evr, mini golf. There is an indoor swimming pool, with a Jacuzzi from it you can immediately go to the sauna, there are two of them, plus a room with steam, go to the hammam at least every day))Our room was on the pools and the sea. It was a bit noisy, of course, by Werner...music, animation, but the children got tired and fell asleep right away. The sea is nearby through a small tunnel, the beach has its own entrance, small pebbles, shoes will be more comfortable for children, we were without))from the cafe. You can have a snack during the day..french fries..nuggets, shawarma fruits, beer... etc. On the beach: jet skis, parachutes, bananas, for a fee of course). There were enough shislongs for everyone. The beach is cleaned, there are tables for dirty dishes, urns, they are cleaned constantly. What I liked was that you can move around with plates of food on the territory without any problems, after breakfast, for example, we took a plate of fruit and went to the beach. Sometimes they took sweets with wine and went to the room. Ice cream every day (both portioned and in refrigerators) is very tasty, water in refrigerators everywhere, and children's drinks. The only minus is to go if you want in the evening there is no place)) a small village. There are three small shops. There are also many shops in the hotels on the 0th floor, but the prices are certainly higher. But you can go on shopping trips, there are a lot of tours. In general, we have only positive impressions of the rest)

We stayed at the hotel from 26.09 to 06.10.20 with a family of two adults and two children of 4 years, 7 months.
In general, I liked the hotel, but it did not meet my expectations.
Of the advantages:
- The hotel is big and clean.
- The staff is quite polite and understanding. The most hospitable and welcoming, the god of active sales, the barker on the beach, Akhmet is a parachutist (always makes a good discount).
-The beach and the sea are clean. The beach is dominated by sand. Entering the sea on pebbles is more useful for feet.
-Room cleaning every day. Common areas are no exception, both in the building and on the territory of the hotel. Linen and towels are always clean and of high quality.
- The layout of the room is good. Climate control unit with fan coil, i.e. quiet outside and inside the room (who knows, he will understand).
- Its own water park, quite interesting.
Of the cons:
- There is no concept of the hotel, which describes all the nishtyaks and their opening hours. Usually it is such a booklet in Russian or at least in English. We learned about the sauna and dinner in the ala-karta only after returning home.
- WiFi is very unstable. I am not a fan of sticking to the phone, but for operational communication via WhatsApp with friends who were vacationing at the same hotel, its power was not enough.
- Alcohol is only local. Beer and red wine can still be drunk, but strong is a rare swill, even in a cocktail, even heavily diluted. Although it's a plus for someone, you don't grunt)
- Promised by the tour operator UAL, meaning imported alcohol, was only one Saturday at the pool bar in a separate window under the supervision of the hotel manager and not for long. Doubts arose about the authenticity of the cognac.
- The bars and the water park were closed earlier than scheduled for 10-15 minutes. That is, the entrance to the slides has not yet been blocked, you go up, and the water has already been turned off, you go down. Although the staff above and below have radio communication.
-Aluminum windows with single-chamber double-glazed windows in the rooms are weak against the noise of large buses approaching the hotel around the clock.

The rooms need to be repaired, the room cleaning is terrible, the cleaners were repeatedly called several times and poked their noses. If you smoke, and the room is on the sixth floor, forget about the balcony in the room, it is impossible to get out, the sun is shining all day. The water in the pools is cold. The only plus is the food, a huge selection and mostly delicious. Separately, I want to highlight the tour guide: Islam Latif, who was warned about a small child, but he just wanted to sell excursions to which he only informed in the evening that the departure at night and the excursions themselves were unacceptable for holidays with children! It is not possible to climb to the beach with a stroller, there is a lifting mechanism, but you will have to wait for the person who launches it for 15 minutes.. These are the impressions left about this hotel..

We had a rest this year at the end of September. This is the first hotel from which I did not want to go home, usually in recent days everything gets boring, there was no such thing. The hotel itself is large, the territory can not say that it is particularly large, but everything is there. The biggest advantage of the hotel is the children's animation, especially Tanya! I have many children and have been traveling to hotels for 15 years, we always choose 5 stars, I can say for sure that animators like Tanya are a huge rarity, she sparkles with a desire to communicate and do something good, thank you so much for this, thanks to you our family had a good rest! The second huge advantage is the slides, high-quality, without seams, the extreme was just off the scale, we always had cheesecakes. The third plus is food, there is a lot of it and it is really delicious, I usually don't eat Turkish sweets, a lot of butter, but here one tastes better than the other. We went to the park of legends, there were no queues, but we went by 4 o'clock, we thought there would be discounts, no, there are none. We took tickets at 16.05, they said they were not at the box office, as a result, we took them online, so it's much cheaper. There was nowhere to walk around, but we didn't need it with a small child. Bargain with taxi drivers at the hotel, it's better to take the phone and negotiate with them on Whatsapp, they make big discounts. I recommend the hotel. We went with children of 3, 10 and 15 years old, everyone is delighted!

The road, of course, is a little stressful, a little noisy. The rooms are clean, normal, cleaning is regular, the bar is replenished. The hotel itself is huge in the form of a Titanic.
It is beautiful and pompous, there are many elevators. The food is excellent. Lots of fruits, always a delicious grill, vegetables, soups, various meats. The appliances are all packed, everything is being disinfected. The staff is 5 ka!
There are nuances in the territory. It's small! I do not recommend traveling here with strollers. There is not much place to walk, and it is inconvenient to walk to the beach on the subway. Although for many, this may be a plus. The disadvantage for us is the lack of markets and shops within walking distance. We have to take the bus. If you don't need to shop, then I recommend the hotel. This is our third Crystal. I liked Belek more, but only because of the territory. The water park is decent, the animation is decent, everything is tidy and clean.

We had a rest in 2021 (in July) at this hotel.
Sea: no sand, just rocks. But on the whole it's not bad. It is better to have special rubber shoes for the sea with you (stones hurt your feet very much).
Reception: few people speak Russian. They asked the concept of the hotel, to which the administrators replied, scan the Qcode that they have hanging. In general, you will not see anything in paper form.
The Internet: it doesn't really exist. And if Wi-Fi catches, then this is where the cafe is (on the street in one place), and it is impossible to call the hotel itself via messengers with the house (Russia). But if it is not so important to you, then you can live without it.
Cleaning: cleaning cleans every day.
Food: a very large selection of food. The biggest plus is the staff in the dining room, where after each visitor they wipe the table with antiseptic, Put disposable paper mats and packed cutlery. All the staff are wearing masks and gloves. I was very pleased.
But all vacationers are without masks!
Cafes: there are a lot of cafes on the territory of the hotel, almost every 200 meters.
ATMs / Currency exchange: I warn you right away, come immediately with dollars or lira, rubles are not accepted and do not change. There are no ATMs on site. The guides and the reception do not exchange Rubles for lira.
Sound insulation in the room: terrible, you can hear all the conversations from the next room. And even when they go to the toilet (especially at night).
Shop: inside the hotel there is a huge store (from sweets to good things), but the minus is that there are expired products (panthenol spray), which we wanted to buy after the hot sun, but the whole batch is overdue on the shelf. For two days in a row, the latter came in and looked for the sake of interest, whether these products were removed or not, well, of course not. Although the sellers were aware of it.
I advise you to pay attention to the shelf life of all products upon purchase.
Impression: in general, you can go once. I won't want to do it a second time.

The hotel is beautiful, the territory is large, well-maintained, many bars, including on the beach, large pools, one indoor pool, sauna, hammam and steam room are free, the cuisine is very diverse and delicious, the beach is sandy and galichny, the large entrance to the sea is smooth, the sea is clean and beautiful, there is its own pier. In general, I really liked the hotel. Of the minuses, they did not clean the dust from the floor well, they contacted the reception with a complaint, they reacted. Nevertheless, the hotel is one of those where you want to return again.
