A good hotel. I think that it is unlikely to find a better place in Karaganda. It is unique in its history :) The hotel has a comfortable restaurant with delicious cuisine.

The kitchen is good, the atmosphere is pleasant, the waiters are friendly.
Flies are constantly flying in the hall. Eating with such "neighbors" is not very pleasant, it does not correspond to the level of such a restaurant.

We bought into the pictures and good reviews and checked into the Krsmonaut hotel, which we immediately regretted. The hotel looks old, unkempt and dusty. There is a terrible smell in the room, the smell of old dust. The air conditioner is not working. The decoration of the room and the hotel is rather shabby, not exactly corresponding to the declared stars. However, we haven't tried breakfast yet, I can't say anything. They settled, as it turned out, in a single standard room for the price of a double (the difference for two nights is about 20 thousand). When they began to find out the situation, they sent unreasonable explanations that their prices at the reception were so different from the prices on the official website, while not providing any official documents. They ruined our mood completely. The conclusion is that the hotel does not correspond to four stars in any way. We do not advise anyone!!!

The rooms are very smelly, very noisy (ventilation is working, which cannot be turned off), the window cannot be opened, the janitor starts working with a shovel under the window at 6 a.m. The staff is unable to resolve the issue with the smell in the room, ventilation noise.
