Probably the best hotel in Karaganda. There is a gym and a very large swimming pool of 20 meters with several paths, a sauna. I had a spacious room with everything I needed, a bathrobe, a safe. There is a set of hygiene products in the bathroom. A good restaurant Zhuldyz is on the ground floor. They don't cook fast, but they're delicious. Affordable prices. Excellent breakfasts. A conference for doctors was also held here. A nice large representative hall, I liked everything.

Specifically, my standard room does not pull five stars. In the photo, you can judge the accuracy of the finish. The table is not wiped clean of old crumbs. The sockets by the bed do not work. Very weak Wi-Fi - does not finish off the signal of the router, it constantly falls off. Advantages: territory, lobby, large gym, swimming pool.

The hotel is tired. You will be greeted by 5 stars at the entrance. This is the maximum that there are 5 stars here. Otherwise. Maximum 3. Both the service and the rest.
The only thing I want to mention for 8 points out of 10 is breakfast.
The air conditioning in the room is not working. During the period of temperature changes, it is very cool, central heating is not in a hurry to turn on.
The hall is not big and there are always a lot of people, due to the fact that they let them in from the street. The pool, the water is warm - it's unusual. But someone might like it. The sauna is small.
The staff is always smiling, they will listen to you, but they are not in a hurry to solve the issue.
In general, if it is suitable for 2-3 days to spend the night. But not for a long stay.

The best hotel in Karaganda, more expensive than others, but corresponds to the level of a good "four".
One of the wings was renovated, it became fresher. Nice bar, nice nice staff.
There is always a parking space. The location is a bit out of the way, however, thanks to this, it is very quiet and peaceful around.

The hotel is good - a stretch of 4*, but clearly not 5*.
The breakfasts are good, I especially liked the cheesecakes.
I really liked the bed - the mattress is quite hard, but also soft at the same time.
BUT the Internet connection spoils everything - constant disconnections and very slow speed.
