Unfortunately, the vacation turned into a living hell. To begin with, the coast is stone everywhere, you will not find sand. The room is rarely cleaned (2 times a week, the sand was on the floor all the time). There were 3 bar fights at the hotel during my vacation (abrasions, black eyes, horror). The animators are good, they try hard, the food is not bad.
I ran into a problem. Tourists alone did not like that I was a young guy relaxing here. They harassed me for several days, threatened and insulted me. The rest turned into a living hell. I went to the reception, said that you can see everything on the cameras, that I need help. They answered me: These are your problems, you can fight them.
I was shocked by this response. Since I'm coming to rest, not to fight. The tour agency and the guide did not help either. This is the first time I have encountered such a terrible attitude towards guests

The hotel “has a UAI system”, but in fact, in bars, instead of alcoholic beverages, turbid water is poured from unmarked cans with chemical flavors. The main problem of the hotel is the beach, in which there is a natural plate of different levels, somewhere it cannot be reached, and somewhere the plate is already waist-high, in hotels such beaches are adapted for convenience. In order to swim in comfort, you had to drive to the city beach by car.The entire staff has an absolutely boorish attitude towards vacationers, they walk with nasty faces, they are kicked out from the table 10-15 minutes before the end of the meal, and drinks are poured into disposable cups in bars. The food here is quite monotonous, and they don't even cook new food, at the beginning they set how it will end and be cleaned. And there is a big problem with fruits, sometimes they are not even put there, in a three-star hotel we had a large assortment of fresh fruits, especially in a sunny country. Yes, there is a problem with water! Refrigerators with public water are locked, during cleaning, one liter of water is put in the room for a family of four, and when you take water from an open refrigerator, they can come up and say that water can only be poured from the cooler. The condition of the rooms in the old building is also just terrible. Of the three rooms, only one has been renovated, and even that does not correspond to the level of the hotel and with open wiring. And the rest of the rooms are in such a state that there are no words, only photos.
We stayed at this hotel on May 06-16. I liked the hotel. The staff is friendly. They're trying. The food is delicious and varied. Thank you very much! (photo on May 9.)

The hotel is on a solid 3+.
There are no questions about nutrition, it is delicious and varied (I would like more fruits).
The waiters in the restaurant are trying, they have a lot of respect for the clever girl.
The territory is well-groomed, there are shoals in some places, but they are immediately removed (shoals from tourists who do not take care of themselves and their children. And the phrase "everything is gone" does not work, You show your good manners).
If you are vacationing without children and want a quiet, peaceful holiday on the beach by the sea, this hotel is not for you. There are a lot of children, most of them are arrogant and ill-mannered. I really want to turn to such parents so that they teach their children, but the parents themselves are the same.
And now about the hotel.
1. The reception is part of the managers of the smart guys, but there are also boors. Who start yelling at you. Well done guys who carry suitcases. They helped us get into the room and explained everything.
2. Room - we lived in a new building, I read reviews about the old buildings in advance, so we immediately booked in a new one. The room is not big. Everything seems to be new, the air conditioner and the entrance card did not work well.
3. The sea - I followed him, the sandy beach is pebbly. After reading the reviews in advance, I brought slippers with me to enter the sea. As on the whole coast there is a stove and it is inconvenient to enter, in some places there are huge pebbles, so in order not to suffer, I thought in advance about slippers.
4. Internet - I personally paid for it, it costs $ 1 a day. It works somehow, don't expect speed like at home, but it's better than free. It works almost everywhere (even on the beach). Once a day they had problems, they tried to solve the issue faster.
5. Room cleaning - comrades is one of the main huge disadvantages. I was in different hotels and everything was clean, the cleaning was done efficiently. For 5, it's a shame. During the week of arrival, the linen was not changed once. They never washed the toilet and shower (there was sand in the shower all week). The beds were not made. She came with a wet cloth, dusted and put away towels. Shame. In the end, the man didn't even supply us with TOILET PAPER. For this, the hotel has a huge huge minus.
6. We went from Pegasus - he disappointed. We had a manager at the hotel, his name is AIVAZ. We went on an excursion from him to Demre-Kekova (I expected to plunge into the history of Turkey, since I have been studying and reading about it for a long time and this manager tried to sell it qualitatively, but alas, he does it very poorly). The day of the tour, the hotel manager is now ordering breakfast for tourists himself, he did not do this. Let's go hungry. Okay, they took us to a cafe and we bought it there (expensive), the guide was Turkish and spoke Russian poorly, half of it was not clear, we did not like it. On the way back, they brought you to the winery, everything is expensive and there is no point in buying, you are bred, they gave you a taste of lukum - in the hall where they tasted delicious, but the counter has a different taste. Deception. We drove for a very, very long time, spent a day and did not learn anything new. I don't recommend it. And AIVAZ himself is a bad manager and not competent. Such people should be fired.
There is practically nothing outside the hotel. It takes 20 minutes to walk to the shopping center.
Don't take a hammam in the hotel - it's expensive. It is better to take it from Alexandra (if you leave the hotel and turn left along the road, you will see her) it costs 15. You can safely go.
There is a leather and fur shop on site. You will be invited to go. I don't recommend it. We went, decided to just take a look, the hotel said bargain. The collection is old and you carry their goods for one season as much as possible. The quality is strange. Therefore, do not waste time and effort. When the sellers realized that we did not agree with their price, they began to be rude and rude, we left and then they did not even want to take us away from there. You can buy this in your city.
There are a lot of Ukrainians in the hotel, they are wary of Russians and try to offend and be rude first, but when you explain that you are far from politics and treat them and their country exactly, they calm down and begin to behave adequately.
Turks understand almost everything in Russian and it is clear that they have been waiting for Russia very much, mostly the attitude is very friendly.
I must say right away, I will not return to this hotel anymore, I did not really like it.
An objective assessment. We are vacationing June- July 2021. 1 hotel is not 5 but 4 stars (declared as 5).The advantages are food, large rooms, new furniture and appliances. The best hotel! Every time I choose Club Sun Heaven. Convenient location, very convenient access to the sea, the territory of the hotel is beautiful and cozy. Friendly, caring staff. The service is at an excellent level. The restaurant is top-level. Cleanliness throughout the hotel. Lots of entertainment. The hotel is especially suitable for guests with children. And for lovers of a relaxing holiday, but you definitely won't be bored. The animation team will always be interested. I'll bet all 5!

We had a rest in August 2021.
Positive:
The staff is mostly excellent, but there are real louts.
The room - we had a great room, clean, spacious, constantly cleaned.
The children's pool is large in size, with slides even for the youngest. (I watched as a woman of 100+ kg rolled down one slide and the slide did not break =), and a woman with a bulky loin was stuck in the slide for the youngest)
Unfortunately, these are all advantages.
Minuses:
The sea is constantly dirty, with huge boulders at the entrance to the sea
Queues - queues are literally everywhere and for everything, the hotel management is more to blame here, for example, ice cream was announced 2 hours a day, but after an hour it ended and naturally everyone tried to eat it, and so on in everything.
Cleanliness of the territory - upon arrival, I noticed a dirty glass under the chaise longue by the children's pool, which stood there all the time of our vacation. Accordingly, everything else was also cleaned.
The spa center is paid, the staff from the spa are constantly standing in front of the hotel entrance and are quite intrusive.
A towel can be replaced with a fresh one for a fee.
The food is kind of all inclusive, but not quite everything)) They don't give much fruit, but you can buy it right on the premises.
We will definitely never go to this hotel

The sun beds are all covered with towels, the owners can sleep in the room or on the beach, we just cleaned and went to bed.

There are a lot of children's rooms in the hotel and, accordingly, a lot of children.....There's too much going on and they're yelling from all sides, there's no calm environment.
The Internet is free, it only works to send and receive a message, a paid $ 1 day is slightly better, but only slightly.
The food is delicious in principle, but these queues discourage the desire to go there at all, there was once a melon and 2 times a watermelon, mostly an apple and a plum (they give you a set on a plate) and even if you don't want an apple, they shove a set to you, you come later - and there is no queue, but also food not much anymore.
The beach is a large pebble.
The woman from the Hammam is very intrusive, I wanted to send it in three letters.
Animation is good guys, the only boss on the evening shows allowed himself to joke tactfully with the contestants.The shows themselves are standard, I've seen a lot of them-it wasn't fun here, and it was obvious from the audience - the floor of a small amphitheater, with so many people in the hotel. The guys leading sports events in the afternoon are big smart guys, hard workers.
