a 5-star hotel for three or a 3-star hotel for 5 :)
and so on in order. to begin with, the hotel is declared as 5 stars, but in my opinion it does not reach them. and completely.
We went as a family, 4 people.
check-in: we arrived early, at 10 a.m., and as it turned out, check-in from 14:00. we offered to wait, or alternatively pay $ 20 for early check-in. when leaving Russia, we had +6 degrees, then we were dressed accordingly, and there it was 30 :) and walking around the territory for 4 hours in the heat, with children after a night flight was somehow not comme il faut, especially since it was not clear where to put the luggage (and there the money, documents) was not it is clear (yes, they offered to leave it in the locker room at their own risk), I had to pay $ 20. that is, the situation is like this, there are rooms (it would be fine if there were not and all the staff would rush, abandoning their business, to prepare a room for us), but the desire to rob the guests is much more important than to create comfortable conditions for them. although this may be a flaw in the tour operator, who could include this $ 20 in the cost of the tour (the amount would have disappeared into the cost of the tour), but everything would have been comfortable and beautiful for us. Well, no one warned us that the room needed to be vacated by 12 o'clock, as a result, we sat out a couple of hours (the transfer was at 14:30 with us), for which they wanted to charge us another $ 40 ($ 20 per hour), but they condescendingly forgave us, and in the end they did not take the money.
WIFI: there is no free. at all. and the one for $2 a day is some kind of nightmare. as a result, I used roaming from megafon (it turned out to be 300 rubles more expensive than their WiFi), for that with a phone and a normal Internet, well, then the family connected to me, because their connection of more than 1Mbit did not accelerate. moreover, there are constant interruptions (it works for a couple of minutes, there is no connection for 10 minutes). BUT, it should be noted that when trying to abandon their Internet for unused days, the money was returned to me, and after communicating with the manager, they also compensated for 2 days when their connection simply "lay".
Number: we ordered a "family room" of 70m2. yes. the room is large, 3 rooms, bathroom, 2 balconies, 2 condos. but all this is in the old building :) that is, some of the furniture from the sanatorium from Nizhny Tagil (well, quite vintage, with partially non-opening doors in the closet, jamming bedside tables, etc.), one of the conduits broke down every day and we went to the reception every day to have it repaired (and nada admit they repaired it, but the repair was enough for about a day).
Room cleaning: it's trash. for the first 3 days, we did not know how to lure the cleaner to us. but then the situation returned to normal and we began to clean every day. BUT, for some reason, the balconies were not cleaned to the limit. as a result, they cleaned up (wash the table, shake out the ashtray there, etc.) on their own. I also had to catch the cleaner to take away her toilet paper and drinking water. well, the bed was changed there only 2 times in 10 days. yes, we left her the money, the money disappeared and the cleaning did not improve. (and that's 5 stars???) one of the advantages is a free safe in the room, but it is not bolted anywhere, and it is also light, if desired, you can just carry it under your arm :)
Food: there is a lot of food. the assortment is notable. salads, stewed vegetables of all kinds, sliced, meat, fish, shrimp were :) there were a lot of fruits too (melon, plum, apricots, watermelon, cherries, something else), BUT all the fruits are cheap, unripe, wooden. we went to buy for the territory (15min walk). moreover, at adequate prices (as an example, a large sweet cherry of 100 lire is about 300 rubles in our opinion). the same goes for the food itself. there seems to be a lot of everything, but more than half of it is cooked just disgusting. BUT, I must admit that it just won't work to stay hungry there, there are dishes and perfectly cooked, but they need to be found :) well, some of the dishes (let's say salads) they stand for entourage and volume (as an example, the same salads, but in one there are more tomatoes, in another cucumbers, in the third corn, and in general some are the same :)) there is also a fast food cafe. well, there are no complaints and no questions.
Territory: everything is clean. There are 4 swimming pools (2 adults, 2 children), there are enough sun beds in principle (but it is better to occupy in the morning, because in the afternoon you will have to look for a place for yourself), there is a shop, but it is better not to even go there, everything that they sell there is 2 or even 3 times cheaper in 10-20 minutes of reach outside the territory. well, do not be fooled by the seller's conversations (there is such an Ahmed there) (well, that he is the best and most honest trader in Turkey :), as well as that in Turkey it is most profitable to buy with dollars, not lira.
Sea: access to the beach through an underpass (the beach is across the motorway from the hotel). a very convenient solution. We had to walk 3-5 minutes from the farthest building to the sea. there are a lot of sun beds on the beach. we have never been in such a place to come, but there are no places. bottom of the sea well.... "for an amateur" :) if you don't know where it's better to go in, you can break your legs (the first day we all beat ourselves up on the rocks, but then we found where it's better to go in and everything is normal.)
Animation: here is a special, huge thank you to the guys! for the first 4 days, I thought that there was simply no animation! Personally, I had a rest! no one bothered me, forced me to dance with them, sing songs and do such nonsense. But then it turned out that there were animators, and probably who needed it, they entertained.

A wonderful budget hotel . Suitable for parents with children and couples, young people, I think everyone will be a little bored..The beach is through an underground passage, there are enough sun beds, but the entrance to the sea is not very good, special shoes are needed. We lived in a new building, originally bought in the old one, but the reception recommended paying extra. In general, I liked everything, the rooms are cleaned / clean, a variety of food: fish, beef, chicken, turkey and all possible vegetables (sometimes you need to stand in line), an interesting show program. I liked everything, we lived in a room with an area resembling an apartment (the old part), a good beach, a minimum of stones. We were caught in a storm (we were not allowed to go to sea for 2-3 days), but we didn't get bored either. Good animation, lots of kids and fun for everyone, there was a disco for adults. The only thing was that there were unrealistically many people gathering in the dining room, if they didn't have time to take a place in the air-conditioned room, they would have to carry it to the far open hall with fans.

Transfer well, let's just say they don't care if you were driving or walking. I'd like to leave a tip. They didn't bring me the first time. Maybe it's because the name of the hotel is at odds with reality and the site. The next moment, the key card is forever demagnetized. And they don't want to go to the room themselves. And it's not enough to go from the building to the reception. Almost the entire territory. They clean so-so. Only visually. Dust under the bed or wash the sink with a sponge, I'm not talking about the toilet. Don't even wait. Only visually. It is necessary to ask directly (the food is the same every time. Actually, in general, if you don't find fault, then it's good. Safes are paid. The promised hammam is paid. The entrance to the sea is bad. Carols are a must! Happy birthday personally, do not even expect a compliment from Otel, do not ask, but the animation is pleasant. She takes her own initiative and congratulates and entertains herself. Anyone who writes in reviews about "monotonous food" is a bastard, and on Fridays there is generally Babylonian abundance. The only thing I agree with in the reviews is about aquashouses, take it unequivocally. At the spa, rest and bargain, take one program - they will give access to the baths for the whole vacation, and the massage therapists are really cool, you will not regret if you take a massage course after the program, then they give a 50% discount. I strongly suspect that this is the real price, but business, you know... Animation milking those who do not know what to do with themselves on vacation (we knew, because we only watched with a smile) is quite on the level. There were gorgeous gozlems on the beach, fast food was neglected (except we didn't eat pizza, fries and burgers on the beach, damn it). A 15-minute walk to Migros, this is something like our Five, they collected sweets, alcohol for gifts and slippers to the beach at prices much lower than in the hotel. But! If saving is not essential, then mono and in the shops at the hotel to skimp, not much and more expensive. When we were flying home, a neighbor on the plane got jealous and wrote down the name of the hotel for herself - she, in Alanya, had neither shops nor such a selection of excursions. We went through Intourist, and the agency's service was 5+: we met at the port, the representative of Adilkhan told us everything in as much detail as possible (we learned about Migros from him), offered excursions and the best exchange rate if we take them)))). I think we'll go to Sea Park next year ourselves, and it's better to take a sightseeing tour of Alanya in jeeps (well, or only we were unlucky with a guide declared as a "historian"). Distant ones, to Cappadocia there, Istanbul or Jerusalem, to take a toad strangled - if a long tour, then it's better to take it from Alexandra (leave the hotel and go left) . If you have more than 9 nights, go to a la carte, you will not regret it, at the moment of bringing dessert, we started panicking - we were afraid that we would burst right there. The wine is constantly being poured (well, or the waiter and I were lucky), I asked for raki - they poured it from the full breadth of the Turkish soul. The hotel is designed for families with children, a beautiful well-groomed territory, playgrounds and a swimming pool for children. The hotel has six buildings in total: three new and three old. We lived in an old one in a large renovated room with a balcony. I remove one star for the boorish attitude of the hotel staff at the reception upon check-in, if you have an economy room booked in the old building, you are offered check-in in the new building for an additional fee! We refused, so we were sent to the reception until 4 p.m., allegedly "there are no rooms available for check-in"! Nutrition: everything is in abundance, not enough fruits, alcohol: the wine is sour. About the sea: entering the sea is not convenient, first large pebbles, then sand, but step left or right - stones! The coastline is wide, with a canopy and deck chairs. In August, there was enough space for everyone on the beach! But I've never understood people who leave a towel on a chaise longue in the morning and come to the beach only in the evening. There is no Internet ! The location of the hotel: a wasteland, there are several hotels around, a bus stop nearby, Konakli village is 10 minutes away by bus number 50, Alanya is even further away.

I have been monitoring the market for about a month, I believe that this hotel is now in the TOP 10 of the Antalya region in terms of price-quality ratio. I can't call myself a particular picky person, but I travel very often (previously around the world, now mainly in Russia) and in modern realities this is a GOOD hotel. We paid 80,000 for 8 days (2 adults + a child), for this money we got everything we wanted from a Turkish holiday)
1. Great room. We did not play roulette with the housekeeper (the voucher was eco standard), especially since the sneaky dude at the reception immediately said that we could not hope for a family with 3 rooms. For 40 bucks I told him: GIVE ME THE BEST ONE. And we were given a corner room in the very center of the hotel with two exits to a huge balcony and a separate hall. The room is super, everything is cool and modern, good beds, bathroom, kettle, cleaning quality - everything was fine! 10/10
2. Constant food 24/7. Breakfast, ice cream on the beach and at the bar, then tortillas and cola on the beach, then burgers and fast food at the bar, then lunch, coffee break, a short break and dinner again. We liked the food, sometimes there was amazing lamb, grilled chicken, beef. The fruits are unsightly, but delicious! Nectarines, apples, plums, watermelon. An insane assortment of desserts, including the divine baklava. I do not know who can stay hungry here.
3. Cool territory with animal figures, lots of playgrounds, swimming pools, trampolines. There are aquagorks for adults and children. There is a gym, a large spa with a hammam.
4. Everything is designed for children. We didn't go to the mini club, because mine is 3+, animation for children in the evenings, disco, etc. For a dollar, cotton wool, popcorn, etc.
5. For adults, there was a show every night, and there was a live concert, and a magician, and dancing, and all sorts of Mr. hotel.
6. The beach. Everything was fine. You need to know where to enter the water so as not to hurt your feet. Focus on the spotlight in the middle of the beach. There is a sandy bottom opposite it, you only need to overcome a small strip of large pebbles. I swam quietly all my vacation without slippers. There are no free sunbeds after 10 a.m., good ones should be occupied at 8)
7. We took our own towel and bought it at the hotel for 5 euros. WiFi was paid at the hotel for 8 bucks a week, it catches normally, you can give it to a friend (depends on your phone model), but the speed is not ice, of course)
8. Across the street there is a bus stop 50 in Konakli, Alanya, Dolphinarium, etc. (dollar). The minibus stops right at the gate of the hotel.
Cons:
1. This is a Russian hotel. 90% of the vacationers are ours, Russian speech, songs, inscriptions, etc. are everywhere. I can't say that I liked that this is a branch of Anapa))
2. This is a children's hotel. If you can't stand children, DON'T come here) they are everywhere.
3. The hotel is very busy and populated. There are queues for dinner at the opening, there are no tables. There are people everywhere. There are many of them. All Russians)
4. The hotel has a coke oven. I guess we picked it up at the kiddie pool. My daughter has a rash, I got seriously ill from it, with a huge fever, etc. It itches like hell. I strongly advise AGAINST swimming in children's pools, the probability of infection is 75%) my water did NOT swallow, did not dive, swam in a circle.
Would I still come here? No, I was already tired of Alanya) and there were too many people in the hotel for me. Am I happy with my vacation? very. We had a great rest. I recommend it to everyone who has a limited budget - you are here

We rested at this hotel with my husband in early October. Well, what can I say, it's not 5 stars as stated and not ultra all inclusive. Hotel for 3-4. From the advantages of the Russian-speaking staff, you can eat at any time, starting from 7 am to 2 am, it's certainly great when you don't have to run headlong for breakfast or lunch. The territory is beautiful. That's probably all!
Wi-Fi is paid everywhere, upon arrival you buy 2 bucks a day for one phone, a paid safe, towels with a deposit, replacement of towels is also paid. To be honest, I was shocked with this! Cleaning is a separate story, it is not from the word at all! For a week, only the garbage was taken out once, even the floors were not swept, not to mention the replacement of linen and towels. The restaurant does not have time to clean the tables, you come looking for a place and the quest to find appliances begins. Local alcohol is not delicious, only beer is more or less, and I am generally silent about imported alcohol 🤐 according to the permit, it should be included, but they tell you it is not 🤷♀️but there are whole bottles and if you want you can buy a 0.5 bottle for 10,000 rubles, but they don't give it for bottling. In general, they do what they want. Now the sea!! It is of course clean, warm, BUT...
entering the sea is simply life-threatening. Huge stones, slabs, it's better not to even climb without special sneakers. A lot of tourists came out in blood, breaking their feet on these huge stones.

I had a vacation with three children for 6 days👍 I want to share a real review to help someone with the choice😊 We were on the road from the airport to the hotel with stops for 2.5 hours, we put on bracelets, gave a card and were escorted to the room, we also carried the suitcases ourselves. They moved into the new building, the farthest one near the children's pool. The room is great, clean, bright, all the accessories are there. We really liked the hotel, clean large green area, 2 swimming pools are clean, 1 children's pool with slides. Each pool has a children's area. There are many playgrounds, there is a game room, but there is $ 1 for each attraction. By the way, there is no free Wi-Fi. I paid $8 for 7 days for Wi-Fi. The sea is beautiful, Pebbles with sand, crossing the tunnel over the road nearby. There are stones, but there are areas where there are no stones or they are not sharp. We adjusted to ice cream 2 times a day both at the hotel and on the beach. Drinks can be drunk all day long. Snacks on the beach and at the hotel are also available. Don't stay hungry. The food in the restaurant is good and delicious. Fruits are different every day and peaches are very juicy and oranges. There are a lot of sweets. Meat, fish, beef every day. A whole lamb was cooked in one day. The children also have something to feed. I recommend the hotel for milking children, everything is provided, animation and id. We were satisfied with the rest. We didn't look for any disadvantages.
There was a moment with room 6301 on the 1st floor of the far building, it smelled very burnt from the restaurant. But this was settled and we were given a different number. There is a bus across the street nearby, we went to Konakli and Alanya. There are no problems. The fare to Alanya is $ 1 per person.

The menu is quite varied, there are a lot of desserts, the children were happy. The sea is close, 2 minutes, the beach is not crowded, there were always places. For me, it is not the hotel itself that plays a huge role, but its service. So I am especially grateful to Ramil, he solved any of our whims - excursions are much cheaper than those of the hotel guides (they are bred for money).We visited several excursions, I was satisfied with all of them. We took carsharing as requested - everything was brought in time.I also sent shopping to a good place, leather, furs are much cheaper than ours. We even looked at the real estate - now there is a goal. Everything is clear - without delay-well done!

They gave us ice cream several times a day, but we hardly ate it, because they gave it after breakfast and after dinner - well, where to?)) it won't fit there, ahah) the most fun is the night soup. We arrived at the hotel at 23 and were sent to eat soup)) soup looks like mud)) but we were very hungry and ate. Kids at 23 also want to eat, you could at least leave sandwiches or some apples. Because their soup is something mysterious, our child said - should I eat dirt?) we were laughing) but by the end, I even tasted these soups normally))
Children's animation - fire! My 7-year-old niece danced with animator Mamomasha and the rest of the team at a mini-disco in the evening. and There, for $ 1, you could drink fresh fruit, eat cotton wool or popcorn)) There is nowhere to walk around the hotel itself, only if you sit by the sea. You can take a bus from the sea and get to the Time Center (there is a three-storey Waikiki) or go for a walk in Alanya. We drove a couple of times, bought clothes for almost nothing)) In general, we were satisfied with the rest, but I will not go to this hotel anymore precisely because of the sea, to which, by the way, a cool underpass has been made! Room. We took it in an old building, a family one. Everything is OK with it, there is air conditioning, the elevator is working, sea view.
Cleaning. They left dollars, changed towels, bed linen. The floors don't really seem to be washed, but it will do.
Food. To be honest, it's meager. Watermelon was 5 times in 11 days, it's just strange, they usually give 5 stars in hotels every day. Chicken is more often made from meat, and it is not always chewed. There was meat, but not super. From the side dish - pasta, fries, mashed potatoes, rice. There are 2 types of water soup.
Drinks. The cocktails are delicious.
Ice cream. Twice a day. The position of the issue is unclear. At Benjamin's bar, they give out nasty girls (one with glasses with a bun, the other with a cobra look). They give at least ten pieces to their Turks, the rest only 1 in one hand. They look like you're taking their last meal, for their money) The expression on his face is just killing, with such a face they will not go further than this hotel. Everything is fine, the sea is clean, you can only go with a good mood. I didn't like it in the hotel restaurants, people are picking up food as if they are seeing it for the last time. They occupy the sun beds with stones, in circles and leave for the whole day. WiFi is paid and there were interruptions 3 times. The elevator in the pool building did not work on the 6th floor for almost a week. There is almost no meat in restaurants, dry chicken and fish, if you like to eat beef / pig, it will not be here. The hotel bar is good. I will leave 3 stars for our hungry and arrogant people, as well as broken elevators.

There is a lot of food, you will not stay hungry. There are plenty to choose from, fish, chicken, sometimes beef and lamb. There are a lot of vegetables. Fruits - I liked oranges the most. Sweet, juicy and tender. Watermelon and melon are like that.
Local alcohol is poured at the main bar until 2 am. The waiters are great, friendly, polite and very nimble. There are no queues.
In general, for me, the main disadvantages of the hotel were the staff at the reception and entering the sea. Otherwise, I'm happy. Especially the room she lived in.
But the hotel is not 5ka, as stated, but 4ka. In principle, for such a price, it is normal, but we hardly want to return three times.

Check-in- it takes about 2 hours to drive from Antalya airport. But perhaps this time varies depending on the number of arrivals at other hotels. We arrived at 9 a.m., check-in at 15. We were pleasantly surprised, we settled right away.
The room is in an old building. It is large, spacious, and the mattresses on the beds are excellent. 2 balconies. Here the furniture is a little tired, including the interior doors. There were 2 air conditioners out of 3 rooms. But we didn't feel any discomfort. The bathroom has everything for washing shower gel, liquid soap and disposable things- ear sticks, cotton pads, etc.
Cleaning is a nightmare. They wiped the floor a little bit with a dirty rag. The tables have not been wiped once. There was sand on the beds, they didn't shake it off for 10 days.
Food is a great variety. There is diet food, fried, baked., for children. Every day - fish, chicken, beef and offal. Soups, pastries. The service in the dining room is excellent. The halls are large and spacious. They quickly clear the table. All the staff speaks Russian. They are very helpful. There are no queues for food. Almost all the guests are with children. You can eat from 7 a.m. to 2 a.m. The break is only from 16-19. Booze, ice cream and tortillas on the beaches.
Beach for 2 hotels. There are a lot of broken sun beds. In principle, you can find free ones if you are not a big company. Shower, one transfer case, toilet. The guards are sitting, they don't let strangers in. The cleanliness is 4%.
