a 5-star hotel for three or a 3-star hotel for 5 :)
and so on in order. to begin with, the hotel is declared as 5 stars, but in my opinion it does not reach them. and completely.
We went as a family, 4 people.
check-in: we arrived early, at 10 a.m., and as it turned out, check-in from 14:00. we offered to wait, or alternatively pay $ 20 for early check-in. when leaving Russia, we had +6 degrees, then we were dressed accordingly, and there it was 30 :) and walking around the territory for 4 hours in the heat, with children after a night flight was somehow not comme il faut, especially since it was not clear where to put the luggage (and there the money, documents) was not it is clear (yes, they offered to leave it in the locker room at their own risk), I had to pay $ 20. that is, the situation is like this, there are rooms (it would be fine if there were not and all the staff would rush, abandoning their business, to prepare a room for us), but the desire to rob the guests is much more important than to create comfortable conditions for them. although this may be a flaw in the tour operator, who could include this $ 20 in the cost of the tour (the amount would have disappeared into the cost of the tour), but everything would have been comfortable and beautiful for us. Well, no one warned us that the room needed to be vacated by 12 o'clock, as a result, we sat out a couple of hours (the transfer was at 14:30 with us), for which they wanted to charge us another $ 40 ($ 20 per hour), but they condescendingly forgave us, and in the end they did not take the money.
WIFI: there is no free. at all. and the one for $2 a day is some kind of nightmare. as a result, I used roaming from megafon (it turned out to be 300 rubles more expensive than their WiFi), for that with a phone and a normal Internet, well, then the family connected to me, because their connection of more than 1Mbit did not accelerate. moreover, there are constant interruptions (it works for a couple of minutes, there is no connection for 10 minutes). BUT, it should be noted that when trying to abandon their Internet for unused days, the money was returned to me, and after communicating with the manager, they also compensated for 2 days when their connection simply "lay".
Number: we ordered a "family room" of 70m2. yes. the room is large, 3 rooms, bathroom, 2 balconies, 2 condos. but all this is in the old building :) that is, some of the furniture from the sanatorium from Nizhny Tagil (well, quite vintage, with partially non-opening doors in the closet, jamming bedside tables, etc.), one of the conduits broke down every day and we went to the reception every day to have it repaired (and nada admit they repaired it, but the repair was enough for about a day).
Room cleaning: it's trash. for the first 3 days, we did not know how to lure the cleaner to us. but then the situation returned to normal and we began to clean every day. BUT, for some reason, the balconies were not cleaned to the limit. as a result, they cleaned up (wash the table, shake out the ashtray there, etc.) on their own. I also had to catch the cleaner to take away her toilet paper and drinking water. well, the bed was changed there only 2 times in 10 days. yes, we left her the money, the money disappeared and the cleaning did not improve. (and that's 5 stars???) one of the advantages is a free safe in the room, but it is not bolted anywhere, and it is also light, if desired, you can just carry it under your arm :)
Food: there is a lot of food. the assortment is notable. salads, stewed vegetables of all kinds, sliced, meat, fish, shrimp were :) there were a lot of fruits too (melon, plum, apricots, watermelon, cherries, something else), BUT all the fruits are cheap, unripe, wooden. we went to buy for the territory (15min walk). moreover, at adequate prices (as an example, a large sweet cherry of 100 lire is about 300 rubles in our opinion). the same goes for the food itself. there seems to be a lot of everything, but more than half of it is cooked just disgusting. BUT, I must admit that it just won't work to stay hungry there, there are dishes and perfectly cooked, but they need to be found :) well, some of the dishes (let's say salads) they stand for entourage and volume (as an example, the same salads, but in one there are more tomatoes, in another cucumbers, in the third corn, and in general some are the same :)) there is also a fast food cafe. well, there are no complaints and no questions.
Territory: everything is clean. There are 4 swimming pools (2 adults, 2 children), there are enough sun beds in principle (but it is better to occupy in the morning, because in the afternoon you will have to look for a place for yourself), there is a shop, but it is better not to even go there, everything that they sell there is 2 or even 3 times cheaper in 10-20 minutes of reach outside the territory. well, do not be fooled by the seller's conversations (there is such an Ahmed there) (well, that he is the best and most honest trader in Turkey :), as well as that in Turkey it is most profitable to buy with dollars, not lira.
Sea: access to the beach through an underpass (the beach is across the motorway from the hotel). a very convenient solution. We had to walk 3-5 minutes from the farthest building to the sea. there are a lot of sun beds on the beach. we have never been in such a place to come, but there are no places. bottom of the sea well.... "for an amateur" :) if you don't know where it's better to go in, you can break your legs (the first day we all beat ourselves up on the rocks, but then we found where it's better to go in and everything is normal.)
Animation: here is a special, huge thank you to the guys! for the first 4 days, I thought that there was simply no animation! Personally, I had a rest! no one bothered me, forced me to dance with them, sing songs and do such nonsense. But then it turned out that there were animators, and probably who needed it, they entertained.
summary -- everything seems to be there, there seems to be a lot of everything, but everything is somehow somehow.
The best option for a hotel, Club Sun Heaven . The rooms are cleaned every day , the pools are always clean , there are a lot of alcoholic beverages in the Bar , a lot of entertainment programs , the guys are all doing well ,
A wonderful budget hotel . Suitable for parents with children and couples, young people, I think everyone will be a little bored..The beach is through an underground passage, there are enough sun beds, but the entrance to the sea is not very good, special shoes are needed. There is a bar on the beach, they cook gozleme, serve fries and drinks, two more bars on site, give ice cream three times a day , I have no idea how delicious it is, I ate fresh, there is a large selection, especially for dinner, but the sweets are of the same type , I can't say anything about the taste either. The staff is very polite, the new buildings are beautifully renovated. We lived in the sixth by the pool. The territory is well maintained , it's nice to walk , the rest was very good. I recommend this hotel
In general, I liked everything, the hotel is great for families with children. There is a nuance that the beach is not too good for children, not quite smooth entry into the sea, a lot of pebbles. And the cleaning in the old rooms leaves much to be desired. Otherwise, everything is fine. The food is excellent, the selection is huge, the hotel grounds are beautiful, the animator for children is cool.
I think I'll put 5 *, because for a budget hotel, it's very good. I repeat, for the budget.
The rooms are almost clean, I'll explain why "almost" - there were some papers from past tenants behind the curtain, it was dusty under the bed, there were popsicles left in the kettle from previous guests.
Although they came every day to wipe the floor and remove the garbage from the buckets.
The diet is varied, but mainly focuses on vegetables.
The beach is sandy and pebbly nearby
We lived in a new building, originally bought in the old one, but the reception recommended paying extra. In general, I liked everything, the rooms are cleaned / clean, a variety of food: fish, beef, chicken, turkey and all possible vegetables (sometimes you need to stand in line), an interesting show program. Ideal for children, they are engaged in a mini club, ice cream in the evening and a cartoon. and a children's disco. there are only drinks on the beach and in bars. there is paid wifi.

I liked everything, we lived in a room with an area resembling an apartment (the old part), a good beach, a minimum of stones. We were caught in a storm (we were not allowed to go to sea for 2-3 days), but we didn't get bored either. Good animation, lots of kids and fun for everyone, there was a disco for adults. The only thing was that there were unrealistically many people gathering in the dining room, if they didn't have time to take a place in the air-conditioned room, they would have to carry it to the far open hall with fans.
I won't write much. The hotel, as a hotel, is generally not bad. We arrived two days ago from there (08/5/2023). The rooms are good, the kitchen is a great choice, but I can't say that it's just delicious.(just not bad). But the most important thing I want to warn you about is that there are many cases of coxsackie in children at the hotel, ours are also sick.No measures are being taken to prevent the virus, children swim with rashes right in the pools. It is important to take this into account, take with you antipyretics, painkillers, panthenol foam, ointment with an antibiotic in case the bubbles burst and a bacterial infection joins. you can also take an antiseptic, but let's be honest-it's unlikely that small children will constantly handle their hands and toys. Coxsackie is transmitted by fecal-oral and airborne droplets, the risk in the pool is higher than in the sea.By the way, about the sea-the coast is normal, but further there are different stones, boulders, corals, it is unrealistic to walk without aquasocks.Local prices here at the hotel are $ 10-12 for a pair of these slippers. In general, everything has gone up in price.krug12-15 $,swimming mask 25-40 $.if you want to buy something, leave the hotel and on the left side on the rows of the price norms. There is no point in going to Alanya, we went and overpaid there at the bazaar.
Another of the disadvantages is paid Wi-Fi, and you have to pay for each gadget.
The vacation experience was completely ruined when the cleaning lady, on the day of departure, came into the room (not to clean) but to steal my gold chain with a pendant!!! She waited until we were gone. Thank you, this vacation turned out to be very expensive.
The hotel did not really arrive at 21:00 and was fed only at 23:00.Bad animation is not fun. We bought 2 rooms in new buildings, gave us 1 room in the new one and 1 in the old one. In general, 500,000 did not justify(((
The family-run hotel is ideal for families with children.
The food is varied, which pleases.
Of the disadvantages - bedding, towels are already old. The sanitary conditions in the restaurant leave much to be desired. Room cleaning is available, but very poor.
The hotel clearly does not pull at 5 stars.
The hotel is certainly not 5 stars, as it positions itself. But we liked it, it was very nice and cozy. The food is very varied and delicious. A chic spa complex.
Of the minuses, I would like to mention the beach, and to put it mildly, tired, dilapidated furniture on the street.
Cons, a lot of small children, more queues at the bar (but you can negotiate), from 16 to 19 there is no food at all!!! No cafe nearby, nothing at all, this is of course a 3-star level) But in general, it's not bad, it's budget-friendly)
First of all, I want to express my great appreciation to the waitress Sena özkan. Communication with children is wonderful. She is a very responsive and generally pleasant girl. I wish everyone in this hotel was like that.
On the first hand, the hotel is good. A large area. For children, especially before school age, everything is great. I recommend it. And now there are not very good sides. Transfer well, let's just say they don't care if you were driving or walking. I'd like to leave a tip. They didn't bring me the first time. Maybe it's because the name of the hotel is at odds with reality and the site. The next moment, the key card is forever demagnetized. And they don't want to go to the room themselves. And it's not enough to go from the building to the reception. Almost the entire territory. They clean so-so. Only visually. Dust under the bed or wash the sink with a sponge, I'm not talking about the toilet. Don't even wait. Only visually. It is necessary to ask directly (the food is the same every time. Actually, in general, if you don't find fault, then it's good. Safes are paid. The promised hammam is paid. The entrance to the sea is bad. Carols are a must! Happy birthday personally, do not even expect a compliment from Otel, do not ask, but the animation is pleasant. She takes her own initiative and congratulates and entertains herself. In general, the staff, the one in the cafe and the animation-they are excellent, pleasant!
I was vacationing with my daughter at this hotel from August 1st to August 11th.We just got back.I stayed at this hotel in 2019.I want to say that a lot has changed during this time. The hotel is not 5* that's for sure.Solid 4.We lived in a new building. The rooms are great, the elevator worked like clockwork.Room cleaning is poor. You need to tell the cleaning lady everything. The territory is beautiful, large, clean.I liked all the pools. Both children and adults. There were always enough sun beds.I was very surprised that beach towels are given for a deposit and to change it to a clean one, you also have to pay.I had to use only towels for all 11 days. There is no such thing in any 5k.WiFi is also only paid. And most importantly, he catches only perfectly in the room and at the reception. In other places, the network is constantly being searched.Very often it crashes altogether and only administrators at the reception can connect.Food is generally a separate topic. The meat is different and beef and lamb and turkey and chicken, BUT it's not tasty!!!It's very poorly cooked. The snacks are very tasty and there are a lot of them!!!Sweets are also for every taste!!!They are also very tasty!!!Alcohol is different and good.Very tasty cocktails for both adults and children!!!Ice cream is also given for only one hour. And at a very inconvenient time !!!!The queue is very long!!!They only give one ice cream per hand. And if you have a child, then you take it to him first, and then you take a queue and take it for yourself!!!!Also nonsense of course!!!!!I have to stand in such queues because of two ice creams!!!!Often you don't even have time to take ice cream for yourself!!!!In general, we had a good rest, but there are disadvantages that are not very pleasant for a 5* hotel. For this price, you could choose other hotels.
We were in Turkey for the first time (I didn't care, as long as I went to the sea on vacation, and my husband actively resisted - but now he says he doesn't want to go anywhere else, with all his pampering by Europe) - and it turned out to be love for life. Anyone who writes in reviews about "monotonous food" is a bastard, and on Fridays there is generally Babylonian abundance. The only thing I agree with in the reviews is about aquashouses, take it unequivocally. At the spa, rest and bargain, take one program - they will give access to the baths for the whole vacation, and the massage therapists are really cool, you will not regret if you take a massage course after the program, then they give a 50% discount. I strongly suspect that this is the real price, but business, you know... Animation milking those who do not know what to do with themselves on vacation (we knew, because we only watched with a smile) is quite on the level. There were gorgeous gozlems on the beach, fast food was neglected (except we didn't eat pizza, fries and burgers on the beach, damn it). A 15-minute walk to Migros, this is something like our Five, they collected sweets, alcohol for gifts and slippers to the beach at prices much lower than in the hotel. But! If saving is not essential, then mono and in the shops at the hotel to skimp, not much and more expensive. When we were flying home, a neighbor on the plane got jealous and wrote down the name of the hotel for herself - she, in Alanya, had neither shops nor such a selection of excursions. We went through Intourist, and the agency's service was 5+: we met at the port, the representative of Adilkhan told us everything in as much detail as possible (we learned about Migros from him), offered excursions and the best exchange rate if we take them)))). I think we'll go to Sea Park next year ourselves, and it's better to take a sightseeing tour of Alanya in jeeps (well, or only we were unlucky with a guide declared as a "historian"). Distant ones, to Cappadocia there, Istanbul or Jerusalem, to take a toad strangled - if a long tour, then it's better to take it from Alexandra (leave the hotel and go left) . If you have more than 9 nights, go to a la carte, you will not regret it, at the moment of bringing dessert, we started panicking - we were afraid that we would burst right there. The wine is constantly being poured (well, or the waiter and I were lucky), I asked for raki - they poured it from the full breadth of the Turkish soul. Anisette, it is anisette in Turkey, but the care is pleasant)
I was on vacation with my adult daughter in August of this year. I liked it very much. This is not the first time in Alanya, there is something to compare it with. Everything is very sincere, clean and delicious. I was pleased with the SPA. Ilya speaks Russian perfectly and is a real pro. Animation is worthy of attention and pastime. The area is clean, the staff is friendly, depending on how you feel. I recommend the hotel.
I stayed at this hotel from May 21 to May 29, I liked everything, the hotel, the food, the room is gorgeous, the hammam, everyone is friendly, friendly, thanks to Renata and Ahmed, also Ilya for a wonderful massage. The entrance to the sea certainly spoiled the impression a little, but it was also in Okurjalar. Whether I will come to this hotel again is possible, although it is more suitable for families with children.
Nice, very clean hotel, new rooms (we lived in a standard room)!!! We flew as a family, the child of 5 years is delighted (for children here is paradise), and this is the main thing! You can safely go here, I recommend it! Speaking of the sea, the entrance is like everywhere else in Alanya-slabs, but there is a plot with sand.
The hotel is designed for families with children, a beautiful well-groomed territory, playgrounds and a swimming pool for children. The hotel has six buildings in total: three new and three old. We lived in an old one in a large renovated room with a balcony. I remove one star for the boorish attitude of the hotel staff at the reception upon check-in, if you have an economy room booked in the old building, you are offered check-in in the new building for an additional fee! We refused, so we were sent to the reception until 4 p.m., allegedly "there are no rooms available for check-in"! Nutrition: everything is in abundance, not enough fruits, alcohol: the wine is sour. About the sea: entering the sea is not convenient, first large pebbles, then sand, but step left or right - stones! The coastline is wide, with a canopy and deck chairs. In August, there was enough space for everyone on the beach! But I've never understood people who leave a towel on a chaise longue in the morning and come to the beach only in the evening. There is no Internet ! The location of the hotel: a wasteland, there are several hotels around, a bus stop nearby, Konakli village is 10 minutes away by bus number 50, Alanya is even further away.
The hotel is a four with a minus. The disadvantage is the entrance to the sea itself, and the passage underground to the sea, access roads to the hotel, rooms in old buildings are very tired, Wi-Fi is paid, safe is paid. Food and drinks are standard. The animation is standard.
A good hotel, the food is even better, the room also pulls for 5, in principle, I liked everything, the sea certainly sucks, dirty, it's not Egypt, there's nothing you can do, I would say the city is not very beautiful, or this village is not clear, you can go once.
I have been monitoring the market for about a month, I believe that this hotel is now in the TOP 10 of the Antalya region in terms of price-quality ratio. I can't call myself a particular picky person, but I travel very often (previously around the world, now mainly in Russia) and in modern realities this is a GOOD hotel. We paid 80,000 for 8 days (2 adults + a child), for this money we got everything we wanted from a Turkish holiday)
1. Great room. We did not play roulette with the housekeeper (the voucher was eco standard), especially since the sneaky dude at the reception immediately said that we could not hope for a family with 3 rooms. For 40 bucks I told him: GIVE ME THE BEST ONE. And we were given a corner room in the very center of the hotel with two exits to a huge balcony and a separate hall. The room is super, everything is cool and modern, good beds, bathroom, kettle, cleaning quality - everything was fine! 10/10
2. Constant food 24/7. Breakfast, ice cream on the beach and at the bar, then tortillas and cola on the beach, then burgers and fast food at the bar, then lunch, coffee break, a short break and dinner again. We liked the food, sometimes there was amazing lamb, grilled chicken, beef. The fruits are unsightly, but delicious! Nectarines, apples, plums, watermelon. An insane assortment of desserts, including the divine baklava. I do not know who can stay hungry here.
3. Cool territory with animal figures, lots of playgrounds, swimming pools, trampolines. There are aquagorks for adults and children. There is a gym, a large spa with a hammam.
4. Everything is designed for children. We didn't go to the mini club, because mine is 3+, animation for children in the evenings, disco, etc. For a dollar, cotton wool, popcorn, etc.
5. For adults, there was a show every night, and there was a live concert, and a magician, and dancing, and all sorts of Mr. hotel.
6. The beach. Everything was fine. You need to know where to enter the water so as not to hurt your feet. Focus on the spotlight in the middle of the beach. There is a sandy bottom opposite it, you only need to overcome a small strip of large pebbles. I swam quietly all my vacation without slippers. There are no free sunbeds after 10 a.m., good ones should be occupied at 8)
7. We took our own towel and bought it at the hotel for 5 euros. WiFi was paid at the hotel for 8 bucks a week, it catches normally, you can give it to a friend (depends on your phone model), but the speed is not ice, of course)
8. Across the street there is a bus stop 50 in Konakli, Alanya, Dolphinarium, etc. (dollar). The minibus stops right at the gate of the hotel.
Cons:
1. This is a Russian hotel. 90% of the vacationers are ours, Russian speech, songs, inscriptions, etc. are everywhere. I can't say that I liked that this is a branch of Anapa))
2. This is a children's hotel. If you can't stand children, DON'T come here) they are everywhere.
3. The hotel is very busy and populated. There are queues for dinner at the opening, there are no tables. There are people everywhere. There are many of them. All Russians)
4. The hotel has a coke oven. I guess we picked it up at the kiddie pool. My daughter has a rash, I got seriously ill from it, with a huge fever, etc. It itches like hell. I strongly advise AGAINST swimming in children's pools, the probability of infection is 75%) my water did NOT swallow, did not dive, swam in a circle.
Would I still come here? No, I was already tired of Alanya) and there were too many people in the hotel for me. Am I happy with my vacation? very. We had a great rest. I recommend it to everyone who has a limited budget - you are here
By all parameters, the hotel can only be rated for three, the hotel's beach is dirty, there are no mattresses on the sun beds, there are very large pebbles entering the sea, large stones in the sea that are in the water along the shore. The food seems to be a lot, but it is poorly prepared, the hotel territory is large, green, the rooms are cleaned daily, but neither beds nor towels have been changed all the time. Please think about it if you decide to go to this hotel
The food is delicious, the service is fast, any problem is solved, the beach is super, the staff is polite, the territory is beautiful, the animators are just fire, cocktails are not always made in glass, more plastic
We rested at this hotel with my husband in early October. Well, what can I say, it's not 5 stars as stated and not ultra all inclusive. Hotel for 3-4. From the advantages of the Russian-speaking staff, you can eat at any time, starting from 7 am to 2 am, it's certainly great when you don't have to run headlong for breakfast or lunch. The territory is beautiful. That's probably all!
Wi-Fi is paid everywhere, upon arrival you buy 2 bucks a day for one phone, a paid safe, towels with a deposit, replacement of towels is also paid. To be honest, I was shocked with this! Cleaning is a separate story, it is not from the word at all! For a week, only the garbage was taken out once, even the floors were not swept, not to mention the replacement of linen and towels. The restaurant does not have time to clean the tables, you come looking for a place and the quest to find appliances begins. Local alcohol is not delicious, only beer is more or less, and I am generally silent about imported alcohol 🤐 according to the permit, it should be included, but they tell you it is not 🤷♀️but there are whole bottles and if you want you can buy a 0.5 bottle for 10,000 rubles, but they don't give it for bottling. In general, they do what they want. Now the sea!! It is of course clean, warm, BUT...
entering the sea is simply life-threatening. Huge stones, slabs, it's better not to even climb without special sneakers. A lot of tourists came out in blood, breaking their feet on these huge stones.
Yesterday, 08/16/2023, we arrived from this hotel. I had a vacation with three children for 6 days👍 I want to share a real review to help someone with the choice😊 We were on the road from the airport to the hotel with stops for 2.5 hours, we put on bracelets, gave a card and were escorted to the room, we also carried the suitcases ourselves. They moved into the new building, the farthest one near the children's pool. The room is great, clean, bright, all the accessories are there. We really liked the hotel, clean large green area, 2 swimming pools are clean, 1 children's pool with slides. Each pool has a children's area. There are many playgrounds, there is a game room, but there is $ 1 for each attraction. By the way, there is no free Wi-Fi. I paid $8 for 7 days for Wi-Fi. The sea is beautiful, Pebbles with sand, crossing the tunnel over the road nearby. There are stones, but there are areas where there are no stones or they are not sharp. We adjusted to ice cream 2 times a day both at the hotel and on the beach. Drinks can be drunk all day long. Snacks on the beach and at the hotel are also available. Don't stay hungry. The food in the restaurant is good and delicious. Fruits are different every day and peaches are very juicy and oranges. There are a lot of sweets. Meat, fish, beef every day. A whole lamb was cooked in one day. The children also have something to feed. I recommend the hotel for milking children, everything is provided, animation and id. We were satisfied with the rest. We didn't look for any disadvantages.
There was a moment with room 6301 on the 1st floor of the far building, it smelled very burnt from the restaurant. But this was settled and we were given a different number. There is a bus across the street nearby, we went to Konakli and Alanya. There are no problems. The fare to Alanya is $ 1 per person.
I think someone will need my review. 👌😊
We just returned on 25.07. Let's start in order, the hotel is nice and not shabby. The rooms are good, there are no complaints about cleaning. The menu is quite varied, there are a lot of desserts, the children were happy. The sea is close, 2 minutes, the beach is not crowded, there were always places. For me, it is not the hotel itself that plays a huge role, but its service. So I am especially grateful to Ramil, he solved any of our whims - excursions are much cheaper than those of the hotel guides (they are bred for money). We visited several excursions, I was satisfied with all of them. We took carsharing as requested - everything was brought in time.I also sent shopping to a good place, leather, furs are much cheaper than ours. We even looked at the real estate - now there is a goal. Everything is clear - without delay-well done!
Among the advantages: the location to konakla, the territory, playgrounds
Of the cons: the Internet is paid, a towel is a deposit for each, the staff is not friendly, to put it mildly, the food is not very tasty, there is no animation as such, animators are not visible and not heard. Children's animator Maria generally turns on a cartoon for children, tells adults to keep an eye on the little ones and then offers to buy them T-shirts or bags, the attitude is boorish.
The sea bar is only for drinks. You need to stand 1-1.5 in line for ice cream, Turkish coffee is paid. In general, there are many more things and only a good mood will help you in this hotel.
A hotel for a solid four
The food is delicious, daily entertainment, room cleaning is not very good, I had to ask for paper to leave, then wash the floors better
The passage to the sea across the road is underground

Excellent cuisine, weak cocktails. The rooms are beautiful, in a new building. There are many playgrounds for children. On the downside, there is a disco until 12 am on Friday under the windows of the room. The little child woke up and screamed until the end of the party. Entering the sea is also unpleasant, rocks, boulders. The volleyball court is terrible, everything is covered in stones. Everyone who played left with a broken knee
Objectively - 4 stars. The territory is small, but long, beautiful and well maintained. We were put in the farthest old building, respectively, we managed an average of 12 thousand steps daily (room-restaurant-pool-sea round trip several times a day) I'll start right off with a minus sign, it's the only one here and it's huge, but it doesn't belong to the hotel. This is the sea. The natural stove of Alanya in the reviews did not sound as scary as it really is. You come to the beach, see the endless sea, put on corals, go waist-deep on wonderful pebbles, and then the roulette begins))) someone was lucky and he walked up to his chest without hitting the stove with his foot. You won't be able to look at your feet, the sea has never been calm and transparent in 9 days, the waves are very cool, but you won't guess if you can resist the wave and not hit the pieces of the slab. How can I explain it better? Imagine how a fence or a wall is built from blocks Ravshan and Jamshut from our Rashi))) One block is higher, another is lower, then a hole, then blocks of different sizes again.Well, that is, you are walking, one foot can stand on the sand and you have waist-deep water, and the other foot, if you rest on it, you can stand on the stove and it will be knee-deep at the same time. And this is if you groped the stove and were able to stand up, and if you put your other foot forward by inertia, then you just hit the stove accordingly. The water is not transparent because of the waves, you are constantly moving by touch. In short, swimming in the sea is a whole quest))) Of the four of us vacationers, there is a bruise on the navicular bone (upper part of the foot) I had it, it still hurts))))) Life hack - reach exactly to the plate with a circle, and then just lie down on the circle or mattress and float on the waves)) Let's go back to the hotel. 3 outdoor pools. One paddling pool with children's slides, the second with a slide for adults, the third is simple for children 3 years old and older and for adults, there are different depths. 3 new buildings, 3 old ones. We had an old building, but a three-room family room)) a spacious living room with a sofa and a bunk bed, a balcony and a wardrobe, then a bedroom with a double bed and a wardrobe and a bedroom with two single beds, without a wardrobe, but with a second balcony. We lived on the 5th floor, the views were good! even small pieces of the sea were visible and mountains) The furniture in the hall is normal, but the rooms are straight 70s, it's true)) but we did not come to keep an eye on curtains and bedspreads with holes, but to relax!)) Elevator in old buildings from horror movies)) he is terrible, old, with an additional door, scary and unlucky 4)) so we often walked)) Who says that there was nothing to eat - it's strange. There was just a lot of food there. There has always been meat, poultry, fish, liver, cutlets, lots of vegetables, eggplants, zucchini, peppers, mushrooms, sweets, fruits! It's true that the fruits are disassembled, but then they are taken out again! and baklava and pastries! We came at 19 and we got everything, then there was a huge check-in and at 19 it was possible not to sit down, so we came by 20:00 and there were a lot of tables available and there was still plenty of food. And the queue at the bar became much smaller later)) Of the fruits, we were alternately given nectarines, plums, cherries (times 5 out of 9), peaches, watermelons, melon, apples, grapefruits, oranges! They gave us ice cream several times a day, but we hardly ate it, because they gave it after breakfast and after dinner - well, where to?)) it won't fit there, ahah) the most fun is the night soup. We arrived at the hotel at 23 and were sent to eat soup)) soup looks like mud)) but we were very hungry and ate. Kids at 23 also want to eat, you could at least leave sandwiches or some apples. Because their soup is something mysterious, our child said - should I eat dirt?) we were laughing) but by the end, I even tasted these soups normally))
Children's animation - fire! My 7-year-old niece danced with animator Mamomasha and the rest of the team at a mini-disco in the evening. and There, for $ 1, you could drink fresh fruit, eat cotton wool or popcorn)) There is nowhere to walk around the hotel itself, only if you sit by the sea. You can take a bus from the sea and get to the Time Center (there is a three-storey Waikiki) or go for a walk in Alanya. We drove a couple of times, bought clothes for almost nothing)) In general, we were satisfied with the rest, but I will not go to this hotel anymore precisely because of the sea, to which, by the way, a cool underpass has been made! If you like to swim in bassika more, then you can come safely)) By the way, we always had enough sun beds both at the bassik and at the sea, and we are not early birds at all)) Well, that's how it is.
We had a family vacation in June 2024 . We liked it. Active animation both in the afternoon and in the evening. Overall, a decent place. The sea was a bit dirty ....
Not a bad hotel. For 3 stars. The room is good. With air conditioning, TV. The beach is half rocky and the bottom of the sea next to the beach too (preferably in aquasocks). The food is normal, you can choose.
There were hotels in this hotel from July 3 - 13, 2 adults + 1 child 2 g, I really liked the hotel, everything for children of different ages, a lot of playgrounds, a children's pool everything our children need is in this hotel, very beautiful territory, very large, it's a pleasure to walk, we took excellent rooms immediately a good room in the new building, the room is perfect, the food is excellent, there is so much food that the eyes run away and the kids always have something to eat, everything was on the menu except oysters, squid, etc., food is everywhere, you definitely won't stay hungry, the coolest thing was ice cream, they gave 2 times a day, in any quantity, well, very tasty, natural, assorted 🤤🤤🤤🤤 The sea is generally a buzz, the beach is super, there is a bar on the beach with different drinks, also from 12 to 16 grandma makes insanely delicious tortillas, with cheese, cottage cheese, potatoes and herbs, mmmm, it's so yummy, music is playing, a lot of sun beds under a canopy, there have always been places, July, the heat, the sea is warm, warm, and the heat is +43🤪 the entrance to the sea is only in special slippers, both for children and adults, first the sand, and then the pebbles, then the stones, the bottom there is rocky, in places smooth, in places not, a little to the left there is a good entry, a little to the right is not very, when you go into the water and swim, it's a thrill, we were wearing slippers, so it wasn't a problem for us. A really family-run hotel, although young people and the elderly rested, but the emphasis is on children, everything is for them. If you want to go to the city, then you need to take the bus for 15 minutes, there is everything there, there is nothing to do in the village itself, there is nowhere to go. We liked the hotel very much, we recommend it to all our friends with children. 👨👩👧👩🍼👨👩👧👧👨👩👦👦👨👩👧👩👧👦👩👧👨👦👨👧👦
For such a price - great! There are a lot of people, mostly one Russia and a few Kazakhs. There are few foreigners. Food is more or less. Drinks, except whiskey, pour enough. Wine and beer without restriction. On the beach, sunbeds should be occupied. The sea is cloudy. But the cost outweighs all the minor drawbacks.
A cozy hotel, good cuisine, a large selection of food, a buffet. The proximity of the sea, with a convenient underpass. There is a gorgeous palm alley at the entrance. Rich vegetation, well-groomed, everything around is pleasing to the eye. I would like to come to this hotel again.I would also like to thank the manager Nargiz, she organized for me and my wife a sauna, a hammam and an amazing massage performed by a girl from Bali. Thanks to this, I began to feel better physically and mentally.
If you were in the real top five, then rate this hotel at a low 3.
Room. We took it in an old building, a family one. Everything is OK with it, there is air conditioning, the elevator is working, sea view.
Cleaning. They left dollars, changed towels, bed linen. The floors don't really seem to be washed, but it will do.
Food. To be honest, it's meager. Watermelon was 5 times in 11 days, it's just strange, they usually give 5 stars in hotels every day. Chicken is more often made from meat, and it is not always chewed. There was meat, but not super. From the side dish - pasta, fries, mashed potatoes, rice. There are 2 types of water soup.
Drinks. The cocktails are delicious.
Ice cream. Twice a day. The position of the issue is unclear. At Benjamin's bar, they give out nasty girls (one with glasses with a bun, the other with a cobra look). They give at least ten pieces to their Turks, the rest only 1 in one hand. They look like you're taking their last meal, for their money) The expression on his face is just killing, with such a face they will not go further than this hotel. But on the beach, they give out ice cream at least as much to everyone, without distinction of nationality; they smile. I'll give the beach ice cream makers 5/5. Ice cream bar girls 0/5.
The store is on site. The prices, in my opinion, are the same as outside, you can buy directly at the hotel.
Sea. We walked without slippers, as it was not the first time we walked on stones. Just swim right away and everything is ok. It is better to take sun beds in the morning, you will not really find them at 9 o'clock.
The Internet. All Internet is paid. This is of course also a joke)
Towels. Fortunately, we read the reviews and took towels with us. And so here yes, towels are on deposit + you have to pay more for a shift. And this is a 5 star hotel
Ala-maps. Honestly, we didn't think it would be very good, but it was very tasty here. Therefore, if you have enough days for it, then make an appointment
Staff. More often than not, he is unfriendly. The bartender is a short man by the pool who apparently likes to talk about visitors in Turkish, since I know Turkish and perfectly understood what they were saying about me. The dining room is cleaned quickly. There are good waitress girls at Benjamin's bar. The girl at the pool bar is also friendly.
Real review, accommodation from 17.06 to 26.06
Everything is fine, the sea is clean, you can only go with a good mood. I didn't like it in the hotel restaurants, people are picking up food as if they are seeing it for the last time. They occupy the sun beds with stones, in circles and leave for the whole day. WiFi is paid and there were interruptions 3 times. The elevator in the pool building did not work on the 6th floor for almost a week. There is almost no meat in restaurants, dry chicken and fish, if you like to eat beef / pig, it will not be here. The hotel bar is good. I will leave 3 stars for our hungry and arrogant people, as well as broken elevators.
For this price, there may even be a good hotel. But as a 5-star hotel, such a thing. We lived for a week and saw normal fruits a couple of times in total. There were always just apples and oranges. The food did not change at all during the week, everything is the same.
The sea is a huge minus. Pebbles with sand, but going into the sea is a real quest. My legs hurt terribly on the rocks, and the waves beat too. And when you go into the sea, the sand seems to be normal, but it's always huge stones when you get there that you don't feel full. Alcohol is also very weak, there is nothing imported. They pour beer into disposable cups 0.2. This is a mockery)
The location of the hotel from the sea is quite convenient. You need to go through the underpass, but it's not too stressful. The bottom is terrible, without special shoes, we constantly beat our feet against stones and slabs, a very, very unpleasant feeling. You need to be careful and careful all the time so as not to injure your fingers. There are not enough sun beds, but it is not critical. I got a room in a standard building. Everything is super, new and very cozy. Cleaning is done daily, towels are changed for a dollar. If you do not leave it, it is changed every 3 days. There is a hard 5k for the rooms.
Very intrusive staff at the local spa and absolutely unfriendly staff at the reception. They hear your request from 2-3 times and then turn around with such a face, as if I owe them a ruble. An unpleasant impression , I must say.
There is a lot of food, you will not stay hungry. There are plenty to choose from, fish, chicken, sometimes beef and lamb. There are a lot of vegetables. Fruits - I liked oranges the most. Sweet, juicy and tender. Watermelon and melon are like that.
Local alcohol is poured at the main bar until 2 am. The waiters are great, friendly, polite and very nimble. There are no queues.
In general, for me, the main disadvantages of the hotel were the staff at the reception and entering the sea. Otherwise, I'm happy. Especially the room she lived in.
But the hotel is not 5ka, as stated, but 4ka. In principle, for such a price, it is normal, but we hardly want to return three times.
The main thing is to take a good mood and everything should be fine!
The hotel is not designed for such a number of people who came to rest. There is not enough space in the restaurant, like an anthill, there is nowhere to sit, there are always a lot of people everywhere, queues for food. The food is not bad in principle, you can choose, you won't be hungry, but you have to stand everywhere. The beach is also strange, there are such stones that you can break your legs, without special slippers in any way. I would come to this hotel again, definitely not
We have been to this hotel 2 times, the super children's animator "mama" Masha is just because of her.The food selection is great, the room is clean, the territory is large.
Check-in- it takes about 2 hours to drive from Antalya airport. But perhaps this time varies depending on the number of arrivals at other hotels. We arrived at 9 a.m., check-in at 15. We were pleasantly surprised, we settled right away.
The room is in an old building. It is large, spacious, and the mattresses on the beds are excellent. 2 balconies. Here the furniture is a little tired, including the interior doors. There were 2 air conditioners out of 3 rooms. But we didn't feel any discomfort. The bathroom has everything for washing shower gel, liquid soap and disposable things- ear sticks, cotton pads, etc.
Cleaning is a nightmare. They wiped the floor a little bit with a dirty rag. The tables have not been wiped once. There was sand on the beds, they didn't shake it off for 10 days.
Food is a great variety. There is diet food, fried, baked., for children. Every day - fish, chicken, beef and offal. Soups, pastries. The service in the dining room is excellent. The halls are large and spacious. They quickly clear the table. All the staff speaks Russian. They are very helpful. There are no queues for food. Almost all the guests are with children. You can eat from 7 a.m. to 2 a.m. The break is only from 16-19. Booze, ice cream and tortillas on the beaches.
Beach for 2 hotels. There are a lot of broken sun beds. In principle, you can find free ones if you are not a big company. Shower, one transfer case, toilet. The guards are sitting, they don't let strangers in. The cleanliness is 4%.
Entertainment- shows for adults in the evenings, interesting. Before him, children are entertained. We saw yoga on the beach, a game of darts. There is NO schedule. Informing on the two.
There are shops on site with the necessary small things. Hammam, gym. There are toilets throughout the territory, no need to go up to the room. 2 small pools. Children's corners (we don't know the details, we didn't take the children). All Wi-Fi is paid. 10 days for $ 12, there are options by day.
The overall impression is that we were satisfied
