The hotel is not exactly 5 stars, at best 4 stars. Safe for a fee, Wi-Fi for a fee, freshly squeezed juice for a fee. There are no packaged juices at all. There is a device in which the diluted powder. Beer is rubbish, wine too. But the hotel itself is clean, the territory is not bad, the beach is nearby. The beach is very large and wide, with sand. But the entrance to the water is only in corals, so. There are rocks at the bottom and you can't go barefoot. The sea is gorgeous as always.

If you are going to Turkey for the first time, then you will like the hotel. If you are experienced like us (you have already visited Turkey at least 8 times) This place is full of darkness.

My husband and I chose the Club San Hotel to spend our vacation in Turkey.
Immediately upon arrival, the service was a little disappointing: the Turkish girls at the reception and kitchen were either angry or tired. The further impression of the hotel employee remained mixed - I really liked the beautiful security guard, the animation guys and some chefs and waiters.
The cleaning lady also did her job very well and our room was the cleanest every day.
The feelings about the kitchen are also mixed. I really liked the French fries, although I usually don't put them on it, but here they make it in a special way. It's also sweet, but not everything, but the one that looks like baklava, in honey sauce. And the fish, when it was cooked, was gorgeous. I did not understand why salads should be watered with sauces themselves. Why this innovation? I also liked some types of snacks and soups. I didn't like the meat, most of the time everything except the chicken was rubber. There are very disgusting dishes. But the choice of food is large and you will definitely not stay hungry.
There are refrigerators with water throughout the hotel, and it is also regularly brought to the room in large quantities.
We were in two buildings: one by the first pool and the second, which is also by the pool, but already another and a little further away, my husband's brother lived there.
In our building, we were given a chic room with floor-to-ceiling windows on both sides. The renovation is fresh and extremely attractive. The brother's building also has a beautiful renovation. On the threshold of each is a very beautiful "entrance" or waiting area with large mirrors and beautiful framing.
And yes, the hotel has 2 swimming pools and 3 bars, one of which is also a nightclub, but there is extremely creepy music playing there, from which a normal person wants to escape. There is a slide in one of the pools, which is open at certain hours.
The alcohol in the bar is more or less pleasant. Very tasty pina colada.
Every Friday, the hotel hosts good-quality pool parties. Here they are very spectacular, there they get lasers, smoke, and music, you can more or less jump drunk. Of course, I would like the DJs to update the playlist, because the endless cycles of old-fashioned boring music will amuse only children and their parents tired of life.
Well, I'm already finding fault.
There is also a paid sauna on site:(and the shops.
The beach is cozy. It has a bar and many sun beds with and without awnings. The sand is pretty, the entrance to the sea must be explored - somewhere there are stones cutting your feet, somewhere there is sand.
Also about cleaning: going down the stairs of the hotel, they found a turd on it. I would like the staff to prevent this and get rid of such excesses more quickly.

We had a vacation in August 2024 with a 10-year-old daughter
1) the road from Antalya airport - 110km from the airport = almost 3 hours by private transfer. The driver stopped halfway for another 15 minutes, where everyone is eating, there is nothing to breathe in the heat
2) the check-in is terrible - we arrived around 5 pm, the room in the main building was paid for standard (that is, with normal repairs and furniture). On purpose, after reading the reviews, I chose more expensive. As a result, they give you the key to the old buildings and say that the tour operator made a mistake and you have an economy, we have nothing to do with it. In general, I turned to the travel agent, who said that you should settle in economy, when the issue is resolved, then you will be relocated, but not before tomorrow!!!! Is it okay at all?!
We agreed with the director of the hotel, went to a meeting, I paid the standard again, and the next day, when the hotel received a letter from the tour operator, I was refunded this payment!
3) The room is big and nice! Everything works! The water is filled every day and cleaned too)).

5) beach - there are a lot of sunbeds, there is enough for everyone, but going into the sea and the bottom itself is not very good - stones and large waves under water. Swim only in rubber slippers and feel the bottom so as not to break your legs.
A woman makes delicious tortillas on the beach! On the beach, they give ice cream at the bar from 14 to 16, when almost no one is there because of the heat!
6) the food is passable - a lot of things, but not tasty, just not tasty at least salt, pepper, so I had to take a little bit, everything that somehow looks appetizing is chicken soup, French fries, grilled eggplant and tsakhton. Even the shrimp are overcooked, the chum salmon is dry, and some kind of bony fish. But watermelon, plums and peaches save.
7) I don't know about drinks, we only drink water. People are pouring everything in a row. The animation plays music until almost 12 at night, even at Lunchtime, so that you can hear behind the closed balcony, you can't fall asleep!
8) to the pool itself, and there is only one normal one here, you can't get close. People do not clean things and towels from the sun beds at all, even at night, everything is occupied. Naturally, there are not enough sun beds, even chairs, which are attracted from the neighboring bar and put on the aisles and run to stand like sprats in a jar.
9) there is practically no territory at the hotel, you can only walk along the beach!
In general, there are many families here, so there are no drunks and debauchery!
10) Wi-Fi is paid $ 2 per day, catches well, throughout the territory and on the beach, so there is no point in buying a local SIM. We were offered $ 40 for 20GB, where we made a stop on the way here.
My conclusion: I will not come here, as I have been in much better hotels, the main thing for me is a clean room and the sea. If it was possible to defend the first one, then nothing can be done with the second one!

A very cool hotel! I was with children, there are 2 swimming pools on the territory, a large area for walking, animators, endless food))) moreover, you can have a snack in different places of the hotel, on the beach and on the way to it there is a treat.
There is a market nearby, we walked often, we really liked it. The room had 2 rooms, with balconies on both sides, air conditioning.

Our first vacation in Turkey. I liked it very much. Take toothbrushes and toothpaste from home, this is not included in the service here. The food is normal if you do not eat for claims. Swimming pool in the daytime, there are discos, there is a bar, there is a bar at the dining room. There is a grill restaurant, at certain hours they work up to points with the delivery of ice cream. It's fine on the beach. In places, sand, pebbles somewhere, but not like in Abkhazia, smaller. Rods, umbrellas, a bar with beer and coffee. We had a vacation in July with my wife and daughter (5 years old). Upon arrival (at 22:30), they gave a room with a double bed and delivered a cot with a very hard mattress at 01:00 at night and did not bring a blanket and pillow to the child. although a standard room was purchased in a new building, where there should be a double bed and one single (full-fledged). at night, they promised to move us to another room in the morning, contacting the reception, there was already a girl who was the only one who spoke Russian fluently. so she said that they would not change the room, express all dissatisfaction to the guide. As a result, my wife went and begged to change the room and Valeria took pity and still we moved to another room. It is not clear why this is happening. The next room with a separate single bed, after talking with them, it turned out that they bought the same thing as us (but my wife had to go to the reception and "beg" them) and they went to a meeting. It's really a minus for this.
The food was fine, there was always something to eat. Meat, fish, seafood (sometimes). ideal for children: chicken is always boiled, fried, stewed. pasta of 2-3 types, French fries, bulgur, rice. soups were not edible (to our taste), we ate only classic chicken noodles 4 times in 13 days. breakfast is always served on Aladyi Street. Scrambled eggs are cooked daily. (in general, I took only scrambled eggs and aladji for breakfast, I am more than satisfied).
I had to look for a free place at lunch and dinner, but not for long. According to drinks: you can only drink hot chocolate in the coffee machine (my daughter drank constantly), everything else is worse than instant and 3 in 1. Juices in the machine are also chemical and it is impossible to drink them (I overheard a conversation of an animator who recommended that friends not give children water, unless apricot (or peach)).
Alcohol: we drank vodka with sprite and strawberry syrup. NOT LOCAL "CRAYFISH", but vodka in a liter bottle. You buy ultra all inclusive, demand exactly vodka and tequila (almeca) seen. They are reluctant to pour imported alcohol. You can still drink beer. Wine is definitely not.
Ice cream is served on the beach from 14:00 to 16:00 and in the evening near the amphitheater (snack bar).
at 20:00 there is a film screening of cartoons for children.
Children's animation starts very late (21:00). the same thing every day for 13 days. There is a children's club, 1 time my daughter went to make cookies. Animation for adults and children is 2.5-3 out of 5. But we don't need it, so it's OK.
beach: there were always enough sunbeds, but as usual they were occupied with beach towels (they are given out and changed 1 time in 3 days), after 5 days we also began to leave towels and lay on the same ones until the end of the vacation. the beach is sandy and pebbly, sand and stones, it is better to wear corals, if you take it to the right, then there are no huge stones in the water. In the morning, there is some kind of smell on the beach (similar to manure), a rental nearby and a donkey and a camel were taken out from there, I hope this smell is from there, and not from the sea =)
on the beach, auntie makes a gozleme with cheese, cheese and herbs, with meat). they pour cola, cola zero, sprite, fanta, iced tea everywhere (5 places on the territory).

Are we happy with our vacation? despite all the disadvantages, Yes! Would you return to this hotel? Rather yes, I think so. What didn't you like the most? check-in, check-in to a room that does not match the one you bought and the fact that you had to beg for the room that is required.

On the beach, the condition is not checked, you go, and here is a used rubber product that will lie all day, or even two, the sun beds are cracked, but this is true in many, the tables are flooded and they have been like this for all 14 days, the pool is also rarely cleaned. Here are the animators well done, adult animation is interesting, a separate respect for the children's animator, a delightful lady. Once a week there is live music at Benjamin's, once a week there is a disco by the pool. There are still little things with bed linen, but I won't do it anymore. The location is also not very convenient, the hotel is located on the border of the settlement and Konakly, it takes 20-25 minutes to the nearest pharmacy, depending on how fast you go, 40 minutes to the luna park. There are a lot of children even in September. The guests are mainly Europe, Ukraine and Russia.

We rested at the Club Sun Heaven Family & SPA Hotel from June 17th to 28th. Feedback from the heat - from the heat. The hotel is listed as 5*, we would put 4*.
I will immediately explain why the star was "removed": one of the main disadvantages is the entrance to the sea and the beach. When choosing a hotel, we tried to take a very careful approach to what kind of beach the hotel would have; of course, we were looking for the option of sandy or small pebbles. We read a lot of reviews wherever possible, they were heterogeneous, but most often they wrote about sand, oddly enough. In fact, at this hotel, the beach is not just sandy and pebbly (large pebbles, almost cobblestones), but besides, there are literally underwater rocks in the sea, very sharp, which can easily injure if you stumble upon them. And you come across them often. As we found out upon arrival, what we were trying to avoid (plates) it is located in the area of this beach. In the evenings, the sea was very dirty, it brought garbage that apparently "flew away" from passing ships; all this washed ashore. This is in addition to the fact that the entrance to the water was muddy in itself absolutely all the time due to the abundance of fine sand, which hung suspended near the shore; of course, it was simply impossible to swim in it. The water becomes clear if you swim 20 meters from the shore, but for those who swim poorly, this is a problem, you have to swim in what you have. This is the main disadvantage, which, I think, is worth mentioning.
As for the hotel itself, it has a beautiful territory, well-maintained; the hotel has 2 large pools for adults and one children's pool. There is a water slide in one of the adult pools. The number of animations for all ages is impressive: for children and adults; on the beach and on the hotel grounds; in the pools. Neither for us nor for the children, animation was of great interest, but probably for those who like this kind of vacation, it will be a cool option. There are several buildings - we lived in the one farthest from the entrance. The rooms are clean, tidy, well decorated; cleaning every day. In my opinion, the air conditioner is not very conveniently installed, it blows directly on the bed, but if you adjust the temperature, everything is quite okay. We were very glad that our room overlooked a small alley, and not the inner territory of the hotel, because the animation is usually very noisy, the music plays loudly and for us, as for lovers of quiet relaxation, another accommodation option would be very uncomfortable.
A convenient system for issuing and changing beach towels: at the reception, upon check-in, plastic cards are issued according to the number of people declared in the voucher, these plastic cards are given in the towel delivery area (they can be changed three times a week); when handing over towels and eviction, you get your cards back and return them to the reception.
There are no special complaints about the restaurant and the food (except for one time when there were stale vegetables, but we took it for an accident). The food is very tasty, varied, there was always meat for every taste (lamb, beef, chicken), you could always choose between meat and fish; a huge number of snacks and salads for every taste. An abundance of various side dishes and dishes: from French fries to national cuisine. During our stay, we were twice on the "sea" day (Tuesday) and, of course, these days the restaurant is crowded in the evening, which is not very convenient. There is an abundance of fruits: delicious apricots, peaches, nectarines, cherries, melons, watermelon, apples, plums - 3-4 positions are presented every day for sure. There are also a lot of desserts - for lovers of Turkish sweets and just sweets, but we noted only baklava in a special way for ourselves, since we are quite indifferent to cakes.
Since the hotel operates according to the ultra all inclusive system, I certainly cannot fail to mention the drinks - alcoholic and non-alcoholic. As for juices and coffee, we got the feeling that all these drinks are diluted from powder (and most likely they are), almost all drinks have a very synthetic and unnatural taste. As for alcoholic beverages in cocktails, as well as cola / sprite/ fanta: it seemed that they were desperately being sold, as they probably are in many places. It is impossible to drink wine (we are used to very good wine, so we feel low-quality wine from the first sip), it is absolutely impossible to drink red, white is better, so we chose beer, which of all the drinks there was the most decent. That's if we're talking about alcohol.
A la carte dinner (one visit is included in the price for 8 days of stay) we were not pleased at all, it absolutely does not correspond to the concept of a la carte (they do not give us a choice, they bring what they themselves decided to feed), the wine is either the one that is no, or the same no, but for 10 euros / dollars. Don't waste your time, go to the main rest and choose what you like and want.
Internet is paid, 2 euros or 80 liras per day for one mobile number, distribution is not possible. Given the length of our stay, it was more profitable for us to buy a SIM card with the Internet in Alanya and distribute it.

Immediately upon arrival at the hotel from the airport, we were settled into a cozy, clean studio room with a fresh and pleasant renovation. Cleaning was done daily, you didn't even have to use the "please clean up" marker. Water supplies in the refrigerator were also replenished, although we, as novice tourists, were at first a little taken aback by what was in these plastic rectangular jars. The room has a kettle, tea pairs, tea bags, coffee, shower gel and shampoo, as well as a fairly powerful hair dryer (if you are thinking about whether to bring your own :)). The room has air conditioning, so it's better to sleep with the windows closed so that everything functions properly. They really feed you to the brim, although it's better to take as much food as you can eat so as not to leave unnecessary waste. We chose relatively familiar and familiar dishes, but there was still a variety in our diet. There is always fruit, and for dinner there is an opportunity to eat watermelon. On the "fish day", so to speak, mussels, shrimps and fish were served, we are not seafood lovers, so it's just a fact that it happens there. What happiness it is to drink a glass of normal fanta, the usual choice of drinks: various "basic" sodas, tea, coffee, water, beer for lunch and dinner and wine. There is also a fast food cafe that is open at certain hours (check out the concept so as not to miss out). Alcoholic drinks, including cocktails, can be taken from morning to night at the pool bar, juices and beer on the beach during the day. There is also an opportunity to eat fine gozleme tortillas on the beach. All the staff, reception staff, guest relay, restaurant staff, bartenders are polite people who do their job in good faith and are ready to help you navigate if you need help. I would recommend that guests get acquainted with the signs translated into all languages, where useful tips sound, for example, if you can't take food out of the restaurant, then you really shouldn't do it. Ignorance of the law does not absolve you from responsibility. The animation guys are working and trying, if you are interested in various evening activities from concerts at the hotel to trips to nearby clubs with parties, you will have the opportunity. There are also a lot of activities for children, we did not observe them, but most likely, children will like the presence of a club with classes and evening discos. The hotel also has its own spa with paid hammam packages of different prices. The indoor pool can be used unlimited and free of charge, and beach towels are provided there in the number of members of your group. They can be changed every three days. There is a supermarket-type store on site with drinks, ice cream, souvenirs and other things, but if you need it cheaper than at the hotel, there are supermarkets in Konakli within a 20-minute walk. A five-minute walk from the entrance to the hotel there is a pharmacy and a bazaar with souvenirs, but the prices there are not very different from those on the territory. In addition, be sure to take some amount with you for possible unforeseen expenses, you never know, it will not be possible to run somewhere. Cheaper excursions are also available near the hotel, but keep in mind the fact that insurance from your tour operator is no longer valid outside the activities of the tour operator. A very convenient underground passage to the beach, even at the peak of the guests' activity, they managed to find a place to lie down on a chaise longue not under the sun. It is not very good that people, apparently, who get up early, leave their towels/circles/ balls and others with them by the pool and just leave, thereby taking up space. During the week, we never managed to sit on a sunbed at either of the two pools. The Internet for $ 2 per day on the device regularly drops, apparently unable to withstand the number of guests. In general, putting aside some technical shortcomings, it is a very atmospheric place with all the picturesque flavor of Turkey within a ten-minute walk, as well as comfort, joy from a change of scenery, a vacation that was worth dreaming about in a working year. Perhaps this is the only disadvantage. And the rest? The territory is large, there are three pools, there is a separate pool for children, not counting those "frogs" at adult pools. The food is varied, everyone will find a dish to their taste. However, the interval between lunch and dinner is not for those who are on a diet. The territory is clean and well maintained. The beach is private, divided into two parts - for non-smokers and smokers. The staff is almost all Russian-speaking, or understands Russian. We did not feel the language barrier. The seashore is only rocky. If it were sandy, I think we would return to this hotel.

Out of 5 points, the hotel is 4, I take a star for the beach, not for the sea for the beach, they were poorly cleaned, cigarette butts are not uncommon underfoot and the beach is sandy and pebbly, so the sand does not look like dirty dust., entering the sea as they write is bad, a lot of stones, sneakers (aquasocks) it is necessary to take, and there were not enough sunbeds on the pool forever, from 7 a.m. to lay them all with towels, like it's busy and that's it, you can't hang out, there are no places.
