A wonderful hotel. We were vacationing with children aged 5 and 10. Everyone liked it very much. Nice clean well-maintained area. As many as 3 playgrounds. There is a children's pool with slides for kids. For adults and older children, there is a pool with 1 slide, where a lifeguard is constantly on duty. The animation team is super. The children did not want to leave the nursery and were constantly doing something: they painted on stones, T-shirts, bags, played there, made bracelets and gave them aquagrim there too. In general, neither children nor adults are bored at the hotel. Gymnastics every morning on the beach / darts / volleyball / exercises at the bassik / aerobics / trampoline training in the pool and what not. There's always some kind of movement. A cartoon in Russian for children in an outdoor cinema every evening and a mini-disco after. And then adult entertainment: interesting show programs, live music, etc. We lived in a new modern beautiful building, with excellent repair, The attitude of the staff is very friendly, they try to solve any issue and almost everyone speaks Russian. The food is very varied and delicious, grilled fish or meat every day, several tables with dessert. Juices / coffee tea with no time limit throughout the territory + Alcohol. I really remember the foam disco in the pool, we didn't want to participate at first, but it was so much fun that we all swam in the end. And the night party was great. By the way, the rooms have good sound insulation. When there was a disco right under our windows, the children quietly fell asleep, the music was not so much in the way.
There are disadvantages, but very minor in my opinion: there is no free Internet. Only a paid $ 2 per day for 1 device. And entering the water on the beach. You can really break your legs, but this is a pretty narrow band, I passed it beyond the norms. In general, we didn't even buy sneakers, it doesn't seem worth it. Otherwise, everything is great.

A great, family-run hotel. The hotel staff is very polite and kind. They love children. The food is very tasty and varied. Both meat-eaters and vegetarians will feel comfortable here, there is an abundance of meat, vegetables, and greens. There are a lot of sweets, as well as drinks such as coffee, tea, juices.
There are four swimming pools, two adults and two children. There is a swimming pool even for very young children. Its own amphitheater, performances for children, cartoons, and discos for adults. Between the main meals, there are also snacks. Everything is very tasty.
Alcohol. The bar is right next to the pool. There are strong drinks and not so much. Beer, wine, cocktails.
We have never heard of rotovirus, everything is very clean. After each lunch, dinner, the floors are washed by the whole group.
There is an underground passage to the sea directly from the hotel, where you can walk for 3 minutes, this is a huge plus! The beach also has its own beach from the hotel.
There are pharmacies near the hotel in 10 minutes, if you suddenly need to buy something.
If you need a family hotel, then this is definitely the place for you.

We had a rest from 06.10.24 to 13.10.24 with children. I really liked the hotel
- the territory is clean and well maintained
- lots of playgrounds for children and a children's room with cool animators, you can even leave the children for a couple of hours
- there are many buildings for living
- nice pools
- entertainment for adults and children every evening, especially the foam party
- the food is delicious and varied, you can eat and drink something all day, even at night.
The beach is right across the aisle, spacious and clean with a bar and activities. The sea was very pleasant and warm at that time. The entrance is rocky, you can also go barefoot, but it's better to buy sneakers for swimming.
I advise you to try parachuting, it's cool and exciting.
We are very pleased with the choice of this hotel, we had a great little vacation.

Cons for me personally:
1) animation. The music was blaring until 23:30, our balcony clearly overlooked the playground. The view is great, but... I was waiting to leave so I could sleep at home:(The most "magnificent" thing is to fly 5 hours, drive two and listen to a drunken roar of a compatriot in karaoke at 10 p.m. Nightmare
2) a children's club, it is not possible to leave a child there alone.
3) there is a lot of food, but the same type.
4) alcohol. We don't drink at all, but I knocked down the aromas from the eternally drunk neighbors in the evening.
5) the entry into the sea is bad. The slippers solved the problem, but in general I did not like it
6) Location. This is not the village of Konakli, it is beyond its border. The center is 30 minutes on foot, 10 by taxi (250-300 liras). But it's good that the bus runs often (number 50, about a dollar fare).
In general, if you choose from this price category, the hotel is good. It's just too noisy for us, plus it's far from the center. For a beach holiday with alcohol, it is well suited.
PS. Aunts in the spa are terrible. Two still communicated normally, and one had a complete lack of customer orientation and tact. Well, it's really an aunt, like in polyclinics)

The hotel is great. Their animators are at their best. No one is bored from young to old. Ideal for a family holiday. We went with friends and a small child of 5 years old
The food is varied , I liked everything. Every day there was something on the grill: veal meat, fish, sausages/lamb cutlets. Vegetables of various cuts. Sea cocktail, shrimp, mussels. Fruits : melon, watermelon, grapes, plums, oranges, etc.
The rooms were in a new building - Clean, cleaning on a daily basis. There is a shower gel & shampoo. At the entrance, slippers, a beach bag, bags for dirty clothes. Laundry services are expensive, they were used at 20min at the Time center - a package of clothes for $ 10.
The service is excellent. At the bar in the dining room, by the pool - quick serving of drinks and, accordingly, cleaning of empty glasses.
The beach is ambiguous, because the sun beds, the bar are fine, from 14:00 - 16:00 ice cream, but the sea itself is rocky. It's very scary to hurt yourself, even though we found a more or less cleared passage.
With children ✅ a wonderful children's room, what they don't do there) at 20:00 cartoons in the amphitheater, a children's disco with awards 🤩there is a slide in one of the pools - enough for both adults and children 🏊♂️
Staff ✅ excellent group of animators

The hotel is not bad. The rooms in the new buildings are comfortable and spacious. Two large swimming pools and two paddling pools for children. The food is delicious.
The main questions for cleaning:
1. They do not clean, only change towels and make the bed, add water.
2. Money is vacuumed all over the room. Not only what you leave on the bed, but also everything that lies on tables and bedside tables. This is the first time I've come across this in 20 years of traveling.
3. Sometimes they don't clean for a couple of days.
4. After you ask to fix the joints, instead they reset your cards for access to the room.

I was at this hotel with my son and friends at the end of August. The hotel is excellent with some disadvantages or nuances. First of all: the hotel is big. 4 buildings with 7 floors each. There are two pools: for adults with paddling pools for children and one with slides and fountains for kids. There are a lot of people in the pools. Secondly: the main restaurant is not designed for such a large number of vacationers. At dinner, we had to wait 20-30 minutes until a table was available. But you can come later and there are more free places, but less food😕Thirdly: the beach is pebbly and in the sea, in places boulders on which it is easy to get abrasions and bruises.
One of the advantages of the location is the first line. There are a lot of sun beds on the beach, a bar. There is practically nothing near the hotel except small shops. But it takes 15-20 minutes to get to Alanya by taxi, where there is a lot of shopping and a lot of attractions. And the famous Cleopatra Beach.
In general, we are satisfied with the hotel, we recommend it

Wonderful stay at the club sun heaven hotel, I rested from 08/21/2024 to 08/30/2024 with my daughter and nieces. The hotel is decent with a good large territory, 2 swimming pools, next to the sea in a 5-minute walk through an underground passage, the beach is pebbly, the entrance to the sea is rocky (I recommend wearing "corals", it's more convenient). Among the disadvantages: in local shops, the dollar is equated to the euro, (take care of the currency in advance); the hotel has a paid hammam and, so to speak, very expensive massage services; paid wi-fi ($ 2 per day), stable Internet: it was enough to chat with relatives and work; the bar is below average, beer is not tasty, period, cocktails with a new composition for me, for example: mojito on vodka, mint 2 petals, so that it is clear that this is a mojito; the rest of the drinks: vodka, whiskey I have not tried, men used to be healthy (although who goes for what?). The food is monotonous, but the choice is large, you will not stay hungry; sometimes they are diluted with delicacies in the form of shrimp, mussels, red fish. I will never stop being surprised by tourists. Many people collect food with basins, from which everything almost falls out.
From the good: wonderful animation, like a child's, (although my girls are already adults, we watched them from the side and played with them) so it is for adults: water aerobics, aquafitness, shooting range, darts and much more. Of the animators, I want to mention Chalar, aka Pablo, played darts with him, became a champion, took away 2 medals. The girls liked Sebastian: a very charismatic, funny man. A wonderful photographer, the Sheriff, very beautiful photos, bought some pictures taken at a photo shoot with a parrot. The rest ended with an enchanting holiday and a disco on the territory of the hotel. Have a good rest!

Animators will do everything to make your vacation unforgettable, give you positive emotions that you will remember for a long time. Every evening, various entertainment shows were held on the territory of the hotel, cartoons were shown for children (a children's disco was organized). The beach is very close. It is constantly cleaned (garbage is removed, beach equipment is washed). The beach itself consists of sand and small pebbles (cobblestones may occur in the sea), it is best to purchase special shoes in advance. The rooms are very cozy and clean. Cleaning is done every day. 90% of the staff knows Russian. There are shops on site where you can buy just everything that a tourist needs. I highly recommend this hotel for a vacation! We were with my husband in October. The weather and the sea are just great! I liked the animation, the food, the room at the hotel. The attitude of the staff is excellent. I took off the star for drinks - well, such coffee and alcohol in 5 stars is simply indecent to serve and for a paid SPA - even a sauna, if you do not take paid services. There are also very old beach towels.

I really liked it! We were with my husband without children))) The hotel is wonderful, the standard room is comfortable, with a balcony, everything is in excellent condition, there are pleasant smells in the building, the paths on the territory are constantly washed, everything is in order, the most pleasant place!
I liked the food: the tortillas on the beach are delicious, Algida ice cream, fish, chicken, beef - everything was there, even shrimp and other seafood.
We watched the evening shows, it's interesting. Thanks to the musicians, we were surprised by the performance of Russian songs!
There is a convenient underground passage to the beach, for some reason many people write that you can't swim without corals, I bought it specially, but only swam with them for the first time, then without shoes, the bottom opposite the lifeguard's booth is normal.
So far, I think this is the best option for a combination of price and quality, the ticket came out 132900₽ (when booking at the end of April) for
two for a week in June, with departure from Chelyabinsk.

The rooms in the new building are pleasant, no disadvantages have been found, except for lump pillows) they are very large, if someone likes to sleep on their stomach, they will have to sleep on the sofas.
There is only one porridge for the child - rice in milk. There is Hercules, but he is just not ready in the form of a servant. So if your child eats oatmeal, take your instant porridge.
Fast minibuses to Alanya and shopping centers.

A family-run hotel, the area is not very large. On one side is a wasteland, on the other is a hotel that is half empty.
There are 3 swimming pools, one slide for adults and small slides in the children's pool. Playgrounds.
The food is good, there was always chicken, turkey, fish, sometimes they gave mussels, shrimps. There are not enough fruits: apples, plums, watermelons, a couple of times there were melons and cherries. Soups are standard Turkish liquid puree soups. Snack bar with burgers, cookies, gozleme tortillas on the beach, ice cream.
The hotel operates on an ultra all inclusive system, but imported alcohol is paid and only at the bar by the first pool.
On the territory of the hotel there are shops with all bathing accessories, with silver and with jackets /fur coats.
The beach is sandy and pebbly, the bottom is with large stones, it hurts your legs, take aquashouses.
We lived in the 2nd block, 5th floor. Family room, 2 bedrooms and a walk-through room with 2 bunk beds, a sofa and 2 armchairs, 2 balconies. There is a small wall-mounted dryer for swimwear.

The rest is wonderful if you do not find fault with the nuances, the staff is very friendly and everything is quickly done and served, they try very hard, the cuisine is diverse, a lot of meat and fish every day, a lot of vegetables in any form and fruits, there were no watermelons, melons are delicious. It takes 3-5 minutes to the sea with children with a stroller through an underground passage and immediately the beach, pebbles and sand, you need to enter carefully, then you get used to it and know the places where to go. Alcohol is complete nonsense, whiskey gin, no tequila, white wine, champagne and beer remain.

The disadvantage is that the pools are only open until 19 o'clock.

There were no more advantages.
6. A huge minus is food. There's just nothing to eat here. This made up the entire negative experience of staying at the hotel.
Firstly, when we arrived, we were accommodated in a room of a different category. In the morning I had to go to the reception. And ask for your number. Accordingly, the day is lost. There was nothing else to eat in the dining room except pasta with ketchup and French fries. Smelly mutton, unripe fruits, tasteless vegetables.

But because: I changed to a new one on Fri in the morning, I endured until Mon, I came to Mon at 16:30 with a desire to change to a clean one, but they lagged behind and did not change me (I drank late, it was necessary from 9-12:00, and I did not even wake up at that moment!
