We had a vacation in Abkhazia for the first time. We chose a place based on reviews, within walking distance to the sea. The choice fell on ,, Bungalows,. An unusual and colorful place! Beautifully decorated courtyard, abundance of greenery, silence, proximity to the sea! 8 minutes at a leisurely pace and you're on the beach! The smell of pine needles, wall-mounted in the sun and salty air, the sea!everything turned into a wonderful vacation! The 4-bed room is spacious, with a sofa for the convenience of guests, a large table in the room, very comfortable mattresses, clean linen. Nice family hotel. The rooms are different, we lived in a 4-bed duplex. Air conditioning, TV, refrigerator, often and cozy!
There is a dining room and a laundry room. A quiet place, suitable for families with children.
There were problems with Wi-Fi, but this is who will be lucky, as I understand it.
5-7 minutes walk to the sea.

We will remember this holiday in sunny Abkhazia for a long time, as we rested in the best place in this soulful country - the Bungalow hotel! Everything is perfect here: excellent location, well-developed infrastructure, delicious food at Anetta's, comfortable rooms, well-groomed clean territory, hospitable, friendly staff and generally good kind people, and, of course, I especially note the cleanest sea in this place! The impressions are as positive as possible, now we and our friends will be regular customers of this paradise! Thanks to the management and staff for your hard work!
Additionally, I will note in detail several advantages of the Standard 3-bed room:
- a gorgeous hard mattress on a large bed, I slept like in paradise😉

We had a rest with two families from August 20 to 29, 2024, the rest was a success, the weather did not disappoint, we drove on our own, parking at the hotel without problems, we checked into the rooms immediately.The rooms are clean, linen and towels are the same.A small nuance there are not enough towel hooks in the bathroom.I would especially like to note the quality of the mattress. I want to get enough sleep on vacation!The territory of the hotel is well-groomed, the dining room has a wide variety of dishes for every taste, I especially liked khachapuri in Abkhazian, the boat is just great!you can order a barbecue and a cradle of any meat, everything will be prepared in time.The staff is very friendly, the hostess Anetta and the admin.Olga will always help and answer all your questions.In general, I recommend the Bungalow hotel, you will not regret coming! We had a rest at the end of August in the standard room. I really liked the location, close to the sea, to the grove. The rooms are clean, clean towels, a bed and a bathroom. On the first day, the air conditioner did not pull, we turned to Olga, and it was quickly repaired. In the evening, you can sit and relax on the cozy veranda. This year, for the first time, we booked a room East in a Mini-bungalow. And it was love at first sight, starting from the interior, the territory and ending with the dining room. It is very pleasant to be in a themed room, bed linen and towels are clean, everything is dry, there are no insects, the balcony is gorgeous. Olga, the administrator, checked in with us, solved all issues quickly. Anetta is in charge of the dining room - everything is clean, very tasty and the prices are reasonable. There is a separate children's area on the territory, it is very convenient-there is a place to play))) . We will be happy to come back again!!!

We have returned from a long-awaited vacation, full of positive impressions and pleasant, warm memories! Abkhazia has conquered us with the indescribable beauty of its nature, hospitality and affectionate azure sea.
The place of residence was chosen for a long time, carefully, we chose a mini-hotel Bungalow. Only the advantages! We did not lose! About everything in order.
The territory is landscaped and well-groomed, clean, tidy, a sea of diverse greenery.
Children have plenty of space, their own Playground, there is a place to run. It's not scary to leave children in the yard, the territory is closed, there are no outsiders.
The rooms are equipped with everything you need. Electricity was cut off several times in 12 days throughout Abkhazia, but this trouble did not affect us, because the hotel has its own generator. This is a huge plus and a rarity in Abkhazia! Thanks to this luxury, we were provided with water in the shower, coolness in the rooms and hot food in the cafe.
Separately, I would like to express my gratitude to the local cafe, which is run by Anetta! In the early days, we walked around the area, compared prices, tastes and realized that it was best at our hotel. The food is always delicious, hot, without foreign flavors, everything is fresh, the portions are large. Prices are generally the same everywhere, but at Anetta's we were sure that it would definitely be delicious, satisfying and no one would go!
The spouse's birthday fell during the vacation period. It was so nice when treats and congratulations were brought to the room!!! It's priceless!
It takes 5-7 minutes to walk to the sea, slowly. The sea and the beach in this place are the best along the coast. There are all necessary amenities around the hotel within walking distance: vegetable and fruit shops, supermarket, pharmacy, transport.

We had a rest in June in two Duplex rooms with a company of 7 people (4 adults and 3 children aged 10-11 years). Price -quality - fire ratio!!! The territory is well maintained, a beautiful fountain - pool in a cozy courtyard, everything is surrounded by flowers, palm trees and grapes. There is a swing, a Playground. The room is located on the third floor, on two levels, the beds are very comfortable: a large double bed, two single beds, and a sofa. The room has 2 bathrooms, shower, bidet. There is a refrigerator, a TV (smart TV), air conditioning, a fan, and a hairdryer in the bathroom. There is a drying rack, a table, a bench on the balcony. The service is excellent: it is cleaned thoroughly. The administrator Svetlana is very responsive and attentive: she solved any problems instantly. Meals are served in two canteens on site. Anetta, the chef of one of the kitchens, is just wonderful, a true master of her craft, satisfied all our tastes, even children with allergies. The barbecue in the second cafe is bombastic! Food prices are reasonable. There is an isolated parking lot.
The hotel itself is located 500m from the beach, the road is straight, the traffic on it is not very busy. The beach is excellent, although urban: pine grove, pebbles, clean sea, equipped with changing rooms, shower, there is a bar with a summer dance floor, massage, well, souvenirs and food outlets, but there are not many of them, which is a plus for me personally, since it is not noisy. In general, the rest was a success! I recommend it!

We rested here 2 times, the first time (in 2023) was only 2 days, so everything seemed fine here. In 2024, it was from the end of June to July. We booked a room East on the 1st floor. I'll start with the pros:
-proximity to the sea
- cleanliness of the room and bed linen
-beautiful territory
-delicious breakfasts, a boat, homemade cakes
-responsiveness of Olga's administrator
Unfortunately, there are more disadvantages:
-The water was partially absent for 3 days, the pumps broke down, they carried water from the dining room, heated and washed in basins
-the Internet does not ship
- mold on the walls, damp
- very cold floor (such that it cramps your legs)
-the last few days there was no water in the toilet in the tank, they washed it off with water from the basin)
- the mattresses should already be changed, the springs are felt
We had children of 13.10 years old and an almost 2-year-old baby with us. We were offered mats on the floor, but they did not save the situation much, because the child is also sitting on the floor. The mold was simply washed off with bleach, we came to improve our health, and not to breathe dampness, mold. The receptionist Olga said that they have it every year and if we were there that year, we should have known about it, but last year we lived on the 2nd floor, there were no such problems there. She said that she was ashamed to move people into such rooms, she told the owner about it, but it was probably more important for him to build the 3rd floor than to put the first one in order. They asked to relocate, but there were no places. Of course, they warn about the Internet that you need to pump up cartoons and all that, but it will work with young children, older children need tick tock, YouTube. In the dining room, the food does not match the price, small portions, just my 2-year-old child eats so much, the beef in the dishes was not chewed at all, the meat is rubbery. But fortunately we have a choice here, we tried to go to the sunflower cafe, the dishes there are much tastier, the portions are large and the price is the same. But I want to thank the administrator Olga, thank her very much, she tried to smooth out the situation, apologized, supported, presented a bottle of champagne. After I voiced our dissatisfaction to the remote administrator of Victoria, they paid a small compensation, but there was still an option to move out, but, unfortunately, we did not find suitable accommodation for the remaining 4 days.

We rested at the Bungalow Hotel in August 2023, in a Duplex room. The room was very pleasant, large, bright, lots of air. There is everything you need. I was pleased with the presence of a bathroom on the second level of the room.But there are not enough shelves in the bathrooms, although they did without it.
The hotel staff is very hospitable, the transfer, the meeting, the settlement was held at "five". Thanks to the maid Olya for the cleanliness, the receptionist Svetlana responds to any request, which is very pleasant.
It is very convenient that there are two dining rooms on site. The territory is surrounded by greenery and flowers.
The sea is very close. There are pine trees on the beach, the sun and the clear sea, which cleared very quickly even after night showers. The beach is very large, you can always find a place where it is not crowded. On the way from the sea, you can buy everything you need. There are shops and a pharmacy.
In general, 12 days flew by quickly and I didn't want to go home. The hotel administration has a positive attitude towards household tips, so a little advice. We also happened to get into a period when there was a tropical downpour all night, and in the morning water was found in the room, the carpet was flooded at the entrance, we had to work hard to soak all the water, and then the carpet was dried for several days. It is a pity that the hotel did not have a cleaning vacuum cleaner at its disposal, it would have helped to cope with such problems. Although, it should be noted that the administration has made sure that in the future the flood does not happen in the rooms. Beautiful thick curtains have been hung on the open gallery from which you enter the room, which will be able to protect the doors of the rooms on the 3rd floor.
Well, in general, even the flood did not spoil our mood, and we spent our vacation on the positive side. Thank you.

We lived in a bungalow #4. Spacious, comfortable beds, separate bed linen, two bathrooms, a large family is comfortable. The building is made of stone, so the temperature in the gift was very comfortable, there is air conditioning and a ceiling fan.
The TV did not work and for all 5 days no one even tried to fix it, hot water flows in a thin trickle and is not always enough for everyone.

I am a regular guest from Moscow, I have been traveling myself for 8 years in a row, on my recommendation my children and their families and friends have rested more than once. This year I can't wait for July, I'm starting to pack my suitcase. We will be traveling by car for the second year, I liked this kind of trip. If you are flying by plane or by train, then the hotel provides a transfer, you will definitely be met and brought to the place. There is a place to spend time: guided tours organized or on your own, in the evening there are several cafes on the beach, the very first with live music and a dance floor. Or there are restaurants and cafes in Pitsunda, I like Apsara, live music too, tables both inside and outside. Families with children of all ages come to our hotel, there is a Playground on site, children's laughter is constantly heard. But! They have lights out at 22 o'clock, there is silence and time for dads, moms, grandmothers, grandfathers. This year I'm going with my grandson, he's been on a long journey with us for the second year in a row, our baby is 4 years old. It's good for everyone, both adults and children. I recommend it!

BUT: first, the hostess or the manager contacted me, told me everything, explained and canceled the booking at the booking office (so as not to pay a commission), but for me the price remained the same at the same time. Well, okay, we arrive, the transfer met us, brought us to the place, settled in, tired from the road just fell asleep. In the morning, we realized the single beds downstairs were made of CONCRETE, the headrests too, thank God the children did not break their heads in their sleep. The stairs to the second level are almost at a steep angle, even an adult needs to be careful to climb, and even more so to descend from there. The stairs are like the second level of boards, everything creaks, cracks, scary in general. The audibility in the room is very good, you can hear the neighbors clearly, but there are no street noises. If it rains, the roar is excellent on the iron roof. The doors in the room in the toilets do not close because they sagged, they asked us to adjust. The water in the shower is running with pressure like from a children's watering can, but there is hot water. The smell of sewage for some reason did not leave us all the rest. The room is clean at first glance, but looking at the corners, the web with huge spiders hangs down in flakes, it is clear that it has not been cleaned for months. We didn't notice any other animals in the room. The linen is clean, pleasant, the air conditioner works with a bang if there is electricity. There is complete trouble with him in Abkhazia, although if they turn him off, the generator saves him. In general, I want to say: if you are looking for a vacation with comfort and without worries, then you will go to hotels like Litfond, Europe, Boxwood Grove, etc. the price tag is higher there, but full board and lots of fun and service. Everything in the private sector is just a place to sleep. In general, choose for yourself and your wallet. If you are thinking of eating yourself from the store, here is the price list of an ordinary grocery store not online, to the Russian price +100%.

I didn't understand at all where whose house is, where whose dining room is... We saw one dining room, very expensive: a cup of coffee for 100 rubles, and the neighbors have exactly the same coffee for 50 rubles. We ate at the neighbors, everything is the same, only cheaper. Several times I witnessed how the owner or son (I did not understand who it was) yelled at vacationers. The room cleaning was also interesting: I came, changed the beds and left... I had to call a second time, it turns out I had to say that I needed to wash the floors. Most likely, I would not have returned to this place anymore, it seems like nothing terrible, but also nothing spiritual. It's not our place.

And I asked to cancel the reservation on February 24, due to the fact that my husband was mobilized! No one is immune from this . To which I was offered to come with a different composition !! To others !!! It 's like I don't have time for a vacation . And it's not my whim. They said they were sympathetic and would try to sell my room , but they would hardly return the money . I really liked everything here. There is everything for a quiet and quite comfortable stay .Abkhazia holidays. The good location of the mini-hotel, the Vostok room itself, the decor in the room, the courtyard of the hotel, everywhere is clean and beautiful. The staff is helpful.
What I didn't like was the food in the dining room of the hotel. The portions are small (for example, the second one is the size of a tea saucer), and the prices, as elsewhere, are quite expensive. They know how to cook something, it's delicious, but something is not theirs.
I would come back here more than once. I will advise my friends.

Booked at the Booking Office from July 20 to 24. We have received confirmation from this "hotel". Immediately someone started calling, I don't know who she is, but the level of the fee is God. She told us to cancel the reservation urgently, because they do not have seats for these dates. And if we don't cancel, then they will have to pay a fine, and in general, they only have all their own)) and how did we book and that it's the Booking's fault... We hung up a bit, but refused to cancel, re-requested booking confirmation at the Booking and received it again. Thank you for Booking and we did not make an advance payment. I see from other reviews that all attempts to get a refund from the owners of this "romantic" place tend to zero. As a result, of course we will never go to this facility.

We rested in August for two nights. We checked in on time. The territory is cozy, lots of greenery, a Playground.
The bed linen and towel are perfectly clean. Friendly staff, maid Vita, Annette. The kitchen is delicious, homemade food. You could eat at any time. The lights were turned off at night, so it didn't spoil our rest, Wi-Fi was tolerable
, you could call, upload photos. The sea is 7 minutes away, there is a shop nearby. Tip, take a mosquito fumigator with you, we lived in two hotels in Ldzaa, in Gagra, mosquitoes at night.

Pros: The dining room is cozy, the food is ordinary, the choice is not big. Everything is very clean, which is important. The territory and rooms have an interesting idea, but no one takes care of the territory, the playground for children has the same name, there is no sand in the sandbox, the swing is broken. The floor is cleaned once a week, and not everything, there is dirt and small things in the room from past tenants, the beds are not made when checking in, the table on the balcony with a bench is dirty, the microwave on the floor is dirty and broke on the second day. But what to expect for the whole hotel is one maid and the receptionist in one person. It seems that the owner is already satisfied that everything was booked back in June, why invest. In general, there is definitely no desire to go a second time

The place is very pleasant, sincere! It's almost like home... The rooms are quite clean and tidy... But there are minor flaws, the most obvious of which is the intermittent smell from the sewer in the shower room. But this, apparently, is a disease of the whole of Abkhazia.
Another wish for the hotel is to remove the rubble in front of the Vostok rooms and make a lawn., and so as not to trample down the paths! (well, it's just not convenient to walk on gravel... And I'm not talking about how to carry a suitcase.)
Otherwise, everything is great! The staff is friendly! The food in the dining room is delicious!
