In 15 days, the room was cleaned 1 time. Lots of spiders. The rooms are similar in decoration to the Soviet sanatorium. Poor ventilation. Such establishments spoil the impression of visiting Abkhazia as a whole. I don't recommend it to anyone. The dining room at the hotel is more expensive than in Pitsunda, for all the time they ate there several times. When checking in, inspecting the room, and the hotel as a whole, we wanted to stop by not for 15 days, but for a shorter period, which we were told "Or for the whole period, and payment is now + 5t.r. deposit for the room, or you have 15 minutes. to leave the room and the hotel" at the same time, the reservation (9k in 2 days) is not refunded. An extremely "client-oriented" place.

We had a vacation with my husband in September, we were in Abkhazia for the first time, and we were immediately lucky to get to Lidzaa village, namely to the mini Bungalow hotel. We arrived at Sochi airport, met the transfer arrived at 23 o'clock, we were met by a good-natured maid Vita, showed us everything, arranged us in our room. The room is completely as in the video and photo. The territory is small, but very beautiful and well maintained. The sea is gorgeous, clean. There is practically no storm, because the bay. The beach is pebbly, along this coast there are pine trees, the beach is located in a nature reserve. It takes 5-7 minutes to walk to the sea.there is a dining room on site, the food is well prepared. But we lacked a kitchen where we could cook breakfast for ourselves, because the dining room was open from 7-30, it was a little late for us, because of this we went to the sea later than we wanted, but we really liked everything, we will be alive and well, we will definitely come next year. This year we decided to take a vacation
in Abkhazia, namely in the village of Ldzaa, after reviewing several options, the choice was made in favor of a mini Bungalow hotel. Victoria presented this hotel to us very vividly and colorfully, after which there was a desire to settle there for permanent residence. Accordingly, we picked up a room, namely a duplex duplex, made an advance payment on May 20 and looked forward to the day of arrival. Since we were traveling from Moscow, and were aware of the difficult situation on the border, we calculated and planned our route so that we could cross the border post early in the morning. That's how it happened, we were in the village at 4 a.m. We did not bother the hotel staff at such an early hour, we met the dawn on the beach. According to the rules of the hotel, check-in is from 14.00, at 10 a.m. I wrote to Victoria that we were already there and asked about the possibility of early check-in, since we had 2 children with us. Early check-in was refused, but they offered to spend time on the territory and use the dining room services. We arrived at the hotel at 14.00, and the most interesting thing began here, the room was not cleaned, the "sweet" maid, on the question "when can we check in", spoke sharply about her busy cleaning other rooms, since, according to her, she is alone in the entire hotel. At the time of making the prepayment for the 2nd day, we were warned that in case of late arrival or force majeure on our part, this amount will not be refunded, since the responsible and hospitable Savva Savvich is always waiting. Next, I turned to Victoria with a demand to sort out the situation. After 5 minutes, Savva Savvich came up to us, apologized for the behavior of the maid, said that the room would be ready in the near future, asked to get into their position, since they had 8 arrivals that day. We checked in at 15.30. The photos of the room corresponded to reality, I want to note the quality of the bed linen and towels, they were perfect, as well as pillows and mattresses. But immediately problems with electricity began, and the lack of wifi, roaming was connected, it was impossible to save money on communication). During the first 30 minutes of staying in the room, the electrician was called 3 times, similar problems accompanied us all 10 days of vacation. Although it is unclear why, since during the presentation of this hotel, Victoria separately emphasized that power outages are a frequent occurrence in Abkhazia, but this will not affect us, the hotel has a reliable generator. On the night of July 4th to 5th, during heavy rains, the generator completely failed, we sat for a day without electricity and hot water. At that time, everything was in order in the neighboring hotels with electricity and mountain water supply.
During the period of stay in room 5d, the following shortcomings were revealed: the entrance door, the doors to the sanitary units do not close well, the sink in the sanitary unit on the second floor is about to fall, the faucets are wobbling. They also lived in room 1d, the problems were the same, but there were still non-working sockets, the steps to the second floor were loose, there was no ceiling fan provided for in the room, and in general the contents of the room differed from room 5d in a more meager configuration. There is no supply and exhaust ventilation in the bathroom on the second floor in room d1.
The sound insulation is terrible.
I would also like to note the high level and quality of service in the dining room, Anetta, Tatiana and other girls have proven themselves to be professionals in their field, they have always been friendly, responsive, courteous, dishes were served on time, fresh and appetizing. Everything is very tasty and homemade.
Will we return to this hotel again? Yes rather than no, convenient location of the hotel, attentive staff. We would like to wish the hotel not to stop there, you have a lot to grow, so that the conditions in the rooms and a bright colorful presentation correspond to reality and the high rank of the hotel, even if it is a mini, and not rooms with amenities.

Of the advantages, only the food (really homemade, delicious, they try very hard) and the quality of the mattresses. That's all. There are beautiful trees on the territory, but the territory itself is in a neglected state, there is different trash lying around, there are clothes dryers. The children's sandbox is a mess of mud. Our room was a duplex. The idea itself is interesting, but the condo is terribly located, cools or heats only the second floor If the duplex is on the third floor, the roof heats up terribly and there is nothing to breathe in the room. But that's okay. The most interesting thing is that there is no declared gel and shampoo in the room and there are no blankets. The beds are just made up with sheets, pillows and that's it. We found blankets on the shelf. When asked by the maid Vita, we would at least have a duvet cover or a sheet, blankets, sorry, are not individual, everyone sleeps under them. To which the answer was given that they did not have enough underwear for everyone. We had to take our blankets out of the car and take cover, because we were just frozen under their synthetics. They put all the towels wet, explaining that they did not have time to dry. I repeatedly made a request to the administrator of Victoria, she only unsubscribed and did not solve the issue in any way. Instagram is very nice, they communicate with you affably until you pay the money. No one cares about you anymore. We had no water coming out in the shower at all, it stood and was only added after the next shower. Apparently, warning everyone at the time of booking and check-in that the money will not be refunded in case of force majeure, they know that they will want to escape from there. To be honest, I am afraid to imagine the conditions in which those people who admire this place live.

I really enjoyed my vacation in Abkhazia in a Bungalow. Cozy rooms, There is a refrigerator, air conditioning, TV (for those who need it), towels, soap and shampoos with air conditioning in the shower. The patio is very comfortable, you can spend the evening on a swing or in the company of a large table. Trips around Abkhazia can be booked at the hotel. They will tell you at what time it is better to go on a trip, what to take with you.

I hope this hotel will always work)) I really like it there, I come every summer. I like that it's cozy, the territory is beautiful and there is a beautiful and large beach nearby! The owners are hospitable, but they keep order, there are no drunken gatherings, this is very important to me. It is very convenient with children, there are playgrounds and a children's pool on site. There is a dining room on the territory, they cook delicious and homemade, very tasty Pastries, there is a chance not to get into your pants when leaving))) but local traditional dishes are worth a try. I sincerely advise you, the hotel is wonderful!

A nice cozy hotel located in the private sector of the resort village. In fact, there are two hotels at this address on the same common territory: the Grant Hotel and the mini-hotel Bungalow. The territory is beautiful, well maintained and very green. There are playgrounds, swings, benches, an ornamental pool, a fountain. The hotel is very convenient for families with young children. In the evenings, they make barbecue and fish on the grill. A fabulous chicken is cooked in a tandoor. The territory has its own dining room (or rather 2 dining rooms. One refers to the Bungalow hotel, the other to the Grant Hotel. Guests can use both). The canteens cook very tasty and high-quality, at home. Always available sooo delicious fresh cakes. We lived in one of the rooms of the Vostok Bungalow hotel. A lovely, spacious, comfortable room. The bathroom has good plumbing, there is a hairdryer. Comfortable beds, clean linen. There is a safe, air conditioning, large TV, refrigerator, kettle. In the evening, it's nice to sit on the spacious balcony. Good sound insulation between the rooms. The only drawback is weak Wi-Fi. It is impossible to connect in the room, only on the territory and then, only at certain points it catches well and stably. I would like to thank the owners and all the staff for the order and friendly attitude towards the guests. We really liked everything!

I chose the hotel based on good reviews telling about hospitality and excellent food, in fact no one met, the room was not ready at 14 o'clock, respectively, and cleaning was carried out in 3 minutes, with us. The room is very modest and gloomy. There was no staff to be found, sometimes the maid administrator ran through in one person and shouted that she had no time. The dog's body was finished off, smeared on the steps, which no one had removed in three days, despite repeated requests. There are very small children's portions in the dining room for a lot of money. Only khachapur boat is delicious and that's it. There was no sign of hospitality, apparently everyone was very tired during the season. It's close to the sea, but walking along a broken-down road with cars and cows. The sea is clean, there is no beach, rocks, pine trees along the sea saved the situation, it is beautiful and the air is wonderful. Ldza is a village with two empty shops and 1 pharmacy stall. The worst vacation for a lot of money. We are very disappointed.

I have been traveling with my wife and children for the 3rd year. There are no complaints from the word at all.

- The rooms are spacious and clean
- There is a sooo delicious dining room with low prices on site. There is no desire to take something with you
- The staff is friendly. Savva is always ready to help in any situation.

I managed to visit this beautiful house on the Black Sea coast in February, before the borders were closed for quarantine, imagining how beautiful and cozy it would be in the season!
Because even the winter was sunny, juicy with the colors of tangerines and greenery in the garden.
And now I keep my boarding pass until the borders open again and until the first ticket in the summer.
Savva Savvich and Anna showed the utmost hospitality and treated them to the most delicious variety of national dishes and drinks non-stop.
I don't even consider other accommodation and recreation options except Savva Savvich's Bungalow and I advise everyone).

The hosts are hospitable and helpful. It's five minutes to the sea. There is a grocery store within walking distance.
