In our rating of gourmets, he occupies an honorable second place, but not because something was wrong, there was just a restaurant that was more hooked not only by the atmosphere, food and service, but also by the atmosphere. The service here is top-notch. The food is mega-tasty. Liqueurs are top class, especially tomato, too good. Draniki with smoked sturgeon are the best draniki that we ate in Minsk. I do not recommend visiting this place, only if you are a fan of insanely salty food, then you can go. Everything is very salty. The pancakes are salty and fatty. Eggplant salad, in addition to the insane salt, also with a not tasty dressing, there are no eggplants as such, 3 unfortunate slices made in the form of chips.
Wheat beer is delicious.
The beer is dark and bitter, men like that.
Raspberry lemonade is delicious.
Cheese with a pear is not delicious! It sounds on the menu and according to the description, in fact, the pears are minuscule, with small pieces on top of a teaspoon of cheese.
The casserole is delicious, it is not cloying, tender, but sour cream is not necessary!

I really liked the place, but there is a PROBLEM.
We came without reservation, they told us there were no seats, so we asked ourselves to sit at the bar, wait for a table (for some reason the waiters did not offer it to us). In fact, the hall was half empty and it confused us.
When we went to the toilet / smoke, we saw exactly the same picture — there is no full landing and why we were not put at the table was unclear to us.
Now to the pros:
The kitchen is amazing, everything was very tasty. Great beer for adequate money and unrealistic tinctures of our own production, one tastier than the other!
I also really liked the bartender Egor, who brightened up our evening (helped with the selection of dishes and alcohol, joked and was very nice).
I definitely recommend this place, I will come back here 100% for pancakes and tinctures, but the waiters would like to learn how to communicate with guests a little more loyally.
