We were on February 2, 2025, we didn't know what to book, we were put in for 1.5 hours, but later we were informed that we could stay. This is a wonderful place, very tasty (the cook is 5+), original serving of dishes, an unusual combination. God, what liqueurs, smoked pear, horseradish, tomato sauce, the atmosphere is great. Polite and pleasant staff. I recommend it!

We found this place by accident, but you can't just walk in and sit down - everything is busy for several days ahead. We were able to book a table in 2 days. It's beautiful inside. The waiter warned that the dishes were voluminous and very satisfying. We didn't listen and took 2 dishes per person. We tried: borscht, salad with baked vegetables, two types of draniki, smoked (!) beer. Everything was amazing! If we are going to Minsk again, we will book in advance.

I came to Belarus for a week from the restaurant capital of Russia. I managed to visit Minsk, Grodno, Brest. In my opinion, Bulbashi is the most delicious place in Belarus. Top positions are borscht and brisket. It is difficult to sit down without a reservation at a popular time — this fact speaks for itself. Thanks!

Well, guys, well, this is the best restaurant in Minsk- a tourist one, for sure) full of delight, we went there 2 times in 4 days of rest. We got there by chance, walking in the center and sat down to relax, taking their beer and snacks - we were very impressed and tasted pancakes with salmon and burger patty👌
The second time we went purposefully to try something hot and not from the draniki, and this was also on the level👏
The guys brew beer themselves, they tried different things: both filtered and not - their author's cocktails are top!
You can especially praise the delicious coffee and dessert nest (protein baked cream with citrus candied fruits)
They opened on December 23, so hurry up to visit, while everything is very cool!)
We never got into Cornflowers, which we don't regret at all😄

The second restaurant of the chain (out of two so far) in this wonderful city. We were in the first one, but if Bulbashi on 2 Svobody Street is positioned as a restaurant, then this one is like a bar, although here we also had a very satisfying and delicious meal. Alas, I did not take a photo, but I strongly recommend that you visit both establishments, because they have different menus!

One of the advantages: beautiful serving of drinks in crystal glasses. The waiters are trying very hard. I liked the pies with rice.
On the downside: all the draniki are very greasy, then the stomach hurts, probably because of the quality of the reused oil.
The fish used in salads and draniki is clearly not fresh.
One big disadvantage: the strange location of the halls, all the guests can hear each other's conversations.

Duck leg is delicious, but a little dry.
Of the cons: if you are positioned as a restaurant (as stated in the prices), then you need to work long and hard with the staff, namely with the waiters.
The waiter is not interested in accommodating guests at the meeting (but thank you for offering a more comfortable table, and not on bar stools)
Salad with eggplant and grilled vegetables did not meet expectations at all, 5 thin slices of eggplant (I would like to see more) grated cheese 3 gr. If eggplant and cheese appear in the name, then they should be at an advantage in quantity. Zucchini and broccoli are just raw, hard, and bitter. When ordering this salad, you get "crunch an iceberg for 800 rubles".

An interesting establishment located in the very center of tourist activity. There are never any seats in prime time, you need to book in advance. The establishment is linked to another Bulbasha restaurant. The beer is very tasty (own brewery), I tried all the varieties. Strangely enough, I liked the light one the most - especially the soft one.
I also want to note the very correct and worthy reaction of the restaurant's representatives in unusual situations. I am surprised, but the restaurant resolves many controversial issues in favor of the client and generally values them. If it were possible to give a higher rating, then I would certainly give it!

A very unpleasant impression was left by the unrepresented waiter/receptionist at the entrance to the restaurant. She refused to visit, did not give full information about what time it was possible to book, after that she stopped answering questions, pointedly turned away and began to press buttons on the computer. We stood for three minutes, waiting for the girl to pay attention to us, but she continued to stand with her back turned, expressing complete disrespect. We left the restaurant in disbelief, not understanding what caused such contempt for us.
We read wonderful reviews, we really wanted to visit this place, but it's a pity that one particular waiter/receptionist was able to spoil the impression of the restaurant so much.

The food and the serving are very interesting and delicious. Draniki (we tried all three types) are very tasty and judging by the orders of others, this is the main dish to order. Salads are unusual and quite a large portion. Liqueurs are beyond any competition. Let's go with a bang. As for the restaurant itself: very cozy, in the style of good old England (it seemed to me so). It is located in a very cozy corner of the Old Town. The prices are reasonable, both times the check for one was around 80 rubles. The only thing is to book a table in advance, especially in the evening.

It is necessary to try tinctures. Our own beer is quite decent. There are only two desserts, but they are gorgeous. Creme brulee - it's impossible to break away. Fans of fish soup and borscht will definitely appreciate both the serving and the taste. There are not always places, you must book in advance. There are two establishments nearby, so if you are not allowed into one (like us), go to the second.
