The beer is good. The kitchen - there are delicious dishes, but as for me, the prices are too expensive and do not correspond at all to the taste and volume of the portion. The assortment of the menu (cold and hot snacks) does not correspond to the concept of a restaurant- brewery. I visited the Bulbashi brewery. I liked the delicious wheat beer. Unfortunately, the rest of the impressions are not so positive. The waiters were unfriendly. The food was disappointing: the pancakes with mushroom sauce turned out to be tasteless and bitter, despite the institution's claim to haute cuisine. The prices are high and do not match the quality. In general, apart from beer, I can't recommend anything.

We booked a table for seven, but two more people came up to us. We suggested adding two chairs from an enclosed, unused veranda. But the administrator Nikita forbade this, citing a ban on the removal of chairs from the veranda. As a result, we went to a nearby institution, where we had fun and left a lot of money. We were at a friend's birthday party, the service was excellent, the waiters and receptionists were very polite and friendly, they came to the tables every five minutes, we didn't have to look for anyone.
The interior is pleasant, but the refrigerator with drinks standing at the stairs to the second floor is very disturbing, it glows very brightly and in the dim lighting of the restaurant you risk not fitting into the turn because of it.

While we were in Minsk, we liked this place the most.
1. You will always be greeted and when fully boarding, they will still find a place.
2. The beer is very tasty. The first time we tried smoked- the feeling that you drink beer in a snack with smoked meat
3. The kitchen is insanely delicious. Among the favorites: beef tartare is a masterpiece, brisket with mashed potatoes and cucumbers melts in your mouth. The portions are large enough, you can eat one dish.

I do not recommend visiting this place, only if you are a fan of insanely salty food, then you can go. Everything is very salty. The pancakes are salty and fatty. Eggplant salad, in addition to the insane salt, also with a not tasty dressing, there are no eggplants as such, 3 unfortunate slices made in the form of chips.
Wheat beer is delicious.
The beer is dark and bitter, men like that.
Raspberry lemonade is delicious.
Cheese with a pear is not delicious! It sounds on the menu and according to the description, in fact, the pears are minuscule, with small pieces on top of a teaspoon of cheese.
The casserole is delicious, it is not cloying, tender, but sour cream is not necessary!

And since we visit restaurants very honestly and not the cheapest ones, it's hard to surprise us with anything. And here we were pleasantly surprised by literally everything, starting with the meeting, accommodation, service and of course the kitchen. The kitchen is the main thing we come for and the kitchen was on top. But this service is not a little important . It's not that there are no complaints here, there is a high school worthy of Michelin-starred restaurants. (I have experience) . It's a pity I didn't remember the name of the guys (waiters) who served, they are great and special thanks to them. And since we are full of shit customers, there was nothing to complain about. It was expensive, but the pancakes with steak were really delicious, they ordered berry liqueurs and their moonshine, wheat and rye, they all brought everything in glasses with stains from the dishwasher and the drinks themselves were warm, and as for me it was not moonshine but a stinky pervak the most real.

Nice pub. There are 10 beer options, but they are all very different - everyone will find something for themselves. A lot of other alcohol. The staff is very unobtrusive. Beer is brought immediately, food must be waited for 20 minutes, but it is delicious and worth the wait. I really liked the salad with pork, smoked beetroot and sorrel.
