We stayed at this hotel from 12/23/23 to 01/3/2014. We had a very pleasant time. We were very lucky with the weather, it reached +30 during the day and +14 at night. We did not swim in the sea, because we like the water warmer, but we swam in warm pools from the bottom of our hearts. They didn't complain about the food, it was simple. but it's delicious. People without excessive requests will definitely like it here!

The trouble is that glasses in a restaurant often run out, but they are taken out after 5 minutes, during this time they are poured into paper cups. The rooms are clean, cleaning every day. There is a lot of space in the room. Appliances, furniture in good condition. Things will be brought and taken to the square. Volleyball, bocce, aqua, yoga, + entertainment in the pool.
There are water modes of transport, but for some reason it did not work, they promise to open again soon.

We rested at the hotel from 07 to 15 April 23. Everything is not bad, as expected for 4 stars, but...!
The hotel is positioned as a beach, but there are big problems with swimming there. We observed a daily low tide, and such that at the boundary buoys of water just above the knee, it is impossible to swim with pleasure. By 14 o'clock the water was coming, people were bathing, and around 17 o'clock the water was leaving again.The bottom is muddy with algae, not everyone likes it. There is sand at the entrance, probably bulk. The beach area is cleaned, but so-so.Cigarette butts are everywhere lying in the sand.
The rooms are cleaned by young men, Hindus, a Nepalese cleaned our rooms. He did it in accordance with his ideas about cleanliness. All the corners are dirty. In the bathroom, all hangers and hooks hang on snot, the drain worked with difficulty, water leaked everywhere on the floor. I had to delve into myself and explain to the plumber what to do.The tulle curtain has apparently not been erased since its formation, i.e. a gray dirty rag.
Towels and bed linen have not been changed once! for the time of arrival.
The food is monotonous, but delicious.
I indicated the time of stay, because I think that the strength of the ebb is related to the phase of the Moon.

We had a rest at this hotel in December. when choosing it was important: price, all inclusive, heated pools.
In general, as an economy option, it is quite normal. The price was very good, the standard room was more or less, but they were settled on the day of arrival in a room for the disabled, the next day they were moved to the standard. The pools were warm, the animation was normal, the children's room was also good, Russian girls were engaged with the children. The food is monotonous, but there was always a choice, never poisoned! The drinks are normal. We knew where we were going, so our stay was at 5, despite the fact that the hotel is 4 stars. The main mood! You need to look for the pros and not the cons.

There were no queues and no lack of equipment, except on weekends, when a huge number of Indians arrive. The territory of the hotel immediately turns into a kind of zoo. If you want silence and a clean pool, go to the left of the beach bar in the cabana building. At least on our arrival, they were populated by 20 percent at most... But because of that, the bar didn't work there. Excursions were taken not from the guide, but from the Marina (to the right of the entrance to the lobby). It turned out to be decently cheaper.

As many people write - the biggest minus is the sea, or rather the Persian Gulf - it is shallow in itself, so also the strongest ebb, in the morning the sea "leaves" 50 meters from the shore line.
Otherwise, everything is fine - excellent staff, mostly Hindus, very polite and friendly, treat young children very well) Our youngest (1.5 years old) made friends with all the waiters and rescuers.
The food is decent, in comparison with the Turkish 5th, for example, much poorer, but no one was left hungry, although it was difficult for the younger to pick up something, because a lot of spicy / spicy. The small amount of fruit was upsetting.
The rooms are old, but clean, everything works, the biggest disappointment is the door to the bathroom - it was impossible to open/close it quietly.
We did not pay extra for the 1st line and were very happy about it) we lived in the 4th building, it was a little away from the pool and the animations did not interfere with morning/lunch sleep.
For those who want to get to Dubai life hack cheap - we take a taxi to the Ras al Khaimah bus station (~40 dirhams), take the RAKTA bus (ticket 27 dirhams / person, you can book online in advance), 1.5-2 hours on the way - voila, you are at the Union metro station. Back in the same order, only the bus is already 20 dirhams / person, we get off at the Alhambra Mall stop, cross the road to the shopping center and take a taxi to the hotel for 15 dirhams.

But all the supplies were prepared for two people only, including the mattress. Then I had to ask for everything and more than one day to make up for it. In general, the room is good, stylish, tasteful, spacious, everything works, the plumbing is in good working order. The Room Is Great! Restaurant. I read previous reviews before leaving criticizing the diet and the range of dishes - I disagree, the choice is good, everything is delicious, everything is fresh, the choice is quite large. We were satisfied with the food. But there is a problem - when ordering at the reception by phone, for example, a thermometer, the first time they brought it right away, but the second time they promised three times and never brought it. Later it turned out that the guests had disassembled and returned all three thermometers. But surely it was possible to call back and tell them that there was no way??? We ordered in advance, while still at home, a sightseeing tour of Dubai for $ 60 per person. In general, we were very satisfied. Everything that could be seen in 5 hours - everyone watched it! Vacationed with my husband from January 21 to January 29, 2024 in this all-inclusive hotel. We were not warned, a tax is charged for each night from the room, we paid about 3 thousand rubles for 8 nights upon check-in.

The hotel is good, not new, but everything is being monitored, the territory is large, green and well-maintained, there are several buildings, 1-2 floors. The room was cleaned every day, not very thoroughly, but generally fine. The bed linen was changed on request, but even on clean ones there were sometimes some stains. The room has a TV, kettle, coffee, tea, water.
We had a regular room, upon check-in we were offered a room with a sea view and a pool for 25 thousand rubles or for 13 thousand rubles with a sea view, but near the stage where evening events are held. They could have checked us in at 10 a.m., since we arrived early. We refused and waited for check-in at 14:00, in the end we did not regret it. The room turned out to be the same, but with a view of the courtyard. But we were quiet, and in those rooms, in the afternoon and evening, you could hear music from the pool and events. But in general, they came to the room only for the night.
The food at the hotel is good and varied. We weren't hungry. Different meats, lots of vegetables, salads, different side dishes, porridges for breakfast, two different soups for lunch and dinner. Oranges, grapefruits, melons, watermelons are made from fruits. Desserts are not very good, standard biscuits with different creams and pudding.
Sea. The sea is clear, there are fish, starfish, we saw a crab. The beach is sandy. There are ebbs and flows, but this is not critical for us. There was always a lot of water in the morning, somewhere after two it started to go away, which the buoys had up to their waists. After about four o'clock, the breeze rose and it was cool to swim in the sea, we went to the pool, it was heated. The water is cool, but you can swim, it even refreshed you well on a hot day.
Animation. There are many animators, including for children. There is an animation room for children, aqua aerobics, zumba, beach volleyball, ping pong, a mini golf course, and for money you could play lawn tennis. In the evening of the event, there is a disco for children in front of it.
Excursions. It was possible to buy from the guide from our tour operator, or to the right of the entrance to the reception. The tour operator turned out to be more expensive, we took excursions at the hotel to the right of the entrance.
Dubai sightseeing- it's good if you've never been there, but you were given little free time because of this, there was always a rush.
Abu Dhabi we took a premium with the entrance to the Louvre and the Presidential Palace. It's a good tour, but it's a long way to go.
Oman and the Indian Ocean. The trip was not impressive. Especially after the Red Sea in Egypt. But if you go without expectations, then it's probably okay. They wouldn't have taken it a second time.
Safari. They wanted to take it, they advertised it, but I'm pregnant, the guide did not recommend it, because there is a lot of shaking in the car and a little extreme driving. They refused. I am writing about this, because I saw a lot of pregnant women in the hotel, suddenly it will be relevant to someone.

We had a rest at the end of June 2023. A great hotel for your money. The food is good, the drinks are imported, including alcohol. On-site bars are open from 11-00 and until 2 am. Polite staff (there are Russian-speaking). The rooms are cleaned every day, towels are changed, there is soap gel, shampoo and conditioner. A large well-groomed territory with two swimming pools and a large beach on the kator there are always free sunbeds. Animators are working. In the evenings, performances are organized on the stage. There is a children's club. On weekends, locals and Indians come, it gets a little crowded, but you can always find places. Only good impressions remained from the hotel. A good 4* hotel.It looks like Turkish. The food is good. There is no abundance, that is, there is always beef, chicken, fish, soups. There are plenty of side dishes. And all this is not a mess, but normal dishes. The beach is good, even when the tide is out, everything is normal. Two pools with clean and warm water. The only thing is, there is nothing near the hotel within walking distance. I.e. by taxi.... There is also no embankment to walk along.
