I had a rest with 2 children of 14 and 6 years old in a deluxe room from 23.03.23 to 02.04.23.⠀
Rooms ... yes tired, but there is everything! For the child, they brought a free extra bed, not a cot, but a bed. The convenience of "deluxe" is that the exit is directly to the pool and bar) and if you are settled on the ground floor, you can sunbathe right next to the room))) Adapters are not needed because all phones are connected to an outlet via USB.⠀
Power… everything is delicious and finding something to eat for yourself and children is not a problem! And yes, if your child needs French fries, then ask and they will make it for you))) ⠀
The sea... the bulk islands make themselves felt and the ebb/tide is felt acutely, but! Tk in the UAE for 5 times, I didn't even plan to swim in the sea at the end of March, tk I love warm water and realized that it was early. In this case, everything coincided and the fact that the shallow sea was a huge plus for me))) I was swimming. Yes, in places the bottom is not very pleasant, but these are small things ...⠀⠀
The animation for the UAE is awesome! For children for sure! And, in general, this hotel is perfect for children! A closed area, everything and everything is under the supervision of cameras and you can relax and let the child run, and not keep him under close supervision. ⠀

An honest review, not one that animators are asked to write here!
Egypt level 2-3* is not higher!
We've been here for the 3rd day! To be honest, I chose the hotel based on reviews. And they're great here. I didn't understand everything from where until the animators came up today, asking me to write a great review. I naturally refused.
I'll start from the beginning, as briefly as possible.
It takes 1.5 hours to drive from the airport. We arrived in the evening, so we settled in quickly. After paying the tax for 9 days, $ 40 (we warned about this, everything is OK. The deposit was not taken) we were settled. The room is isolated, but normal, with a balcony. There are no complaints about the number.
By the hotel. It is small, there is not even a banal playground. Animation is off the hook - there is no uniform, no evening dressing up in costumes. Sluggish. Every evening the animator says:
Who wants to sleep, go to the room! We need groovy and funny ones! Everyone go to sleep!
And what did you do to make us groovy and cheerful? 10 times he just repeats "I can't hear, louder" - what's on the mini disco, what's on the evening show. Egypt's 2-star evening show. Below 4 stars I have never rested in Egypt, I assume that the level of 2 stars is "animation", if not overestimated… Miss hotel, Mr. hotel, fire show, tanura, belly dance. Just don't imagine something colorful, please.
For food. Well, if you have come to sob - you are here! Definitely! For it is difficult to eat here ... however, as well as to get drunk. Undiluted only beer, it is given right in the jar. The rest tastes like compote😂 well, we brought gifts from dyutik. Of the fruits, only melon with potato flavor and green watermelon. And they are sour and spoiled all the time ... I asked so many times to replace the cooks ... but they bring the same rotten and at the same time green! Today they shooed and gave us an apple salad for dinner and 3 grapes for a huge dish!😁 for lunch and dinner, either meat or fish. There is always pasta. Sliced cucumbers, tomatoes, lettuce leaves. Forget the sweets. They don't know such words here. They probably think that sweet tea will pass for sweets. More precisely, it costs all the time in a bowl like semolina porridge for lunch and dinner, but it's scary to try ... usually it costs untouched all evening. No one is taking any chances. There are no daytime snacks like burgers and fries, there is no ice cream for children.
The deck chairs at 8 are all occupied. There are not enough of them. People lie on the sand on towels🙈
There are only Russians here. They all got acquainted and spit that they got here. Not a single positive emotion! I'm not exaggerating, I've never written negative reviews in my life, but it's something from where 4 * is not clear. There is zero service. Coffee is only for breakfast. At lunch and dinner - wine from a foil bag, tea, water, 2 types of juice upi.

If you respect yourself at least a little and you care about the quality of the services provided, then I beg you, no, I'm just shouting, in no case choose this hotel for a vacation!!!! "Rest" from February 14-22, 2024. A family of three. Transfer from Dubai Airport 2.5 hours (traffic jams). Instead of the ordered room, a family room de luxe with two bathrooms! ,provided two regular rooms with a distance of 50m from each other. Explaining that everything will be changed tomorrow. A Russian-speaking chocolate Belarusian, when issuing a voucher, specified which room, but silently settled in different rooms (((. I had no strength to argue with him at 22.30 because of the child's fatigue. From 4.00 on my feet! There is one outlet in the room! And that was for 3 inputs, there was a good adapter. The next day, after the agent's conversations, they provided a room for lunch, a two-room room, they said, BUT ... in one room there is a double bed, and in the other an armchair and an unassembled sofa. The question is, where should the other family members be located? Namely, a child who will not fit in an armchair and a sofa according to height? Again, after a conversation at the reception, they promised a full-fledged bed. After lunch and relaxing on the beach (it's a shame to lose a day) upon arrival in the room, we see ... a gurney on wheels, I'm sorry, like in the morgue ... I can't stand it, I go back to the reception to sort it out. Emotions were running high. I was ready to roll this gurney to them at the reception. And this is so for a moment for a child!The chocolate Belarusian called somewhere. He said everything would be fine! Two people came in the evening and took this miracle, brought some old styrofoam, covered it with a rag, a gnarled mattress on top, and everything was normal. The next day, the hotel administrator contacted us, asking if everything was fine with us? It's all s...s. Do his children sleep on gurneys? I won't say a lot of numbers, it's just that the door to the second room opened on the third attempt, due to the curvature. The key from the remote did not work, it was necessary to reach for the button, which is broken. He blows on the bed, no matter where the curtains are. The shower flows from everywhere, but not from a watering can and everything like that. There is no cleaning. Food for those who like diluted juices, mahito made from watermelon crusts, fried chocolate-colored mixtures of semolina and potatoes - here you are! The outflow of water is not 5-10 meters, all 150 meters. Don't go behind the buoys, the rescuers are whistling! There is no water. The pool, I have never seen water samples taken, but I saw a film on the surface at the end of the day. So, who doesn't care about all this, please come, but people who expect to relax, having given almost 450t a week, I want to warn you, not a foot in this hotel. Don't waste money, time and nerves. Take a break somewhere else, I'm just warning you in a purely human way. It is not 4 stars, but 2. AND I AM VERY SORRY that the acquaintance with the UAE BEGAN WITH THE BM BEACH RESORTS HOTEL

Great vacation, it was windy and cold at sea. And yes - this vacation (probably like everywhere else in the UAE) is not for families. There is no infrastructure nearby, there is simply nowhere to walk outside the hotel.

Nice hotel. The beach is neat, there are enough sun beds, umbrellas and places with shade are not enough.
Slides for children are excellent, one or two people are always on duty, looking after.
The restaurant pleases with its variety. There is always enough food, drinks are simple. The restaurant has juices, coffee, tea, beer and wine. The bars have wine, beer and cocktails.

During the day, the beach, the sun, everything is included. What else is needed for happiness. The room was taken premium. On the 2nd floor with a view of the ocean and the pool. I would like to write to update the furniture, cabinets, doors of which will be fastened. On a jet ski, we traveled all along the Gulf coast: past Rixos, and other hotels. But in appearance at first glance it is more boring there. In VM, volleyball on the beach, table tennis, a swimming pool with a bar, discos in the evening. They were fed as if for slaughter. But without variety and frills. They don't know how to make soups there:just broth and something colored. Dry white and red wine in restaurants, bars, South African, heartburn from bags, but you can drink if not before heartburn. Amstel beer is honest 0.5 liters. They even brought it to the room once, which was very surprising. The rooms are cleaned only after a call or as the staff saw and asked. And so slowly, alternately, they slowly clean up somewhere. Transfer to the hotel, arrived at 08 somewhere. First they put me on some kind of car for a tour of the hotel, they showed me everything. The territory is small, the sand is fine, there were strong tides. But it didn't hurt. We took a safari for two with my son. They didn't take my wife and daughter, she's getting seasick. 110 bucks for two from 15 00, returned to the hotel after 21 00. There is a camel smelling of aromas, we were taken on cruzaks and redwoods along the sand, then dinner and belly dancing. Like it. The water in the ocean is clean, but sometimes there is garbage that tourists themselves throw. There was an unpleasant incident. In the evening, at the restaurant, one of the vacationers from Russia arranged a showdown with a local photographer, apparently said something unpleasant to his wife. There was a fight. But everything seems to have been settled the next day. We liked to relax there. Of course, there is not enough nature, forests, mountains, etc. The sands are all around and the ocean. They did not burn out, the tan lay flat on everyone, without burns and without any ointments and creams. The population of the hotel is mainly Russians, a budget vacation for 345n for four, with a flight, a shuttle, all inclusive and insurance. The latter, by the way, came in handy. My daughter developed otitis media on the penultimate day, they called a doctor on insurance, prescription medications at their own expense. We arrived in Ufa on 13.11.23, oh, my God, how stingy and miserable everything is here, everyone is angry, pale, and joyless, it's damp, slush and cold all around. That's the contrast.

Fully corresponds to its 4*. The sea is in an artificial bay (around the bulk peninsula), depends on the tides. But in any case, it is warm (at the beginning of April +25) and practically without waves. The animation is decent, the kids' club is "lame" (it's interesting, but the children entertain themselves). Food - there is not enough seafood and ice cream, but it is impossible to stay hungry. Alcohol is "local" - in any case imported (Holland, Austria, Mexico). There is an "ultra", but I didn't see a significant difference in alcohol (if the cost is the same, then it's better to take an ultra)

After arrival, we contacted the hotel administration through a travel agency, the administration refused to react in any way, saying that we might be cheating and recommended contacting the emirate police. Be careful, or better yet, do not eat at this hotel at all, where the administration allows this and then does nothing.

Then the faucet doesn't work, then the safe, which is being repaired, and it breaks down again. 4 adults arrived with relatives, they asked for separate beds, they took premium rooms. They moved only two people to a room with separate beds, they tried to take an extra for the second room. The payment was refused. . The food is monotonous, as in the dining room, with only melons and watermelons from fruits. I do not recommend the hotel

Meeting at the reception:they immediately offer another room, 2 vrz + 2 children were bought from the tour operator, but there are no such rooms, only for 3, so I had to pay an additional fee. the bed, and the hotel administrator B. offered to leave the hotel altogether, since he was not satisfied with the room. It's just tin. The Samara guide didn't help either. Room cleaning-the floor was not touched during the whole week. There is food, but I got tired of it in a week. It's boring in the evenings, etc. Excursions at hotels, you also need to be on the lookout. We bought a Safari tour, but ended up in the same car not only with our family, but with other people. Therefore, I do not recommend either the hotel or the excursions at the hotel.
