Great hotel, we had a rest at the end of January for 8 days. The staff is very responsive and ready to help with everything. The food is varied, but it was not easy for the child to choose something, because there were a lot of spicy food, but there were always just pasta, rice, and soup. There are not many fruits, mainly melons, watermelons, sliced assorted fruits. We lived in a standard room, a large room with access to the street. The pools are cool, two are warm, and one (which has slides) is cool. There were always plenty of sun beds on the beach and by the pool. The territory is clean, there are many flowers and plants. The tide did not bother and did not interfere, the water at the end of January is quite comfortable for swimming. The entrance to the water is good, gentle, for families with children - that's what you need!

I enjoyed my stay at this hotel, spent 14 days.
Quick check-in with all the details, a nice room with a mini bar,daily cleaning, all accessories are available. The cuisine is delicious, the soups are magical, the dinners are varied.
The sea is warm, there are tides, of course, when you don't swim, but you can spend time on the heated pool with a bar inside.
The most important thing is the wonderful pastime that the animators create - Arai, Kristina, Sergey, Momo!!! They pay attention to all guests, communication,various programs, entertainment for children! The kids' club is very nice and spacious. In general, I recommend it, I liked everything!

The only thing that overshadowed our vacation was the fact that the beach at the hotel was closed and we had to take the bus, the pleasure was so-so, to be honest. You are tied to the bus all the time, the bus runs full, sometimes you had to sit and wait for 30 minutes for the bus to fill up. To be honest, we came across the sea and I didn't really want to shake on the bus for 20-25 minutes with other people, every day, both to and from work. Excellent animators. The location of the hotel is really far from the infrastructure and attractions, but for a secluded holiday it's the best. I had a rest in March 2024, amazing, the sea in the bay is warm, but shallow enough, the pools compensate. The rooms are good. Everything you need to relax is there.

It seems there are four bars on the beach: from 11.00 to 18.00 - water, fact, sprite, cola, tonic, for lovers: beer and spirits, cocktails without restriction. The food is very decent - you will not stay hungry. The staff is very friendly, try to speak or answer in Russian. Everyone understands. They respond to requests quickly. I really liked everything! A great cozy hotel complex with everything you need: a restaurant, a bar near the beach /a stage for evening shows and a pool bar, a pool with cooling water for adults and children, separate water slides, a sandy beach with umbrellas, sun beds and a warm sea. Since the hotel is not high, there are only two floors in each building, there are enough places for everyone. We stayed in premium rooms on the ground floor, which have an exit to the terrace, where there is a cozy table and chairs, you can put the child down and continue the evening there yourself. From the unusual - there is no ice cream on site, but a 5-minute walk from the reception building there is a small shop where you can buy ice cream for 5 dirhams. In general, a great place to relax with your family, I recommend it!

There are free transfers to the Dubai Mall, you need to make an appointment at the reception. The sea is under construction, there is no sea (although there was a first line), I took a transfer to a hotel of the same network, we liked it, had the opportunity to visit and see the infrastructure of another hotel, we were not disappointed! It's a pity that the hotel is under closure, but probably something grand is being built there! We had a rest at the end of September 2024, 2 adults and a child of 10 years old.

But in general, I would say that about 50% of Russian speakers feel like it.

We had a rest in early November 2023 with a family with a 6-year-old daughter. It was our first vacation in the UAE. I liked the hotel, the food is varied, everything is delicious. The bay is beautiful, there are not enough sunbeds on the beach for so many vacationers.
We can highlight 2 disadvantages: 1 - old rooms, 2- this is the behavior of Russians, who occupy sun beds early in the morning with towels and eventually come to the beach around 11 o'clock. As a result, you come to the beach, and there is no place there, because the towels are the same everywhere....
